Stop. Or what are YOU GOING TO [screaming] DO? CALM DOWN. Tell me what you or what? Get the away from my door, you mother. Get >> the bat down. Put the bat down. >> Put the bat down. >> Is embarrassing. I ain't going to lie. >> Babe, I DIDN'T EVEN DO NOTHING. >> WHY DID YOU RUN? I DIDN'T EVEN walk past. >> Just walked past. >> HE ALREADY TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO JAIL. WHY WOULD HE JUST SAY you going to jail if you walking back? >> Because you said I had a war. >> Self-entitled brats are everywhere these days, thinking they can get away with anything. But cops are always ready to crash their little party. And when a spoiled brat becomes extremely arrogant, they'll most likely get tased and arrested after throwing a tantrum at cops. >> I'm getting tased. Really? >> Give me your hand or you're getting tased. >> Tase me. taz meing taz me. >> On January 23rd, 2024, the police responded to a call from a private residence. A 34year-old woman had reportedly suffered a mental breakdown. Upon arrival, the officers were welcomed by her boyfriend. They found the troubled woman, Catherine Deman, lying in bed. Hey, Katie. Hey, Morris. Police Department. >> Katie. Katie. [music] They're going to help you. Okay, >> we'll take it. >> Hey, Katie. You wanted to step outside. >> How's it going then? What happened tonight? >> Well, why did we get called here? >> I don't know. Did you take your medication today? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have something to drink, too? Obviously, he's concerned for you. I don't know if you took too many too much medication or what? >> You're okay. >> Just talk to me. It's okay. >> Okay. >> Are you okay? Not feeling sick at all or anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. I have to ask. Um, >> Catherine looked genuinely puzzled by the appearance of the police. She was still too sleepy to realize what was going on. According to her boyfriend, Catherine had overdone it with certain substances. As soon as she heard paramedics were on their way, she became unusually dismissive and cold. >> What's the matter, Katie? >> What's wrong? Dude, what's up? >> Obviously, there's a concern for your health. So, paramedics are going to come check you out. If you tell me the same thing you told or told tell them the same thing you told me, probably a sign of refusal. Okay. How much medication did you take today? Oh, no. What medication do you take, Katie? >> Hey, Katie. The more open you talk to me about this, the more you probably can sign a refusal and just not go to the hospital. >> I'm going to hospital. >> So, what did you take today? Did you take any prescribed medication? The officer tried to understand what medication Catherine was prescribed, but she seemed unwilling to reveal that her boyfriend had called the police, worried about her condition, which is why her frustration began to shift toward him. >> Dude, you scared. I'm sorry. >> What? >> You were freaking out. I'm sorry. I had to do it. >> You were going in the shakes. You were freaking out, throwing up. >> No, >> you scared me. I've never seen anybody do that before. >> Really? >> And I've seen a lot of >> really. >> Yeah. [clears throat] >> Okay. >> What are you prescribed? >> Okay. >> What are you prescribed? What are you prescribed? >> Okay. >> Katie, what are you prescribed? The ambulance is going to ask the same exact question. And they're not going to leave until you say it. So, what are you prescribed? What is she prescribed? >> Um, I'm not sure. >> Catherine clearly disagreed with her boyfriend's decision to call the police. At first, she held her anger inside, but when he showed her medications to the officer, she started freaking out and her tantrum escalated. >> Really? Really? >> You needed help? >> No, I don't. Well, just talk to the talk. >> No, no, no. Don't no. Hey, Kat Katie, calm down. >> No. >> You You're You told me you're not touch >> Katie. You said >> Listen to me. Listen to me for a second. The officer tried to explain that they were there to help her and they wouldn't send her to the hospital if they could confirm that she was safe as she claimed, but Catherine refused to cooperate with the officers and she soon acted the same way with the paramedics. >> Hey Katie, can you talk to me, sweetheart, and let me know what's going on? >> So, what did she do tonight then? >> She's just drinking This is what you see right now is the most coherent I've ever seen her. >> Are you serious? >> I have a class. [music] Okay. >> Do you know what she might have seen? >> Really? >> Really? Really? >> Are you guys having any issues tonight? >> No. >> No. It's been calm like this all night. >> What the is wrong with you? Are you serious? >> If you would have seen yourself in a bedroom. Yeah. >> The paramedic stepped in more firmly, asking Catherine to cooperate. She already appeared more animated. But when prompted to answer their questions, she started blaming her boyfriend and growing more agitated. >> Okay, thank you. So, what is your side of the story? [snorts] >> He's a Okay. What did Have you been drinking tonight? >> Yeah, I have. >> Did you take any of these? >> Take any what? >> Uh, one is for Don't take my hand. Yep. How many did you take? Nope. How many of How many of these did you take for Skype? How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Ask him how much you said she had to drink tonight. >> She was drinking Crown. >> You know about how much? >> I have no idea. >> Yeah, exactly. Off. >> Okay. >> And what was she doing in the B or in the bedroom that made you call us? How am I? >> She was freaking out, worried about some pains, going in and out of consciousness, had a thousand yard stair. >> No, dude. >> Talk. She threw up in a bathroom. >> The details her boyfriend revealed seemed to set Catherine off. She tried to leave the room without answering more questions. When the officer stopped her, she pushed one of them, initiating a violent struggle. >> Hey. >> Okay, let's We're not doing that now. You will not put your hands on anyone. >> Open the door. >> Ready. She's >> Come on. Settle down. Settle down. Settle down. Relax. Relax. Katie, relax. Relax. Settle down. Settle down. Settle down. >> I got more. Okay, guys. Come on up. >> You won't be pushing us. I can tell you that. We are here to help. >> She's fighting us right now. