Hey, how are you? >> Hi. >> Who is turning themselves in? >> My daughter. >> Okay. How old are you, miss? >> 22. >> 22. Do you have an ID on you? >> Yeah. >> Thank you so much. Uh, [snorts] are you still living on Nwood? >> Yeah. >> In Park. Okay. >> Victor 205. >> Go ahead. four >> um domestic original park warrant for Alexis Kaufman for an assault. >> Okay. Is it going to be cuz I know she's got a county address. Is it counties or ours? >> It shows that you're it's your original warrant. Temple. All right, stand up. Miss, turn around. Put your headliner back. >> Victor two show in custody. Love you. Talk to you later. All right, stand right here. Face this door. Come on in here. With who? >> She's schizophrenic. She was having an episode. >> Who lives here? >> Her, her brother, her mom. >> So, this is their house? >> Yeah. >> Do you stay here or are you visiting or >> I was visiting. I was spending. >> Good. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> Alexis. >> You have an ID with >> Alexis. What you want? >> It's the police. >> Police calling us. >> Where's the other head? What's her name? >> Oh, yeah. >> Rosa. >> Yeah, Rosa. Come in and talk to her. >> She's crazy. She's right now crying because we got to talk to her. >> Okay. >> Just ask her if we can come in or if she can come out. >> No, she's right now in not the right mind. >> Well, that's not up to you to determine her brother >> and I'm the police. Okay, >> there's a domestic battery that was reported. You cannot interfere with that. We have to talk to her and make sure she >> literally as well. >> We're going to talk to her and hands on me first. >> I was separating you two because you're both fighting each other on the ground. What's your first name? >> What's your first name? >> Alejandro. >> Alejandro. Arguing with her is not going to help anyone right now. Let us talk to the two of you and we're going to talk to her separately so we could get the story separate. Make sense? >> You want her to come in or you want her to come out? >> Rosa. Get in. Get out here. >> You're going to do this outside? >> Yes. >> Okay. Alexis, why don't you come down here with these guys? >> All right. Get down here. >> This is girlfriend. She's here to >> I'll talk with her. You want to talk? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Rosa, I think is the other half. >> Rosa is your sister? >> Yes. >> Okay. We need to talk to her. So, step aside. >> You need to move aside. >> You can go in or you can set aside. >> I'm going to stay here. >> You got to move out of our >> Rosa. Come here. >> You have to move. >> You are making things much worse. >> Okay. Can you please have an issue with her? So stay apart from me. >> Rosa, can you step out? He doesn't want us coming in for some reason >> because there's a dog. >> There's a dog. >> Yes. I don't want her. Yeah. >> Medics first. >> If you step down there, I can talk to her. >> Rosa. >> Rosa, come here. >> Can we come in and talk to you or do you want to come out here? >> Hey, we can come in and talk to you so that nobody has to see what's going on. None of your neighbors or nothing. >> I think that's better. >> You want me to come in there? >> Let her come and talk to you. Thank you. >> Let her talk to the officer. Okay. You can tell your sight in a second, but let her do the talking. All right. So, what's going on? Does >> she Do you have an ID somewhere? >> Start with that. >> And it wasn't working. >> What were you trying to do? >> Close the door. Was she going to slow the door? >> I'm sorry. You need to You need to slow down and start again. What were you trying to open? >> What's your first name again? >> What's your first name again? >> Hund. You were trying to break up with her. >> Is there anyone else here? >> No. It's all right. 11 came around and grandma didn't come get her grand. >> No, no, no. >> Okay. How did you guys fight? Were you guys >> Alex? He was too strong. And [laughter] And then he got out. >> You guys were physically fighting each other? Okay. What? How did that So, you guys were arguing with each other and then it became physical. How did that become physical? >> Um, she's 19 and her ex. >> Were you guys in your bathroom? Were you guys in your room? And then what? >> Alejandra, you said yes. >> You was here. And then >> maybe you can give me a a version of what happened. >> I don't know much other than my sister called me to get her ex out. Her ex was refusing because she had her sweater here. My sister's looking for it. It was in her room. So, I >> all night they didn't have any problems. No, at night they never had any problem. >> Okay. >> And right now my sister's having a um a problem. >> What type of medical issues does she have? >> I'm pretty sure that's what >> she takes