Guess what? Guess what? What? What? You ain't got on me. Well, guess what? You're going to jail. Guess what? You ain't on me. Turn around, bro. Hands behind your back. Well, look. Hand behind your back. Hand behind your back. Hands behind your [ __ ] back. You want that movement of your life? Put your hands behind your back. You hear me? So, there you go. You're with a handicapped person, mother. And you slam me the way you slam me. Now I got all the proof in my cameras, mother. When I show that to the judge and I show them the proof that I'm going blind, what the is gonna happen to you? You might you might get suspended. You might lose your job, you [ __ ] When trust and love disappear in a relationship, what's left? For some men, they have no hopeful answers, only violence and rage. When stuck in a cycle of torment, the last hope is for good cops to save women from abusive men. He going to tell me that I would die before anybody else would have me again. Like I would make it out of that room alive if it was up to him. And he just he was real persistent on it. On March 30th, 2024 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, a concerned guest at a roadside hotel called 911 after observing an escalating brawl in a nearby room. Police arrived on the scene and found the man identified as David Charles Jr. He was outside the room on top of his girlfriend, Carara. Yes, sir. Turn around. Turn around or I'm going to tell you. He's going to put you in handcuffs. Okay, first. You wouldn't let me out of the room. Love you. For hours. I had to call the pizza deliver and run out when the pizza man got here. I had to run out when he got here. I can leave. You wouldn't let me leave. Knocking me out. It's slaving me around. Everybody calm down first. The whole story. You can take your hands out. Okay. Everywhere I look, everyone I look around can't put his hands on me. Okay. What is happening? Tell me anything about what's happening. Okay. What is happening here? I get that you're okay. That's fine. She You see my neck? She smash and stuff, but it's okay. I like her. Okay. Why were you I stood I stood by her last night and I didn't touch her. Okay. What is going on? She mad at me. I don't know what she mad at me about. David did have some light scratches on his neck. It wasn't clear yet how those scratches got there, but considering what the cops witnessed when they arrived, it won't be enough for them to believe that he's the victim he claimed to be. Officers continued to interview David and other witnesses to get all the facts straight. I never did I never did nothing wrong to you. Never did nothing wrong to you. Stop. You know I I care about her. Her name Cara. I care about her a lot. What's your name? You have an ID on you? Her name Dave. You have an ID on you? It should be one of my like a wallet or something. You know I ain't do [ __ ] I'm trying to try to tell you I love you. Stop. Stop. It ain't like that. Stop. Come over here. I've been trying for hours to get out of there and I He said he was hungry. So, I thought perfect time to order pizza and when the delivery man gets here to run out and that's exactly what I I did. Y got the first day to know. Yeah. Yeah. What you got going on? I had to cut myself. Really? He got He told me I got I've actually got EMS. I got fingerprints and stuff where he was holding me. Ain't no use talking about my arms are my back where he slay me into the cabinet and slay me into the sink. And I just told him just let me walk away peacefully. I just don't want to be with you. I don't love you. Just let me go. If I can't have you, I'mma make it worth my while. We being locked up and racist off you. Put it off. I'll put you out. Will nobody have you. Then grab the gym bottle. I was like, I'll finish it. I'll make you pieces for real and it's been going for hours and I've been screaming and I've been I've been trying to get out. If David truly cared about Cara a lot, he had a repulsive way of showing it. Brutalizing and holding her hostage against her will was a reprehensible act. While David didn't have much to say at all, Carara had vivid details. So, I just everything's fine. Everything's taken care of right now. I just want you to make sure that you take a deep breath. We got EMS coming to check you out to make sure all that's okay. You probably should stop touching this so it doesn't get infected. Okay. 2 diabetic too. I have cancer epilepsy. Well, if you'll just have you a seat. Okay. What actually happened? He wouldn't tell me anything. He I woke up and he was awake and he just was flipping out on me just like a whole another person. And I told him I said, "You know what? I'm going to leave." And I start gathering my stuff. I said, "Who is he to you?" Like boyfriend. He's my boyfriend supposedly. Okay. But not no more. And I told him, I said, "I wanted to be on in this and just on separate ways." I said, "Cuz you're showing me a side of you that I don't like." So you just starting to get your stuff. Leave. Yeah. And it's been hours. Okay. And so he wouldn't let me leave for hours and hours. I tried. How was he not letting you leave? Was he like holding you in the room and not letting pushing you back and for me? What's his What happened down here? Down here my he my son went up there to get my stuff cuz they said he still get the remaining of my things and cuz I said I didn't want to stay even though they said I could. And apparently he decided he wanted to fight my son as I was approaching my son, me and my daughter-in-law and decided he was going to try to fight me at the same time. Okay. again. And so, uh, real quick, uh, he going to tell me that I would before anybody else would have me again like I would make it out of that room alive if it's up to him. And he just, he was real persistent on it. If everything Cara said was true, then she was dating a monster. Luckily, she was not in a remote location where no one could hear her cry for help. The roadside hide in and suite was full of people who could hear and help her by calling 911. This included her son who had arrived on the scene a few minutes before law enforcement. And then I get here, he's outside waiting on me. He I guess he heard the car pull up and he's starting to he's trying to plead his case on the phone. He's blowing my phone up. He's uh then I went up there to get stuff. He tried to press me up there and uh I I you know I just grabbed him up, pushed him up off of him. So he like he come like grab you like like he was like he know like you know how somebody's kind like you got a problem. I'm like yeah I got a problem. You just you know my mama got bruises on her. You the only one around. Yeah. And then turn around I come back I I got her the rest of her stuff brought her down here and I'm standing up here by the car. He come outside yelling and still talking about some I got to see him in the street and this that and the other and he uh he he came downstairs and my mom was and I So at this point I'm not going to lie I I'm I'm walking up. I want I want the shortest distance between her and him. Yeah. You're trying