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, we are. >> No, you're not. >> I'm getting away from you. >> You pushed my partner. You're done. >> Oh dear. >> I don't give a safety case you don't. >> Eventually, the officers managed to roll Catherine over and put her under arrest. She screamed and cried about being hurt. When the officer repositioned her cuffs to ease her pain, she began resisting again, forcing them to pull out the taser. >> Your hand. [screaming] >> I'm getting tased. Give me your hand or you're getting tased. >> Tase me. >> Tase me. Youing >> tas me. Really? >> Really? You're going TO [screaming] >> The officers subdued Catherine with the taser, but their mission was far from over. From there, they had to escort her out of the house and transport her to the hospital, which was the very last thing she wanted. >> Am I Am I Am I your one, please? >> I'm going to save you the hospital first. Okay. >> Hey, hey, hey, let's go. Don't make this any worse. Okay, we got to go. All right. >> Outside, honey. >> Let's go. >> Stop. No. Why? Why? >> HEY. HEY. >> YOU'RE going to end up hurting yourself. >> Let go of me. >> Let go of me. Mommy, >> please. [laughter] >> Listen to me and walk down with me. Okay. [laughter] >> Walk down with me. >> Then Michael, >> please. >> Okay. I have to carry it on. Don't come down. No. >> Then let's go so we don't hurt you. I don't want you to get hurt. Okay. >> I'm not going to let go. >> We can't let you go. Okay. >> Please. >> We can't. >> With patience and persuasion, the officers managed to get Catherine down the stairs. But instead of calming down, her resistance grew stronger. Getting her onto the stretcher and into the ambulance proved to be a real challenge. >> Who the are you? What? >> The [laughter] What the What the What the No. What the What the No. No. [screaming] >> [screaming] >> Why? Why? >> [screaming] [groaning] >> Catherine was transported to the hospital where an entire medical team tried to check her condition thoroughly. But she didn't accept their care at all and stuck to her default behavior. Combative and uncooperative. >> Hey, >> get off. >> Right. No. No. Everyone get away. Please stop. >> [clears throat] >> OKAY, I'M GOING TO take the handcuffs off you. Okay, >> Katie, what's your birthday? >> Katie. Hey. Hey. >> Katie, when's your birthday? >> When's your birthday? >> When's your birthday? >> They're going to take the cuff. They're going to take the cuffs off. >> We're going to take the cuffs off. >> I'm going to get the cuffs off you. OKAY. >> They're taking the cuffs off. I'm backwards everywhere on her side. >> Look at me. Look at me. [laughter] >> No. >> Honey, relax your hands so they can get them off easier. >> Although Catherine was hysterical, the paramedics examined her thoroughly and found her to be in stable physical condition. They also gathered information about her allergies, vaccines, weight, and other relevant details. But when the officer informed her she would be spending the night in jail, she turned hostile again. But >> you're not going anywhere. >> You're not. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm not being combative with you. Okay. >> You're not going anywhere. >> You're going to move out of my way. >> I'm not. >> You are. >> You're not. >> You are. >> You're not. >> You are. >> Don't do anything. >> You're already going. >> Don't me. >> I'm not with you. I'm saying you're going to be going to jail once. >> That's fine. Move your little out of the way. >> Nope. >> Right now. >> I'm not. >> Stay. >> Stop. >> Stop. The >> wait for me. >> Stop. >> Well, sex, come over here right now. >> Katie. Katie. >> Do noting kick meat. >> Then get the off me, dude. Get the off me. If you don't want me to kick you, then get the off me. >> Catherine fought back fiercely, so the officer was left with no choice but to tase her. After successfully restraining her, they brought her to jail, where she was charged with four counts of aggravated battery on a police officer, aggravated battery on a firefighter, and resisting an officer. On December 23rd, 2024 in Vernon County, Wisconsin, the police responded to a welfare check request on a woman named Stacy. She had no access to the driveway and no one had heard from her since last Thursday. here. >> The officer had every reason to approach the door carefully. There had been multiple prior incidents in that residence, including child welfare cases, property damage, and drugrelated offenses. In February 2024, an armed standoff occurred there after reports of gunfire, which ended with a massive police response and two arrests. Get the away from my door, you mother. >> Put the down. Put the bat down. Put the bat down. >> Put it down. >> 17. Send me a second. >> Stacy, what's going on? Stacy, what's going on? Talk to me. >> Do you hear me? >> You're a murderer. >> What's going on, Stacy? >> Stay out of my house. >> What's going on, Stacy? >> The officer informed his squad that he was attacked by Stacy while she was armed with a bat. He tried to communicate with her once again. That's when she dared to attack him, which was clearly one of the worst mistakes she made that day. Out of my house now, >> DON'T get out, >> Stacy. What's going on? >> What's going on? Get the >> Put it down, Stacy. Put it down or you will get tased. Put it down. Shoot him. Easy to point. Easy to point. PUT IT DOWN. GET DOWN. GET DOWN. [screaming] DOWN NOW. DOWN. >> I SAID DOWN NOW. [screaming] >> ON YOUR STOMACH. >> ON YOUR STOMACH. AND DON'T MOVE. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. 17 burning taser deployed. 1095. While arresting Stacy, the cop observed the state of the house. The place was completely trashed with piles of clutter in almost every corner. The officer tried to understand what had happened, but instead of answers, he only received Stacy's fury. >> What is going on, Stacy? Do it up on your knees. Take 10. Take 10. All right. You stand up. >> Are you hurt? >> No. Dumb. >> Where are you hurting? >> You where you want to go? >> You have anything on you? >> Do I look like I have anything on you? Ask >> a question. >> I asked you a question. Murderer on me, Derk. Shoot this soon as we get outside. I ain't scared. >> Dang off me. Look at him now. All right. The officer escorted Stacy out and placed [music] her in the patrol car. While helping her with the seat belt, he was reminded once again of her talent for cursing and insulting. Hearing detainees yelling [music] and swearing was nothing new to him, so the cop didn't let it distract him. Is there anything inside needs to be talked with >> before you go? >> You don't go in my house. You ain't allowed in there. >> You understand? Like I said before we came in here. >> Oh, a little shaky and scared. Are we? >> Do you think I'm scared? >> Yeah, you are scared. >> That's not me. >> I'm scared. You're going to get popped. >> I'm going to get popped. >> Get the away from me. I know how to buckle up a belt. Move. >> He's trying to on me. >> Soon the cop's boss, Sheriff Dave Renish, arrived at the scene. With the suspect secured in the backseat of the patrol car, both officers entered the house and what they saw left them stunned. Anyone will be left wondering what had been happening during the last days inside this home. >> I wish I had a freaking pant that's made in my