medications for that. >> No. >> Is she supposed to? >> Um but I don't know. No. >> Okay. >> She has been she has not used it in years. >> She hasn't taken it. Apparently the said it's genternia, but I have no idea what's happening right now other than she's mentally unstable because of the >> So she called you how how long ago would you say? Half an hour ago. >> No, 10 minutes ago at most. >> So she called because she wouldn't leave. >> Yeah. And she I got her to look for her sweater. She got her sweater. She gave it to her and she said, "I'm not leaving because I don't have my phone." She has her phone in her pocket. And then my sister said, "Get her out. Get her out." And I said, "Get out." And I could um she calling 911. >> Both of us, I'm pretty sure. >> Okay. because I saw her on her phone when she was outside and she kept on circling the house. >> Okay. >> And apparently they got in a fight earlier and my sister bit her. Don't know. >> Can you show me where this this took place so I can see if the any signs of it? >> So this is your sister's room. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. So when Alexis spent the night here, this is where she would have been staying. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And also when I got here, the bed was moved this way, but my sister pushed it back. And yeah, it's not pretty. >> Okay. Have they had physical issues before? >> Yes. Way before this. >> Like years ago when they were still together, there was a fight so loud you can hear a block away. >> How long ago did they break up? >> Um I don't remember. >> A day, a month, a year. >> More than 3 years ago. >> Does she live around here, Alexis? >> Um I don't know where she lives. >> Do you know if it's in Villa Park? >> Yes, it's Villa Park. Okay. So, they've been on and off for a few years. >> This is the first time she came back in like a year or so. >> But your sister invited her to spend a night here. >> Um I don't let her let her let her >> Who else lives here? >> My mother, me, my brother, Remy, my mother's husband and her. >> But they're okay with her spending the night here? >> Not really. >> But [snorts] they they knew, but they >> because of her problems. >> I'll be heading over to the courthouse. your info real quick so I don't forget. >> That's right. >> Can you give me your last name? >> Vega. >> Vega. >> B E G A. >> And it's Alejandro. >> Uhhuh. >> It's on the bed. >> Who's she? >> Um, Alexa. >> Sorry, my throat is somewhere right. >> My sister was looking in here. She couldn't find it. So I told her to look downstairs and >> when she went down, she found her sweater. She threw at her. Then she got up and she started leaving like she said she would. Then she grabbed my Then she said she wouldn't leave. Then they got into a fight again. I had to pull my sister. Yes. And I had to pull my sister out and then >> bring her down from each other like separate. >> Then she then I got her towards the door. I pulled her out towards the door. Like I hugged her and threw her outside. >> Yeah. But then she started dropping down and started pulling my shirt and pants. >> Okay. You need an ambulance. >> And then she said I'm assaulting her because I can't throw her out of my house. >> That's all. That's all right. >> To first plate clear valid white 21 brother sister doggies or >> tiger. There's three >> clear valid on the white Merced. >> And my sister has one. I have one. This is my mother's >> private property. Rosa. >> Rosa. >> Why are you so emotional now? What? What's going on in your head? >> Negative. >> Um, >> okay. Give her a moment. [crying] >> What's that thing on the wall? >> Oh, that's uh that's supposed to be a security camera, but it's never activated. >> What's going on? Why are you emotional right now? >> Where are the dogs? Patuna [laughter] just >> you just want to forgive her. >> No, [ __ ] sake. Door open. >> This is why you shouldn't bring people in your past back. >> All right. So, where did she hit you? >> Face um let her answer cuz pulling my hair. >> All right. I'm [snorts] going to take some photos right now. Do you have anything on your hands out like this? >> Can you lift up your sleeves? >> [snorts] >> 03 or no >> 03 or no? >> 03 both. >> You want me to >> both? >> Okay. Victory 31. You guys good? >> 31. We're good. Hello. >> Hi. >> What's happening? >> I'm mom. >> Will your Alexis Okay. Did they tell you what happened here? >> Kind of. >> Okay. >> I know that Roseette hurt. >> Okay. Well, there's >> there's going to be some issues here because people can't fight um without people getting arrested for it. So, we got to figure out. >> Okay. But she was hit first. >> This is my house. >> It's okay. Your daughter's right in there. You can talk to her. >> Okay. >> Huh? What