Do you understand that? Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Some bullies walk around thinking no one will ever put them in their place. >> Oh, now they're on your right. You mother. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Until they cross paths with law enforcement who are more than willing to give them a taste of their own medicine. >> Yo yo yo yo. Humility is learned the hard way when an entitled bully meets instant karma after cops show up. >> Okay. Well, you demanding me to do doesn't mean I'm going to do Hey, you're not in charge. >> You my not in charge. >> Good. >> On the evening of August 27th, 2025, police were dispatched to a local residence in response to a call for possible domestic [music] violence. Upon arrival at the address, officers met the man involved in the domestic [music] dispute and he immediately started complaining. >> Hello. >> Yo, what's up? >> You guys got punched in the face five times by her. >> Okay. >> She agreed for me to come out and visit him for a second. Now she'sing drunk. Punched me in the face. I want her arrested. I want my son. >> Where'd she punch you at? [music] >> Right here. >> Okay. So, she told you to come here and >> Well, no. We talked on the phone and said, "Hey, can I like I'm in the area see my son." Um, she's like, "Yeah, of course." So, I come out here, my son comes out, she let she walks him out and I tell he's got a shower. She's like, "Give me a minute. He got a shower." He comes outside. I said, "He wants to come with me." And I said, I said, "Baby boy, it's up to your mom. It's not my day." [music] Your mom said, "Come out and see you real quick." Well, then she punched me four times. She needs to get the arrested. I'ming. This is the third time she >> punched me. >> Go talk to her and you'll see. >> The man Steven told the officers that his wife Jessica and her daughter from another man were probably in the house as well. He definitely wanted Jessica arrested and he also wanted to take his son from her. After that, the cops made their way towards the house. >> Hello. Are you Jessica? >> Yes. >> You can come in. >> I'm Deputy Al with the sheriff's office. What's going on? >> So, um I was giving my son a bath. Clearly, he still has wet hair. Um as I was giving him a bath, I heard his car because his muffler is very I could hear it. So, I go outside. I'm like, "What are you doing here?" He's like, "I came to see my son." I'm like, "Okay, that's fine. Well, it's >> not your day. Tomorrow's your day. go outside, >> let him see him. We start arguing. >> He started talking about his girlfriend and like just nothing between about him. It was still old drama about me and him. But I'm fat. And anyways, he hit me here with his arm. So, I decked him. >> Apparently, both exes still hadn't settled their issues. Unfortunately, their child had to witness their inability to communicate like reasonable adults. Naturally, the officer wanted to understand why the two had gotten into a physical altercation. >> Why did he hit you there? >> Why? Because this is how close he was. >> Was he trying to get around you or what? No, because I commented he was missing two teeth because he's talking about how sexy his girlfriend is. Weird to me. I'm like, "Okay, that's fine. Whatever. You're missing two teeth. I'm not attracted to you anymore." Anyways, it was like a trigger. So, he did that and >> see it. >> Yep. >> Red mark on your chin is what you're saying. >> It was right here. He went like that and that we he broke my face two years ago. That's why I'm here. So, I'm tired of him putting his hands on me. So, Iinging decked him back because I'm going to stick up for myself. >> Okay. >> He touched me first. I will walk away and you can ask him. He watched it. He s >> Jessica confirmed again that she hadn't expected a visit from her ex that day. She admitted that she had done a lot to limit communication with Steven and to stop her from invading her personal space. That was quite understandable considering that they had a violent history. >> I have him blocked on email, text messages, like he knows when his days are. He's leaving or something. He's trying. He's been out here honking. My daughter has been sitting in her car. He's been punching his car. He's been honking. He's been like out here flipping my house off. >> Does he have any weapons? >> Not that I know of. He is a felon, so I don't think he can have them. He's not supposed to have them. >> Okay. >> Um but like my daughter is 17 years old. She's like, "Mom, I don't want to come in. He's in our driveway." I'm like, "Just stay in the car till the cops get here." She's like, "Mom, he's lifting the house up." >> Was she here when this all happened or? Um, not for this cuz she was at volleyball and cheerleading at Watika High, but she she wants to talk to you. >> Jessica told the officer that her daughter had also been a victim of Steven's harassment. Soon, the officer returned to him, and he wasn't happy at all that his ex-wife hadn't been arrested. When the officer mentioned the mark on Jessica's face, Steven denied having anything to do with it. >> Well, she's got a red mark here saying you hit her. Oh, for dude. Thising breaks out from drinking. Are you serious? Her daughter right here. >> Ask her. Have I hit her? Hey, have I hit your mom? >> No, >> I did. >> Roll down your window. Did I hit your mom? >> No. No. So, not tonight. Did I hit your mom tonight? >> Right. That >> What's your first name? >> Steve. Yeah. >> Your address. >> It doesn't matter. Like, I'm here for this. Like I got that that all this is irrelevant. >> Okay. Well, it's going to be in a report. So, >> I don't give a You guys always make reports. >> You guys No, you don't need my driver's license. >> Okay. >> I called you here cuz I got attacked five times. Why the is she brought out handcuffs? >> Steven was far from satisfied with how things were going. The officer on his part wanted to build an accurate picture of the situation. He still had a lot of questions to ask, but that only annoyed Steven even more. Have you been drinking? >> What the is it to you? >> Well, are you going to drive away in this car? >> Did you give a Are you Are you Are you going to arrest her for punching me? >> Been drunk. I do. >> Well, you're you're not going to arrest her for punching me. >> Getting the story. You're the only one yelling. Okay. So, you need to calm down. >> I'm not going to call I'm not going to I'm not I'm not going to calm the down. She's not going to help you at all. >> The officer couldn't reason with Steven, who clearly didn't want to cooperate. Soon, the