to go you're trying to go protect her to get her away from him. Yeah. Yeah. So I go over there. He come up. He charges me. He swings over her and tries to hit me and miss. And then I fall to the ground and then she lays on top of him. And then next thing you know, he's grabbing her. So I I threw a couple swings. Well, yeah, I understand. I get you on that one. And then after that, you know, I see you guys pull up. So I stood up. That was when you guys were like right here when you guys were actually on the ground fighting with each other. Okay. Okay. I was trying to get a good run out of what happened. That lines up perfectly everything she said. Carara's son deserves credit for protecting and trying to save his mother from her abusive boyfriend. The officer recognized there are times when fighting back is not only legal, but also a morally acceptable option. It's been said that fear is a response, but courage is a choice. Yeah. I don't I'm not I'm not an aggressive person at all. I don't Yeah, but obviously somebody's hitting hitting Is it your mom? Somebody's hitting your mom like you're going to freaking you're going to stop them. Like you're just going to sit there and watch it. Like I get that. I got I got so much pent up between her her health issues and I'm worried about it because has he been like how long have they been together? Just a couple of weeks. A couple weeks about maybe a month and has been aggressive like this towards each other before or they just arguing a lot or the entire time he's been drunk. I've never not seen him drunk or how Hey David, what's your phone number? I don't know. You what? I don't have one. You don't have a phone? Then how do you talk to people on the phone that you have in your property? Do what? Talk to a lawyer. Okay. All right. I have to ask you I have to ask you one more question. And I said I do you want to kill yourself or anybody else? Lawyer. Look, it's a yes or no. I'm going to ask you nothing. The law said okay. If you don't say if you're suicidal or homicidal, you're going to go in a turtle suit. Okay? So, just tell me if you want to kill yourself or anybody else. Okay, there you go. The portrait emerging of David was that of a broken and disturbed man. He was likely a drunken stoner with a violent personality. Not only that, he couldn't speak coherently to law enforcement. But listen, when you're toxic, it's really hard for them gradually. So, I need you to stop listening to them and stop doing stop reacting to them. I'll deal with them. I need you to just talk Miss Cassie. Okay? You're going to be respectful to me. I will be respectful. I will. That's why I came out here. I'm going to be respectful to you and we're going to get through this process. Okay? I was trying to give you no problem. I promise I listen. I want to try to get you to come. Listen to me. When I come over here, listen to me. We're going to go in here. Listen to me. You're sloppy. [Music] David Charles Alexander Jr. faced serious charges, including aggravated assault, firstderee terroristic threatening, kidnapping, and false imprisonment, and public intoxication. He would likely be behind bars for years to come and is doubtful he'll be receiving any conjugal visits anytime soon. On July 6th, 2024, sheriffs in Charlotte County, Florida were dispatched to a chaotic incident after receiving multiple 911 calls. Apparently, a man crashed his pickup truck into a neighbor's house as a result of recklessly chasing his wife's van down. Someone help me. Are you okay, man? He's drunk. He's drunk. Please. Are you hurt? No. Are you Did you crash this? Are you okay? Did you? Yes. I just want him to I want a restraining order, please. I just want He's got to stop. I just want to go. He hit my vehicle. He chased me down there. I come around the block. Okay. Did you Did you hit a house? I did not. That's damn darn near. All right. Well, they got him. I'm just trying to figure out what's bits and pieces. That's all. I'm listening. I filed for a divorce last year that he talked me into. Let's work it out. He's been driving around on that motorcycle and the that black motorcycle that black Dodge Ram truck and his boss keeps giving him this plate to drive because I had my license suspended because when we separated. Mhm. He said he would pay the insurance and he didn't. And my name is on that title as well. Mhm. So therefore, so no vehicle hit a house. Did a vehicle hit a house? I don't know if he did or not. was down there. Do you need EMS? No. I just want to go home and get a far away from him, please. He's going to You guys don't understand. The romantic honeymoon stage of this marriage was most definitely over, replaced by a reality check from hell. The man was identified as Ronald Slaggle Jr. and he pretended like he didn't know what was going on. I wish I could tell you. I have no idea. She came to my house. Who's the reven? That's the vehicle crash in the house. All right. My wife. His boss keeps enabling his drinking. He come home drunk at like 2:00 in the morning. This is like after the hurricane. He come home, he kicked the dog and me and my son, said, "Hey, don't do that. That is not acceptable." D. So then he wanted to step to my son. My son was 15 at the time. He's 16 now. And I told my daughter, "Call the cops because I cannot do this violence. I lived it growing up. I cannot do this." Kicking the dog was horrible, but it was just the tip of the iceberg. This was a story of a slow and violent end to a broken marriage. Thankfully, her narrative of the wild crash and of her husband's recklessness could be corroborated by multiple neighbors. Saturday night in the big city, huh? I live in the hood and I can't wait to move. Come here. Saturday night. He's trying. That's a foreclosure. He's trying to So there's a black truck following this thing then, right? Yeah, they're husband wife. That's a foreclosure domestic. He tried. Jesus want to go down there. We'll figure it out. I'm not I'm not going there. I would too. Yeah. Hang on to that video though. We may need that. Man, it's on all these doorbell cameras. In today's day and age, committing flagrant crimes out in the open is an act of self-sabotage. Almost every citizen has a phone camera, and most residences and businesses have CCTV. There's a low chance of escaping punishment with clear video evidence of your crime. Okay, sir. So, tell me what happened. All right. I was standing out here with with the puppy uh trying to get her to go to the bathroom. All of a sudden, I heard two cars screaming from down the block. Two cars, correct? The red van and that truck. The red van was on the inside on the outer lane. Well, that where your car is. Those are her trucks. That was across there. The red truck went there. No, the red van. The red van. Correct. She was able to just barely make that right and get away from him. He couldn't make the turn and went through the house. Okay. So, the black truck was chasing a red Correct. a red van. Beeping the whole way. I mean, screeching and beeping the entire That's what caught my attention. You have on camera? I