I don't it's not does not not not does not make sense. So I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm sitting in a car like I'm not driven and if you >> get out >> so would you like to >> and she spit on my hand. Things can get tough for cops, especially when they have to deal with Karens. Yet, they have to remain calm and patient to try and deescalate the situation. But it doesn't mean they don't have their limits. From time to time, cops patience runs out when entitled Karens push their luck. >> Get inside. >> Run. >> Get inside. [groaning] not kick me. >> On May 18th, 2023, a gas station called the cops about a woman causing a disruption. It would soon become clear she was intoxicated. But to make matters worse, she had her young daughter with her. >> What's the issue, ma'am? >> I was trying to use my card. >> Okay. And then So, are you causing a fuss or? >> No. [clears throat] >> So, why are we out here? Why are you out here? I don't know. >> Ask him. >> Where you coming from? >> Kentucky Fried Chicken. I'm going >> So, did you have anything to drink before coming here? Did you have anything to drink before coming here? >> Yes. >> What did you have to drink? >> A beer? >> You had one beer? >> Yeah. >> Oh, no. We're not doing this. >> No, you just admitted to drinking and driving. Come here. >> I'm not. >> Yes, ma'am. Come here. Place your hands behind your back. Place your hands behind your back. I'll >> take her to jail. >> Amidst the little girl's heartbreaking please, the woman asked why she was being arrested and tried to claim she'd walked to the gas station with her daughter. But when the officer asked whose van that was at the station, the clerk came to the doorway to confirm it was hers. >> Who can I call to come pick up your daughter? >> Can I call my dad? >> Call your dad to come pick you up. I told you three times told you mama you drink too much you drink too much you punching my glasses I'm three times told you ask your daughter I'm request mama you drink too much you drink too much then I'm call police and you tell me >> white female 1085 >> the woman was setting a poor example for her daughter but even as she was being led away to the officer's squad car She continued to verbally abuse the gas station clerk and it probably came as no surprise to the officer when she eventually targeted him next. >> You're going to wait in my car till we get a female out here to come give you another dude. Quit >> quit. But you quit. You quit. You quit. You quit. Quit mother. You think I'm a knife? You [screaming] >> get inside. >> Run. >> Get inside. [groaning] >> Do not kick me. Do not kick me. Do not kick me. The suspect seemed to be safely secured in the back of the officer's car, but he quickly realized she was anything but. He had no option but to open the door again and deal with her latest antics. Even though she was too drunk to recognize it was for her own good. I can't >> I can't >> mother. You're breaking my arm. >> No, I'm not. Sit up. >> Yes, sure. >> You can sit up. >> You drove here, right? You can sit up. Get up. >> Go ahead. >> Take that [ __ ] off my hands. >> Can I get >> Take that off my hands, please? A Z A Z. >> Ma'am, is there something wrong with you? >> What's the matter? >> Oh, okay. I see. >> She's [snorts] intoxicated. Alcohol. >> The officer's partner then went to talk to the little girl to make sure she was okay. Her father was already on the way and had said he would be there in about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the female officer had arrived to pat down the suspect. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Please have a seat in the car. >> We already we already asked nice. We are beyond nice. >> Why? Why? Because I tried to use >> I I don't answer your questions, okay? You do what you're told. I'm sorry to put it that way. You need to have a seat. >> I tried to use a debit card. >> I'm not talking to you. I'm telling you to get in the car. >> I tried to use his debit card would not get through. >> At this point, it's it's crystal clear that you're obstructing us. >> Yeah. >> You're definitely under arrest for at the very least obstruction. >> You need to have a for not following. >> I'm not your lawyer. I'm not answering your questions. I'm telling you, you need to sit in the car, >> right? So, you don't want to catch an obstruction charge. Let's just have a seat. Okay. >> All right. She's >> I know she is. >> No, before you got here, Hernandez has already given Hernandez a hard time. That's why we're on nothing. >> What is the charge? >> Obstruction. >> It is obstruction >> for what? >> Because officer is trying to gently guide you into the backseat of this car like you were told to do, and you're not doing it. >> The woman tried pleading with the officers to let her go, but it was far too late for that. They kept on calmly telling her she needed to sit in their car. But just as it finally began to seem like they'd gotten through to her, she decided to become argumentative again. >> There you go. >> There you go. >> No, I'm not. My husband is here. >> How far away is your husband? >> So, at this point, we're going to pull you in the back of the car unless you get it by yourself. No, you're No, you're not. No, no. Why would y'all do this? >> Not long after the officers had finally gotten the suspect safely secured in their car, the father arrived to take the little girl back home. He didn't seem to have any idea of what was going on, so a witness filled him in on what had been happening. >> All right, Sarah, >> let's go say hi to Dad. >> All right, there. >> Yes, he's fine. >> Okay, thank you. Can you >> Yeah, of course. >> Okay. >> She got in the wrong car. The car is over there. >> Okay. Where's the problem? >> She was coming back and forth to the store. The store guy was like, I bought soldier two times. The car declined three times and she wanted the beer, but she was stuttering so much that he couldn't sell it to her. So he told her, "Just go home with people. I'll come back cuz she say they always come here." So she didn't want to do that. >> Yeah. And she told him, she said, "Call the cops." And Sarah was like, "Mom, come on. Let's go." She told her and I told her, I said, "Hey, just go because you know you've been drinking. You going to go to jail." And she said, "I'm not going to jail." And then she was trying to fight the cops and all. >> Okay. >> So she doesn't have the keys on her. They must be in the store. So the car. Okay. >> In the car. Okay. >> The lady you want to go is now. >> Yeah. >> She'll just go take a nap and then she'll be back. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Three times. Mama, you drunk too much. You drunk too much. You go home. Your daughter tell you, "Mama, come home. Come home." >> No. No. >> Okay. Thank you. No problem. I'm happy. >> Okay. Is here. Okay. >> One of the male officers then searched the suspect's car while talking on the phone with his colleagues and updating them on the situation. He explained the charges they were looking at, including a DUI, as they had footage of the woman pulling up into the parking lot. >> I'm not sure what what his what his plans are, but she definitely needs to go to jail today. Uh, dad's here. They're quote married, but he don't even know her birthday. So, it's trouble in paradise, I guess. But, she's literally got a weed grinder and a burnt bowl in her in her center console. On top of the alcohol we can smell coming from her. >> The woman's bad behavior led to her getting charged with public intoxication and obstruction. She was also charged with DUI and DUI child endangerment. On March 6th, 2025, officers were dispatched to investigate an incident of domestic violence involving a woman identified as Jackie, who'd gotten into an argument with her boyfriend and started making threats against him. The cops arrived to find her yelling accusations. >> I'm not doing this. He's got a gun upstairs. He overdosed in his room. Go. Go ahead. I'm not dealing with this. >> It's on the floor upstairs. >> What? >> Let's just talk first. We want to talk to you. >> I have nothing to say. Go get the gun. How about you do that? >> It's his. >> He's fine. He's half blind and >> Okay. >> I want him arrested. >> What do you do to your >> face? HE NODDED OUT AND I HAD TO BREAK IN THE DOOR. I've been down here. Look at the I'VE BEEN CLEANING EVERYTHING. SCRUBBING THE COUCH. HE IS A IDIOT. HE'LL COME DOWN HERE. I'LL START SOMETHING AND THEN GOD KNOWS GO out somewhere. I'M DONE. I'M NOT dealing with him. >> Okay. So, >> I'm arrested. Call his mom cuz I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving. I'm not joking. >> I lived here for THREE MONTHS. I'VE ESTABLISHED RESIDENCY. I'm not doing this. The cops tried to diffuse the situation by calmly explaining to Jackie they needed to talk to her first before they look for the gun and the drugs. She claimed her boyfriend had been doing hair for the last 2 weeks. But the officers first wanted to understand what had started the argument that day. >> So we could talk about that after. But what happened today with the the physical part? You got punched in the face. >> Yeah, I got punched in the face because he came out of his room out of a dope rage. So, I'm done. >> What were you guys arguing about about him being dumped out or >> Yeah, HE'S BEEN DUMPED OUT FOR eight days. He's I'm done. I want him out of my life. And I And I honestly was talking to his mom. I'm trying to help the kid and save him, but he nodded out. Yes. I thought he was and he I had to open up the door and he came out and he snapped. I COULD I JUST NOW FOUND MY PHONE. IT'S DEAD. I'm done. I've been trying to put his house together because he wanted me to come make his house a home. I'm done. >> Jackie then said she was pretty sure her boyfriend wasn't supposed to have a gun and continued to rant about all the cleaning she'd been doing. She claimed he had invited a friend around who he'd been doing drugs with who'd trashed the house. But then she had a surprising change of heart. >> He don't have a license for a gun. >> Jessica, can we go back? >> Uh, my name's not >> I'm sorry. >> Sorry. Actually, you know what? You guys No, I'm not pressing charges. You guys need to leave. I'm not allowing you in the house. >> So, go. >> Well, he allowed us in the house, so >> cool. Oh, okay. So, he want So, go get him so he can show you his gun cuz it's right on his He's going to his pants cuz he don't think he was soed up he don't even know it's there. And the bags are dope. The bags of dope are right next to it. Go get him. One of you guys go get him. >> We have an officer with him right now. >> Okay. >> We're just letting him finish. >> I WANT HIM TO SHOW YOU THAT HE'S GOT A GUN. I'm not playing this. Absolutely not. This is garbage. Excuse me. I'm going to finish doing what I'm doing cuz he's a dumb ass. >> You don't want charges anymore, right? >> No, he can go to jail for his gun. I don't give a >> While his partner stayed with Jackie, the officer went to talk to the boyfriend and get his side of the story. So far, he'd been painted as the abusive one, but his version of events would send Jackie's angry tirade in a disturbing new direction. You've been making statements. You want to kill him. >> Really? >> I would have blown his head off if I was. Okay. Thank you. The gun's upstairs on the floor. I would have killed already. >> Do you give me permission to go look at the gun? >> NO. GO GET him and and I'll go I'll go out back. GO GET HIM SO he can show you. >> Let's just stop bringing stuff up upstairs if you're too afraid to even show us cuz it's obviously not up there. >> Go then. >> Take me. >> Go. No. Go ahead. I didn't take you anywhere. >> It's his. And if he ain't in here, I'm not allowing you to go up there. >> Say she's not. She's >> He owns this house. >> What's up? >> She does this every time. Just ignore it. >> You mother. >> Okay. >> You. Bye then. Bye. >> I have permission from him to be here. >> Okay. Okay. Great. Cool. Then tell him to come here and show you. >> I'm still working with him. And obviously this is how we have to work with you because you DO THIS EVERY TIME. >> THIS IS I DON'T GIVE A I DON'T KNOW YOU AND I DON'T GIVE A WE KNOW YOU. >> NO. YOU KNOW MY SISTER SO SHUT THE UP. >> OKAY. YEAH. YOU'RE SO YOU'RE SO UNDERSTANDABLE, RIGHT? >> YEAH. [screaming] YOU'RE >> OKAY? >> CUZ I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE. LEARN YOUR DUMB MOTHER. >> YOU GET OUT. GET THE OUT. >> You can go. I'll talk to him. AND YOU CAN GO. I'LL TALK TO HIM. >> YOU DON'T RUN THE SCENE. >> YOU DON'T EITHER, MOTHER. >> Right now, I do. >> Yeah. NO, THE YOU DON'T. >> Jackie kept talking about the gun even though she wouldn't take the cops up to see it. The officer tried to explain he wasn't interested in the gun anymore and that he had to wait for his partner to finish talking to the boyfriend. But unfortunately, that wasn't good enough for Jackie. >> You see that? I'M NOT CLOSING THE DOOR. GET THE GOING. >> YOU TOUCH AN OFFICER AND YOU'RE GOING >> I'M GOING OUTSIDE. MOVE, MOTHER. >> Tell your guy to move. Oh my god. Get the out. >> There we go. >> You didn't have to stand in front of me. What are you herpes mother? Get the out of here. Move. >> Sorry. Call >> Jason. No, I DON'T NEED YOU VIOLATING MY PRIVACY. GET THE OUT. THE PORCH IS OUT THERE. >> NO, we are staying right here. This is where you draw the line. Okay. >> This is where >> No, I can stand right here. I can stand. >> You are not closing the door on me. >> Move, Mo. Move. I am NOT JOKING. UNTIL I AM, SIR. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT. I >> I HAVE BEEN PATIENT with you. >> Have I not BEEN PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL? >> YES. SO MOVE your >> No, I will not. >> Get the out of the way. I swear to God. You're >> going to close the door. >> You're almost just like his. Don't do that. >> Yeah. I just did all this. >> Yeah. I'm done cleaning up after a bunch of junkies. Have fun. You're going to jail. I'm not I don't know what YOU WANT, BUT WHAT WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE? cuz I'm not leaving. You guys ain't going to listen that he's got drugs up there on the floor. Will you take us? He just overdosed. >> WILL YOU TAKE US TO seize those? >> I DON'T OWN THIS HOUSE. I CAN'T. >> You are a resident. >> You know what? Let's see what he says. >> The officer explained to her that they couldn't leave because they were already in the middle of an active investigation. So, when she stormed back inside for a drink, it was their duty to follow her in. I swear to God, if you guys try and arrest me, I'll not we're not here to arrest you right now. >> Now, I swear to God, >> Jackie, we're not upstairs. I'll pull my head off. >> Please, don't make comments like that. >> Leave me alone. >> You're with the wrong person. I'm not joking. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm done. >> I'm not talking to you like you did anything wrong. >> I'm done. He is so abusive and up in the head. I'm done here. Y'all, I want you to take these names down. Ready? You want me TO WRITE THEM DOWN FOR YOU? WRITE THEM. I'M STITCHING RIGHT NOW. She's a dealer. His drug dealer is the next one is there. You go. THE KID WHO LIVES UP THE street something. Yeah. No. >> GET HIM. GET HIM. She went on to claim the boyfriend and his mom had begged her to help get him sober, and then he'd started throwing things around when the argument had kicked off. She seemed genuinely scared she was going to be kicked out of the house, even though she was the one who'd reported him in the first place. >> You guys do whatever the want. >> I understand your frustrations. >> What the am I SUPPOSED TO DO? CUZ YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO ARREST HIM AND I'M GOING TO BE HIS BOSS IS GOING TO COME HERE and hate me now. dumb. >> Honestly, at the moment, I I don't know if he's under arrest or not. I haven't talked to him. I >> I would go tell him if I was you that if you don't want to go to jail, you better get the over here and straighten some out cuz it's going to happen. I'm I'm not joking. I know you see my eye and if I take my shirt off, I'm done. I'm done. >> I'ming so done. This better not be broken. >> My My SON'S PLAYSTATION 5 IS MISSING, TOO. I'm done, dude. I'm so done. >> Sorry. >> Not it's it's broke anyways. It doesn't matter. >> According to Jackie, the fighting and her boyfriend's use had been going on for a while. She again returned to the issue of the alleged gun. But then the officer who talked to the boyfriend came back bringing surprising information. >> This is his house. So go get him and you can go up there with him. >> All right. >> No. So this time he has marks and whatever and he wants press charge for domestic battery. >> Oh, good. Okay. >> Okay. So this time you're being placed under [ __ ] You want to go upstairs then? >> You are. >> No, I'm not. >> Stand up. >> No. I No. He even told me I res >> stand up. >> You're coming. Put your hands behind your under arrest. Are you kidding me? Wow. Put your hands behind your back. All right. Put your hands behind your back. >> Let me go. >> Just comply. Just >> That's my job. Put your hands behind your back. Get the off. >> You're under arrest. >> All right. All right. I'll be back. I'll be back. >> I'm going down the >> Stop resisting. Are you turning the around with me? >> Get the back. You need to stop. Let go of me. >> KNOCK IT OFF. >> UNSURPRISINGLY, given her behavior so far, Jackie ignored the officer's instructions to stop fighting and continued to resist arrest. In her mind, they were the ones who were wrong, and she made sure they knew it. >> I am pressing charges against you, both press charges. STOP FIGHTING. >> Get the off, >> Jackie. The is wrong with you. >> YOU GET OFF. >> STOP KICKING. You kicked [screaming] me in the ball. >> You mother. >> If you don't touch me, YOU BETTER CALL THE COPS. Protect me. >> LET GO OF ME. >> We'll take her face. We'll take her face. [laughter] >> Let's go. COME ON. LET'S GO. COME ON. DON'T FALL. >> YEAH. >> You're hoarding me. You're a witch. >> Kathy is going to have so much more fun. >> You didn't mean to do it. >> Hey, let go. >> Rearrange her. >> She's getting strong. >> Call 911. >> STAND UP. >> CALL 911. >> Jackie continued lying on the stairs and throwing a tantrum. The officers eventually managed to get her back on her feet and walk her out to their car, but then she went back to acting like she was the one calling the shots. >> You guys are hilarious. >> Do not pull my arm like that. >> Hold on. >> Get my water. >> Get my water. >> Get in the truck, >> sir. Please go get my water. >> Get in the truck. >> No. >> Get in. You're not going to give me anything. >> Get in the goddamn truck. >> Camera's under your car. >> Oh, that's yours. >> Got it. Great footage. >> Me, you guys. I post. >> Maybe a timeout in jail was exactly what the adult-sized toddler needed. Thanks to her antics, Jackie was charged with resisting arrest, battery on an officer, and obstruction. On July 17th, 2025, officers received an anonymous call about a woman slumped over the steering wheel of her vehicle in the parking lot outside a Miller's ale house. They arrived and spoke to Miller's employees, who directed them to the suspect's car. Yep. >> What's going on? >> Nothing. >> Well, something is going on cuz you were slumped over. >> I'm sitting in my car waiting >> for what? >> For nothing. >> Okay. >> I I'm not I'm confused as to why someone is concerned about why I'm sitting in my car. >> Because you're slumped over and some and people saw you at the bar for a long period of time. >> I'm sitting in my car though. Okay, here's the deal. Right now, I'm going to explain the law to you. Right now, you're in actual physical control of this vehicle. You're intoxicated. I can tell that. And you can tech. Let me finish. Hold that thought. You can be arrested for DUI. So, here's your option. A, I want you to give me your driver's license. >> Now, I'm not driving, so no, I'm not. >> I've already explained you the statute. I want your driver's license. >> I'm not going to give it to you. I'm sorry. I'm not doing anything. I'm serving. So, sorry. I'm not going to give you my driver. >> 1069 code 2. Please >> shut the car off. >> No, I'm not doing >> Give me your driver's license. >> I'm not going to. >> You're required by law to give me your driver's license right now. >> I'm not doing anything. The officer repeated that failing to hand over her driver's license would result in her arrest, but the woman was adamant she wouldn't be going to jail. Since she clearly wasn't grasping the legalities of the situation, the officer explained it to her two more times. >> I'm giving you one more chance to give me your driver's license, and then if not, you're going to get ripped out of the car, put into handcuffs, or you could just simply give me your driver's license. your choice. You want to end up in handcuffs. I have another deputy coming here and when they get here, you're getting removed. So, you either give me your driver's license or you're getting removed from the vehicle. Your choice. Be a grown woman. >> Yes. Then be one. Why are you being difficult with me? I'm simply asking you for your driver's license. That's all I'm asking for. Okay. And I'm simply asking you for your driver's license. It's a simple request. No. >> The woman continued insisting she'd done nothing wrong. And after explaining the situation to her three more times, the officer pointed out she was just further proving that she was intoxicated. The woman still refused to comply. Even after being told another deputy was on the way. So, give me your driver's license and I will let you get a ride home and you won't go to jail for obstruction and you won't go to jail for a DUI. This is my last request. >> Well, I'm going to wait for your guy because I'm sitting in a parking lot. I'm doing nothing. So, >> I've