about her driving behavior and any potential violations based on her responses and overall demeanor this initial interaction was crucial for determining whether further action was needed uh all right tests including giving detailed instructions for the walk and turn test the female listened to the instructions and agreed to perform the test which is designed to assess balance coordination and the ability ility to follow directions in order to help the officer evaluate potential impairment stand it then I'm give you the opportunity to do the test okay we're going to walk right over here okay which side would you like me I'm going to get you start on this side over here okay so like I said you like me to have my hands I'm going to have to have your hands by your side okay all right um thankfully you're not going to have to use your hands for the test I know I'm just so cold right now so what I'm going to get you to do is this okay I'm going to get you in the starting position so what I want you to do is place your left foot on that line for me all right why you place your right foot in front heel touching toe okay left foot on the line right foot in front Okay so would you like me to start no I'm just going to get you in the starting position okay but I need you to place your left foot on the line for me okay and your right foot in front heel touching toe and your arms with you after conducting a thorough search they discovered drugs inside the vehicle as a result the officer arrested the female placed her in the patrol car and transported her to the station for further investigation I promise her I have only tasted drinks tonight I have not had a drink it is how often did you taste drinks tonight I tasted about eight drinks but it was how much of it did you taste that much from a straw again I just don't believe that unless it was a lot more than that okay let me ask you this do you feel right now with the marijuana and the alcohol you're ingested that we don't really deal with you know traffic fatalities in Clear Water totally insan but ever since then I am and my mom too she would rather me call her than I kind of I kind of wish you I kind of wish
