At first glance, this looked like a routine traffic stop. But things took a turn for the worse when the spoiled brat tried to drive away with a cop still leaning into her [Music] car. To call this video anything less than insane would be an understatement, and you won't believe how much time she's facing with a guaranteed minimum sentence. Without further ado, let's get started. Evening. Hello, Deputy Cooper County Sheriff's Office. How are you? Not too bad. Stopped you for a couple reasons. One, we crossed over the center line while we were driving there. And then at two different points, your speed's been fluctuating really drastically from slowing down to going, we were just doing about 60 and a 35 here just before we turned here. And also, is there any reason we pulled into the elementary school at this time of night? No, I feel like you were behind me, so I was like, um, just going to pull over. You're just going to pull over? Yeah. Do you have your license and the insurance for the vehicle? Yeah. Where are we coming from tonight? [Applause] Where were we coming from tonight? Sorry. No problem. Where were you at before this? Uh, I was at Habachi. What's that? Uh, Habachi. Yeah. What is that? Uh, food. Where's that located at? What town's that in? Where are we headed now? I'm trying to find my license. You don't have you don't have your physical license on you? I do. I do. Do you have the insurance in the meantime? Yeah, I do. What's that? I said I just took a picture of my license. Is it possibly in your purse in the back seat? Right up in the front. Right there next to it. That was a second purse back there. Kcon 701. I'll have a file for you when you're ready. Do you also have the insurance for the vehicle? Yeah, I do. How much did you have to drink at Havasi? I didn't drink. You didn't drink at all? No. Okay. Copy that. If you didn't drink it, Basi, why can't I smell the odor alcoholic beverage coming out vehicle? Back to my other question. If you didn't have anything to drink, why does it smell like alcohol? Uh, I don't know. You don't know. No. So, I'm sure you guys noticed that one of her mirror is already smashed. So, that is an indication that it's definitely not her first time driving drunk. I don't understand in this day and age why people just don't take an Uber. It's cheap and at least it gets you there alive and without any charges. But then again, that's the mature and irrational thing to do and there's not much of that going around these days. And you had absolutely nothing there. Yeah. No. Okay. Would you mind stepping out of the vehicle for me? Want to stand with her for a second? You want to stand with her for a second? [Music] All right. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car now. I'm not touching the car. Step out of the car. Step out of the car now. Out of the car. Out of the car. What the [ __ ] Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. You're not going to start the car and try and run from us. I'm not driving. Okay. What the [ __ ] All right, we're coughing up a female now. Why you doing that? Huh? Thought I was going for a ride. Yeah, I was trying to break that window out. Stop that. Yes, we are. have Mark one. 851 from 71 Direct. You want to stop out here? What's your first name? All right. Roll over. Sit up. We're going to stand you up. Count of three. One, two, three. Stand. There you go. There you go. Walk back to the squad over here. Relax. Get your phone. Stop touching me. Under arrest for what? Trying to sleep. For what? Y'all some [ __ ] hoes. Like actually you you feel like you feel like you just what? You just started a car and tried to drive away with my deputy in the car. What the [ __ ] Because [ __ ] is trying to feel like you did some [ __ ] Stop touching. I don't see anything visually on her. Have a seat in the back of the squad. Hey, listen. Just so you know, everything's going to be video and audio record in the back of the squad. [ __ ] thugs. We know that. You obviously made that apparent. Yeah. Sit down, [ __ ] Shut up. Sit down. Get the [ __ ] up. And now kick me again. That makes sense. Get in the car, [ __ ] Kick me two more times. I swear to God. What's up, dumb ass? I'm just going to shut her in. Okay. What's wrong? She can't get seat belts on the other side of her. Back up. Get the [ __ ] off me. Yeah, she's going for aggravated [ __ ] battery. Yeah, hang on. 701, could you have medics stop out to my location? She get the [ __ ] Hey, I would highly suggest you stop doing that. I would suggest you leave the [ __ ] out of space. If you break anything in the back of my squad, you're going to gain an extra charge. So, I know it's hard to tell because it happened so quick, but you can clearly see that the officer was trying to get her out of the car, and that's when she attempted to drive away with him still in it. So, this woman managed to turn a simple misdemeanor, which is DUI, she would have been out the next day into one of the most serious felonies you can commit in the state of Illinois. And we'll take a look at the potential penalties in just a moment. [ __ ] you, dumbass [ __ ] [Music] [Applause] You ain't going to hurt yourself, [ __ ] I don't know what count 71, if you want to just notate. The female's banging her head against my bars of my window. You can knock herself out. I'm not even going to open it cuz she's going to kick me. Yeah. Yeah. Hello, sir. What's your deal? Uh, probably DUI. Uh, before we even got a chance to pull her out the field, she decided to start the car and try and drive off with him half in the car. She couldn't get it out of park, so we pulled her out and put her in there and then she kicked me about four times. [Music] So, 851 from 7 to1. Slow down. No need. Huh? Why are you here? Oh