in a hidden run accident she was charged with operating a vehicle impaired she also got a fine of $740 and her license was suspended for one year our next story takes us to an equally obnoxious young woman who somehow believed she could do nothing wrong she also believed she could get away with drinking and driving by acting cute and playing the victim before they met the culprit officer stopped to chat with another teenage witness hello how long you guys been sitting here um a little bit did you guys see what happened um so I actually talked to the girl because so when we got here they were over the bar by the car like fighting up and who's they um her well they weren't like fighting physically they were just having like a a yelling like an argument like a right vo vocal alter verbal by a group of people nearby however when you're in danger of being arrested because of drinking and driving and you're also underage the last thing you should be worried about is what other people lot to investigate a potential disorderly conduct the person causing the scene was said to be heavily intoxicated she was continuously spitting on people who got near her first the cops tried to negotiate with the drunk teenager but it didn't go as well as they hoped what's going on is refusing to admit detox been spitting staff she's fing all over place I'm not okay I promise okay I'll talk campus employees had mentioned that the 17-year-old was trying to retrieve one of his girlfriend's items but the interaction with the local security officers turned aggressive pretty quickly oh my security officer confiscated her pepper spray okay and I talked to her about it saying we're going to get a hold the steps first before I give it back to you because she is on her age and she has it here I was told something about pepper spray right are you the one that just have a seat here for a second right because I said so we figure out what's going on all right so we can get catch the next some sort of a predicament later identified as Anna Gilbert the girl mentioned needing assistance getting to her boyfriend's house the reason pulling over you are speeding and swerving all over is instructions for the sobriety test the whole time your hands are going to be at your sides if you place your foot down during 30 seconds just pick it back up and continue where you left off it's going