house, right? >> This is the furthest I've ever been. Usually I get the stove and that's >> Yeah. So that's what she came at with me last time. >> Well, there's the back. No, the other one was a yellow one I threw out the door here. And then this is a piece of wood she threw at me. I mean, she Holy multiple TVs all busted to [ __ ] >> Usually has a temporary mirror. >> Yeah, Nick. He's been out of the I don't know where he's at. >> And the water was running out there. So, did she start something on fire in here? Try to put it out the hose. That's an idea. >> But then >> cuz there's a >> there's a bathroom back in that corner and that's everything's shut off in there. >> But if that's the case where you know there [snorts] there's rocks here. She's got broken glass here in a bowl and a dish. >> I have no clue. >> You know wherever. [music] You can't go three steps without seeing some rocks on the ground. >> [clears throat] >> I'd like to know if I'm sure you would too was like, okay, what's going through her head that she has all these rocks, >> you know? >> That's right. >> 99% of >> Yeah. Like, >> what is the thought process? >> After inspecting the total chaos [music] Stacy had created, they collected evidence from the scene. Then the officer asked her what to do with the front door of the house. And as expected, the answer he got was neither reasonable nor polite. >> What do you want done with your front door? How do you want secure? >> Get the away from my house. >> How do you want the house secure? >> Up and shut the door. >> Okay. Do you want the door secured at all? >> Shut the up and shut the front door. Or no, don't go near my house. Shut your door. Do what you got to do >> again. Come on, baby. Some more you. >> So you don't want the door locked anyway. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah. Okay. All right, >> get that. [snorts] >> As the officer predicted, the ride to the police station was anything but quiet. Stacy [music] didn't take a break from her aggressive ranting. She hurled insults continuously from the backseat of the squad car, which would test any [music] cop's patience. >> Did he shove it up his >> Oh, yes, he did. Are we all watching it? Are we all watching me? Cuz who owns this car? Now get the out of my car, you want to tell this where we are? Somebody else tell them. Tell everybody out loud where the we are. Canada over can't make a whole house no matter how much he likes it in the very >> Where are you? Do you know where you are? Sir or anything? >> While being transported to jail, Stacy threatened the officer, claiming she would have him executed. She also urinated in the squad car, claimed to be a federal agent, and spat on the cage. And when she was finally brought to the police station, she still wasn't calm at all. >> Hi, don't you >> here? Okay. Stay right here. >> Don't touch me, dude. >> Stacy. >> Uh, don't talk to me like a baby. >> I have to touch to [music] touch. >> Okay. You don't have to push me. Thank you. >> Okay. Can you stand right here? Is that right, please? I have to touch you. You understand that, right? >> Yeah. Okay. Just relax. >> Anything you would need to know about? >> I already answered that. All right. Can you take your cuffs off? >> What you got to do? >> You going to be good? >> Don't ask stupid question >> or leave them on. I don't give you. >> What do you want to do? I don't care. >> Stacy was charged with battery or threat to law enforcement, disorderly conduct for use of a dangerous weapon, resisting or obstructing an officer, firstderee recklessly endangering safety, felony bail jumping, and prisoner throwing or expelling bodily fluids. The next case brings us to the state of Illinois. On July 1st, 2025, after receiving a call about a street altercation between a couple, police were dispatched to the scene. When the cops arrived, both involved ran toward them, visibly enraged. >> What's up? >> You broke my windshield, bro. >> Ripped my shirt. Yeah, I came and got me. >> Take her out of jail. HE CAME AND GOT ME. >> Back up. >> And his put his hands on me and talked me in some more. So take this jail. >> Domestic violence. >> Just stay stay in front of my car. >> Domestic violence. >> Ma'am, stay here. >> Domestic violence. >> Domestic violence. >> Look how you put your hands on me. You talking about? He put his hands on me. SO I BROKE THAT WINDSHIELD. >> Take her to jail, BRO. >> NO. TAKE this to jail. >> Take that to jail. He put his hands on me. >> What's your talking about? I ain't got no warrants or none of that. My background clear. >> This background ain't clear at all. Drinking and driving. You talking about >> Let's walk over here. >> Drinking and driving. >> That was a real challenge for the police at that point. Determining who was the aggressor and who was the victim wasn't an easy task. The officers tried to separate the couple and talk to them privately. However, the woman was still too enraged to comply. >> Ain't that your car? >> Drinking and driving. What's up? >> Drinking and driving to pick this up cuz all my >> put your hands on me. >> Tell me that's why I broke your >> touch me. Listen, listen. >> Come talk. >> Okay. >> We That's why you >> Hey, what's your first one? >> I ain't giving nobody. I don't got I don't got the right to not give nobody. >> I don't want to put you in handcuffs. But they said it was a fight between all. >> He touched me first. >> Okay. So, let me talk to you. >> And he said, "I've been trying to get somebody in jail. Touch me first. That's why your That's why your busted. >> You should have touched me." AND YOU TOUCHED ME. >> RIGHT. My point. >> He touched me first. >> Inform her. She >> The woman was too angry and emotional to give any meaningful explanation of what had happened. So the police turned to the man involved in the altercation, Ronald. He started with some pretty disturbing information about their relationship. >> I bet you do. You just heard her. That's attempted murder. I've been this girl. And what she say she got? That's attempted murder. >> All right. So, I pick her up about 4 hours ago, right? We chilling. This one of my exes. We I'm a over the road truck driver. I just quit my job, right? I'm chilling with her. >> Like, she all of a sudden get out. She bust my windshield. I let that go. But she keep riding [ __ ] >> What does she Why did she bust? >> Because I know she she one of the homie friends or some she throw my phone. My phone is $1,500. This windshield is bust your windshield. >> Yes. >> Where did this happen? >> Over here. Over here. >> Okay. >> That's it. That's all. Like like that's it. That's all. Of course, I'm trying to stop her off so I'm not trying to but I'm trying to stop her. >> Yeah. >> Who Who is this in the yellow shirt? >> She's just a friend. >> Are yours? >> No, hers. >> Hers. So, where did you pick