don't have him crashing, but I have him walking away. I 70:04 exactly is what it happened. I just got this. I don't know exactly what I'm doing. That's the guy right there. Right there. Yep. Okay. That's the fellow. Does that see him screaming? Oh, yeah. There's the gun in his hand. He got a That's a gun. Yes. He didn't have a gun. Yeah, I didn't see a gun with him. This guy, right? Yeah, I didn't see he had a gun. Who had a gun then? The other guy. Yeah, one of those guys. Oh, the guy in the orange shirt. He It looks like he has something in his hand. I don't know why. All right. Uh, Charles, thank you so much. Charles and his wife proved very helpful. Investigators now had multiple witnesses and multiple video sources that painted a clearer picture of what really happened. This would not be a he said she said case, but rather it's his word against the whole neighborhood's statements. You got the driver. Oh, he won't say nothing. All of our witnesses pointed him out when I got here, but he won't. Huh? Not really. He's wearing the vehicle, though. So, I know we're going charges on him, but she can she can attest to him in the vehicle. He uh he's like, "If I run this way right now, will you just shoot me?" Make sure you run this way right now. Ronald Slaggel Jr. was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, reckless driving with damage to property, operating a motor vehicle with a valid license, and leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage. By some miracle, he bonded out the next day. Let's hope his soon-to-be ex-wife was able to file that restraining order. It was the 4th of July in 2023. What should have been a happy celebration at the ocean turned into madness when officers from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Pasco County Sheriffs were notified of a violent outburst involving a man, James, striking his girlfriend and pepper- spraying innocent bystanders. Hey, buddy. Hey, just come to the boat, man. We'll get it figured out. Just come here. Quit being stupid, man. Come on. Once you grab a piece of his clothes, rip him up. Hey, Sean, get over here. Once you grab a piece of his clothes, do not let go. Come on. Come on. Hey, dude. It ain't worth it, brother. Come on. Yeah, he bails from the boat. Black shirt. He's swimming between us and Pasco. Hey, now get that. Make sure he can't run that boat if he gets back on it. Hey, come on, man. Come on. Come here. Come to the fish cops. We're the nice ones, man. We're the nice ones. Come here. We're the good ones, man. Come on. Let's go. Hey, come on. Come to my boat. Come to me. Come to me. Come to me. Just keep working it back and forth till we Come on, man. Listen. Dude, come on, man. Let's figure it out, dude. Come on. Get in the boat. Come on, dude. Let's figure it out. Figure it out. What? What? You're in the water in the middle of the golf, brother. It's not safe for you to be out here. Say what we need to figure out. We just need to figure out who you are, man. You're out here swimming by yourself in the middle of the Gulf. We want to hear your side, man. We got one side of it. We got your side. So, tell me this. There's something going on happening on the island, man. They're saying you did it. Come on, man. Listen. You're going to catch more charges if you're going to be stupid. Then come on, dude. Then get on a boat, brother. James was floating in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by cops and boats without any escape plan. Yet, he still thought non-compliance was the smart option. He can keep claiming that he's not stupid, but there's no way he would be able to convince anybody. It's not safe for you to be in the water, man. We're We're If you all kind of just We can drift into each other. What are you here for? For your safety, man. You're out here in the middle of nowhere. What? What? My safety. What? I told you we heard something went on at the island. Like what? Like a fight or something, man. Is that true? No. What? Punch me in the face. Then that you're a victim of So why are you here arresting me then? Because you're a victim of a crime out in the middle of the ocean, man. Why are you doing this, man? We got a bunch of other things to be doing. We got a bunch of other things to be doing. Tell me why. I just have I not explained to you what happened. Tell me why. What's your name? Let me tell you my name. My name's Kevin. What's the problem? Why are you here? Cuz you've been hit in the face. You just told me you were hit in the face, man. That is your side. I have their side. That guy. I know. And we're sending boats over there, too. Don't worry about that. No, you're not. Absolutely. Did you not see where I just came from? We're getting a story. We got to get his story. We got to get your story. What you said, correct? His story. And I don't have yours. So, get on the boat, man. Let's figure it out. My story is what you just said. Get on the boat and let's figure out I don't have your story. Right. No, no, no. You just jumped off a boat, man. We're trying to help you out at this point. Resisting arrest is already stupid enough while on land. Doing so in the middle of the ocean takes stupidity to a whole new level. It's true James was a strong swimmer. Maybe he thought the Greek god Poseidon would grant him the strength to outswim speedboats of law enforcement. If you can grab him, grab him down. Swindler, man. Come on. It's too hot. Come on. Hey, please. We can't have you swimming. Right here. Right here. Right here. Right here. Yeah. Tell him to stand down. Just relax, man. Tell him to stand down. We don't want you running into our boat, man. Tell him to stand down. No, man. He's here for our safety and your safety. You guys are right. Yeah, man. You're lying. You see that bar on his He's got a bar on his stop shoulder and so does he. Same logo. We got one in the water. Shut. Where is he? Where is he? Where is he? Where is he? Where is he? John here. You want to [ __ ] with my guy. You hear me, [ __ ] You want to him? I got my guy. [ __ ] You hear me? Let me get this thing off. You you want get your head on the ground. Tell me what Let me tell you what happened. Tase him. By pulling the officer out of the boat, James put the officer's safety at risk as an injury sustained while in the ocean could be life-threatening. James had no control over his impulses at all and was a total danger to everyone around him. He punched me in my face. I need somebody to tase this guy. Give us your arm. Give us your arm. Lay down. [Music] Lay down the ground. Lay down. Turn around, bro. Turn around, bro. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hand behind your back. Hands behind your [ __ ] back. You want that moving in your life? Put your hands behind your back. You hear me? Can I tell you what happened? Yeah, brother. Can you believe me, bro? Yes, man. Relax. Can I tell you right now? Yeah. Yeah. Calm down. Please just calm down. I don't want you in my face. Bro, I don't have no problems with you, bro. Bro, just put your hands behind me. I didn't do anything, bro. I need you to put the cat away. I will not resist, bro. Just my son. Grab your hand. Get the whoop in your life. I will. I will. Let me tell you to get on your stomach. You just said your stomach. You just understand about that. Get your [ __ ] handcuffs out, Paris. God damn it. I just told you I would tell you. Give me your arm. I will. Can you listen for a second? Give it to me. Please let me tell you. Please let me tell you. Cops were right to be angry at the suspect. James had chosen maximum resistance when the only acceptable choice was to calmly climb on board and give his side of the story. Now he was facing the wrath of this team of closelyknit officers who were perfectly able to subdue him without the taser. Never listen to anybody outside. We want to listen to you. You didn't give us a chance to. You justing paid to arrest, bro. Like I want to tell you my side. I'm serious, bro. I didn't do anything. Then he hit me in my face, bro. Hey, you just need to calm down. You just need to calm down. Okay. The guy that called you, bro. Listen, listen on my face. We're going to calm down. All right. You're arresting the wrong person, though. Put your hands behind your back. I didn't do anything. Put his hand behind your back. Okay. Hang on. Hang on. You left me no choice, bro. I got to get up. I'm trying to get arrested for the wrong thing. I will I will pay attention. Put this hand behind your back. I will recoverate. Just put it on this hand. Put the other hand behind your back. Please. Just put on this hand. Bro, you want to cover to the front? I'm serious. We're not dropping this dude to the front. I just want to tell you my story. I swear to you, man. Just relax, man. Just relax. I'm relaxing. Why don't you get your hands behind your back? I'm going to sit you in a recovery position. Please resist me in the front, bro. All right, calm down. Please stop tensing up. Just let me I'm not resisting, bro. Just cuff me in the front. Thank you. Thank you for listening. Thank you. I didn't do anything, bro. Just relax. Relax. No, man. Cuz you rest the wrong people. After all the chaos he had caused, the man had the nerve to turn himself into a victim. If he really thought of himself as innocent, why was he swimming away from cops in a desperate attempt to escape? If anything, he should have been eager to tell the cops whatever injustice he experienced. Hey, what's your name? I've been on the system my whole life, bro. I'm not resisting you. You wouldn't know if I'm resisting, bro. I swear to God, bro. If you believe in God. Yeah, man. Do you believe in God, bro? Yeah. I'm telling you this. You want to say a prayer, brother? You want to say a prayer? No. No. No. I want you to know what's the truth. We need calmness. Not what you're paid for, man. Pray for calmness, my man. Not what you're paid for. Pray for calmness. Pray for calm. Stop. That hurts. Doesn't hurt, man. It doesn't hurt. Thating hurts, bro. If you kick him, I'm going to drive stun you. Do you want to hear it? Quit this. Stop what you're doing. I will just cuff me in the front, bro. I swear. Hey, listen. I swear to you, man. Cops. Okay. We're at the point. Okay. Well, we can't get your arms behind your back. Okay. I don't want it behind my back. You are going to have your hands behind your back. Okay. Why? So, you either do it voluntarily or you're going to get tased. You're not going to listen to me if I put my hands behind my back. Bro, this Why are you here, though? We don't want this, man. Can you tell me why you're here? I told you, man. We're investigating something. Relax. Like, what? Can you explain it, please? I'm I'm serious. Like, like, if you explain it, I will do everything you want, bro. I tried. James was a man who had been in and out of the judicial system his whole life. He obviously had a paranoid personality and was prone to violent outbursts. He would strike at friends, strangers, cops, or anyone who got in his way. Why'd you hit me in the face, man? I hit you in the face, bro. With your elbow, man. Why were you doing that? No, I didn't. Yeah. Why were you doing that? I'm trying to tell you the truth is all I was trying to do, bro. USA is free, bro. Let me hold it. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Like why why the problem? All right. Once we get a chance, we got to sit him up. He's not doing it right now, though. All right. I need a life jacket on him before we roll. Life. Please sit me up. Please sit me up. Please set me up. I'll I'll do whatever you want, bro. It's what you want. Make sure 40. We're 51 back to Nick Park. We got 1105. being very difficult. Non-compliant. We're going to put him up on We're put him right here. We'll put him right here. He's going He's going to want to fight. All right. Y'all ready? [Music] You all right? Once back on shore, he received a host of charges. The most serious of which was attempted for pulling the cop into the water and attempting to drown him. He was also charged with two counts of battery, two counts of resisting arrest, and operating a vehicle while impaired. It was February 26th, 2023 in Yorkville, Illinois, when police arrived at the home of a man named Sergio. His girlfriend had called the police for help in a case of domestic violence. It was necessary to forcefully enter the home as the police feared for the woman's safety. Come out with your hands up, Yorkville. Police doors closed. Come out with your hands up, Sergio. Sergio, open the bedroom door. We'll be coming through that one also. No, I'm calling my lawyer right now. That's okay. So So get away from my Open the door and come out. Put your hands up. Police had already entered Sergio's house through the front door. What made him think they would hesitate or be unable to get through the bedroom door? Standing there screaming in his boxer shorts, pretending he had the upper hand, wasn't a good look on him. Lay on the ground. I do not want to get on the ground now. On the ground. Sergio, we're going to roll you on your side. I don't care what you're talking about, bro. This is my house, bro. Y'all broke into my house. illegally, bro. I got it. Not for my lifetime. Bro, let me stretch my legs, bro. Get you rolled over. Leave me alone. Just let me stretch my legs, bro. Hey, lower. All I want is lower your voice. I don't have anxiety. I have anxiety. Rolling, bro. I'm just asking you to let me, bro. I wanted to get closer. Y'all couldn't let me do that. This is my house. Hey, we gave you plenty of chances. I didn't touch her. I didn't do. This is my house. Kayen, can we just go like, bro, she going to tell you the same [ __ ] I ain't touch her. You want me to give you the legal reason we could tell you to come and get circumstance? Okay. Uh, y'all come on, bro. They were mad, bro. She was mad at me cuz I cheated on her. That's what it is. Rather than comply when a team of cops had already entered his bedroom, Sergio decided it was in his best interest to get tazed and argue about the law. He clearly forgot about the laws which protect victims of domestic abuse. Can I get clothes on, man? Okay. I'm ask my jeans. N man pants in here. Look, just let me