cop decided to speak with Jessica's daughter. She was sitting nervously in her car nearby, waiting for Steven to leave. >> Were you here for this? >> 20 minutes. I was [snorts] here. >> I was not here for what happened. I was with my friend. [snorts] >> No, you're okay. >> Looking at >> Why are you so agitated? >> Quit looking. >> Why are you so agitated? >> Quit looking at How about that? I >> didn't call me here. >> Who called me or her? Well, I think it said Jessica face time. >> Why the are you want me? >> She's saying, too. >> Are you Oh, bro. >> Okay. >> This has happened before. >> 30 minutes for you mother to show up. That's fantastic. >> Do you feel safe just being out here or do you want to go somewhere else? >> I'm fine with being here. I'm glad you're here. >> Why the you just pulled in for you? That's why I'm >> Can you roll the window up then and just hang out in here? been here for since 7:00. I pulled up at 7:00. I can show you my >> So, did you see any of this happen? >> I I've been seeing him out here. He's been flipping off the house. >> He's been >> He just >> I'm talking to her. I'm not talking to you. >> Steven constantly interrupted the conversation between the officer and Jessica's daughter. He kept lecturing the cop and playing the victim card. Soon [music] his behavior managed to seriously irritate the officer and it was easy to understand why. >> Yelling at me ain't going to do nothing. Okay. >> You ain't mother going to do nothing either, mother. I've had >> stand over THERE WHILE I'M TALKING TO HER. >> You're not going to yell at me. >> Don'ting do that. Don't do that. Don't stand over there. >> Do that. >> Then stand over do that. >> You go stand over there then, mother. How about that? >> You're going to call me and then yell at me and they call you motherucker. I call actually going to do something. >> Okay. Well, you demanding me to do doesn't mean I'm going to do Hey, you're not in charge. >> You my not in charge. >> I'm stand right here. >> You're going to jail for >> battery. I'm right there. >> You better back the up. >> You back up, mother. Your car. Go to the car. >> I'm not talking. You know what I'm saying? >> I know my oil. >> You're the one just bought me, mother. >> If you don't obey a lawful order, you're going to jail. >> [ __ ] You can't tell me. Go stand by my mother. >> Am I being Am I being detained? Am I being detained? A witness. She just pulled up. Mother, >> why are you standing by your car? >> Dude, >> you're not listening to me. >> I'm not I'm mother you mother. I know my mothering rights, dude. >> I Dude, she just punched me in the face five times. >> She's saying you hit her IN THE FACE. >> OF COURSE, DUDE. SHE'S GOING TO JAIL. >> The officer somehow managed to make the angry man step away and let him continue the investigation. Then he spoke to Jessica's daughter again. But their uninterrupted conversation didn't last long. >> Okay. Okay. So, when did you get here? >> 7:02. >> When did this take place? >> I hope you're from here, bro. I really do. I hope you local. I promise. >> I promise you. I hope you see you out. >> Yeah. Call back. You're promise. >> I told you. Stay over there. >> I don't have to. >> Yes, you do. I told you to. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind. >> Don't do it. Don't do Turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> You're going to tase me. You >> put your hands on the car. >> You're going to put your hands on the car. You're going to get tased. >> Put your hands on the car. >> If I If you tase Put your hands on the car, >> I promise you you're getting up. >> Okay. Put your hands on the car. You're going to get tased. >> You're not putting me in handcuffs. >> Yes, I am. >> [ __ ] you mother you Dude, if you tase me, >> I'm telling you. Put your hands on the car. >> You put your hands on the car. Steven insisted that the officer feel his jaw to prove that Jessica hit him in the face. But since he was acting like a bully, he was warned that he would be put in handcuffs any moment when Steven learned that he was being detained. It threw more fuel to the fire and he became even more agitated. >> Oh, now I'm on your mother. Put your hands behind your back. You're going to get tased. >> I'm going to get tased, dude. Really? You're idiot, mother. >> Put your hands behind your back, >> dude. I'm asking you. Feel my jaw for this evidence. I'm asking you nicely. Please. >> You are resisting now. Put your hands. >> My hands are up here. Please feel my jaw. >> Feeling your jaw. Put your hands behind your back. I've asked you so many times. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're really dude. I'm not resisting. Hey, you're going to get tased. >> You tag me, mother. Really? >> If you don't put your hands behind your back, you're going to get tased. >> Okay. Put your hands tag me, bro. You're going to get bro. Why am I being ted? Because you're under arrest. >> I'M FOR WHAT NOW? >> OBSTRUCTING. I TOLD YOU. >> OH MY GOD. 78. >> OBSTRUCT. >> And if this is going to go hands on, you're going to get resisting. Would you >> don't want hands on? I'm going to tell you that right now. >> Turn around and put your hands behind you. >> You're telling me I'm getting for obstruction. She's lined up police off. >> Turn around. You >> Steven was walking on thin ice. He repeatedly refused to put his hands behind his back, openly disobeying the officer's orders and kept insisting the cop touch his jaw. The officer ordered to take a photo instead, but that wasn't good enough for Steven. Soon, a second patrol car arrived. >> You're aing, bro. Listen, I called the police. I got punched five times. Can you at least feel my face where it's like logged up right here? Thank you. Was that that hard? You mother >> Now, will you put your hands behind your back? You said you would >> listen. If he says you're under arrest, you're under arrest. There's nothing we can do about that. >> What the What the What? Why? Why? Obstruction. >> That's obstruction, too. Lying about a crime. Go the arrest her. >> Within a minute, the female officer also lost her patience while listening to his arrogant speech. Pretty soon, she urged him to put his hands behind his back. As expected, he resisted her. So, she pulled out the taser. >> Put your hands behind your back. our condition. >> I'M GOING TO DO IT if you don't put your hands behind your back. >> If you video, >> I'm going to tase you if you don't put your hands behind your back. >> Don't Don't >> put your hands behind your back. Turn around. >> I understand. Turn around. >> Mother, >> put your hand behind your back. >> HEY. OW. OW. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. >> Okay. >> I'm done. I'm done. >> No. You didn't see, bro. I have a heart condition. >> I told you so many times. >> You're a mother, bro. >> Like, I'm not resisting anymore. All I did was ask you to feel my face where she [ __ ] me. >> It's gone down. >> And you took her side, bro. This is not This is the fifth time, man. >> Nobody gets it. >> Eventually, Steven was placed in the patrol car and taken to jail. He was charged with obstruction, resisting arrest, and aggravated battery on a peace officer. His vehicle was towed from the scene. Before departure, officers advised Jessica to seek an order of protection against her ex-husband. On July 2nd, 2025 in Lantana, Florida, police responded to a call about a disorderly, intoxicated man at an Aldi store. The suspect had reportedly entered the store after previously being trespassed from the Waw Wa across the street. When officers arrived, they found the suspect yelling at Aldi customers. [music] >> Stop. Let's go. Come here. Don't do it. >> Don't do it. >> Hey, cut it out. >> It rub it on the same page. >> Turn around. >> On the same page. Yes. >> No. This is what's happening. What are they doing? >> We're good. We're good. [snorts] >> No. >> This is what it's okay to do this to people. >> Absolutely. When you don't listen to >> you and your mother you >> All right, let's go. >> I wasn't talking to you. and the other people. >> The female officer, Christina Strong, tackled the suspect, Shawn, in a remarkable way. Her appearance actually hid her toughness. When the officers lifted Shawn from the ground, he became aggressive toward Officer Strong. But karma came back for him fast. You know this IS THE ONE HURRY. GET ON THE GROUND. >> WE'RE NOT DOING THIS ALL THE WAY OUT. WE'RE NOT DOING THIS TO PEOPLE. WE'RE NOT DOING THIS ALL THE WAY OUT. WE'RE NOT DOING THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. AS SOON AS IT HAPPENS TO ME, IT'S HAPPENING to you. Yo, be assassin. >> This is what they do to people. >> Yo, IF I WAS WORKING THAT PLACE, IT'LL BE OKAY. It'll be okay. You got You better wake up, man. You better wake up. Yo, they're doing this right now. >> Yo, they're doing this to us no matter what. >> We're going to GET HOBBLES. >> ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. LET'S GO. WHERE THE [ __ ] WE COME FROM? WHERE DID I deserve this? IF I DESERVE this if I did pay attention and run a revolution. >> Shawn spoke nonsense, blaming the police for everything in his life. The officers didn't take his word seriously. They were even slightly amused by his rambling, but he also refused to comply with their instructions, so they had to use hobbles to get him under control. >> Where the the hobles said, >> you're also disorderly conduct, disorderly intoxication. >> You're also drinking their booze without pain. Does that say that we're not >> find you? We got you, girl. >> We got both of you. Yeah, both of you. Thank you. Appreciate it. >> Do the same thing >> that we just said you want to do. >> They eventually got the hobbles they needed. So, they were able to finally restrain Shawn. Then they led him toward the patrol car. He wasn't as energetic in his resistance anymore, but he still managed to put on a loud show. >> No. How >> hurt so as you ask >> ow >> we got to pat you down. [screaming] >> You guys can't you guys can't you guys CAN'T >> PUSH. >> What's the matter? What's harder? I got SOME SPOTS. >> HUH? >> OW. >> What's hurting? >> Ow. Spots are jacked up. >> Okay. What's hurting right now? Your arms. >> Nobody cares about what's hurting right now. >> I said, >> I'm trying to find out. >> I said, >> I'm asking you what's wrong. >> You asking me? I'm asking you what's up, Alic. What's up? >> I'm fine. I'm not the one that's yelling or screaming. So, tell me what's hurting. >> What's up? >> All right. So, not attorney. The officers discovered that besides causing a disturbance, he had been drinking wine and consuming other goods in the store without paying. When they tried to place him inside the patrol car, he resisted again. >> All right, sit down, man. Sit down. >> Doing great. Okay, so man, wait a minute. Why? where you fo yo what's wrong with you we move >> yo yo let go that's fine >> here heard heard you >> the officers finally closed the door and got a brief rest from Shawn's constant yelling and whining but the silence didn't last long when officer Strong got into the patrol car started to threaten Don't be making threats to me. That's another charge. >> Has nothing to do with me. Had nothing to do with me. If I had Listen, if I had something to do with Listen, if I'm mad at you and you're mad, I had nothing to do with me. You heard? >> I was not had nothing to do with that. You heard? My name is Sean. I had nothing to do with that. You heard? She doesn't understand. She doesn't get it. What's your name? >> My name's Sean. My name is Sean. No, no, seriously. My name is Sean and get it. Get it. Get it. Yo. Officer. Officer. My name is Sean. All right. It's okay. Listen, officer. My name is Sean. And let me do with you. and where you been brought up and where you been tied and blah blah blah. Amen. It's something I'm different. >> Officer Strong wasn't born yesterday. She definitely knew how to deal with arrogant, intoxicated lawb breakakers. When Shawn realized he couldn't manipulate her, he changed his tactic. He began hurting himself. >> They can try all they want, but I'm going to turn this over right now. And they better act right because this is not happening today. Not today. >> Hey, not today. You understand? Not today. HEY, COME TODAY. Come correct. Don't come. DON'T COME TOMORROW. DON'T COME LISTEN TODAY. This is not happening right now. I promise you IT'S NOT HAPPENING TODAY. LISTEN, LET HER GO RIGHT NOW. YOU'RE HEARD. HEY, it would be better for you. Listen, what's your name again? What's your name again? You said your name was >> Shawn eventually exhausted himself from self harm. But once he arrived at the police station, he came alive again, restless and uncooperative. The officers had to restrain him one more time. I don't care. >> Move up your hand a little. >> A little bit more. >> Don't even start. Don't start again. Do not start. Put your foot down. I'm on your side. Hello. Hi, it's me, the guy that said right now. HELLO. HELLO. >> The officers collected statements from the store's employees about all the items Shawn had opened or consumed during his stay in the store. They wanted to press charges for the stolen bottle of wine, which totaled $423. Shawn was eventually charged with theft, disorderly intoxication, trespass after warning, and resisting arrest. On June 10th, 2024, officers from the Orlando Police Department responded to a call from a nonprofit organization that facilitates the rehabilitation of people re-entering society after substance abuse. One of the clients had reportedly attacked a staff member who eventually explained to the officers what had happened. What's wrong charges? Where's the client at? >> He's in our control room right now. >> What? What happened? >> I was doing a group. >> Obviously had some type of psychotic break. Does it take medicine or anything like that? >> What kind of medicine it takes? >> Okay. >> The injured staff member led the officers into the hall where all the participants were gathered. That was the place where the client had attacked him. >> He was sitting where that young man right there. [clears throat] >> Turned around. All I seen was him charging >> like a raging pool. >> And I'm backing off, >> right? The only thing I think to do is put my foot up to block. Right. And natural instinct, right? >> And it just clearly looks. >> Yeah. That's exactly how it went down. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> The door is closed right now. That's how it is now. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. >> And it was locked in. So he knocked me clear through it. The impact took me all the way through the door. >> What's back there? >> Grass. Concrete. I'm talking concrete. >> Concrete and grass. As you can see, it should be grass on top of my shirt. But yeah, so my butt's probably in somewhere in this area. >> Yeah. and my upper shoulders and that grade is probably what hurt my elbow cameras this way. [screaming] That's unfortunately not. All right. >> The officers listened carefully to the staff member's account and gathered all the necessary information about what had happened. The next step was to meet with the suspect, Nelson Molina. They went to the control room where he was waiting for them. >> First name Nelson. Yes. Hi, >> Mr. Molina. My name is Officer Garvin, Orlando Police Department. Okay. Gonna read you uh get off my car here. I just need a verbal yes and no. Okay. You're not under arrest right now. Just for me to be able to talk to you, I have to read you this. Do you understand? >> I don't know what that is. >> Okay. >> I have to provide you your Miranda warnings, your constitutional right. Okay. for me to ask you specific questions. You >> said I'm not under arrest. >> Correct. You're being detained right now. But you're not under arrest. Okay. >> What's the difference? >> You're not being placed in handcuffs. I'm not taking you to jail. Okay. But you're not free to leave. >> What's the other? >> You'll be under arrest. Which means that regardless of how this goes, you're coming with me. Right now, depending on the situation, depending on what questions I ask you and how you answer them, you may or may not go with me. That's the difference. Okay. >> He verbally agreed with what the officer was saying. But in reality, that didn't appeal to him because soon, unexpectedly, Nelson rose from his chair in a threatening manner, quickly escalating the situation. >> Do you understand that? >> Do you understand that? Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. GET DOWN. GET DOWN. DOWN. DOWN. DOWN. >> [snorts] >> GET OUT. Get down. Get down. Get down. >> Don't do it. Don't do it. Chill out. Chill out. ON THE GROUND. Get on the ground. On the ground. >> He's big. I need a hand. >> Yeah. I'm live on their bike. It looks like they're trying to secure one. I'm not sure if they can trans >> fortunately the officer's partner stepped in. With the help of a taser, the two cops managed to subdue Nelson. But it wasn't an easy task lifting the heavy suspect and escorting him out of the building. >> Come on, bro. Get up. You got to sit up, man. Here you go. Where are you guys at? Everybody, >> we're directly in front of our cars. Uh, one of the buildings. I'll flag you down when you get here. >> Yeah. You get out. We're right behind you. >> Down here. >> No, it's not that. >> Can you get him? >> Can you guys get that officer? >> Mr. Molina, can you stand up? All right, man. On three. One, two, three. >> We'll grab that stuff. >> I'll grab it. I'll grab it. >> You guys get him. >> I need to grab it. >> Yeah, it's coming. >> They're coming. >> All right. Come on. >> After being medically cleared, Nelson was transferred to the Orange County Jail. He was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting officers with violence and battery for tackling the counselor. On July 6th, 2025, police were dispatched to a residence following a report of a domestic disturbance. According to the caller, a man had attacked his wife. The cop soon arrived at the address where the suspect, Joe, greeted them at the front door. >> How you doing? Hey, Joe. What's going on? >> I'm I'm very confused. I'm not too sure. >> Okay. We got a call saying that uh you guys are fighting on me. >> Um not that I'm aware of. >> Well, that's Grayson. And Grace, can you please come up here? >> I'm talking to Grayson. I don't need to speak to your son right now. Okay. >> Well, I'm wondering who who called. >> Okay. figuring out what's going on. >> What's going on? Something going on here that >> um I mean my wife and I were having conversation on the couch, but there was no arguments. >> Okay, >> so I'm wondering what's going on. >> Somebody called us. He said you guys were fighting over. >> Okay. Well, who is somebody? >> Joe was stunned that what had happened inside the house had reached the police. Of course, according to him, it was nothing serious. However, the cops can't just take his word for it. Soon he brought his wife into the conversation. >> My wife's right there. >> Heather, were you and I arguing? >> Yes. >> Oh, we were arguing. >> Heather, can I talk to you? >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What was going on tonight? What were you guys arguing about? >> I'm very confused now. I'm very confused. There's >> nothing to be confused about. It's a simple question. >> You even said you were arguing on the couch. I was arguing about. >> We were having conversation on the couch. >> Okay. Obviously, it turned into an argument. You didn't said so. >> What's going on here? >> If we're here, somebody called us and told us inside. Go do what you got to do. I didn't do anything wrong. Get the out of my life. >> We're here to figure out what's going on. >> Okay, then. Good luck. Do what you got to do. >> Cuz you know