them up from? >> He Okay. The hedgehog. Okay. So, y'all were just hanging out. Where were we all headed to? >> We was I was going to drop them back off. She got upset because I don't know why because I was going to get a room and hang with us all. >> Get a room downtown or wherever. >> Okay. Just wherever, bro. Wherever. I was just going to get her own hand. Oh, she just snapped out. She got out the car. I mean, you don't know why she snapped. >> Broke my phone. >> Yeah. >> Did you get the phone? >> She came back. Boom. Boom. Yes. It's in the car. It's all shattered up. >> Okay. >> Like, but I just ex >> Not even the ex. I was just >> Okay. >> Being the one with a broken windshield and phone, it seemed that Ronald was the victim of the crime and his enraged fling was the suspect. Now, it was interesting to see whether Ronald would press charges for the damages she caused. >> Like, this is not fair. This is my window. My phone is $1,000. This window is $800. >> Call you press charges. >> Paris. >> Yes or no? >> Is her people going to pay for it? >> Okay, we can ask that. >> Yeah, we can ask that. >> Is they going to bring me five? >> They might. Do you want to pay first charge on it if she ain't going to pay me for it now? >> The ball was already in the suspect's court. It was up to her whether or not she would voluntarily pay for the damages she caused to Ronald's property, but that didn't seem likely as she [music] didn't even admit to the crime at all. And her arrogant behavior soon got her in more trouble. >> What's up? >> What's up? Is that if you guys can get in agreement of you paying for his windshield? He should never touch me. He touched me first. I'm 411. How tall is he? >> This is a man. >> I just let you know. >> But we do have >> I'm not paying for this ever touch me. >> Has her property in the back of his car. >> Oh my. I'm not paying for your >> She wants that. That's >> stupid. >> Yo, dumb. No. >> No, I'm not. No. >> What the fine? >> I got her right arm. >> Got her. >> We got her. >> Quit fighting. Ain't >> worth it. Quit fighting. >> I'm taking this court. >> I'm taking right. >> I'm taking it back to court. >> Domestic. Not this for domesticate that. >> But you're not going to touch my face. >> No, I'm not trying to touch you. I'm not trying to hurt you. None of >> that. Ain't no resisting. Despite the suspect's claim that she wasn't resisting, she actually was, which forced the cops to act firmly and even ignore her repeated requests for her phone back. As they brought her into the patrol car, she kept resisting and hurling insults. Soon, she regretted it. I told them for this, I'm walking and I'm in handcuffs. Ain't no way in here y'all should be >> nap. You doing too much. All right. >> I have seizures. >> Let me go then. >> Sit down. >> Okay. I'm f to sit down. Let me turn around. >> I'M GOING TO TASE YOU IF YOU don't sit down. >> I'm trying to turn around. >> IF YOU DON'T SIT DOWN NOW, I'M GOING TO TASE YOU. >> LET ME TURN AROUND. >> SIT IN THE CAR. >> SEE, I'M TRYING TO TURN. >> OKAY, I'm done. Get in there. >> Did that not face? >> Do you want to get actually saved? >> She has not. >> Meanwhile, the police spoke with Ronald again. They informed him that the suspect refused to pay for the broken windshield. It was up to him whether to press charges. And Ronald made his choice. >> We're doing the whole charges thing. >> I don't want domestic violence. >> We going to have to. >> Right. It's not just criminal damage. >> I'll put I'll put that in the report. It's just >> criminal. I'm not I would never ever testify to no domestic violence. >> You don't have to testify. I'm just telling you that's we have to that's our job. >> Well, I'm just letting you know. >> Who are you taking her home or what? >> Yes, I am. We going to get up out of here now. >> Okay, just hang tight for a second. >> The suspect was still furious after her detention. Even in handcuffs in the backseat of the squad car, she kept yelling and insulting the officers, not realizing that this could only add more charges against her. >> Beat his OH MY BOGUS as something coming behind your ass. [screaming] You getting You GETTING YOUR ASS POPPED. YOU GETTING POPPED on my kids. You getting popped. You getting popped. You getting popped. Oh my kids. YOU GETTING D FOR. YOU DONE. YOU'RE DONE. YOU'RE DONE. YOU'RE DONE. YOU'RE DONE. YOU get You get Oh, my kids. Oh, my kids. I BET YOU I GET OUT. I bet you I get out. I bet you I get out. I don't got no background. That's why your dirty. THAT'S WHY YOUR YOUR DIRTY. You're going to jail. You're going to jail. He put his hands on me. >> At that point, the situation started to become clearer to the police. Furthermore, witnesses had recorded the altercation from a nearby building. The footage clearly showed who started the battery and who was merely defending themselves. She was trying to break up the fight. It looked like she was the aggressor. She at one point gets in his car and tries to take off. He dives in. Looks like he maybe takes the keys or something like that. And then at one point >> go >> the Did they show you the the camera footage they had? >> Yes, they showed it. Yeah, I watched it. >> Does this dude need to go handcuff or not? >> I don't at this point I don't think so. >> All right. >> I can go I can go back and review it real quick >> if they can get the footage from them. I guess >> let me let me go. special. >> Okay. >> I didn't see him like throw. All I saw it was like a scuffle. >> It didn't look like he hit her or anything like that. It just looked like a scuffle. >> The police eventually clarified the situation, but the suspect was still far from calm. She kept arguing with the cops, threatening them, and even played the health condition card. >> And I'm suing y'all for that, too. >> Okay. Remember that. What's your badge number? >> 1294. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Cuz I'm Y'all not supposed to do that. I'm epileptic. I'm diagnosed. All that. Y'all getting sued. Just know that. >> I will see you at the at the >> My hand. He my hand up. >> Where? >> Right here. My strong. I Ben had a brace on my He tore my I don't know where my is. >> Let me take a picture. >> And I have stitches in my toe. >> From what does that have to do with, >> bro? Cuz y'all slam me down. Y'all weren't supposed to do that. Okay. >> Look at my throat. >> What about it? >> I have stitches. >> Okay. >> Who? >> Let me see your hand. Supposedly, which hand are you talking about? >> This one. >> I'm My is strong. It's It's I got paper screwing my my I got to lilickness right here. And my my thumb is sprung. >> It's sprung. >> Like you sprained it. >> Yes. >> Okay. The suspect was transported to jail and charged with resisting arrest, criminal damage, and aggravated battery on a police officer. The next spoiled brat leads us to the highway where the police spotted her suspicious looking vehicle. Her car windows were completely covered with sheets. That's why the officer pulled the vehicle over. Let me see your hands, bro. Why Why are your windows covered like that? Step out of the vehicle, man. Come outside. >> Come out here with me. Driver, let me see your hands. >> Get your hands to the 157 437. >> 437 [snorts] just to advice. I'm giving verbal commands on my PA. Driver's not not listening. >> Driver, let me see your hands. 