put them jeans on, man. I'm not going to fight you, bro. Would it be easier if you sat on the bed? No. Heard you guys. Yeah, I'm going to the medics. I'm definitely going to the medic. You want to sit on the bed? I can put them on for you, bro. Come on, man. I'm not going to hurt y'all, bro. I don't want you to fall over. Let me put my pants on. I know. If you want to sit on the bed and we'll put Come on. As a grown, man. Bro, you going to let me put your pants on, bro? You told me that you've been arrested how many times, right? You know we don't take the cuffs off. You know this. Uh, you lying because y'all done it before. Okay, we That's how you're going to do me, bro. Look at me in my face as a grown man, bro. Tell me that you're okay with making me fit this way. Come on, bro. I'm trying my hardest to be the best man that I can be. You're talking, Sergio. Let me talk. Hey, you've been through this. I hated my life, bro. You know, we don't take the cuffs off. We absolutely have to. You know it. You know it. So, let's help. Let us put the freaking pants on, man. Sergio wanted to be respected as a man. But in his case, his so-called manhood involved a history of prior arrests, abuse of women, and being handcuffed in his room while half naked, unable to dress himself. He looked more like an overgrowing child than a man at that point. Close up your arms. Yep. Man, I got taste tonight. That is wild. Hey, it's not going to feel great. It's not going to feel great. I need you to stay still. Needs to be one swift pull. Okay. Oh, you mother, man. You ready? Here we go. Nope. One. One. No, you got two in your two. All right. The other one's in your waist. Oh, no. Give me Give me a second, please. All right. You're good. I'm going have to bend over, though. The other one's in your The other one's right here in your waist. Okay. It's not going to feel great. It'll be over soon. Hold on. Stuffing everywhere. After police assisted Sergio in getting his pants on, he requested medical attention and was brought to the hospital for a checkup. Unsurprisingly, there was nothing wrong with him, and he continued to exhibit the foul attitude that got him in so much trouble in the first place. Why Why you get upset? Did I bother you that much? I could probably You're professional. You supposed to be able to just deal with a person like me. Okay. You ready? What are you agitated about? This way. Does it hurt you? It bothers you. You want? Yeah. I can imagine how you treat other people. You got our bag? Yeah. Okay. Hold on. I ain't trying to walk that fast. Hold up. Don't push me. I ain't going to treat you like I'm some type of goofy man. Slow down. I'm not going to do all that. I'm being respectful, so y'all do it for me. You know I ain't disrespect to you, bro. You know that for a fact. You going to let home girl over here put put that in your mother, man. I have my shirt, man. We'll get it to you at the jail. All right, boss. At the jail. Are you warm enough back there, Sergio? Come on, bro. Don't ask no stupid ass questions. Okay, get a bro. No, I'm just making sure you're warm enough. Five shirt on. You going to ask me if I'm warming up? Do you want me to turn up the heat? The heat, bro. You ask me if I'm warming up. Okay, that's some real [ __ ] dog. I'm just trying to make sure, dude. Bro, come on, bro. You know, Fisher, you asking that to be an dog? Not at all, man. You know you are. Hey, Sergio, knock that off. Just let me be mad for a moment, bro. Can't you just don't, bro? How would you feel? Just don't hit my stuff. All right, bro. I'm not I'm just taking a for a moment. potato. Sergio didn't recognize professionalism and politeness when receiving it because he was totally incapable of acting professional and polite. For Sergio, it was all about his feelings and his emotions. His despicable lack of anger management was on full display. How would you feel right now, bro? No matter what, no matter no matter if you think I'm 100% farther down, how would you feel, bro? I don't know. Right. So just for a second, let me feel. So tired of always being a bad guy for nothing, dog. Go ahead and step out for me. This right this way. [Music] We'll get you in here. to the district attorneys in Kendall County, Illinois, decided to charge Sergio with domestic battery, unlawful restraint, resisting arrest, and interfering with a domestic violence report. Because he had a prior criminal record, he took a plea deal, which put him behind bars for 1 year. In West Palm Beach on the 15th of January, 2023, police received a call from concerned neighbors who heard screaming and banging in the adjacent apartment. Officer Butler would interview the woman, Tiana, while her boyfriend was stalking like a tiger nearby. He had to come get me late last night. I was out with a almost in a ball with other women this morning cuz he was like carrying myself. I had I had to get this morning explain to him what happened with friends and you know even joking with friends and being their business I'm always taking up to my best friend she's always in okay so I had to explain that to him that's why I was wondering we're arguing about it because to him ratchet kids ratchet people that I grew up with and I'm always I argue with girlfriends and stuff and we got into it last night um inlet carried on to we were at Kon for we came to inlet and just it's we went some roads up whatever but 112 because he was like how I carry myself with them I can't choose my friends I can't say you give me a second I'm talking to her right now sorry about who I Why you talking to the police? I'm not talking. We can't We can't do nothing like Listen Listen. Let us speak. Okay. Yeah, I can. But you if I'm speaking to her, if I'm speaking to her, she's got injuries on her, bro. So, at the end, at the end of the day, listen, at the end of the day, I'm conducting a criminal investigation right now, trying to see where these injuries came from. At this point, the couple admitted to arguing with each other, but nothing more. But the responding officer was concerned with the blood and bruises he saw in the woman, Tiana, and wanted to know where they came from. So, he cut himself. So, he's going to have a cut where? I don't know. I I I don't know. I don't know. I just don't know. But, let's be real. I know you're not being truthful. I am being truthful. We're arguing. That's it. Only person obviously is Cole. He's got on a big jacket. Okay. You've now gone outside and put on a jacket. You've got cuts and lacerations on your foot. And my foot and you do. Look. Okay. Look at you. Look. Look. Look right here. Look. You got I'm fine. You got scratch on your feet. That's his That's his What do you mean that's his? That's his blood. No, that's that's you. That's his blood. That's not on me. That's his blood. It's dry from him. That's from him. I'm telling you. I'm fine, Mr. Butler, look, we're not doing this. You're not being truthful with me, okay? I I didn't listen. Okay, so listen to me. Listen to me, okay? I did not start just like doing this job, okay? I've been doing this job down there 7 