Police Department if you're in here make snown Police Department apparently uh we have a wellness check what so your kids are upstairs you said kids are upstairs we've been trying to paint the rooms because um it keep smearing crap on the walls poop on my shoes can I ask what's going on all right right now you are under arrest for child assault in today's world people are often hesitant to get involved in other people's personal affairs but sometimes a concerned neighbor or relative stepping up can make all the difference in these cases their calls LED police to uncover unimaginable things and ultimately to save kids from a house of horror hi bud what are you doing come downstairs for me okay yeah we're going to them a shower wall imagine walking down the street looking over to a house and seeing a naked child standing in the window with his face seemingly smeared with something resembling feces would you call 911 well that's exactly what an Oklahoma citizen did on September 12th 2024 Oklahoma City Police immediately responded to the scene and it was a day they'll never forget apparently uh we have a wellness check what so your kids are upstairs you said kids are upstairs we've been trying to paint the rooms because um they keeps me crap the okay so we're just here to make sure the kids are okay yeah they're perfectly okay I can go get them down can I come with you yeah we can try you know this man is Dakota DOD he shares this house with his wife Aubriana Freeman and their three kids aged 4 years 3 years and just 11 months officer later reported the home rre of urine and feces once they saw the children it was easy to understand why hey boys come on hi buys what are you doing come downstairs for me okay yeah we're going to them a shower they walls okay um how old are they they're just in there by themselves which is probably why they're we have smearing poop on the wall yeah we have a camera right there uhhuh always was checking up on them okay um make sure they eat three store meals a day yeah you guys like kind of in over your head maybe I mean I I work at nights okay the wife is taking care of the boys making sure where is she at she's currently getting her glasses okay well come on come on back downstairs for me the children's room was appalling with feces smeared on the walls windows and carpet according to the report there was no furniture There apart from a bed frame inside a closet the officer seemed to be stunned by such deplorable living conditions at the same time the father kept making excuses shamelessly blaming everything on the kids so yeah it's poop um we've been trying to and we can try to use a Rug Doctor because I keep trying to get a potty train mhm how long have they been in that room na where are they supposed to be napping at there's not a bed in here the autistic one likes to tear apart their beds mhm and so we had to throw them both out mhm I'd rather just sent me money I'm actually going to have to once my wife gets home buys V even if we disregard the state of the home which is incredibly difficult to do there are several things DoD said that are CS for alarm first he referred to one of his kids as the autistic one then he said as soon as his wife got home he was going to buy some beds but blatant lie obviously these conditions have been that way for a very long time they keep tearing up the mattresses uhhuh can't really turn start this way please we have some pants or something we can put on there yeah I got it you have a lieutenant available way please I can't really see several officers started gagging and almost vomited because of the smell rest assured both parents were arrested on the spot and charged with child neglect but before moving on let's meet the hero of the day an elderly neighbor by the name of Barbara North this neighborhood grandma was the one who called the police they would have dookie all over their face in their mouths on their hands knock on the door and they wouldn't even open the door it says in the Bible whoever's done it unto a child has done it unto God and you know and I than you my calling is to be every child's grandmother I put a teddy bear on the fence and I looked up that window and I said you know you're okay now God's got you I was so happy that finally that Justice was served after the arrested the couple dot admitted that for up to 12 hours a day they'd lock up their children in the room according to him for their own safety at least he was honest enough to admit that the kids might be better off in the custody of DHS the department of human services at the present time their trial is still pending next up we visit the home of a tick tocker by the name of Steven KD Steven shared the home with his 26-year-old wife Lindy Pratt their 18-month-old daughter and his wife's two kids from a previous marriage a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son nothing could prepare these officers for what they found inside tra for a sec tag the kids room right here handprints of sh all over the entire room your feet just stick to all the there that's the nastiest house I've ever been in here where's where's newly at like do we need to get over there bro that is the worst house I've ever been in right initially the cops made jokes about the smell inside the house but they wouldn't be joking if they knew the full extent of the situation they were in the whole case started when a 4-year-old girl told her grandfather about a abuse incident he immediately reported it to the Stillwater Police Department prompting an investigation that once again had the officer gagging there's she's like we're trying to clean up you go in this room and it looks