were you saying? >> Nothing. >> Okay. >> I was saying though, if someone puts their hands on my daughter, she has every right to defend herself. >> Sure. But she also doesn't have a right to stay somewhere she's not welcome. >> Uh, she was invited over here. >> But when she was told to leave by both of them, >> she went back in to get her phone. >> I don't care. That's irrelevant. You can't enter somebody's house without permission. >> Whatever. >> I'm not saying that's the issue, but if that's their issue. >> Okay. >> So, that's when you call 911 and we get things for you. >> How could you call 911 without a phone? Sir, >> well, you could get sarcastic with me. Neighbors have phones. The police department is two blocks away. Magic happens. That's how you do it. >> This is mom. >> This is mom. >> Hey, Mom. All right. I called the medical. >> So, um Blake was saying that she was visible. Yeah. All over her. Um and that it looks like she got beaten up pretty good. >> Mhm. >> She's telling me that she kind of went crazy and start and slapped her. So she slapped her back and then she >> Victor 31 holding a delayed suspicious incident at the Emperor Rabbit Hotel caller found a receipt in his car that isn't his. >> Okay. >> She's saying that girlfriend started it but looks like girlfriend has a lot more. She just has bruising on her nose right now. But is it okay to >> double or is that >> you can if you don't feel you can determine who the aggressor was. The problem that you have here is you have a witness who says what she says, which is expected because they're related. Um, this one may or may not be going to the hospital. Um, so really the purpose in the double 03 is to keep them away from each other, but if she's going away anyway to the hospital or something, they're going to be away from each other. Okay? >> So, it's up to you. If you if you don't think you can determine who the aggressor was, it should be double. If you think that she's the aggressor, then you get her. It's up. It's It's whatever you feel comfortable with, what you think happened here. >> Okay. >> And when you talked to her, she was saying that she started >> it started. It started so she came over last night to spend the night and then in the morning she said that this lady has multiple personalities in her head and that one of the personalities didn't like her. So I started fighting her. >> Okay. punching her, biting, bit her. >> She has no there's no injury on her hand from the bite, but and then she made a comment about like an hour ago or whatever, she had a belt around her neck and she wanted to commit suicide. >> That's right. >> Okay. And that's what she as well. >> Did that to herself? >> You did it to herself. She was going to try suicide. So that's why the medics are taking her. >> This one told me that she made suicidal statements and then went crazy and that's when she struck her first. So right now I cannot determine. So, I think I'm going to do >> So, what you could end up doing with this one is getting a warrant for >> warrant later. Okay. >> And then >> right now I'll take her. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. >> What What is the What does the witness say? Says sister. Sister >> sister. So, it's not a biased witness, right? >> So, does she have any marks on her? Hang on. Make sure she's Denise, >> you're take you're taking the girl Elmer's. >> No. >> Huh? >> No. This one's She's probably going to end up coming with us and this one later. I said call now. Don't have >> it'll be all right. >> They're going to hospital. >> Okay. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> Just so you know what's going to happen here, >> okay? >> Or at least half of it right in front of you is this one here is going to be taken into custody. Which one? >> But uh Rosa, but she, the officer in charge here, is going to end up getting a warrant for Alexis. Okay, because they were both fighting. Now, the problem is we have no way of knowing who's being more truthful than the other. Okay, but because she's it's more important for her to get looked at right now. We're not doing this right now. >> Okay. >> Um so what should happen is is if she if they talk to her and she's fine and they release her today, it's in her best interest just to come to the police department. >> Which police department? >> Villa Park right up street here. >> Okay. Um if they're going to keep her for a minute, check her out, maybe get evaluated because she made some comments about herself. Okay. >> Um maybe she'll be there for a day or two, then >> um the warrant will be out there. >> So if any officer comes across her, they're going to take her in a >> No, just bring her in. >> Yeah, that's the best part. >> And I apologize for >> No, it's all