what? All I did was have a conversation with my wife. Up to that point, Joe appeared calm, but the fact that someone from the house had called the police to report him clearly bothered him. It didn't take long before he stopped hiding his frustration. >> So, I don't know what the hell you are here for. >> We've explained it three times. >> And you could go. >> We've explained it three times. >> I don't care. Take me to jail. Then do what you people need to do. >> See, I'm getting angry. >> Why are you getting angry, man? Because nothing there was no issues here in my house. >> Then then we'll be gone and out of here. >> Then get the out of here. >> Do that. >> Then go go in the house. I don't care. >> Am I yelling at you? Why don't you calm down? Relax. >> Why don't you I'm confused. Why you Why you here? >> Cuz I've explained it four times over here. We got a call that you were fighting here. who put the call in to figure out what's going on. >> I want to know who >> instead of being argumentative. >> Okay. Well, you know what? If you take me to jail, it's >> What are you taking me to jail for? >> I said if you if you do take me to jail, it better come up. >> John was visibly irritated by the presence of police officers outside his home. Soon, he changed tactics and tried to act cooperative. He told his own version of what had happened. >> You know what happened today? Um, I uh had a gorgeous day. I made myself a beautiful lunch. Um, I made myself a homemade tostadas. I chopped up potatoes and onions. I make meat sauce with it. And then I made myself some rice. And then for dinner, I made my family chicken cutlets. And we had a beautiful dinner. We sat down and had dinner. And then you people showed up. So, who the is calling? >> Who did want that? Tell me who why you d this. >> The officers didn't buy his heavily sugarcoated versions of events. They had information that Joe got drunk and had thrown a child seat on the floor and even spat in his wife's face. As it turned out, their children witnessed everything and were actually the ones who called 911. >> Tell us what happened after that. >> Why the you here? I had chicken collets for >> because of you and your attitude probably. >> Cuz I have an attitude problem. That's why you're here. That's probably why we're here. >> Oh, well, I hope there's a laugh. I'm guessing that's the same way you were talking to your wife and that's why [laughter] somebody called us >> because you can't stand up straight. You're raising your voice for no reason. >> He's like, "Do you want me to do a test?" >> You're not driving, so no. >> Okay. So, I can stand up straight right here. >> Okay. But I mean, you know, >> hey another [snorts] >> Why do people hear >> now? It only makes sense to me. That's all. >> The officers approached the situation with patience. They were ready to listen to Joe's nonsense, but they weren't going to leave without finding out what had really happened between Joe and his wife. However, their calm determination irritated him even more. >> Because you can't explain why you're here on >> I did not encroach on you. >> You are. >> Nor am I near. >> Good. Don't come here. >> Very well. >> I will make far away. >> Don't. >> Okay. We're trying to figure out We're trying to resolve the differences between you and your wife >> so that we can go on our way and then you can go to bed or something like that. Like >> you're not telling us anything other than you guys were having an argument on the couch. >> What? >> We had beautiful dinner. I made Jin. Do you like Jane Collins? >> Was the time was the time on the couch couch before or after dinner? >> Wait, pardon me. >> Was that before or after dinner? You guys were on the couch. >> I mean, I've been on the couch all day. >> I mean, before dinner, after dinner. >> I mean, [laughter] obviously you told me you got up and made some different meals throughout the day, but >> I did. I have. I have. >> And you know what? 2 plus 2 equals 4. >> 2 + 2 = four. >> Joe particularly mocked one of the officers. Like the bully he was, he acted sarcastic and disrespectful toward him. The officer's colleagues quickly sensed that it wasn't going to end well. So they tried to distract Joe. >> How was your Fourth of July weekend, Joe? >> Gorgeous. >> Look at he's pretty [laughter] nest figured out. I do I do have that figured out, do I? >> What do you got on me? What are you going to do? >> What are you going to get? >> We'll wait to see what your wife says. Why don't you shut up and stand there? >> Why don't you go off? >> Why don't you off me step to me? Do not step towards Do not step you off. Cuz you're going to go to jail. You're going to jail. You're going to go to jail. Go ahead. Here we go. >> What are you arresting me for? We're going for the massive battery. >> For what? >> Just told you that's battery. >> For what? I just told you before WHAT >> you are a scumbag. >> Joe was then placed in a patrol car. As expected during the ride, he continued to act arrogant toward the officer. >> Hey officer, >> what am I getting arrested for? >> A few things. >> Huh? >> Well, let me know. Uh, what am I getting arrested for? Officer. >> Officer. What did I do? >> Are you stupid? >> Yeah, a little bit. >> What did I do? >> Huh? >> Joe was taken to jail. He was charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault, and resisting a peace officer. On March 19th, 2024, Tampa Airport police were notified about a passenger who had acted erratically on a plane, hurling slurs and threatening to take the [music] aircraft down. The officers even received video footage showing the suspect's disturbing behavior during the flight. >> So, I can beat it right back down. >> Do you have a bag you want to grab or anything before you get off? Uh, >> don't attack me with two individuals against one. >> Yeah, [music] >> they're going to >> I didn't hit anyone, so you're good. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's okay. Raising my voice for to a female. I'll see about it with you. >> What? Bro, you you as a woman and it's because I'm sitting down and I'm lower than you. >> That's not the point. That's not No, no, no. I don't like drama. [laughter] >> I don't know why. >> I'm moving. I'm moving. Hey, you know what is up? >> No, it's all you all teaming up. You see how most of the people are white here? >> Yeah. Yeah. So, you were like, >> I'm trying to get to my home country and you all people made it harder for me to get to my home country. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. You front car, >> sir. >> Go up to the front. Yeah. Come on. >> Let me go. Hey. Hey. >> Okay. Okay. Come on. Come on. We're going to go here. >> Hey. Hey. I didn't get in your face. You told me to get out. I have a ticket. Yeah, I have a ticket. >> 311. The suspect complained about being racially discriminated upon, but according to other passengers, he was actually the primary aggressor [music] because he struck a passenger in the face and spat on him. >> You took me first. You >> go. >> Okay. >> Come on. Come on, dude. >> You got it, CUZ YOU GOT IT. >> ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT, GUYS. Put your hands down and don't TOUCH ANYBODY. >> PUT YOUR HANDS DOWN AND DON'T TOUCH ANYBODY. >> So am I. So am I. >> You're going to walk. YOU'RE GOING TO WALK OR YOU GOING TO BE LATE. >> WALK. Turn around and walk. >> Turn around and walk. >> Turn around AND WALK. WALK. SO AM I. >> Let's go. >> As the passengers restrained the unruly man. They escorted him off the plane. Together with the crew, they held him until police arrived. >> Thank you for coming. Police are here. So just come on and work out. All right, my man. >> As long as there's a lawyer. >> No, that's going to be illegal. Legal legal happen. >> All right. >> All right. How you stand up? >> Help me. >> Get up. Let's go. >> Yeah. Just stay put for a second. Do >> you want to see what happened? I'll take him off my shoe. >> I'll defend. Let's go. >> I'll defend it as long as I have a lawyer. >> Okay, let's go. >> Make sure I have a lawyer. >> Have you watched? My name is K. >> Watch the seat. You heard about it? >> The entitled man had disturbed all the passengers on board. Some of them could even miss their connecting flights because of the delay he caused. The officers escorted the suspect through the jet bridge and into the terminal. >> I want a lawyer. I want a lawyer right now. I want a lawyer. I have money to back. >> All right. Other side. All right. You got You're good. >> You work first. Spin them around. >> I want my public defender right now. I want my public defender right now. >> Wait. Wait. Why you twisting my arm? >> Hey, you resist, man. It's going to get worse. >> I'm not even going to do this. >> So, you hurt me. >> You're hurting yourself. >> No, you No, I'm not. There's there's humans touching me that are hurting me. >> Turn your wrist. Turn your wrist. >> This was my parents idea to bring me. You know that, right? I told him I would love to. And now this is what your airport does. I'm taking to the Supreme Court. I'll tell you that much, kiddos. Taking all cops in the Supreme Court. Face the wall. Face the wall. Spread your feet. You guys >> spread your feet. >> More. More. >> I'm spreading it. >> I'm spreading it. >> The suspect insisted that he hadn't hit anyone on the plane. But the officers weren't convinced. After searching him, they questioned him about his documents. [music] >> So, you have a California driver's license, but your address is on >> This is in Florida. Is in Florida. is in Florida. >> But you have a California driver's license. >> That's right. And I'm also a USA naturalized citizen. >> And were you at that part? Well, you have that part. What you say? >> Do you live in California or do you >> No, no, no. The address the address says for your right. >> We are right. We get the right word. >> No, no. I'm saying I got hit. I got hit by I got hit one of those. I got hit by one of those. one of those air air gas of an airplane. I tell you that much. >> The officer placed the suspect into the patrol car. Then they returned to the plane to gather statements from the crew. The staff explained to the officers what had happened in the plane. >> What exactly happened? >> So, we were standing here boarding. We heard people yelling down the jet race. We can't step off once we have passengers on. Um, so people were like, "Hey, that guy's turning back there. He's yelling curse words. um handsome lady blah blah blah comes on angry person talking her face at her just like you guys what do you mean you're so disrespectful and I what I never fig the problem they treat me differently they look at me people just skin like you your kind of skin. And then he points to the death in your skin. He points to your death. He goes, "You're always it's always you." Then you look at me funny and you're this and you're that. And then he turned the corner and they tell me they just assume that this is my father. And so I didn't think the guy was with him. The guy that's supposedly his father and he walked away from his dad up there. It was the weirdest thing. One of the crew members added that she had no idea how the suspect had passed the gate in such a condition. As she mentioned, the man sitting next to the suspect was his father. So, the officers located him and asked a few questions. >> So, how do you know him? >> He's my son. >> Okay. Do you know what was going on with him? >> Do you know why he was so angry? >> I have no idea. >> Were you on the plane with him or not? >> I was together. >> Okay. >> All the way. So can you can you tell me what happened? >> Just by the way inside when we went inside somehow on the back something they talked about it and then maybe he got >> talked about what >> how can I say maybe maybe something racism or something. >> Oh directed toward him >> something like that. He must have heard about it and then he just got into argument. Okay. >> And then he went inside and then again he got into argument with somebody. >> Yeah. But he didn't uh you know he didn't uh hit [laughter] the person first. The person actually pushed him first. >> Well, they asked him to leave. They asked him to leave numerous times on the plane >> cuz he was yelling and screaming and he didn't wouldn't leave and they asked the captain the gentleman on the jet went on and asked him to leave as well. He wouldn't leave so they had to escort him off and that's when they got this. >> Yeah. the other passenger eating first. So that's why things got worse. >> The suspect was transported to the Orient Road Jail in Tampa. He was eventually charged with two counts of battery and disorderly intoxication. On February 8th, 2024, officers responded to a call from a woman who reported that her boyfriend had attacked her. The suspect was severely intoxicated and had also left their newborn on the ground unattended. When the officers arrived, they spoke to the female victim. >> I think he has a [music] drinking problem. >> Okay. >> So, and he's had kidney stones, so I'm sure he'll [music] try to blame it on that. When I called him at like 4:00, he didn't answer. And I knew at like lunchtime when I talked to him that he had