like you just put all of your hands and like all over the place you know I mean I got to feel like I got a pretty strong gut that was as nasty as I've ever [Music] seen tra for a second open it seems like people who neglect their children like this often have pets in this case there were six dogs in the house and a cat and sadly it looks like they took better care of their pets than their children there were no toys in the house just the kids handprints of feces all over the walls and Nails sticking out from the bed frame sheared by the boy and girl is this what you're talking about cleaning up the carpet I mean there's poop everywhere [Music] the woman you just saw was Steven's mother 59-year-old Robin KD she'd also been living in the house making this situation even more unbelievable and the further the cops investigated the worse it became it turned out the boy and girl had developmental delays and were sometimes locked in that room for up to 20 hours a day white female [Music] [Music] yeah yeah the parents reported they had confined the kids preventing them from raiding the refrigerator due to hunger or interacting with the dogs apart from the poop smeared walls they also noted that the floors were soaked with urine and feces and there were also signs of an infestation of rodents just poop on my shoes Lindsay and Stephen Stephen can you come right over here they're gonna pat you down real quick because I don't know what that is on you [ __ ] it knce kniv on you yeah just show okay can you go ahead put your I ask what's going on all right right now you are under arrest for child assault okay we're not going to talk about it while we're here we'll talk about it back at the police department okay do you guys have a transport what the police report stated that their shoes would stick to the floor that dog feces was everywhere and that the family actually had to hang up bags of food from the ceiling to keep the rodents from getting to it all three adults were charged with child neglect but only Steven pled guilty the supposed Tik tocker also admitted that he sexually assaulted his stepdaughter on seven different occasions it's one thing to see a Tik Tok star arrested for child abuse but you wouldn't expect a pastor to be in a similar situation although this time there was no sexual abuse involved the physical abuse was more like the Middle Ages in the 21st [Music] century all right we're back all right all right right now you both are going to be under arrest for child abuse and go with these two gentlemen and all eight children are now infected C we will have a conversation when I get to the police department okay the couple here is 58-year-old Pastor Keith Hol from Black well Oklahoma and his 53-year-old wife candy the two of them have eight children ranging in age from 2 to 17 they were both placed under arrest given allegations of severe child abuse and neglect the Oklahoma Department of Human Services had notified police about the abuse no you're you're going to be nice so I'm going to man we're going to go out here okay I know I know this whole situation started to unravel after the DHS told police that the Holts left their kids alone and traveled to Arkansas multiple calls from other the residents confirmed that the kids were potentially being abused so the officers decided to pay them a visit one of the kids was 14-year-old jch oh my God so it's going to be that SUV right over here okay yes sir you go ahead and okay start walking got it yeah my cell phone is on the bed if we need my brother's phone number okay because he I'll have uh I'll have uh the my lieutenant get it all right since your hands are in the front go ahead and try to buckle up for me thank you thank you two of the kids that suffered the most abuse were jch and his 14-year-old sister JC JC reportedly told the officers that his father would punch him and throw him down the stairs and his sister had severe bruising on both her arms and her legs she told the officers she'd been beaten with a wooden board and even showed the cops where it was behind the TV me personally now they're older I don't strip them down and look at them but I've never seen them out of control but when we when he goes to to spank the children they're in a private room MH like the dining room we make sure there's no kids around or anything like that why would all five of the older kids all have the exact same story as far as the just being hit being hit with a 2 by two that they showed me was behind your TV all five of them they're all telling the exact same story separate of being hit with with that piece of wood never seen him hit them with that a piece of wood I'm be honest with you I'm not saying they're wrong I'm just saying I have not seen him hit them the only thing I've seen him hit hit them with is the belt what about Beth getting locked in the bathroom for 3 days no never happened so they're all all the kids are lying I don't I don't know what's going on but that they never been locked in a bathroom for 3 days none of them with that doesn't even make any sense to me personally just hard to believe that all five of them would have the exact same story well that Not only was Beth supposedly locked in the bathroom for 3 days but she was also not given any food except with her siblings smuggled in for the girl candy the mother was adamantly trying to downplay the children's beatings now let's see what her husband had to say CJ now CJ is a little he's little autistic mhm um he can't hardly talk he's rambunctious CJ gets into everything he's he's a jack of all trades if he can't if he can't get into uh this he's turning the water on or you know he's