already explained it to you six times. >> I don't care. It's not does not not does not make sense. So, I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm sitting in the car. I have not driven >> and if you >> get out. No, >> get out now. >> No. No, ma'am. I am not getting Ma'am, do not pull me out of the car. Oh my god. This is like YouTube. Stop. Stop. What's YouTube? >> Whatever you're doing. Are you crazy? >> You're not listening to me, so get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. No. All right. The other deputy arrived and made his way straight over to the car. But even after all the repeated explanations she'd been given on what would happen if she didn't comply, the woman still acts surprised at what came next. >> Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> Why are you >> Sergeant Bell with the Flag County Sheriff's Office? >> You're being placed under arrest. Step out of vehicle now. >> For what? Once you're in [snorts] handcuff, you understand me. Do not resist. >> Oh my god. For what? I'm excited to you resisting. >> Put your arm back down and relax. >> Do you hear what I'm saying? >> I am not doing anything. >> Yes, >> you are pulling away. And that is resist. >> I am not doing anything this time. >> I'm going to I'm going to lock up the handcuffs so they don't catch up on. >> There you go. >> He thought she detained this time. >> The female officer filled her partner in on what had been going on. A pat down confirmed that the suspect had nothing dangerous. Then she was led over to the officer's squad car. >> Okay. >> I'm really confused because I did not leave here. I'm sitting in the corner >> and she's being very belligerent. >> Okay. >> And I did not say I was leaving. I'm sitting. >> Did she ask you to give her your driver's license? >> But I asked her what I had done. >> Which is fair. >> Okay. >> Um >> either way, you're in control of the vehicle. When she asked for your driver's license, doesn't matter. You're in control of the vehicle. >> I get it. Given how stubborn she'd been so far, it was probably no surprise to the male officer that she was also telling him she'd done nothing wrong, using the same justification that the car hadn't been moving. He gave her the same explanation the female officer gave, but she still claimed she didn't understand. >> This will be the eighth time cuz that was the seventh time he just explained it to you. I said, "You're behind the driver's >> But I'm not moving or doing anything because I'm a grownup and deciding should I do something stupid or not?" And I decided not to. And that's >> and all I asked you for was your driver's license and you refused because many many many many >> times we're in the 2025 and you know what's going on in the world and >> I had to tell the price of tea in China. She was asked to stay by the officer's squad car while they conducted a search on her vehicle, but she claimed her feet were burning, so they allowed her to move into the shade. There, she continued to make her excuses. >> You're going to find nothing, and that's wonderful. So, >> okay. >> Never been handcuffed in my entire life. >> Never what? >> Been in handcuffs in my entire life. Well, I guess it was a first 60 and I've done nothing wrong but sit in a parking lot because I knew I drank too much and decided to not drive home and she's attacking me. >> She's attacking you? >> Well, you sit in a car. >> Okay. >> What did I do? How did she attack you? >> But what did I do wrong? >> How did she attack you? >> But what did I do wrong? >> I asked you first. >> Well, I'm in a car. >> Okay. >> So, she came to my car and knocked on my window. So, I'm not driving. I'm not going anywhere. >> Okay. So, how's that attacking you? Well, she ripped me out of the car and said I'm doing something wrong. >> So, you're in the driver's seat of a vehicle while intoxicated. >> With the car turned off. >> Okay. Absolute physical control. >> Makes no sense. It's the law. I don't know what to do. >> The woman asked if she could sit and if the officer would help her because she felt like she was going to fall. She claimed she had back issues. So, he grabbed her arm and helped her down to the curb. It then seemed like she was going to wait quietly, but it didn't last. >> I have a question. >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, if you're drinking too much in a bar, should not go sit in your car. >> Probably not a good idea. >> Not in your car. Get a ride. Leave the property. >> What if you're not going to leave? You just need to go sit. Where do you What do you do? >> Why would you just want to sit in your car in a parking lot? I would probably just try to leave like with >> without driving. I had no intention of leaving. >> Didn't say you did. >> What? >> I didn't say you did. >> But I'm just asking. So if you drink too much in a bar, >> okay, >> what do you do? So >> you sit in your back seat or something. I wouldn't sit in the driver's seat with actual actual physical control of the vehicle. >> That's probably better. >> Unbelievably, the woman told the officer she was blown away by what had happened. And when the female officer came back to tell her she was being placed under arrest, her attitude kicked back in. Meanwhile, an officer went to talk to one of Miller's employees. >> Thank you. Have a good night. >> Good. >> You're good. >> I can ride it, right? >> Yeah. Just don't Yeah. Yeah. >> And I just asked her, I said, "Hey, are you okay?" And she said, "Yes." I'm like, "Look, you can't drive. you need to call somebody. She just rolled up the window on me and waved her hand and I'm like, "Someone's coming." So, >> okay. All right. >> Once the officers had the employees written and signed statement, they went back out to take the woman to jail. She faced charges for obstruction and DUI and was transported to an inmate facility where she refused a breathalyzer and field sobriety tests. On July 6th, 2024, a heavily intoxicated woman was sitting in the street where she'd been vomiting for a while. She had two friends with her and a crowd was gathering. An officer out on duty went over to supervise while they waited for the woman's mom to get there. However, one of the onlookers was becoming more of a hindrance than a help. >> We got 15 minutes. She doesn't need any first aid >> because I mean she's been throwing up for a while. So >> we putting water like the cold pad on her neck. >> She's just theatrical. >> She's very >> theatrical right now. She's fine. >> She's not doing anything. If you're not ear first responder, move. >> Now, I don't know if you ever been through this before, but the noise and all that kind of fix it helping. Since the unhelpful bystander wasn't listening to the sick woman's friends, [music] the officer then spoke to him and explained his comments were making the situation worse. He was asked to respect their wishes and move away. [music] But while they were arguing, another bystander did something far more disrespectful. >> You're making it more difficult. I'm just asking you to step over there. Hope he wasn't drinking tequila, baby. >> If you want me some help, you should have taught him like 10 ounces of her on her back. >> Not on her. I told her to lift her up. She's doing that. She got wet cold rags around her neck. She doesn't want the