33 to that location, please. What's your >> Driver? Let me see your hands. >> Let me see your hands. Driver. >> Driver, let me see your hands. >> Is going to be giving verbal commands at this time. Driver is not cooperating. >> Driver, open the door. Let me see your hats. Open the door with your left hand. Left hand only. The officer reported to his colleagues over the radio that at this point the suspect was already at risk of getting a felony. Since he wasn't getting a response, he figured the driver might not understand English. So, he switched languages and finally got things moving. >> 437. It appears to be a female [snorts] uh stuck out her left hand. She's uh she's flipping me off at this time and she's just yelling. I can't hear her. I can't hear what she's trying to communicate with me. >> 431 427 is advising that it appears to be a [music] female. She just took her hands out of the vehicle and flipped him off. She is yelling something he's not understandable to him. >> 437. She's still refusing to get out of the vehicle. Open up that door and you need to come to the sound of my voice, ma'am. Force will be used. >> Thank you. Go ahead and step out. Step out of the vehicle right now. You're going to be under arrest. Step out of the vehicle right now. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle right now, ma'am. 437. So, um, door was open at this time. Still can't see the driver. >> Meanwhile, another officer arrived on the scene armed with a gun. By that point, the driver had finally opened the door, but she still wouldn't dare step out of the car. The cop approached the left door and encountered the driver for the first time. >> Let me see your hands right now. Let me see your hands. >> Step out. Okay, step out. >> I don't have to step out. >> Okay, step out. >> No, I don't have >> step out. Who else is in the vehicle? Bring down the window. Step out. >> Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. >> Stop. >> Who else is in here? >> My daughter. >> You're not listening, ma'am. >> Telling you. I told you to open up. Come here. I need to talk to you. Open up this window. >> Talk to >> No. Come here. >> Just She has a daughter. Hold on, bro. >> Just come out. Come here, ma'am. >> Just stop resisting. >> Hold on, baby. I'll be right with you. >> Look. No. No. No. Ma'am, I'm giving you commands. Okay. >> Stand by right now. I'm going to talk to your daughter. You do. You're You're going 94. You're going 94 on a 60 on a 65. >> Are you intoxicated right now? Hey, >> what's wrong? >> You need to relax. >> What's wrong with you? Why aren't you going? What's wrong with you? >> She's intoxicating. >> Is this really worth it? Is this really worth it? >> Let go my handcuffs, >> man. What do you think? >> I don't want to use force in front of your daughter. >> My daughter in the vehicle. What's wrong with you? >> The officer wasn't exaggerating when he mentioned that the suspect was intoxicated cuz he could smell the odor of alcohol coming from her. She resisted while the cops tried to get her inside the patrol car, but they had a solution for her refusal to comply, and it was definitely going to sting. >> Can't believe you think this is funny, man. >> You have your daughter there, man. >> I know. >> I can't believe you think this is funny. This isn't funny. >> Who's that? >> Running. You're running your place under arrest. Okay. For resisting. [snorts] How How much have you had to drink today? >> Huh? >> All right. We're going to come in here. No, you guys are selling right. >> Okay, >> stop. I don't have to go in there. >> Are you drunk? You're under arrest right now. >> No, I'm not drunk and I don't have to go in there. >> Get in there right now. >> Says who? >> I got I got pepper spray, bro. I got pepper spray. >> Get in there right now. >> Get in there. >> Get in there right now. >> You can pepper spray yourself. >> Get in right now, man. >> Get in there. >> This is Get in right now. >> I'm going to use a taser. Get in right now. >> Get in there right now. >> Again. Again. Get in there right now. It's >> okay. >> 437 was deployed. >> Get in there right now. Get in there right now or I'm going to go ahead and use it again. Sit out, >> ma'am. Get in the vehicle. Sit down right now. Sit down in there. >> I'm not going to run across the highway. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Sit out. What's wrong with you? Get in the vehicle. >> Even after being tased, the suspect [music] still refused to get in the patrol car. The female brat was stubbornly securing herself some jail time because her charges were piling up. To finally get her in the car, the second cop had to get creative. >> Hey, stop. That's enough. >> Okay, get inside the vehicle. Put your feet in. >> Put your feet inside the vehicle. >> That is enough. >> That is enough. >> Put her feet in there, bro. >> That is enough. >> Hey, relax. Relax right now. >> Relax. Okay. [snorts] >> I saw both my friends. You guys saw both of them. You want to know why you couldn't >> You're not following commands. You're drinking right now. Okay. >> The officer stated that the suspect was driving drunk. When she denied it, he immediately offered a chance to do a breathalyzer test, but she refused. The nononsense attitude of this cop clearly agitated the suspect and soon she revealed just how hateful she could get. >> Hope your daughter. >> You hope my daughter? >> Yep, I do. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> I hope she already did. >> How much have you had to drink, ma'am? >> Watch out. Holy. >> Hurry up. One, two, three. Hurry up. Just so you know, I already showed my hands and I didn't have to step out of my vehicle. I'm not stupid. >> After the officer read the suspect her rights, the sheriff arrived and the officer briefed him about the suspect's behavior and arrest. Even with the sheriff present, she kept acting like a fullon Karen. >> Windows are covered. She wouldn't follow command. She wouldn't get her hands out. When she got her hands out, she wouldn't want to come out. >> Both your hands and put them both out. He couldn't see them. And that's not my car. >> I told you to step out, right? You didn't you didn't listen. >> You don't have to. Do I have to? Yes or no? >> You didn't want to talk to me. I don't need to talk to you right now. >> I do not have to step my feet out. >> And you know that. >> Put your foot in right now. >> Put your foot out. >> I do not have to step my feet. >> Where's Where's your ID, ma'am? Do you have any sort of ID? Where is it? Where's your ID? >> All right. Watch your foot. >> No. >> Quick quick my door. Watch your foot. >> He's going to on this side. >> Watch your foot. >> Put your foot in. Yeah, we have to put two hackers too. Do >> not have my position. >> Put your foot in right now. >> Or my car. Just know you don't have >> Meanwhile, the suspect's young daughter was safely removed from the car. Then the officer searched the vehicle and what he found completely changed the score when it came to the consequences she would have to face. >> All right. through just 449. That serial number 225 224 it came up to a Winchester Calbert 12. It is showing 1075 but again it's climbing up to a Winchester silver in color. Okay, cool. So, uh, 437 Salt Club, uh, we're searching the vehicle. We're just conducting, uh, for the 46 for property. [snorts] Fonda Smith and Wesson on your free copy. The suspect was transported to jail. She was charged with DUI with a minor, child abuse, aggravated DWI, negligent use of a deadly weapon, speeding, concealing identity, and resisting arrest. On August 1st, 2024, police in Florida responded to a call from a local shop. A woman was suspected of stealing a pack of cigarettes. When the officer arrived on the scene, the shop manager explained what she had witnessed and showed them the security footage. >> Came in, she asked for a peso Swisser sweet, which I said I only have a 15 pack. >> Mhm. And then two cars. Do you want it? These two are they came in together. >> Okay. >> I don't know if he took anything. I [music] believe they were in a short van with no windows. >> What color? >> White. All white. Looks, you know how the little work bands? >> Yeah, [music] I think I know who that is. They live off tree bridge. >> Um, the guy driving was a light-skinned black kid, curly hair, and white passenger. Nope. I think they jumped in the side of it. >> Can you just run that back a little bit? >> Yeah. Sorry. I think I know exactly who that is. >> The store manager again described the van the suspect had left in. It turned out that not long ago the cop had seen a similar van right around the corner. The officer quickly located the suspect. She wasn't expecting to see him and the officer wasn't expecting her reaction. >> You come here. Yes, you'll do it. Come here. >> Hello. >> Cuz of you. >> Why? >> 2894. >> Why me? >> What pursuit? Black mail a green shirt. >> Not today. >> I cannot breathe. >> Don't move. >> I cannot breathe. >> Don't move. >> Oh my goodness. >> RESIST. >> OH MY GOD. I'm going TO GET IT AGAIN. STOP. >> STOP. >> STOP. Stop moving. Put your hands behind your back. >> Cannot breathe. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Can I breathe? Oh my god. I'm not going nowhere. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop. Can I breathe? >> Put your hands behind your back. I'm not talking. >> Please, sir. Give me the water. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I can't breathe. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. I can't breathe, please, sir. I can't breathe. Oh my god. I cannot breathe. >> Stop resisting. Put your hand behind your back now. >> The suspect really was resisting even though she kept denying it. The stolen pack of cigarettes was in her back pocket and it fell to the ground during the struggle with the officers. >> Please let me go. Please. >> No. >> Please, sir. >> No. >> Please. >> If you hadn't ran, I would have. >> Please, sir. >> No. Absolutely not. You stole the six. >> Oh, no. I didn't. >> No, I didn't. >> All right. >> The ones on the foyer. >> No, those are not mine. >> Those are mine. >> You need gloves or anything? >> I didn't steal anything. >> Stop. >> I didn't say those cigarettes. >> You're on camera, girl. >> You just did it. >> The suspect begged to be let go. The officer explained that by running from him, she had turned a misdemeanor into a much more serious charge. She was taken to the patrol car where she continued to refuse to cooperate. >> Okay. What I want you to do, what's your first name? What's your name? What's your name? >> Got to ID yourself or you're going to get another charge. Okay. All right. Lean up against my car. Do not move or else this is going to hurt really bad. >> Okay. That was >> You got it. >> Nope. That one's in really deep. Yeah. >> The officers were eventually able to remove the taser probes from the suspect's body. Then they asked for her name again. She said her name was Thelma. After that, she gave a strange explanation for why she had stolen the cigarettes and dug herself even deeper with more stupid excuses. >> I only got a pack of that because they stole them from me. Well, it be like that sometimes. >> I'm really sorry. And I apologize for [music] that. You know, I didn't mean to do that. I really did. >> But you did. >> And but I did. That's the first thing I did. My first instinct. >> Come on. >> Sweating like it's late. >> Please. I'm letting you. Please. Okay. >> Please. >> Listen there. There's nothing that's going to you're going to say that's going to stop what you was direct result of your actions, not [music] mine. Yours. Take some accountability. >> The officer continued with the arrest and read the suspect her rights. Then she came up with yet another explanation of what she had done. Clearly the environment she was living in was having a terrible effect on her life decisions. >> Was it Was it just the cigarettes? >> Yes, that's it. Sir, please. Please. >> Why'd you run? >> Because I said it's just me. They had drugs over there. I didn't want to be in trouble. >> You what? >> I mean like come on. >> Everybody back there is holding. We know that. >> I don't care. I was here. >> I didn't know that. And I didn't I didn't >> I was here to give you a court date >> and I didn't know that. If you if you had done what I asked cuz I walked up and said, "Hey, come here." >> And I thought and I'm thinking you're like >> and you d you ducked >> and then you took off running and then got tased. >> It was hard to justify the suspect's actions, adding a more serious charge of resisting arrest [music] on top of what supposed to be just a small misdemeanor. And it looked even more foolish [music] when she revealed she had someone to care for at home. >> Please give me another chance. Please. Please. I have a baby. Oh my god. I just had a baby. I didn't realize Listen, I I forgive you. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> Here's my baby. I haven't lo baby. >> Who Who has your baby? >> Oh my god. Can you tell Miss >> Who has your baby? >> Oh my god, y'all. No. >> First you [crying] have to answer their questions and then we'll talk about your baby. Okay. >> I want to be seen. I'm okay. >> Who has your baby? >> Oh my god. >> Are you okay with them taking care of your baby? >> Yes, but I don't want no Stacey ever. >> Oh my god. Paramedics checked the suspect's health condition while the officers verified the name she had given him. They weren't surprised to find out that she was not Thelma as she claimed to be and she already had a criminal record. >> Yeah, she's giving me a wrong name. >> That's Mon'nique right there. >> There she is. >> That's her. >> She can get that charged, too. for battery Elio resisting with violence. What do you know? >> Yeah. Violation of community control reference battery. Battery Lio, which is what she's getting charged. She kicked me, too. So, >> you can't get court dates for felonies. >> Monique, you're getting uh charged with giving me a fake name. >> Fake name. >> You tell me your name is Storma. Your name's Monnique. You have a warrant. >> No, your name's Monique. And you have a warrant for your arrest. What do I have a warrant for? >> Violation of your probation. Keep rolling with Elma. >> I'm not rolling. >> Now you're wasting my time. >> Mo'Nique was charged with theft, resisting with violence, battery, and providing a false name. She was sentenced to 168 days in jail and ordered to pay $97 in restitution. On February 26th, 2024, police responded to a call about a domestic disturbance. When they arrived on the scene, the officers found a woman in the middle of a mental breakdown. Soon, the female officer headed straight toward the enraged suspect. >> STOP. >> YOU What are YOU GOING TO [screaming] DO? >> Calm down. OR WHAT? >> CALM DOWN. >> CALM DOWN OR WHAT? Calm me. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. >> What? What the [ __ ] What the >> Hey. Hey. What's funny? >> What the funny? [screaming] >> Who the are you? >> What the funny? >> Not funny. Get down. >> WHAT IS GET HIM AWAY. [screaming] GET HIM AWAY from me. It's so funny. Damn. It's so funny. >> During the physical struggle, the officer's body cam fell to the ground. The taser helped her bring the angry suspect down, but the ladder kept resisting fiercely. Luckily, backup officers quickly arrived on the scene. Put your hands on your back. >> Funny. At that point, the officers still had no idea what had happened or why the suspect was so enraged. While some officers were struggling with the detainees tantrum, another one spoke to bystanders and finally got some information about what led to the incident. >> She your girlfriend. [laughter] >> How does she mine? >> So, she connected like in a relationship with >> down there. We kept him down there. >> We made him go. >> Did they get in a big fight? >> The whole room. Everything in the room's destroyed. >> Okay. >> Is there any way that anybody can tell what it was over? Was it just a bunch of general yelling or screaming or trying to >> The suspect's boyfriend was already safe, far away from his now ex-girlfriend's fury. But the officers were still right there. They were trying their best to calm her down and communicate with her, but it wasn't possible with all her screaming. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Just take a breath. Take a breath. All right. Take a breath. >> I'm just a crazy person, right? Why so funny? >> Get the ground. >> We're going to get you off as soon as the squad gets here. >> It took several cops to restrain the violent suspect. Even after all the struggle, it was impressive how much strength she had left to resist and scream. One of the officers suspected what might have fueled her intense rage. Hi. >> Yeah, >> it's an excited delarium thing. [screaming] >> Why would he do that? >> You guys have a gurnie. We can get her. >> Why would he do that? >> I just wanted to leave. Why would he do that? How could he do that to me? >> Soon, firefighters arrived. They were greeted by another round of screams from the suspect. It took great effort to get her onto the stretcher, but it was crucial to check her medical condition. >> Shut her up. Please shut her up. Please shut HER UP. PLEASE SHUT HER UP. Please shut her up. Please. So annoying. Please. PLEASE. PLEASE. 11 responding to the vision center injuring their Okay. >> Meanwhile, officers gathered statements from witnesses and arranged the logistics of transporting and admitting the suspect to the hospital. Even in the ambulance, she was far from calm. >> I'm so on so many drugs. No, I'm not. >> Yeah, I'll follow. >> Okay, >> I'll follow and bring Dustin back. I'm still on. The suspect was transported to the hospital where her health was checked. Afterward, she was taken to jail and charged with several felonies. On September 10th, 2024, police responded to a theft call. A woman had reportedly stolen her special needs roommates's belongings. When Deputy O'Brien went to the suspect's address, she didn't answer, so he reached out for assistance. >> Hey, Diana. Deputy O'Brien again. and I just saw you yesterday on Embassy. How are you? >> I'm good. How about yourself? >> Not bad. And I'm down here on Northcut. Now, there's a woman that lives here by the name of Jasmine. Um Jasmine at one point recently allowed a u a female with special needs live with her uh here at Northcut at the address of Northcut. And then the person ended up moving out or leaving, found somewhere else to go. But Jasmine uh has all her property, her cell phone, um some her belongings, her clothes, things [music] like that. Uh and the her family, the woman with special needs, his family is here to get her belongings. Jasmine's refusing to come to the door. Uh Jasmine, we don't know if she is home or not, but Jasmine also has a warrant, so that's probably why she's refusing to come to the door. So, I just called the office to see if maybe um somebody from your office could potentially call and or reach out to her. Maybe if Jasmine knew that it was you guys calling, she would come to the door. But, um I'm just looking to get this woman's belongings uh and then take Jasmine to jail for her warrant. >> All right. Um let me put you in a brief hall, see if I can get a hold of [music] her. >> Perfect. Thank you so much. After ending the phone call, Deputy O'Brien met with the victim's relatives. They just wanted her belongings to be returned. The officer listened carefully and explained his plan of action. >> Okay. >> Um lately, um when I do when I go through these kind of hoops, they start complying because the office will protect them. Uh the office doesn't mess around. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> So that's why I'm getting the office involved. The goal would be to get her property and then take Justin to jail. She has the warrant, but the goal was just to get her her property. >> Soon after, Deputy O'Brien received a call from the woman he had spoken with earlier. She told him she would bring the key to Jasmine's home. But then something unexpected [music] happened. >> So, um, there's it kind of Jasmine, will you let us inside so she can get her belongings? Huh? Yeah. >> Will you let her inside so she can get her phone and stuff? >> I don't know her. >> You don't know her? >> No. >> Where are you going? >> I just got up. I live at my friend house. >> Well, you got a warrant. You're not allowed to go anywhere. You got a warrant? >> I don't have a warrant. >> You got a warrant through mayor's court. >> I've been talking to him. I'm going there tomorrow. >> I don't know where you got a warrant. >> Listen, I don't have a job and I just called them yesterday. I'm going to there tomorrow to handle that. Well, you're not going to go anywhere. You're going to go with me to jail. >> I have I have kids. I >> Where are the kids? >> I've been knocking at your door. You >> I wasn't at home. >> I don't have any food. So, I've been my friend. I've been trying to get my life together. I don't have a job. I just talked to them yesterday. >> Okay. So, where's your stuff at? >> I don't know her. >> Somebody else staying with you. >> I don't know her. >> No, I'm saying somebody else stay with you. >> No. Your house? >> No. She never seen me. At first, Jasmine denied having a warrant, but eventually she admitted it and even revealed she had a plan for it. Unfortunately for her, in less than a minute, her plan collided with Deputy O'Brien's plan for the day. >> It's been a lot, but yes, they said I can come in tomorrow >> to fix the warrant and I can pay them $5. So, that's all I have to give them. That's why it's like that. But I've been telling them that I haven't had any money. And >> so I'm not trying to be a a problem. All right. And and ruin your day. But the only place you're going to go from here is jail. >> Why? >> Because you have a warrant. >> But you know, listen. >> And that's how that's how the that's how the court works. So the court has a warrant out for your arrest. The Marine Mayor's judge has a warrant out for your >> No, I I hear you. I I I hear you. I'm listening. I comprehend it, but >> you're getting. [screaming] Okay. Okay. >> HARRISON 231. >> STAY ON your stomach. >> Please, please, please, please. [screaming] >> I got a one of these caves out here. >> Put your hands on your back. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> Deputy O'Brien placed Jasmine in cuffs. While he explained how foolish her actions had been, she tried to justify herself by talking about her children and lack of food. Soon after, Jasmine's boyfriend arrived. >> Damn. >> She had a warrant. She ran. That's why she got >> to explain that tomorrow I'm going to the court to fix that. I don't have any money to give them. >> He literally ran from me from right over there. >> I know. I'm sorry. I just listen. What did he write your name for? What happened? >> I guess they was I don't know. I was just trying to walk past his dad's house so I could say he was >> Come over. Come over to your side. Come over to your side. >> Ready? One, two, three. Stand up. Stand up. Can you stand up? >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. [screaming] >> Can you stand up? You doing all of this out? >> Can you stand up? >> Stand up. >> She ran. Hey, dude. Just let her down then. >> Just let her down. >> You're doing way too much. >> You did nothing. >> You ran. >> That's what happens. >> The deputy explained to the boyfriend that Jasmine could have gotten away with just a [music] $60 bond. But because she ran, she earned herself not only a taser shot, but also a stay in jail. Then the boyfriend expressed his real feelings. >> Is embarrassing. I ain't going to lie. Bae, I DIDN'T EVEN DO NOTHING. >> WHY DID YOU RUN? ALL YOU DID IS WALK PAST. Just walking past. >> HE ALREADY TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO JAIL. >> WHY WOULD HE JUST SAY YOU going to jail if you walking past? >> Because you said I had a war. Like >> I told him walking past. If you was walking, >> BABE, THEY HARASSED ME TALKING ABOUT THAT GIRL STUFF in my house. I don't know. I haven't even been home. >> Where you need to calm down cuz you doing all of this and you got >> I just keep just me. >> Oh my god. My life get you an embarrass >> embarrassing like that though. Why are you doing all of this? >> Jasmine was clearly on a roll with her poor choices and sadly the consequences weren't just for her. One could only imagine what kind of future her kids were facing if their mother behaved like that. I know. I just my He said that I could see the kids today and I haven't seen them in a week. So, I'm just I'm just a train wreck. I'm sorry. I just >> I tried to. He didn't care. I tried to I said I talked to the mayor. I said I talked to the other day. I called him. >> We had a conver. Deputy O'Brien explained the [music] situation once again. What started as a $60 bond had now escalated to more serious charges. All because Jasmine decided to [music] flee. It may have been a bit too late, but Jasmine finally started feeling sorry. >> Please don't make it hard to me. I apologize for running. >> I only because you said I was going to be able to see the kids today. I never got to go through all of this. >> I don't think you just still out here acting fit. >> I'm not even having to fit. >> Do you live it down here, man? The police considered Jasmine's actions foolish. But the harshest judgment she received came from her boyfriend who was totally fed up with her behavior. [music] And he let her know exactly what he thought. >> Can't be having Look at you. The eye of that conversation. You sound shouting like a wimp. >> That's what you sound like. >> N I can talk to her like that. I can talk to her. >> We're not going to do this. This is just going to agitate the situation. >> All right. I understand, man. But it's not going to do anything. It's not going to change anything. >> Look where I'm already at. I don't have that. >> What? >> Stop. Stop moving on. Take a picture. >> What are you doing? >> What are you crying for? >> You got a warrant. You crying cuz you got a warrant. Now I'm about to get on your You crying cuz you got a warrant. No, I was just talking to her. I was like, I didn't ask you a question. I told you to back off. >> You crying cuz you got a warrant. Jasmine was truly upset and so was her boyfriend. Soon, paramedics arrived on the scene and carefully checked her vitals. >> Hello feel more comfortable. >> Is that everything, sweetie? Yeah. Okay, thank you. >> Jasmine was transported to jail and charged with obstruction, resisting arrest, and theft. Many spoiled brats make the mistake of not complying with the police. Some go even further by throwing a tantrum, and attacking the officers, but their rage doesn't last long. It disappears the moment the taser comes out, leaving them cuffed and quiet.