right. I I get it. I get it. Um it's got to be hard to see >> relationship these two girls, >> right? Like the fourth time, >> right? And that's actually kind of what the brother said that this it goes down this route more often than not. Yeah. >> So >> maybe this is the wakeup call they both need. >> Yeah. But yeah, if you could make it clear when you go to the hospital and talk to her that this is what happens. >> Yes. >> Okay. It it doesn't end well. >> No, it doesn't. She's seen it happened with me. >> It's happened before with the brother. >> Did she Did she give you a call when when this was over? She called you? >> She called me when she was outside the house. >> Okay. Cuz that's when I pulled up was when she was standing outside. Okay. So, I apologize if we got off on the wrong foot here, but because we have no way of knowing which way and we have a witness, but he's related to her, >> we have to just kind of split the difference and do what we got to do. >> Understand? >> No, you're doing your job. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. So, you guys should obviously not come back here. There's no reason to. She's going to Elmer's Hospital in custody. >> They explain to you. So you >> go get your chunkas from >> she can use them. >> So basically you uh >> they're both going to end up getting arrested for fighting. Okay. Uh because it's domestic related. We're we're required to arrest to make an arrest. The problem is >> you don't know what happened. >> We don't know exactly what happened. She says the other one jumped on her. The other one says she jumped on her. Um so we have no way to clear signs of violence. earlier that she just admitted to. So, but when that's all said and done, she too will be arrested. >> So, it may not be today, it could be tomorrow, it could be next month, but there's going to be a warrant for her >> to be held accountable for what happened here. >> You understand? >> They've been this this happened. >> The MA says this happens a lot. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. They they they they were they were together before. >> Ale Alejandro uh told me that uh you guys might have been aware that Alexis was here. >> I was aware, >> but it sounds like there's historical problems between the two. >> Yeah. She um last last year when they last time were together um she um she gets upset and um when Rosa wants to break up the relationship or you know call it you know a a break for whatever reason the other one gets upset the other one gets kind of violent with her and they start yelling and screaming at each other the other and last time it was my older son that got involved in this this type of argument but they were underage so nothing really >> it's just my opinion it's your house >> u but it's my opinion that these two should not be spending time Well, they weren't. We I mean, they weren't supposed to. We their mom and their grandma and my we were we're both in agreement. They're not supposed to be together. We We agree upon that. We talked about it, but it's like we separate them and they come back together. We separate them to come back together. >> And it's hard when she's old enough to kind of do things. So, >> yeah. And for me, it was like it was better for them to be here >> or be there than, you know, to be separated or, you know, go wherever they wanted to go and then them have to transport one female. to the police department right now. We will process her and because it's domestic related, she's got to see a judge. The judge will set a bond for her and then she'll be able to make any calls that she needs. Um, but >> can you give her a phone number? Because I don't even know if she knows our phone number. >> Your phone number? >> Yeah. >> Why wouldn't she know her mom's number? >> Okay, that's fine. What's your first name? >> We're having She's also an addict, so we're having problems with that. She's been diagnosed with hyro um u >> schizophrenia. heria. Um, she just was out of a rehab a couple of months ago, so we've been dealing with that. >> What type of addict is it? What does she struggle with? >> Put on something. Go. I'll be right back. >> She just wants to talk. >> I'm just going to Thank you. >> Um, she um, >> real quick, what's your phone number? >> News report number time, please. >> And what type of uh, issues is she having? Um, as far as I know, >> 2476 2476 >> at 11:43. >> Um, she's supposed to be taking medications, which she's refusing to >> schizophrenia. >> She's refusing to. >> Um, she got kicked out of the program she was on because they found out she used again. So, they kicked out of the program. I haven't been able to get her back into a program. Um, was waiting for her to ask for help again to get her into rehab again. >> Okay. >> But