water. We're putting her mouth. >> Hey yo, >> hey, delete this. >> Hey, Bonnie. >> That's messed up. >> That's messed up. That's messed up in the hand. >> I promise you. >> What the are you talking about? >> Listen. >> I'm not arguing with you. I'm not going to stop. Stop. Stop. Listen. You're on body camera of just you taking a picture. I just watched you do it. Okay. Delete the picture. I need you to get out the picture. I need you to get away from me. Right. >> Delete the picture right now of her. >> I just watched you do it. >> You didn't watch me do anything. >> We all just watched you do it. >> You didn't watch me do it. >> We all just watched you do it. >> You didn't watch me do anything. We all just watch you take a picture. >> Have a have a little respect for someone who's throwing up. Okay. >> I don't I don't >> Okay. No, no, no, no. Listen, I don't think you would want someone. >> Okay. >> Interestingly, the nosy woman's friend wasn't backing up her claims that she hadn't taken the picture. [music] Other bystanders took the officer's side, but she only laughed at the situation, even when they started yelling at her. But just as it looked like she was about to move on, she did something even more shocking. >> Have a good night. Thank you. I appreciate that. That's absolutely [screaming] >> Get off. Get off. >> STOP RESISTING NOW. STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. HUH? >> STOP. >> You want to kick him? >> No problem. >> STOP RESISTING. >> I'M PULLING AWAY. JUST PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YOU'RE LITERALLY A BODY CAMERA JUST KICKING HIM. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. I can't breathe. >> Please, please, please, guys. Please, please, please, cover, >> guys. >> Sit up and cover. Sit up. The woman sobbed and pleaded with the officers as they got her to her feet and began taking her to the police station, begging them to listen to her, claiming it was a scary situation for her. The lead officer did his best to calm her while they walked. >> Please tell me. >> You're fine. Relax. Just breathe. Take a breath. >> These people were talking. I shouldn't have kissed. Can you take a breath? Can you talk? Can you answer my questions, please? >> I'll be more than happy to do so instead. [laughter] >> My cell phone fell out of my >> I got it in my hand. >> Oh my god. I was here. >> Secure the port, please. >> I can't do this. >> While the officer placed his gun in his locker, the woman said she needed to phone someone. So the officer assured her that she would be given a chance to do that later. But that wasn't good enough for the entitled Karen. >> Kevin never experience in my life so >> I like I don't know no like I >> need to speak to someone. I've never >> I have never felt this way in my entire life. you. This is like This is actually [laughter] The woman was taken down the corridor and asked to sit on a bench while the officers handed her paperwork. The reality of the situation should have already been sinking home, but she still seemed to think she was in a position to make demands. But then came a fullon meltdown. This is like crazy. >> I'm not sitting on that bench. This is You guys are not understanding me. I am not >> I'm not doing this. Please. Please. I can't go in there. I can't go in there. >> Where? I'm not this thing. >> You're not opposite. I can't go in there. >> What? >> This I can't I can't do this. You're not understanding. >> You're not understanding me. >> Take a seat. >> Please let me go. [laughter] >> Ma'am, >> take a breath. You're fine. >> NO, I'M NOT. I'M NOT. I DON'T FEEL OKAY. I feel >> You want EMS? >> No. No. I got like bummed by a police officer [laughter] and I didn't do anything wrong with these people. >> Have a seat. right there and we'll get you out as soon as possible." >> The woman continued to cry and refused to sit. So, the lead officer guided her down to the bench. She then started asking for her friend and making more claims she hadn't done anything. But moments later, her attitude took a surprising turn. >> I just wanted to make sure people's okay. >> Nobody anything. You people are This is I am This is the nut I have ever experienced. And >> you're still being recorded. >> I I know. I know. Trust me. I know. I know. I'm being >> So relax. The judge is going to see all of this. >> The I I know. I know. >> Thank you. Please uncuff me. I am a This is Wait till you hear. Wait and hear from my attorney. All of you. Is this not the nuttiest you've ever experienced? I probably shouldn't have kicked that guy back, but they probably shouldn't egg me on for 20 minutes. Egging me on. Egging me on. Screaming in my face. >> Like I don't live in I'm not I'm not That's >> Can I have my cell phone, please? >> Yeah. I think I should be able to disconnect it here. >> No, you're not touching my $2,000 purse with your hands. So, back up. >> All right. So, then I got to pick it off you. >> Okay, I will do that. You're not undo talking about undoing stuff. I don't want you to. >> The woman was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and later pleaded guilty to the disorderly conduct offense. The resisting arrest charge was dismissed. She was fined $783. On February 8th, 2022, officers were dispatched [music] to investigate a woman reported to be causing a disturbance at an airport. A female officer arrived on scene to find the woman wandering around outside and refusing to cooperate. So, she attempted to escort the woman off the property. >> Let's go. >> We're on our way to the train hopefully. Come on. Let's go, Susan. Susan, let's go. >> Let's go, Susan. This way. >> Let's go. Yeah. That [snorts] way. >> Super slow. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> We're uh >> She's like very uncooperative trying to get her downstairs. >> Let's go, Susan. Let's go. >> Unsurprisingly, the woman continued to ignore the officer's instructions and [music] showed a complete lack of respect for the airport and its staff. But her attitude was about to get a whole lot worse. >> No. >> Let's go. You don't You cannot be back here. Let's go. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> Let's go. I need help, please. Right now. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. >> Get off me. >> Let go of me. Don't you do it. >> Don't you do it. Let's go. >> Let's go. Let's go. Let go of me. She's very She's fighting me now. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> What is your problem? Let's go. Let's go, >> Susan. Let's go. >> I love the >> Let's go. Don't you bite me. >> The suspect continued to fight as the officer attempted to wrestle her into handcuffs until backup arrived. Once she was outnumbered, the suspects stood no chance [music] at hindering the cops from cuffing her. So, the officers were finally able to get her under control. >> I need a car here, too. Take her. >> Want you? >> Yeah. Yeah, I have my car. >> My glasses are over there. >> Thank you. >> I have my uh my car across. >> Oh god. Sorry to watch the >> We're all just bringing the car over >> over there. >> I'm going to need to help car. >> She's good. She's good right there. As the officers waited for the squad car to arrive, the female officer checked her own arms and found that the woman had scratched her hard enough to break her skin. Meanwhile, the woman continued sobbing and calling for help as if the cops were mistreating her. >> All right, come on. >> What? Oh my gosh. >> Okay. Got it. Huh? >> ID. >> Sorry. I barely got her handcuffs, let alone her ID. Jesus. >> You want somebody want to check her for an ID? >> No, not right now. Yeah. >> Yeah. She comes here every day. >> What does she do? I mean, what do we >> She's She just like went >> crazy. >> She was out here mother at the car. So, we got >> I know. We can just go. >> But I mean, what do we >> She was like, "Come on, let's go to the train." And then she went behind Delta's counter. I'm like >> all her stuff. >> No, that's And I go, "Come on, you can't be back there." And she grabbed my arm. She's like, you know, she's >> Look at that. >> Gra She grabbed a hold of my boot. Oops. Sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry, Chief. Did she hit you at all? >> She threw her water bottle at me. My hands are soaked. Delta, the two guys pinned her against the wall for me. I was like, "Thank you." Until I could get some help. >> You feel even salted. >> Oh, she was throwing at me. Yeah, she my everything went flying. >> After she'd finished talking to her colleagues about the incident, the female officer went back into the airport to speak to the Delta employees who'd assisted with restraining the suspect. She also wanted to express her gratitude for their aid. >> Thank you. Thank >> I know. I need to get your uh >> No problem. >> Thankful for this. My boss is probably going to want to >> I don't know who's coming out that door. Was that you? I apologize cuz we had her pinned against it. Um >> Okay. Here's this one. >> Yeah. >> Where her Where's her You guys threw her water bottle at his >> Yeah, I threw a water bottle. >> Yeah, I'm wearing half of it. [laughter] >> Like digging her nails into me. And >> so you list everything. >> Yeah, they just they help. They pinned her. They helped >> her until the other officers got here. >> Was she trying to get back behind? >> Yeah, she was back here. I'm like, come on. >> And then she said, "You can't be back here." And that's when she just started losing it. She like raised her hand like she was going to hit her and she spilled water on her and then she threw your water or her water bottle on you. >> The older officer asked the Delta employee where his colleague who'd also assisted with the arrest was. So the employee went to look for him in the back office. While they waited, the female officer continued to go over the events. Yeah, I wiped out cuz it was she kept spilling her water and then pants are soaking wet. Came out in front of my car and she was like >> screaming it and then I got like, "Come on, let's go to the train." >> Yeah, I saw her out there and then you guys came in through this door and she ran up here >> and she just got right behind her. Once they'd finished talking to the Delta employees, the female officer went back out to the squad car where the suspect was still lying on the back seat in the position they'd set her down in. But it wasn't [music] safe to take her to the station like that. So, they tried to sit her up. >> What did she say? She doesn't want to set up. Well, she's exhausted. Can't move. What if we try and get her out? >> Put her Yeah. You >> want me to pull her out that way? >> Is your Is your back seat Is it unlocked? >> Back seat's unlocked. >> Yeah. >> All right. We're going to try and get you out. Right above us here. >> Yeah. Watch her feet cuz she was kicking me before. Here, I'll grab her on the other side. Come on. We're going to get out. Let's slide out. >> Roll you on your back so we can get you out. >> We're going to take you out. We're going to put you in another car. >> What' she say? >> Here. >> We're going to put you in another car. >> You're yaking. But >> Okay. Well, we want to try and get you out. Help us out a little bit. >> Nice. >> All right. >> Officers were able to get the suspect sitting upright in their other vehicle with her seat belt fastened in place. They were finally able to take her to jail where she would hopefully cool off and get the [music] help she needed to avoid a similar incident in the future. On March 21st, 2025, officers were called to a bar with reports of a heavily intoxicated woman identified as Megan, who was refusing to leave. They arrived on the scene to find three women on one of the bar's slot machines, but it was unclear which one was causing the disturbance. >> Megan, which one? Who am I talking to? >> [music] >> Who we here for? >> Who we here for? Dumb lady in a mini skirt. >> Megan. Megan. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Megan. >> They want you gone, so you got to go. >> What? >> Okay. Well, it doesn't matter what your name is at this point. It's time for you to go. Now you know. It's time for you to go. >> Are you going to leave or are you going to get arrested for trespass? It's >> your choice. >> Megan grabbed her purse from the table by the machine and linked arms with one of her friends. It seemed like she decided to do as she was being asked. But then she came out with another statement that made it clear she wasn't going to make things that easy. >> We're going to walk out. [music] But we're not leaving. >> No, you will be. You will be leaving. leave the the premise. >> No, you will be leaving the property is what you'll be doing. >> You got too many things going on here for me. >> So, you will be going. Yes. >> And if you come back and they say you don't they don't want you back. >> I don't know what the circumstance is about, >> ma'am. They don't want you here. >> Yeah. It's very simple. They don't want you here. >> The bar don't touch me. The bar does not want you here. The bar does not want you here. If you'd like, we'll give you a ride home. >> Said what's the circumstances? >> The bar called us. They want your circumstance. I want to know what the circumstance. >> I've explained it to you like five times. >> You just said they didn't want me here. What's the circumstance? >> Because you have >> because you're too intoxicated. >> The bar had the right to leave have anybody removed that they removed. So, it's time to go. >> Okay. Listen, >> what is the circumstances? Unbelievably, after the officer calmly explained again why she needed to go, Megan kept asking him what the circumstances of her trespass were. The officer asked his partner to check with the bar if they wanted to press charges while he attempted to escort her outside. >> This way outside. >> I am. >> No, you're not. [snorts] >> Go outside. >> Go outside. Go outside. [snorts] Go outside. >> Just go outside. >> Go outside. >> Don't push me around. >> I'm not pushing you. I'm standing here. >> Outside. >> Excuse me. >> Go outside. >> Do not >> Here's the thing. You cannot put your hands on the officers. >> I never did. Now you are. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop. >> Put your hands behind your back right now. >> I never did nothing wrong. Stop doing that. Okay. That's inappropriate. >> Yeah. Put your hands right back. You're under arrest. >> For what? Criminal trespass refusing to leave an establishment. >> Battery to an officer for pushing off so fast. >> I never touched no one body cam. >> I >> You just pushed me on body camera. >> I No, I didn't. >> Let go of your purse so you can walk like a normal person. >> Jesus Christ. You're acting like a child. >> Yes, you are. >> It's Megan. I could possibly identify her. even handcuffed and being led to the lead officer's car. Megan remained reluctant to leave the premises and kept trying to pull away. She then decided to claim she had mental issues. But when that didn't work, she decided it was time to really pull out all the stops. >> Don't hurt me. >> Hold on. >> You're hurting me. >> We're not trying. >> Yes, you are. >> We're not trying to hurt you. >> I'm going to fight. I'm going to fight against this. Get on the car. >> Stop. >> Stop hurting me. >> Then stop pulling away. >> You are hurting me. >> Stop pulling away. >> Stop pulling away. >> Stop kicking >> my kid. You're hurting me. You >> sit up like a normal person. >> You let me move. You're purposely hurting me. We gave you multiple warnings, Megan. >> We told you multiple times. >> I'll go around. Hold on. >> No, you didn't. >> Yes, we did. >> Oh, we told you multiple times. >> Multiple times. >> ALL ON BODY CAM. >> NO, I said what? What? Oh, body cam. My >> And what was your presumption? >> You removed that. >> And what was your thing? >> They wanted We've explained it to you several times. >> Oh, no you didn't. >> Megan, here. >> I said, let me explain it to you. Very simple. The bar will remove you to appellet court. You push off. >> Guess what? I'm going to bring it to appellet court with what you did to me. >> Okay, >> just like your like you let my ex get away with a doing what he >> The officer's partner came out to let him know the bar wanted Megan barred from the premises, then went back in to take a statement. Meanwhile, since the tears in the victim act weren't getting her anywhere, nor were her threats about taking the officers to court, Megan decided to change tactics again. You let my kids get hurt. >> Okay. I know. Megan, I don't even know who you are, Megan. >> Yeah. [ __ ] >> And no one's helping them. >> Well, it's not helping them doing what you're doing today, man. >> Oh, yeah. >> All you have to do is leave. We offered you a ride home. >> I work hard. >> And at the point you push an officer, that's why you get arrested. Okay. >> So, >> and I knew that you had a little creep right there. I saw her. You know what's sad is that this town is all about Vanderstick and the other guy. >> Okay. >> And that's okay. But take to a pellet court. That's 20 grand. And my family's going. >> Go ahead. >> Let's go. >> With Megan implying that she might have kids raised instant alarms for the officer and his colleague. They tried to determine if there were kids left home alone. >> I need you to answer my question. I can understand you. Okay. I feel like you've had a little too much to drink tonight, >> but we just we want to make sure nobody's at home. >> Was not that I could walk home if I want. >> Where do you live? Where do you live at? >> I could walk home from here. >> Where do you live? >> So, why am I being arrested is what I want to know. >> I am not answering no more questions. I want to know why I'm being arrested is what I want to know. >> You pushed an officer. >> Oh, after they came in. >> Yeah, they're allowed to come in. Okay. >> I never pushed no one. Let's see. I want video cameras. >> You pushed me right in the chest. >> I want a video camera. >> Officers eventually took her to jail where she was charged with aggravated battery on a peace officer, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing. On April 16th, 2024, a woman later identified as Lynn called a police station about filing a report and asked to speak to a female officer. Unfortunately, when she arrived at the station, there was only a male officer available. The officer did his best to help her, but she remained adamant she wanted to see a female. >> Once again, you guys me >> Why do you need a female? I'm trying. I >> really called an hour ago. Be here by 6 and you'll have a female officer because you guys >> We don't determine what we don't determine when 911 calls come out. Oh man, >> I wasn't a 911 cop. >> And that's why I'm here. I'm the available officer, so I'm here taking it. If you don't want that, I can't I can't become a female. >> I don't know what to tell you. >> But I asked them if I could have female. >> And the female officer is tied up. >> By six, you will. >> And if there's a female officer, they need something else. >> Let me get my phone. >> Sergeant Flores. Yeah, she's right there. She knows I'm out here talking to you despite the fact because we don't have a female officer available. If we did, there'd be one here. But unfortunately, there's not. >> No, I was there. I was here by 6. >> And the female officer is busy cuz there's only one female officer on duty, unfortunately. >> Lynn insisted she'd been told there would be two female officers at the station, one of whom was the sergeant. But when the officer explained the sergeant wouldn't take her report because it was his job as a patrol officer, she suddenly became more demanded. >> And that I'm going to get her. Correct. >> No, you won't get her. I'm still taking the report. I told you >> after you you take the report, she's not going to be here. >> She'll approve it. She takes her Yeah, she approves report. She's a supervisor. I'm not >> Is she here today? >> Yes, she's scheduled to work. >> When? >> In 4 minutes. >> Exactly. I'll wait for her. >> Well, she's a supervisor. She's still not going to take your report whether she's >> You really know. Do you read the Bartlet Examiner? >> Sure. Why not? >> Why wouldn't you? cuz I work in >> because >> Whoa, you're something else. >> All right. So, you don't want me to take your report? >> So, she can't take my report >> cuz supervisors don't take reports. >> Really? >> Correct. >> Then, let's take you. >> Okay. Come on in. I'll happily take your report. >> Come on. >> Okay. We're going to be in room one. >> Don't Don't worry about >> It's okay. Don't worry about them because this is what they are. >> Okay. >> The officer closed the door for privacy and then began the report by asking her what had been going on. But for someone who was being offered the help she'd come looking for, the angry Karen gave a surprising response. >> Well, you know what? [ __ ] the husband. 