no, that's you guys. Do yourself a favor and relax, [ __ ] Give me asses, [ __ ] Nope. Not till we get to the jail. Why am I here? Well, one DUI. No. some other traffic citations, aggravated battery to a police officer, and if you keep up with what you're doing and you break any piece of my squad, you're going to have criminal damage to state supported property. That's why you're there. You asked the question, not me. I was just giving you the answer. All right, so don't go anywhere because I do have a bonus clip for you guys of an equally psychotic woman who almost ran over a bunch of teenagers while she was driving drunk. But before I show you that, let's take a look at how much time she's facing. So, she got charged with DUI, which is just a misdemeanor, unfortunately. But she also got charged with aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer. It is a class X felony carrying a minimum sentence of 6 years and a maximum of 45 years. The specific sentence may be longer depending on the nature of the assault, especially if it involves a firearm. In this case, it doesn't involve a firearm, but it does involve a deadly weapon, a car. Additionally, there may be fines and probation, and the conviction will create a permanent criminal record with various consequences. So, up to 45 years, mandatory minimum sentence of 6 years. That is unless she manages to plea it down to a lesser charge. But if this is the charge she is found guilty of, it's mandatory 6 years. Now, I'll try to keep you guys updated on this, but for now, let's move on to the second clip. Excuse me. Excuse me. I'm sorry. Hey, go ahead and put the car apart for me. I will put the carpart. Put the car apart right now. Give me the keys. Turn the car off. Turn the car off. Cars in park. Turn the car off. Turn it off. Give me the keys. Hey, stop. I know. Everything's in park. Hey, hey, stop. Stop. I just want you to watch the front. Jesus [ __ ] Christ. Stop randing people over. I know. I see. I'm back. They just came around for being intoxicated. the gate. Why didn't you drive her? I want to see my keys. I tried to take the keys and sit in the car and she come flying over here before I made it back up here. I'm trying to stop her. If you get the keys, I don't know where the keys at. I mean, where are the keys at? Okay. Car. Is this your car? There's a registered car. Is that literally was just trying to park it? My kids park it in front of kids. Kids, I I'm so sorry, but my my my god baby is inside. My god baby is inside. What do you want me to do? My god baby inside. Not drive a car with your mom. I know. She just drove the [ __ ] car up and ran over the guard. I'm so sorry. I just was trying to bring my guard to the front gate. My front gate didn't bring my guard behind me. I I'm bringing my daughter to the drive, baby. She was in the vehicle with the car on and she wouldn't move. She was trying to get out of her. They didn't drive. I was not trying to do anything. She was in the driver. Yes, I was in my D. Do you want your guys to do? I was just literally trying to do a promise to see my daughter. I'm sorry y'all. I like it. Like I'm trying to see my dead baby. My god, baby. My god, baby. Was that a [ __ ] doctor? No, I don't have anything. Do you have ID on the car? No. I don't have anything on me. I was literally just coming through real quick, man. Real quick. Okay. Explain something to you. Okay. So, you're behind the wheel of the vehicle. Okay. I can smell that you're impaired. You're slow in your words. You can barely stand. I did drink. I did drink tonight. Are you willing to conduct standardized field exercises to see how impaired you are? So, this woman is actually on her third DUI. And what's really crazy is that the second DUI happened about a week before that, which is insane. I think that the judges should really treat these cases more seriously. Drinking and driving does take a lot of lives. It happens every day, unfortunately, here in America. So, it's time to put a stop to it. We need harsher sentences. And what's really important though is to put more conditions on bail because I do understand that you are innocent until proven guilty, but you see a lot of people that cause massive accidents while they are currently fighting their cases. So, we need to put the safety of the public first. Yes. I just wanted to like say I was trying to see my dad baby at her baby at her graduation. I'm so sorry. I did drink tonight. Am I wrong? I did not. But I'm just trying to see my god baby. Okay. And that's my man right now. Okay. We were just trying to see my god baby and her god [ __ ] baby. I did. I did [ __ ] up. I But if my god baby is all I'm trying to see. You run her. She's she's all right. Definitely not a Jeep. Chevy Traverse. You got her. just we were sitting right here and she like came up, stopped and then started driving again. When the kids are walking from home, she said he wants heavy William. See, I was I was sitting here and I was like, that can't be the same thing. That's why I'm having you come up here. And I saw him come up and she started driving again and she wasn't even looking at up. She was looking down at the center console. [Music] about a week ago. My god. A week ago. Where's her keys at? She's got her keys. I'm going to move the car out of the way so the kids don't have to walk around. You want me to move? No, I got it. Martina, you watch out for a minute. I'm going to move her car out of the way. Martinez, you have to move real quick. I'm just going to move it right here. [Music] All right. So, she was charged with DUI. She provided two alcohol breath samples and it was.1 192 and.1 193, which is over double the legal limit. That's it for the video. Thanks for watching and I'll see you guys on the next one.