years, okay? I know domestic violence when I see it. You got clear visible lacerations to your knees and on the bottom of your foot. And I asked you about your injuries and you told me he hasn't. He He probably cuz nothing is from me. So I'm telling you nothing is from me. I'm ashy as hell right now. We just got fresh shot. I'm ashy as hell. Officer Butler wasn't buying Tiana's claim that the blood on her body actually came from her boyfriend. And why was he walking around in a winter coat? Perhaps he wanted to cover up the wife beater shirt he was wearing. A symbol he wanted to avoid. My girl, she argued about she got into last night in the fight and I'm arguing with her telling her listen like like listen like you know personal stuff with me and her let's start over let's start over today. Were you staying there last night? That's my house. Okay. Does she live there with you? Just my house man. Does she live there with my house? Okay. So why were we called there? The neighbors call. They call my kids running. My the neighbors call the kids running that I got threey old. They call for everything. Is this what your girlfriend is going to be telling that officer? She already told him that. So why they already called? Cuz we was we was arguing the kids. Why were you arguing about a situation last night? It got nothing to do with me with her going out. Me arguing with her her like me arguing with her, telling her her whereabouts with her friends. She went out with her friends last night. Yes. I'm telling her the police up. Me and her arguing and the police she the police get called and she telling the police like, you know, she got in a bar last night. But I'm telling you, stupid as hell for hanging with people you don't got no business. She was out with her friends. She got in a fight. Yeah. She got into some [ __ ] Go ask officer. They keep talking to I'm just trying to get your side. It's really no sign. I'm just telling her I'm just telling my lady be smart about your situations. That's it. I'm The police can't help you with none of that. Being smart with your situation. I said you wasting your time talking to him. You wasting your time talking to him. Like there's no that's what we got called cuz you guys are yelling at each other because you're what she did last night. And how we The neighbors call for everything. Oh, the walls are thin. Yeah, I know. They call me L. I got a three-year-old. We got a three-year-old. They call for him like, "Oh, he a three-year-old. What are you going to do with a three-year-old?" Did anything physical happen? Physical happened. Tiana's boyfriend was adamant that nothing happened aside from arguing. He denied any physical altercation had taken place. But the officer saw the situation from a different perspective. There's blood in the car. Where's the blood from on the car? Where's the blood from? That's on the car. On the console. What blood at? The blood that's on the console. That's nothing, miss. It's a red car, miss. That's nothing. Police were finding drops of blood all over the place. They were trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together to discover what had actually happened. All signs pointed to assault, but with the couple refusing to give believable explanations, it was difficult to figure out the truth. I guess there's more to the story of what's going on at the house there. Can we go to this house? What's going on? Come here, put your hand back. [Music] What? So what? So what happened now? Something's going on. Arguing. I'm telling you, like the police cannot help us with what we got going. It's personal problem. We arguing. Going to jail for me with my girl, bro. Come on, bro. Hey, call Bullet. Hey, call Bullet, man. Bullet can't help you, bro. Let's not do that. Okay. Let's not I'm just me and her. We not fighting, bro. The windows open. No, it's hot, miss. I can't breathe. I take medication. I got medication to show you I take medication. You going to let me take the jacket off? Yes, please, sir. I can't breathe. I'm not going nowhere, man. Can you get Can you get him a shirt? Tiana. Damn, bro. Tiana, can you tell the officers we not we wasn't fighting, bro? Come on. Bro, call another police officer. Call another police officer or son. Bro, we can, bro. Come on, dog. Come on, bro. We not Come on. God, bro. Tiana's boyfriend was charged with domestic violence. Although, without Tiana's cooperation, the case would likely not proceed to trial. At least this arrest would somehow make them rethink their relationship. Police were called to a home in the small town of Ada, Ohio on June 17th, 2024 after a domestic disturbance had erupted between a couple. A woman told 911 dispatch that her boyfriend Michael had kicked the door down. Cops arrived to a screaming match in progress. My name is the police. I don't give a [ __ ] Okay, I guess you don't care. Get the out my house. That's what I thought. What's going on? I pay her in here. Well, I don't care about who pays the rent. What's going on tonight? No, no, no. She just just I I may have overstepped my bounds. I'll go where I need to go. I'll if you need me to go somewhere, I'll go. Well, tell me what's going on. It just got overstep the bounds. That's it. Just What do you mean overstep bounds? All right. She wants me to accept that her daughter's going to pay for her son's heroin addict or whatever. It is what it is. I I will. All right. You got any weapons on you? No, I don't. All right. Keep your hands out of your pockets. No. Michael's manner of speech suggested something was not right in his head. He was likely intoxicated, but at least he was acting cooperative. Perhaps he thought if he played his cards right, he'd get out of the situation without being arrested. Are you You're on probation with who? With Harden County. I'm going to get hit. Is it with Harden County or with municipal court? With Harden County. That's Who's your PO? Jessica. Okay. I just That's why I was like, where you guys want me to go? I'll go. I don't. Do you have some place you can go tonight? I can I can go to the end. I can go wherever. I have I have money. I can go to the end. There's no I don't want this. We were told that our dispatch was told that the door was kicked in. No, I didn't. I didn't. You didn't kick the door in? No. No, I didn't. Was anybody um like hit or anything? No. Go ahead. You honestly see if the door escaped. I will go wherever. Can just stay right here for me. You're not under arrest. I'm not arresting you. I just need you to stay right here for me. Okay. Wherever. All right. Just Just hang right here for me. I'm going to talk to Stacy, your PO. Okay. I've been cooperative. I I know. I didn't say you weren't. I This But with this this type of thing, we got to we got to try to let her know. Okay. I I will go. I I have money to go. I will go. I'm not I I'm not trying to go to jail, man. Well, you're probably not supposed to be drinking, are you? Under your probation. Officer Crawford could clearly see that the door had been mostly destroyed. Also, it was obvious to him that Michael was intoxicated. As for his probation, Michael had previously received charges for domestic abuse. A female officer kept an eye on him while officer Crawford spoke to the parole officer. This isn't uh Can I get a different officer, please? I mean, you got the two of us. That's it. Yeah, I will take him over you any day. No, you're going to have to wait. You're stuck with me right now. Can I Can I get a different officer, please? He's on the phone. I don't care if he's on the phone. His job is to deal with me. Bring it down. Yeah. Guess what? Am I right? Hook his mouth. Put a pen behind your back, dude. Stop. Stop. Get on the ground. Put your hands behind your back now. Put your hands behind your back. I will tase you. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back or you will be tased. Put the other one. Where are they at? Johnson. It's going to be the half unit. They're not groups. No. The nice guy persona that Michael had been trying to pull off quickly collapsed when faced with a little scrutiny from the female officer. It sure looks like Michael had a hard time respecting women. Yeah. That way. Do something. Look. Yeah. You think you're about toing manhandle me? Don't you kick me. Stop. Stop. Stop it. Back up. Stop. Here. I'm in. Stop. Don't you dare. You are probably going to be released and you started this. Guess what? What? What? You ain't got on me. Well, guess what? You're going to jail. Guess what? You ain't on me. With Michael's anger management issues and violent personality, being blind drunk only made matters so much worse. Michael was an absolute mess and he needed to take control of his life and his emotions. Guess what? I'mma let those big assing motherers at the county jail how know how big of a you are and how you your boss ranked up. Oh yeah when you got Crawford. Oh yeah I aming back here. We got medics in in route. You need to quit hitting stuff. I'm tell I'm I'm trying to get your attention to let you know I'ming infecting. What do you mean? You're hot. It's [ __ ] hot. Look at my face, dude. Well, we're hot out here, too. Don't. Yeah. Guess what? I'm not comfortable either. Well, at this point, it's our safety. It's youring job. Well, yes, it is. We got medics in route. All right. Back at the station, a team of officers was awaiting Michael's arrival. Because of his overwhelmingly volatile and unpredictable emotions, he needed to be approached with extreme caution. So, he requested EMS, then refused to talk to him. He's requested all the way here saying he never talked to EMS. So, I don't know how he's going to be able to go to get him out. Like, was there any force used on is he intoxicated? He's he's drunk or possibly we're guessing on M. Okay. He's got um felony charges from us and then um Stacy Loose from municipal court over there wants is putting a detainer for pro for pro probation violation on him too. Okay. Was any force used on him? Yes. Was he t? Nope. No tes. It was just hands on. Hands on. Okay. No like no strikes or nothing that you No strikes just holding him down. He's got mark on his face and um some scrapes on his arms and stuff. Guess what? What's that? He excited you for nothing. Okay, you're gonna come out. Guess what? You're this all turn. You're not getting there's going to be a lawsuit. Okay, guess what? That hand that was that's my livelihood. You got a lawsuit coming. What's your name? Michael Crawford. You got a ring lawuit cuz guess what? I can't make a living without that hand. If parents ever need to teach their children about the dangers of taking a good way to get the point across would be to show them a few minutes of Michael here on the hidden files. He was charged with resisting arrest, assault, and disorderly conduct. He was also charged for violating his parole. On April 25th, 2023, in Mundeline, Illinois, a mother called the cops on her son, Javier after he had been rampaging at the family home. He had allegedly thrown a bottle of shampoo and a tin can at her. Police department. Come here, Javier. Javier, come here. Come talk outside. Come talk outside. Javier, open the door. Get the out of here. Open the door. Open the door. Open the door. On the ground. On the ground. Get the lights. Get the lights. Get the lights. Keep the lights. Put the lights. We're good. We're good. We're good. Yep. Yep. We're good. We're good. We're good. We're good. We're good. We're good. Okay, you got it. You guys, you guys violated nasty. Get the out mother right now. Stop it right now. I'm trying to [ __ ] Yeah, you better be scared. Get stand up. Get the off me. Stand up. Get the off me here. Come on. Get the off me. Get off. Stand up. Get the off me. I'm helping you off. Why you think this is funny? Multiple officers had to handle Javier, who had completely lost control of himself. No one in the family home had been able to calm down his oversized, violent temper, and it was only just beginning. Here, stop. Your hand cut this over, man. You need to calm down your ear. Java car you car you gonna do dog yeah that's what you ain't going to do we're going to need a hobble yeah You ain't going to mean you ain't going to You going to look Look, you need to stop, man. Come on. Cross the line. Come on. I'm sorry. Stop. Get the out of me. You see, you can't even handle me, dog. Doc, why? Why? [ __ ] do what the you going to do? Right there. Look at your car. There you go. See what? What are you going to do? Who's in five? I love myself. Who's in five? Put him on the side. All over. Just leave him on the side for now, man. It looked like Javier had a lot of pent up rage. If he was willing to be violent with his family, then no doubt he could be more violent with law enforcement or anyone else who is unfortunate enough to cross his path. And now that you did this, I just want to let you know you want to handicap Christian now mother. So what's up now? Now you're going to get it, [ __ ] So if I pull lawsuits against you, mother, you better not be scared, mother. I'm going legally blind. And I don't even have my glasses, you guys arees, dude. You with the wrong fat boy, dude. All right. [ __ ] Leave me alone. Stand up. Can you set off for us, man? Is that cool? We don't want to tie you up, bro. Can you dude? Shut the up. Don't ever cut me, bro. Dude, I ain't your way, man. You're lucky I got this cuz I'll beat the living out of you, dude. making this hard. Come on. You d Let's just stand up and go to the squad car. Come on, man. You Don't worry, man. I'm great. I'm great. Now I got cameras. Got cameras, man. We don't got cameras. No, I got cameras. Why don't we stand up and walk to the squad? All right, man. We don't want to tie you up. Nah, you know what? I take my time. Take your time. But we don't we don't want to tie you up or anything, man. We don't want to fight anymore. You [ __ ] I hope you get in the head, dude. You might have me a handcuff, [ __ ] But if I ever catch you in the world, [ __ ] I'mma you up, dude. I'mma you up. Javier was the type of man who did not take responsibility for his actions. He wanted to portray himself as helplessly handicapped. He also wanted to act like a tough guy