to go after the police department in Sacramento this led to an investigation of what transpired that day on December 1st 2023 a 911 call came in from Walgreens saying that a group of violent teenage girls were throwing rocks and bottles and had assaulted one of the employees police rushed to the scene a distressed and visibly injured employee was waiting for them outside the store those little girls were drunk as do do you want medical attention I'm going to need it I'm really going to need they were throwing bottles at us do you do you want to go to the hospital or you just want them to check you out check it out and if I need to go I'm going to have to call my boss there's nothing else I can do this is ridiculous that was all un P for drun friends came in and they they let them in you know and they were all back there and they took forever and the last two that came out they were falling all over throwing everything over and we told them to get out and everything in let me just call you back cuz the officer's right here the employee told the cops that all this started when a group of girls pulled in to the Walgreens parking lot one of the girls came into the store and asked to use the bathroom and though it's against company policy the employee was kind enough to still let the girl use the bathroom anyway two other people came in when those two people came in she was drunk like falling over like falling over so we were like oh gosh like you know just let them go throw up do whatever they're going to do they're a bunch of young kids you know uhhuh they took a long time they took a long long time and then what happened one came out the other one came out two more came out and then those last two were in there and when they were coming out I heard a big like crash and they were throwing like they threw the stuff over in the middle I'm like dude you have get her out of here like get her home like this not funny anymore get her home she didn't like that I even said anything and she was running her mouth the whole way out when she got right here she was fighting with her fighting with the friend trying to beat me from over there so the friend kept trying to get her out kept trying to get her out and we were standing right here the friend got away from her cuz the friend was drunk too so she fell her over she came at me and she started attacking me she started attacking me so I freaking grabbed her and I started dragging her she's not going to t account on so when I started doing that and her saw that the drug friend was getting dragged she came and beat on me I was looking the bottles the glass over there yeah if you guys can just leave everything how it is well you know what they say no good deed goes unpunished the employee told officers she wanted to press charges and there was proof of what happened because the incident was caught by Walgreens security cameras the violent teenagers may have fled the scene but they didn't she's older so she she's little she's young so I was trying to help her and then that lady stepped in and then that guy stepped in and he socked me in my face and the one that they had to yeah and then he started talking me more and then after that it just it it escalated and he said he was going to shoot us we drove away from him because he was like meeting me but my friend like she's she drunk or all she's not drunk it's just like she's like she gets she's hotheaded end up in jail get for real that's what I'm saying I can't turn holding me I can't turn when y was holding me y don't battery resisting arrest criminal damage to property and aggravated driving while under the influence on the 2nd of February 2023 officers in Florida responded to a call regarding a 9-year-old boy causing issues at a local elementary school when they arrived on scene teachers told them they tried to calm the child down but nothing seemed to work no this is one of those situations man just why I can't be an Sr don't you want to throw stuff though right you that's okay I get that a lot it doesn't hurt my feelings up stand upou me until you come down this is where we're at he can do that he's on the road just calm you down for a second chill stop it sit up chill chill just relax you need to chill you we can take the shut go I'm not going to do that the officers decided to put the child in handcuffs because they were worried about the safety of the other individuals and about the other children if the boy got away it's unclear what caused the boy to have such a severe tantrum but cursing and insulting the officer makes you wonder what kind of parenting this boy had at home you're throwing things you're putting everyone you need to hear it it's okay I get that a lot we're hard to comprehend the officers didn't want to keep the kid in handcuffs although they stayed by his side in an attempt to calm him down and make the boy feel safe the teacher here takes a gentle tone while she explains to the child what's wrong you don't care but you can go to jail for things like that and I don't want to see you go to jail for things like that okay you can get you can get in trouble for hitting staff too okay I've done it since 3 K that's not nice why do you do those things because teachers but why they're only trying to teach you okay but we want to get you off those cuffs so you're trying to get Off the Cuffs we can easily open them if you just comply and talk to everybody to see what's going on with you while you're having a rough morning you're trying really hard to take those cuffs off and we want to take it off trust me we just want to make sure everybody safe so can you talk to us the cops here let the child continue to throw a tantrum hoping he'd eventually lose steam afterwards one of the teachers got down on the floor to calmly talk to the student finally something seemed to work so the officers release the boy from handcuffs thanks bud good job buddy the child wasn't charged with anything but the parents of the child are suing both City and the police department for what they say was a breach of protocol what do you think is it fair for the parents to Sue or are they just trying to take advantage of things for the money on September 22nd 2021 at Palm viw palow K through 8 a fight broke out in the school Courtyard a 12-year-old girl recorded part of the fight on her cell phone and later she refused to hand the footage over to staff I will put her in Handcock and walk her right now I don't think I want her in handcuffs but I do behavioral problems and that her daughter was left emotionally scarred by what happened on the 12th of February 