this time, like out of state. She was in Wisconsin a couple months ago. >> Okay. >> Um she was released back to us in um mid November. >> Okay. Well, you collectively you guys are just going to have to figure something out if these two girls are going to keep >> No, they're not >> coming together. >> I mean >> I mean it's it's explosive and it's going to get worse. I mean if somebody had grabbed something and hit them with it. I mean these are hospital visits and you know injuries. So >> I know. Um, so anyway, I don't think there's going to be time today. I'm not 100% sure for her to get in front of the judge cuz they do it at certain times of the day like 8 8:00 a.m. and like 1:00 p.m. U, but I don't know if they do one a little bit later. But as soon as they there she's able, she'll be able to give you a call. I'll make sure she has the number >> and let you know what the what the bond would be. Normally, unless she's got some type of significant history. >> Well, she um she like I said, she just got back from rehab. She did have another history where she was high and she got um she got arrested for that. >> Okay. >> We haven't been able to go back in front of the judge because we've been trying to get her back. >> I'm not sure she'll have a lower bond, but nowadays they tend to release people on their signatures anyway. Um they just want to kind of admonish them and tell them, hey, stay away from each other until we go to court. That kind of stuff in court. So, um but she'll give you a call. >> Is there any way we can get a restraining order so they can get separated? you can and you should do that if you go to to the courthouse to get her like today or tomorrow whenever you're she's able to get out um you can get orders of protection but for the next from 3 days from the time she gets released from the jail she can't have any contact with Alexis at all and that's kind of the problem because even if she calls her they're friendly as soon as Alexis hangs up the phone she can call 911 and say that Rosa violated the emergency order protection which is in place right now for 3 days until after she gets out, but she also can't have contact with her because she's going to be arrested for the same thing. So, it's kind of a catch during those three days. That's when you're supposed to go and get him a longer order protection to stay away from each other. So, that's what you guys should do, but she's got to do it. You can't do it in her name. So, as soon as you get her from the jail, go right to the next building and say, "Hey, I need information on order protection." You know, she may not want to do it, but you got to remember she's now an offender. And if she says or does something to Alexis to try to stop her from going to court on this, that's a felony by itself. Just trying to stop a witness from going to court. Same thing applies to Alexis, though, cuz they're both offenders. >> 44 status. >> Okay? So, they really need to stay away from each other because the other one can just call 911 on them in a heartbeat. >> Victims and both offenders. I'm good. >> So, whenever you go out there, just try to make time to get over there and try to get that. It would be in her best interest to get an order protection to keep Alexis away. And I'm we're going to tell Alexis the exact same thing. >> Got it. To keep Rose >> because it's not it's not it's it's not us as parents. It's them that need to need to understand that they're they're toxic to each other. They're very toxic to each other and they've been toxic to each other ever since they were in high school. They this is a relationship that has come since they were in high school, since junior. So, >> and I wanted to let you know too, Alejandro, I know you're trying to protect your sister, and I didn't mean things to go, you know, salty in the beginning, but we have to be able to to talk to victims and offenders cuz we have to make sure nobody needs a hospital. Nobody was hurt. They've got signs of injury. So, we have to see the people that were involved in a domestic. That's why we had to talk to her. >> Okay. >> How long ago does this happen? Because I left around 8:40 and >> 15 20 minutes ago now. >> It just recently happened. >> Mhm. Okay. Uh if you guys need something, call. But uh they'll probably be be done processing her in an hour or so and then they're going to take her out to the jail. >> Got it. >> So then she probably won't get on till tomorrow >> probably. I don't think they have one later. I'm not 100% sure though. >> But it'd be first thing in the morning tomorrow if if they do over. Okay. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> [music] >> Get your 31 in tonight. [music] >> [music] >> I think my heart in my dream. You're too sweet for me. [music] You're too sweet. >> [music] >> I don't [music] want to go through what I be first. [music] Heat. Heat. There is a battery that was recorded. You cannot interfere with that. You have to talk to her. >> Alejandro. >> Ajando. Arguing with her is not going to help anymore. Let us talk to the two of you. You want her >> You want her to come in or you want her to come out? >> Russa, >> get in. Get out here. >> You're going to do this outside? >> Yes. >> Okay. Alexis, why don't you come down here with these guys? >> All right. Get down here. >> This is girlfriend. She's here to >> I'll talk with her. >> Okay. Okay. >> Rosa, I think is the other half. >> Rosa is your sister? >> Yes. >> Okay. We need to talk to her. So, step aside. >> You need to move aside. >> You can go in or you can set aside. I'm going to stay here. >> You got to move out of >> Rosa. Come here. >> You have to move out of >> making things much worse. >> Okay. Can you please stay? You just had an issue with her, right? >> So, stay apart from >> Rosa, can you step out? He doesn't want us coming in for some reason because of all the dogs. >> There's a dog. >> Yes. I don't want her to speak. >> Just Yeah. I'm not opening it. I can see the dog. If you step down here, I can talk to her. >> Rosa. >> Rosa, come here. >> Can we come in and talk to you or do you want to come out here? >> Come on. >> We can come in and talk to you so that nobody has to see what's going on. none of your neighbors or nothing. >> I think that's better. >> Do you want me to come in there? >> Let her uh let her talk to the officer. Okay. You can tell in a letter to the >> All right. So, what's going on? >> Is she Do you have an ID somewhere? >> Hey, and it wasn't >> What were you trying to do? [laughter] >> And I thought it was okay, but >> I'm sorry. You need to you need to slow down to start again. What were you trying to open? >> I was trying to break up with her and >> what's your first name? >> You were trying to break up with her out there. >> Leave until 11. But 11 came around and her grandma didn't come get her. So I tried calling her grandma. She would love me. [laughter] [clears throat] >> We fought again. >> Okay. How did you guys fight? Were you guys >> Alex? He was too strong and and [laughter] then he got out. >> You guys were physically fighting each other? >> Okay. What? How did that So, you guys were arguing with each other and then it became physical? How did that become physical? >> Um, she's 19 and [clears throat] her ex >> Where were you guys? Were you guys in your bedroom? Were you guys in your room and then what happened? >> You guys were arguing and then what? [clears throat] >> How did it get physical? >> She slapped me while I was sitting down. No, she was taking my stuff. >> She slapped you while you were sitting down. Where did she slap you? >> I was starting to break stuff to get the energy [crying] out before it get home and >> [laughter] [snorts] >> When did this happen? >> Just now. >> So, you said you were trying to get her home with her grandma. >> We She slept over it and she hasn't >> apparent. >> And then what happened? Come on. >> And then we woke up and >> she called you how long ago. >> You woke up and then what happened? And you guys were you guys started arguing cuz you wanted to break up with her. And then she slapped you. Where did she slap you? >> Your face. >> She slapped you in the face. On which side of your face? >> I don't remember. But she slapped me again because I slapped her back. >> So she slapped you twice. >> Trying to kill herself. >> She was trying to kill herself. >> When did you Did she say something to you? Why do you How did you come to that conclusion? >> Did she say it to you or >> she was [clears throat] herself? She was physically trying to do like harm herself. >> Okay. >> So, this is your sister >> and then you were trying to stop her from it. >> Is that when you guys started getting physical or did she get physical with you before she started trying to do something? >> No, I think it might have been before and after. >> Before and after. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you? >> Okay. >> No, it's in my throat. >> What's your name? One second. >> What's your name? Rosa, what's your middle name? >> Vega. >> What is it? >> Vega. >> Vega. [laughter] V E G A >> is your last name? >> Yeah. >> All right. Do you need the paramedics right now? No. >> Are you having trouble because you're upset? >> Nothing physical. >> Okay. Do you So, your name is Rosa Vega. Do you have a middle name? Esmeralda. >> Esmeralda. >> And what's your date of birth? And then what's her name? [snorts] You go ahead. >> What's your What's your ex-girlfriend's name? >> I'll be heading over to the courthouse. >> Alexis. And is it is or us? >> Is what's the last name? >> Hoffman. >> How do you spell it? [snorts] >> C O F M. Does she have a middle name? >> And her date of birth. >> Do you know how old she is? >> Um, I think for >> Do you know approximately how old is she married with you or is she >> I'm 20. She's like 22. >> 22. And she's your girlfriend? How long have you guys been together? [snorts] >> We've been on and off for years. >> For years. >> And then do you guys both live here? >> You live here? She lives with her grandma. You want >> All right, just take a seat right over there. Try to breathe for a minute. separate. >> I'm going to talk to She's sitting on the top. >> Okay. >> First clear valid. >> Where is Alex? She's probably going to need all three for the lumps in this chick's face. >> She's claiming that she initiated. She slapped her in the face. She can't recall which side of the face she slapped her twice. She slapped her once. So, I don't know if it's both of them would have to go. >> Okay. I'm going to go >> and see what see what the Sergeant says. >> Okay. >> But she has actual I I didn't do, but I'll take photos. >> She got lumps on her head. She had a scratch here. She said she was bit on the hand. >> Okay. >> You can see the lumps on her head and her face. >> Okay. >> So, >> and did she say it's a brother or did she say it was a girlfriend? >> She said it was a girlfriend. She said that she has multiple personalities and one of the personalities didn't like her. >> They were arguing back and forth because they're on and off relationship. >> Yeah. For her faces. This is why you shouldn't bring people in your paths back. >> All right. So, where did she hit you? >> Just in the face. >> I'll let her answer. >> Cuz pulling my hair. >> All right. I'm going to take some photos right now. Do you have anything on your Put your hands out like this. >> Can you lift up your sleeves? [snorts] I'm not hurt. >> She pulled your hair. >> I know. >> All three or no? >> All three. Did you get hit or anything? >> I I don't feel like I got hit other than she was pulling my shirt and pulling my pants. >> Okay. >> And also Wait, [snorts] I I don't feel like she The only thing I was doing is pulling her off. I remember she was just hurting my sister most of the time. >> Okay, I'm going to leave this door. >> Do you Do you see anything? >> A door open. Is your Is it okay for your mom to come in? >> Yeah. >> What's her name? >> Hey, Janette. >> What's your name? >> My name is Janette. I'm the mom. >> Okay. >> Oh, sorry. Neighbors have the police department. Hey, SGE. >> So, um Blake was saying that she was invisible. Yeah. All over her. >> Um and that it looks like she got beaten up pretty good. >> Mhm. >> She saw me that she kind of went crazy and started and slapped her. So she slapped her back and then she >> suspicious hotel caller found a receipt in his car that isn't his. >> So, it's up to you. If you if you don't think you can determine who the aggressor was, it should be double. If you think that she's the aggressor, then you get her. It's up. It's whatever you feel comfortable with, what you think happened here. >> Okay. >> And when you talked to her, she was saying that she started. >> It started it started. So, she came over last night to spend the night and in the morning she said that this lady has multiple personalities in her head and that one of the personalities didn't like her. So bite >> okay >> on her bite bit her >> she has no there's no injury on her hand from the bite but and then she made a comment about like an hour ago or whatever she had bel >> okay and that's what she told me as well >> did that to herself did it to herself suicide so that's why the medics are taking her >> this one told me that she made suicidal statements and then went crazy and that's when she struck her first so right now I cannot determine so I think I'm going to do both. >> So, what you can end up doing with this one is getting a warrant for her. >> Warrant later. Okay. >> And then >> right now take her. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. >> What does the witness say? >> Witness says sister. >> Sister. >> Sister. So, it's not a bias. >> So, >> does she have any marks on her? >> She just has right on the nose. She has bruising that started. >> Good news. >> What's that? She has bruising uh right in them all of her nose where she said she didn't know where exactly she got hit, but she got hit in the face. >> Okay. >> You brush both of them pretty much together. >> All right. >> You going to play along or what? >> He is the brother, so I'm going to have her stuff out and then Hey. >> Hello. >> Back it up. I'll give her a second. >> Sure. Have her step down here or stay up. >> Yeah. Have her step down. >> All right.