doing something he's active are they pretty trustworthy kids I would say so when was the last time you think you had to spank one of the kids oh it's been months months months maybe even over a year and I had to spank one so you haven't spanked the kids at all at this house at this house so if someone said that you beat the kids with a 2 by two board would that why would someone say that why would anybody say that especially to a kid well it's coming from the kids the officers quickly put this wannabe Pastor on the spot they knew he was lying and they quickly confronted the man with his lies but in the end he seemed to be convinced that it wasn't his kids but his own wife that had ratted him out this next line of inquiry was probably what got him thinking about that here's the thing partner we're going we're going to tell it to you very very simple okay we know a little bit more than what you think we do we're just asking for your cooperation be honest with us I mean he's asking you all these questions because we we kind of already know the answer to a lot of them we're just trying to get you to be as honest as you can to help yourself out okay so when you said that you haven't spanked anybody in a year that was that was not a correct statement right right yes okay and and then and thinking thinking back thinking back yeah I had to spank John and I had to spank Beth why does Tabitha have bruises up and down her legs and her arms and a black eye no idea haven't touched her uh do you know she fell down the stairs turn against me c it in the end both parents were charged with three counts of child abuse and one count of child neglect as if the pastor was sensing something his wife did eventually turn against him she later pled no contest to three counts of enabling child abuse and one count of child neglect she got 10 years in prison with her husband's trial Set for February 2025 at trial she'll be obligated to testify truthfully against him oh NE April 22nd 2023 a woman saw her neighbors leave their house not long after their baby started slamming the window as if he wanted to get out the woman called police and the officers quickly retrieved the boy this is their account of what they encountered inside we uh just found probably a one-year-old by himself inside of a house that is horrendously bad parents left about 20 minutes ago locked him inside the house by by by himself took off neighbors saw him beting on the window and uh he's in not great shape the kids's not in good shape but as soon as we find these parents they are going to prison got little patience with this one D what little kid is in the window banging on the window 47 he's got a plate of food in front of him the amount of flies in this room in this window is makes you think there's a dead body in this house where's the child he's in my front seat right now doors are locked we were able to push the window open and he's just sitting there so we scooped him up real quick we're cleaning him he's [ __ ] he's covered in either or did you take pictures I did yeah um we have EMS coming to check him out right now he's got like either on his leg or really bad infected or something he's super dirty super super dirty the officer's clearly emotional but who could blame him in modern society the conditions he just described wouldn't even be fit for a prisoner of war let alone a child this was obviously a criminal act so the officer quickly decided to enter the house and investigate we need to we need to clear the house so I'm going to go through the window and then uh I'll I'll go I'll I'll go through the window and come through the door how many people live live here guys there two what there's two people here yeah how big is this dog uh it's a pretty good size boxer let me I I don't know I don't interact with I don't think the dog I've come out here a few times when he out here but I can't say for sure for Beach Police Department if you're inside make S known are there usually this many flies around here over here closer to my FR door so I I no but I mean is there usually this many flies damn it Dustin hey Dustin no Dustin yeah grab my axe the door's locked the door locked the interior he's the kid was locked inside his room I got it locked from the inside yeah can you grab my axe please uh just come out here we'll the after realizing that Not only was the kid left alone but he was also locked inside a room infested with insects the cops didn't hesitate to smash down the front door this situation was quickly going from bad to worse kid was locked in the room what's up I'm pissed dude uh talk to him I'm going to grab it just for when you're ready neighbors called in said that Mom and Dad left the kid at home alone in 147 yeah be there's a a ridiculous amount of insect activity there's flies everywhere there's flies all over him he's got all over him anything no go ahead okay I need somebody to stay with him okay and if they start taking clothes off and you see injuries or anything suspicious we need a photograph you want me to stay with with themy we're going to go change back of the truck we're going with you okay hi baby just look at this kid he's only a one yearold but he's perfectly calm and silent while being handled by complete strangers it just shows how neglected and abused he was when the Embrace of a stranger feels warmer than his own home and speaking of the home let's see what the officers saw inside fat guy in a little space here where' that food go it's out here okay is there head on that one just pull right there there we go we can unlock it and then put it back there you Go's got Police Department if you're in here make up known Police