2022 in greater Salt Lake police were called to a local McDonald's when a father pulled had texted my daughter I said make sure that you guys to the trash watch the dishes she never texted me or anything so whenever I got home I looked on the closet and I know my one of my daughters she lives with her dad but she was here for the weekend she's walk for a vacation um um backpack isn't gone uhhuh and so I'm pretty sure they ran do you believe that they ran away or they no I think they left okay so they ran how old are they uh 14 and 15 uh the older doesn't have a phone no she had a tablet and I took it away from her yesterday and then I guess her and the step sister got in a fight a few weeks ago and then the dad did a police report but I don't think she pressed any charges because she whenever she came home on Friday she had a black eye and everything I was like what happened you know the mother told police that because of previously bad behavior one of the girls phones had been taken away so there was no way to reach her the mother also told police that one of the girls had attacked her stepsister 2 weeks prior the officers then got a call from the girl's stepmother hi this is Officer dado with the Los Police Department I'm the one that took the report how can I help you in my eyes officer I mean responsible for her correct I do believe they are in danger because she talks to older men okay we found stuff that she's been talking to like on those website like them do that she does want the stepmother told police that some of the people her stepdaughter was hanging out with were drug dealers police tried to search for the girls that night but couldn't two big old dogs so we didn't get off so then we call the cops whenever we got back there was another car so whenever the cops came that they were knocking nobody answered the door you know obviously mean I'm not this means this is coming from a guy who like trust or wants the best for you but you understand like this reaction to the to your life problems you could benefit you may be depressed you ever thought about like maybe going down and talking to a doctor about it the officer here really went out of his way to make sure the situation remained calm and that the boy felt heard but unfortunately since the boy admitted to assaulting his sister and little brother he now has to face the consequences what you doing bro put your hands it's not I didn't do nothing I didn't do nothing wasn't helping things by yelling at the boy while the cops were trying to calm him down then things escalated with the boy kicking the officers to try to get them off him not a smart move right now officers on scene that the mother was actually hitting them while they were trying to arrest the boy unfortunately as soon as they thought things might be over they were proven wrong yeah off of me summoned you are not going to be arrested for interfering with the arrest of your son interfering yes ma'am this good oh so I guess so I guess it's really necessary at this point to press charges inside of my gouging my son's eyeballs we have body I know what I saying get and we're going to watch get I'm going to get it now the mom was threatening to press charges against the cops she told the supervisor that she was not going to open her door to see her son but sadly for her she's not the one making the rules here do if I wanted to file charges against that offense do I have to do do do they do it automatically or do I go down there and do it file charges against him ging his eyes eyeballs like that that that would be a complaint procedure you have to file a complaint and then the complaint will get investigated and then we'll go from there okay did you feel like I was interfering with with y'all or helping y'all you know okay at the beginning yes you were trying to help but at some point start dodging my son's eyeballs out at some point then you became viol you were trying to pull you were trying to assault him and trying to pull him away from us you didn't did you notice when he had his hands he was trying to do what's called a pressure point on his jaw no he was in his eyeballs his hands was his fingers was in his eyeballs see this going man this is why think these things are happening number he should hold his partner account before he did you didn't see him G in his eyeballs going a light in front of me and this is why we don't respect y'all bro that's why you trying to C him down when he was putting him in there this situation was a real mess the mother was issued a summons and faced obstruction charges for interfering in her son's arrest her son was charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest on July 20th 2018 in Athens Clark County Georgia Police responded to a 911 call regarding domestic violence after investigating things they decided to make an arrest and that's when the suspect's 10-year-old son lashed out okay what he get locked up for one second' okay I'm going and tell you the charges all right man' right now you're going to go to going to jail a assault by strangulation okay as well as false imprisonment okay what we're going to do here is uh I'm not going to I'm not the orig calm down man okay okay calm down stop it now hey hey hey chill out chill out okay chill out let him go let him go let him go let him go let him go the officer tried to further explain the situation to the father but the 10-year-old continued somebody please come get me out don't do it man increasingly this kid was getting more and more out of control it's one thing for a child to yell at an officer but when they put their hands on an officer that's way more serious you trying to fight oh why she not getting locked up when she came over my sister house fighting my brother okay um that's not what happened that's not what his stop lunged at the officer and the officer caught him in midair the force of the child running into the officer caused both of them to fall onto the squad car the child realized the consequences of situation no officer of course wants to harm a child thankfully the officers eventually calmed things down and even consult the boy offering to take him to his father in the squad car don't worry where you get out D thankfully no one was harmed here the father was charged with aggravated assault and false imprisonment the family was upset about the situation and while an internal investigation was ordered these officers were not placed on administrative lead from assaulting employees to crashing cars and to pulling out knives on their family these kids didn't think the law applied to them