been drinking. Like, I can just tell the change in his voice. And then when I got home, he was passed out like on the couch with him awake. And so then he woke up and just kind of got like angry because I had him in the kitchen in his little bouncy seat and he grabbed him and he's like he doesn't need to be in there. So I gasp for him back and he want to give him back to me and >> so I calling you guys. >> So we can't just kick him out. I mean if you got an order of protection or something obviously then he can't be here. >> After speaking with the officers the woman let them inside the house. They wanted to question the suspect Dustin. But first, they had to wait a bit because he was sound asleep in the bedroom. >> Hey, Dustin. Dustin. Dustin, can you just sit up and talk to me? I know you're awake now. >> Dustin. Hey, Dustin. Dustin. Dustin. If you don't start waking up, I'm going to have to call an ambulance. Okay. >> Dude, I know you're not sleeping. Obviously, you're fighting back. >> Let's go. Get up. >> The officer saw the messy room where Dustin had been drinking alcohol and taking sleeping pills. He had passed out, leaving the newborn completely unsupervised. That couldn't be ignored. And soon, the cops woke Dustin up by force, something he didn't like at all. >> Dustin, can you just sit up for me? >> Sit up. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. >> Dustin. Dustin, stop >> the sheriff's office. Dustin, >> stay right there. Dustin. >> Dustin. >> Dustin, calm down. >> Dustin, get the >> Dustin, sit down. >> Sit down. >> Dustin, >> sit down. Sit down. We're just here to talk to you. >> Dustin, >> we're just here to talk to you. We're just here to talk to you. >> Dustin, >> we're just here to talk to you. >> What the is going on right now? >> You're going to make it worse. You're just making it worse. >> Dustin, what the what's going on right now? >> Sit down. We're here to talk to you. >> Sit down. Right here. >> SIT DOWN. THIS DOESN'T HAVE TO GO THIS WAY. >> YOU YOU DON'T TELL me what the to do in my own house. >> We got called here about the fight. >> What fight? >> Justin, >> calm down. >> Just take it easy. Just here. We're We're all talking. Doesn't have to get physical. Just sit down and talk to us. >> You woke me up from sleeping. YOU WANT TO TELL ME IT'S not physical? You got to listen to the [ __ ] >> Listen to me. >> The officers explained to the suspect that his girlfriend had called because of the assault. Dustin claimed he had no idea what they were talking about. They also informed him that she had called the police because he was drinking while watching the baby. Once he realized that, he became quite hostile toward the cops. >> What do you want to breath for? >> Talk to us. >> Go to the [ __ ] gym, you piece of [ __ ] Or use your taser. You're not being very smart right now. >> I don't give a about these two dumb in my house. You started this, >> Justin. >> You started this. >> Our baby wide awake and you pass the couch. >> I WENT TO BED because you were talking. >> She called. >> Because I said I trap. >> She called. Listen, she called. We have to talk. We have to talk to both parties. We've been sitting here trying to wake you up this whole time. That's all we're trying to do is talk to you, dude. >> All right. Well, you know what? I'm on sleep meds and I'm going back to sleep. [music] If you got a problem, >> step it up and use your taser. You >> shut the middle eastern piece of >> Look at you, tough guy. What? >> I guarantee you put your cash out. Stop using your badge and I'll beat the [ __ ] out of you in the parking lot. >> He arrogantly went back to bed. He probably thought he would just wake up and the cops won't be there. But he was wrong. In a calm and non-confrontational voice, the officer once again asked him for an explanation. >> Justin, can you just explain to me what happened when she got home? That's why >> there's nothing that happened. >> Okay. There's absolutely nothing that happened. >> So So she had said that when she got home, you were sleeping. She tried to take the baby back and you didn't let her. That's what she's saying that happened. She didn't make any accusations against you about >> I didn't keep the baby from her. >> Okay. So, what happened? >> I watched the baby all day. >> Okay. >> That's my job. >> Why don't you get the out of here? >> He's just He's just backing him up, dude. Making sure. >> Dude, do I look like I'm a threat to him? >> You just got up and got right out of here. >> That's why I'm here. >> Keep talking, man. >> Oh, I would love to. Wish I could see you outside. Get the out of here. He's fine. >> I'm just here backing HIM UP. >> HE'S FINE. >> JUST HERE talking to me. He's just here with me. Okay, dude. Come on. All right. Don't do this. >> Dustin suddenly stood up in a threatening way. At that moment, it wasn't clear whether he was about to attack the officers or finally tell them what they wanted to know. He directed his anger toward one of the cops in particular. >> Yeah, I got his back. Get the out of here, you piece of >> trying nothing to do buting hurt me. Get the out of here, dude. >> I didn't do nothing till you got up and got in HIS >> THERE IS NOTHING THAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO that man in my room. Get the out of here. >> I'm going to stay right here. Okay, I'm going to stay right here behind you. How about that? >> Dustin really talked like an entitled bully. But by doing so, he was risking an unpleasant end to his encounter with the police. Soon, the other officer managed to get Dustin talking about his girlfriend and their problems. >> Her son's father took her daughter away from her, and her other son's father, because she has two baby daddies, is trying to keep that son away from her. And now she's trying to do the same thing with him. Probably because of my background, cuz 20 years ago, I was convicted of kidnapping. So, >> she's probably trying to do the same thing. I'll be right back with you, Dustin. Okay, >> keep talking to her. Good news. >> Soon, the officers gathered for a brief discussion. They reviewed the information they had collected and commented on Dustin's behavior. It didn't take long for them to make a decision. >> Dustin, you want to step out to living with us just so we can not be in this hallway? >> No, I'm good with the hallway. >> Okay. Wherever he tells you, you're going to go. >> So, right now, obviously, both you just battered both me and Bern officer right there. Yeah, for sure. >> I battered someone. You just pushed us both back against the wall. You were trying to grab my