Department your wallet or an ID or purse L door the entire house was a mass filthy rooms with cloth Stone around and dirty dishes in the sink and so forth for these people hygiene was obviously not a priority but it still doesn't explain why they'd leave their infant child in such hardd conditions and then they found something else got a little puppy in here hi oh we got a bunch of little puppies in here one 124 on copy another name [Music] [Music] [Music] I mean he's he's a little thick he's definitely thick but he's just I don't know he's definitely not being taken care of um I mean he look he's EMS decided that it was best to take the child to a hospital to get him a more thorough checkup and it turned out it was a good call but before we get to the kid's medical condition listen to the officer's account of what they were feeding him you should see so there was a bowl it had old old stale cold french fries uh a chicken tender like a old McDonald's chicken nugget on top of some gummy bears and then and there was uh like rice on top of all of it and then bacon like a strip of bacon and it was covered in in fli and he's just sitting there just eating out of it banging on the window locked in his bedroom then the officers went to the kids' room there was a stack of filthy diapers on a dresser and the room was an absolute mess as it turned out the boy had a double ear infection and a respiratory infection to go along with it and if you've ever had a severe ear infection you know just how much it hurts no me there's some puppies right here didn't see those the first time hi they look better taking care of than a child oh you guys are so cute he's leeping one stuck underneath the blanket yeah little white one um I said just general uncleanliness yeah nasty is the you can tell that kids been sitting there with dirty nasty diaper or diarrhea thr diapers room hi Pap food and stuff stacked up and there sit there hi Pap this is the room them so it's just the door knob was locked on from the outside yeah door knob so they had the so Fe on the inside of the door uh you have that and then another one just sitting down there oh my gosh after abandoning their child 5 hours before the parents somehow found out where he was and got to the hospital the original officer who took the baby out of the window was more than happy to place them both under arrest however at first it was a bit of a challenge to spot them while they were both 21 years old they actually look like teenagers hey diamond is a diamond and Tyler Tyler all right Diamond go ahead and put your hands behind your back I'm Diamond you're diamond oh Diamond go ahead and put your hands behind your back drop that you and Tyler both are under arrest for aggravated child child abuse aggravated child neglect and multiple other charges forthcoming do you have any questions your child is going to be remanded into the custody of DCF pending a investigation and a family member to go and uh check them out he's got a knife do you have anything in your pockets in and then it's going to poke me stick me hurt hurt me all right before either one of you say a word I'm going to read both to view your rights okay you both have the right to remain silent Diamond kept sobbing as she and her husband Tyler were placed in the squad car nobody knew but her if she was sobbing about going to jail or for what they did to their son in any case the kid couldn't have met a better cop that day bye buddy I think your R is here yeah yeah see you l right want to ask these parents what they were thinking how is it possible that they acted so recklessly towards their own child but the officers in fact had that opportunity the father seemed to understand that leaving his son for over 3 hours was a mistake but the question was why did they still do it can you tell me why you guys left him at home um my dog within the past two weeks gave birth to 13 puppies and uh ready for it since we had our son it was got to be close but it was she ate one and we were so stressed about it it was like we can't we can't leave her alone have to be this routine and so they about 3 weeks now and she's been inside all day every day holding on Long at work I come home I take over so she can pass out we're just back and forth so we you know like we need to get out the 21-year-old then explained that they tried to find someone to take care of their son but when they couldn't they decided they should just go anyway but if you thought this father was cus just wait until you hear the mom how old was your song even stupid I've never done that before I was going to ask if you if you've done that before never done that before okay I didn't want to take him I knew it was really on outside and last time we took him he was just he got hot had leave early and he crying and screaming and he got tired and it just you couldn't do anything and nobody was willing to take him so we thought we could leave him for a bed and it was it was my fault that we left because I you know I suggested that we him Tyler tried turn around he did it was my fault he tried turning around twice and said no let's just go back home like this is stupid and I said I know but we're we're not going to get another day out both parents explained that their son had cystic fibrosis a very rare disease causing Progressive deterioration of the lungs as well as other organs and requiring constant care despite that he was left alone to F for himself but perhaps the saddest part here was the punishment these parents got instead of up to 35 years in prison for aggravated child abuse and child neglect they only got probation let me know what you think about that and