who would target cops in the street. Meanwhile, back at the station for booking, Javier's rage was still in full force. I would have broken nose. Your whole would have been broken right now. She would have been licking nothing but blood. [ __ ] Sit down. Threw a shampoo bottle at mom. He says, "I'm throwing other stuff." He hit her in the stomach. So he threw a shampoo bottle at her face and then like a tin can at her stomach and then push dad. [Music] What's up? Hey, what? What's up? If you're going to go, if you're going to keep banging, you're going to go chair. You understand? What's up? What's up, man? Go ahead. Go ahead, bro. Don't Don't pick on me when I'm at haircut. Take this off and what's up. This isn't going to change. You yelling, screaming isn't going to change. What's up, dude? Take these haircuts off. Hey, let me see what's up then. I want to see what kind of man you are. Take these haircuts and let me see what's up. Cuz I can beat your ass. I'm a bigger man than you. No. No. I can beat the living out of you. You beating my ass. You're a bigger man than me. Is that what you think? Cuz no one doesn't You got your back up though. There you go. No, seriously. No, they theyed up. They up. They [ __ ] you up. Dude, you could beat all of our Do you think that would make you a bigger man? Literally speaking, no one was a bigger man than Javier. But the officer was right. There's a lot more to being a man than simply physical violence. Think about how low Javier's manhood must have fallen if his own mother was willing to call 911 on him. I got all the paperwork. I can't wait to show the judge that you're with a blind person that's going blind and stilling putting them in the ground like a piece of [ __ ] you mother. Let's see what's up now. Now, when I show that to the judge and I got cameras around my crib, so I want to see what's up now, mother. And you guys went into my house with no warrant. Mother, calm down. N you, dude. Dude, you're not my friend. Listen, we weren't there cuz we just want No, but you guys open the door. You guys have no right. You guys have no right to open the door. It doesn't matter. You don't have no right. I know my rights. No, you don't. No, you don't. Can you hear me talk? Can you let me talk? You're just going to yell over me. Do you want answers? I'll give you an answer. When we get called for something like that, if we can hear yelling and screaming, we can go in. No, you can't. Yes, we can't. No, we can't. We don't know why. You know what? Then you know what? Hey, look. Then you're going to be right. Then at court your case is going to be thrown out. So no amount of yelling. So what? So I can be locked up and be suffering through this that I ain't supposed to suffer. Mother, I'm going blind. You mother. Your parents called, not us. You [ __ ] ass [ __ ] I'm going blind. You with a handicapped person and you put him down like a [ __ ] Mother. I bet you when I show the judge and all the proof that I'm going blind, you [ __ ] How the is that? How the is going to make that look like that? Cuz you guys you guys you guys if you keep acting like this I'm not taking cuffs off you thinking I could have broke your nose you could have I could have broke your nose man right there and I was handcuff his knowledge of the law was completely distorted from a legal perspective. Javier's alleged future blindness had no bearing whatsoever on the domestic violence situation. All he seemed to really know was hate and rage. Can I treat you with respect? Does that is that worth anything to you? Cuz I'm trying you guys with me at the worst time when I'm going blind. Why you going blind? Don't worry about it. That don't concern you. I'm going blind, mother. That's all you need to know. And I got all the proof. How long has it been going on? It's going on already for a while, mother. Okay, so there you go. Hey, I get it. Going blind could suck. So there you go. You're with a handicapped person, mother. And you slam me the way you slam me. Now I got all the proof in my cameras. Mother, when I show that to the judge and I show them the proof that I'm going blind, [ __ ] what the is gonna happen to you? You might you might get suspended. You might lose your job, you [ __ ] Anybody yelling at you? I did. No. Take it down a notch. I can't believe my parents see me that I'm going blind. They want to be doing this, dude. Okay, so go keep with me, dude. Do something stupid to me. What am I doing to with you? What am I doing? [ __ ] you already went to my house without no warrant. You're not even supposed to You're not even supposed to even go to my house. And it's not that you I'm Don't worry. I'm going to show the judge. I'm going to show the judge that you guys with a handicapped person. I'm going blind. And you guys want to with me like that and slam me on the floor and grab me like like how you grab me that that could cost you your job, bro. Were you fighting us? Hey, that's your go bad. That's your go badge. Your gold badge is going to go down the down the drain. Were you fighting us? No, I wasn't fighting you. Javier had already made too many violent threats against law enforcement that it was impossible to keep track. He had threatened officers the next time he saw them and even threatened to break a female officer's nose. But in his own fantasy land, he was a blind, handicapped victim of police brutality. That doesn't mean just cuz I'm a handcuff, I can still you up, dude. I'm sure you can. That's not going to change anything, is it? Then let me just go in the cell. If I'm already going to get locked up and I'm going to get booked up, it's all it's all your school though. Cuz what the you did today, that's not your job, dude. What you guys did to me today job, dude. If we take your handcuffs off, you can shut the door. Are you just going to sit there and be Yeah, just shut the I'm going to shut the up. Okay. Just shut the door and take your handcuffs off. Yeah. All right. Shut the door. Okay. Turn around this way. And I can't believe my own family is putting me through this when I'm at my worst, man. That's why I'm chilling now with you guys, bro. But if I really wanted to you up, I would have been you guys out, man. Okay. All right. Um, I just You just put me in the back, man. Let me lay down and chill out. Hey, put him in the in the bullpen just so he can lay down for a while. Yeah, it's fine. Make sure you take out everything. No, I don't got nothing, man. You guys already took everything. I don't got nothing, man. You're lucky I Hey, Javier. Do you want some food? I'm not going to spit on it. Do you want some food or not? Yes. All right. Even though cops had received countless violent threats from Javier, they were still concerned for his well-being. He was charged with domestic battery, resisting arrest, and multiple counts of assault on a peace officer. At the end of the day, men have to exercise special care when dealing with the women in their lives. Women need protection and love, not violence and rage. One way or another, the law will always catch up with abusive men. Thanks for watching.