14 17 years on the fire department. Yeah. You guys, you know you each other. You're brothers. >> I just got here a year ago. >> I don't care because you know what? >> Who's your husband? >> I don't care. Doesn't matter. >> You don't care who your husband is. >> Then don't ask. >> Well, I need to know for the report. Don't >> Why? >> Cuz you're here to make a report. Aren't you here for a report or you just here to yell at me? >> What? Take a report about what? >> Why? What? What did you say? That you're going to take a report about what? Did I tell you what I'm going to take a report about? What? >> I'm trying to figure out why you'd walk into the police department if you weren't here to make a report. >> About who? >> You said your husband. So, I'm presuming that. >> After Lynn had spouted more nonsense, she finally said she wanted to file a report for domestic violence. She then claimed she couldn't show the officer evidence of her beatings because her husband had taken her phone. >> Well, was there any marks on you >> today? No, I'm sorry. >> Just trying to ask question. >> No, I'm sorry. They're not today. Oh, you know what he did? Heing disconnected it. My phone so I couldn't get to her. >> Who disconnected it? >> My husband. >> Okay. Ma'am, can I ask you a couple questions? >> Yeah. Wait. Am I alcoholic? Am I aing junkie? Am I this? What? What am I? >> Well, because you seem a little disoriented. So, I'm going to ask you some disorientated. >> Yes. So, go >> ahead. Well, let me see. My house is foreclosed on. He'sing somebody. Heing don't come home. I have no home. I have no family. and thiser runs around all over the place and I'm supposed to be nothing. >> Given Lynn's agitated state, the officer had reason to believe she'd been drinking. Surprisingly, she had no trouble telling him the date and time, the current president of the United States, and the town she was in. >> What else? Tell me more. Do you think I got dementia? >> I'm just trying to figure out why. >> Let me show you the picture. Okay. [snorts] >> I hope you got >> Please do. >> You're married. No. Oh, no. Wait. I hope you get one day a [ __ ] daughter, a sister, aing mother. I hope you get one day that they [ __ ] beat him. I hope I hope you do. >> I'm trying to figure out what's been going on. >> Don't with me. >> Have you been drinking today? >> Absolutely. She claimed she wasn't drunk, but then went off on another tangent about the cars her husband supposedly owned and the years she'd given him, as well as her pension. She then claimed he'd started seeking female company elsewhere. >> That's what he's going through because now I'm fat. I'm ugly on this. I do. Here, mother. Here. Here. Here. Do you want to see? Do you want to see? Do you want to see? Yeah. Do you want to see? I've had 14 37 fractures. >> Sounds like you've been >> No, I'm ugly. >> You're not ugly. >> [ __ ] you. >> Let me go grab Let me go grab Sergeant >> Schultz. Give me >> No, I'll show you my picture. >> Give me one minute. All right. I'll be right back. Give me two seconds. Get the out of here. What the? >> The officer brought the sergeant as promised and Lynn pulled up evidence of the abuse on her phone despite her earlier claim her husband had taken her phone from her. >> Oh, my husband. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Was that when he was arrested for domestic battery the last time? >> Yeah. >> I'm just trying to piece together. >> Oh, no. Let's see more. Let's see more. Honey, you Yeah, you're piece of Let's see more. You're going to have to call me a piece of [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you. Would you do that to your wife? >> I don't have a wife and I wouldn't put my hands on anybody. >> God, I would one day when you get married, would you like somebody to do that to your daughter? >> Wouldn't like your sister to your mother? >> Nobody deserves to be hit, >> right? But I did. >> I'm sorry you went through that. >> Really? >> Sure you are. The officer went on to explain they couldn't arrest Lynn's husband for something he'd already been arrested for, but she remained argumentative. Medics then arrived to check her for injuries, but she refused to talk to them and started claiming she was a drug addict and an alcoholic. >> I want to be committed. I want to be evaluated. I want to get better than Texas. So, nobody will take me. >> Well, we're here TO TAKE YOU HERE. >> OH, NO. I AM NOT. HOW AM I GOING TO PAY FOR THIS? >> WELL, you said that you want to get help, >> right? Who's going to pay for it? >> I'm not sure. But if you want >> Oh, God. YOU'RE NOT SURE. YOU'RE NOT SURE. >> WHY DON'T you call? You know what he did? I tried to get help. You know what he just CALLED THE NUMBER? THE MOTHER TOOK THE PHONE. Don't you? Hey, don't [ __ ] tell me to stop. >> You're big shoty. All them jacks. [ __ ] the fire department all hat. What am I looking? Oh, >> I can't hurt you from then. Why are you tell >> he knows how to get me? >> Despite saying she wanted to get help, Lynn told the medics she didn't want to go to hospital and shouted more abuse. There wasn't much they could do, so they handed the situation back over to the cops who decided it was time to get her home. >> Okay, Lynn, I'm trying to help you with >> You're not trying to die. You are a piece of all of you. >> Okay, Lyn, we need to get you home. I'll walk you. You think you're going toing take me home? You're a piece OF YOU'RE ALL A PIECE OF I NEVER I GREW UP IN LOGAN SQUARE. THEY WOULD have you. You motherers wouldn't be able TO LAST A DAY in Englewood. Logan Square. You would live what? Let's go. Let's go. If you're done you [ __ ] >> Yeah. You take over. Watch out with your dog. >> Watch out with your dog. >> I'll tell you one thing. >> Do not do not do not stop. >> Do not try that. Do not try that. Watch out. Don't try and >> do not Come on. Grab your dog. >> You think I'm going to sit there in the car and you're going to pinch me? You >> I'm walking. >> That's fine. Come on, Lynn. >> Yeah. So >> you [ __ ] piece of >> Lynn finally untangled her dog's leash from the table leg it had gotten caught around and started following the officers out of the station. But they didn't make it far before she did something truly inexcusable. >> All right, Lynn. So here would you like to talk with the Illinois? >> And she spit on my hand. >> You're under arrest. I get my eyes on the officer's hand when you spit on that sheet. >> Yep. >> I spit on the paper. >> Missed and he hit my hand. >> Oh my god. >> Can I see? >> Yep. >> I want the camera. >> When asked if she had any weapons on her, she said she wished she did. And she then threatened the officers leading her dog away. She was led back into the police station for processing and a female officer was brought to search her. A second sergeant then supervised the situation. >> Do you need to do anything? >> So I have the initial domestic. >> Uh-huh. >> So the only thing is I can't call review because I'm the victim. >> Okay. Yeah. All right. >> Other than I have the initial >> and I as we do this so >> so I can abuse my house >> here. Hold on a second. Okay. >> She has beautiful >> sheer car is half parked out there and there's open. >> So if it could be said she drove here. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Well, I was going to I had looking for the video anyway to see if we could have her pulled the >> video of her pulling in. >> I will work on that right now. Yes, he's he's already on it. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, I had him looking for it already. >> Yeah, she's having there's alcohol. I can't tell if it's open. >> Okay, cool. >> There's a picture. >> Yeah. >> Well, yeah, that is an open container. >> So, I don't know if it's open, but >> we'll find out. >> She kept interrupting as her Miranda rights were being read. Lynn then claimed to be an attorney and started talking about her fifth amendment right, but then decided not to invoke it, claiming she wasn't right in her mind. She said she will only talk to a psychiatrist. Instead, they drove her to jail. >> This I got to see. And once the blood test, which I could get in the morning, shows I had two beers in me and I wasn't drunk. Plus, I wasn't even driving. And you must looked at the goddamn car or the license because you seen it wasn't me. >> Oh, come on, sweetie. You want me, huh? Come on.