neck. >> I haven't touched you. >> That is all body camera. That's all body camera. >> Protect us. Protect you. Okay. >> So, [clears throat] right now, if you are going to be under arrest for that, okay? >> Do you agree [music] with this? >> So, you might want to be cooperative on this cuz you're going to get get more charges if you ended up fighting. Okay. >> I haven't done anything wrong. You guys woke me up out of a bed. >> You have some shoes you can put on. >> He just told you you're under arrest. That's right. >> You know what, Dustin? They're going to arrest you. Just let them arrest you. You'll have your day in court. If you were sleeping and they woke you up, >> then you're going to have to tell the judge what happened. >> Let's go. >> Dustin, do not you don't want to get more charges here. Okay. >> Dustin disagreed with the charges the officers read to him. He apparently consulted his father on the phone who advised him not to resist. But Dustin seemed more willing to resist the police than listen to reason. You will get tased. >> You will get tas hands down. You're going to get tased. >> Just put your hands. >> Put your hand around and put your hands behind your back. >> What the did I do? Put your hands behind your back. I'll talk to you. I'll have a man to man conversation. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Then talk to me. Put your hands behind your back. Be cooperative cuz you have not been cooperative at all. I'M STARTING TO DYLAN. >> I JUST WOKE UP. >> OKAY. BUT THEN when you did, you started pushing them. And when they told you to stop, YOU DIDN'T STOP. >> I DIDN'T KNOW WHO HE WAS. WELL, WHEN THEY TELL YOU TO STOP AND they're police officer, you need to stop. Okay. Go ahead and take your hands off. Tell me WHAT THE I DID WRONG. Battery police officer. You're not going to talk aggravated battery to any police officer if you shove them. >> And there's no there's no We're trying to make it so it's not worse for you. >> Listen to your dad. >> So, you need to let them put the cuffs on you, take you out of there, and >> you can show the proof when you go to court. It's your under. >> I SHOULD NEED TO DEFEND MYSELF. >> DUSTIN. DUSTIN. >> He denied assaulting the officers, but they thought otherwise. They warned him that if he continued behaving this way, he'd only make things worse for himself. They ordered him to put his hands behind his back and cooperate. >> You're making it worse. This is all going to be shown in front of a jury, okay? If you get to that point. Okay. >> What did I do? You know, it's full. >> Dustin, just put your hand back. Dustin, just put your hand back. Put your hands behind your back. Let's [music] go. >> Just turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're gonna make it worse, man. And I'm trying to help you out. I'm trying to talk to you, buddy. >> Just put your hands behind your back. >> No, you're going to make it worse. >> It's okay. >> Okay. It's going to be a lot worse if you if you try something. >> You're going through a lot. >> I get that. It's a pain in the butt. >> No, I didn't battery you. >> Just turn around. >> Did I battery you? Obviously, I think that if you if we're putting you on >> be honest, >> I am. >> You think that I batteried you? >> Turn. >> For the last time, the officers asked him to turn around and place his hands behind his back voluntarily. The police had no intention of waiting any longer. And soon they restrained him and did what needed to be done. >> Turn around, Dustin. Just put your hands behind your back. Just >> Dustin, >> Dustin, you're going to get tamed. Stop. >> Dustin, >> knock it off. Dustin, give me your arm. >> Get [screaming] on the ground. >> ALL RIGHT. >> ON THE GROUND NOW. >> NO, YOU'RE GOING TO DROP TO THE GROUND. >> What the do you want? >> HOW CAN I PUT HIM ON THE GROUND WHEN YOU'RE HOLDING me up? >> Is wrong with you? You piece of >> THE CUFFS ARE ON. GET YOURING hands off me, you >> are you done? Are you done? >> Are you done? You ignorant piece of >> Are you done now? >> Yeah, you tasered me and I'm still a what? >> You're a piece of [ __ ] You know damn well that I didn't hurt you. You piece of >> I hope [clears throat] to god someone actually does give you a reason to use a taser. >> Thanks a resistant person. The officers placed Dustin in the patrol car. He kept cursing and protesting his arrest. Afterward, they spoke with his girlfriend who gave them some interesting information about his criminal background. >> Had like a violence against youth because he was um >> so like abused [music] as a kid, >> okay, >> by some guys. So he started doing a lot of drugs >> and he stole a vehicle with a kid in the back seat and he didn't realize it until he drove [music] off. >> This was years ago on the >> 20 years ago. Yeah. >> So he's on the registry and this is his last year on. >> The officers advised Dustin's girlfriend to seek another place to stay in case she didn't feel safe living with him. Dustin was charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery on an officer and two counts of resisting arrest. Due to his extensive criminal record, he was sentenced to 3 years in prison. On April 20th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a gas station after receiving a call about a battery in progress. A customer had reportedly punched one of the employees. When the officers arrived on scene, they spoke with the victim. any other medical? >> No, I don't. >> Can you go? Can you tell them what happened? >> Well, I was walking back there. I told them that they cannot go into the back. The back is now closed off. She said, "You don't have to yell." I wasn't yelling. So, I'm going back there to come in this way. He follows me back there. And that's whenever I turn around and he's right there yelling. And then he punches me in the chest. Then she goes, "What are you doing?" And I said, "You both need to get out of my store." So then he reaches like this as if he's going to get a gun or something. And that's when she like literally puts herself between he and I. And then his girlfriend pulls him back down and says, "No, baby. Let's go." >> Okay. All right. So, she got in between you guys. >> She got in between both of us. Yeah. >> Did you get hurt at all? Anything happened to you? No. Okay. Um All right. So, can I just get your um name and information right now? >> So, did he actually physically touch you? >> He punched me in the chest. >> In the chest? >> In the chest. Yes. >> Okay. The employee said he wanted to press charges against the arrogant customer. Then the officers talked to his female coworker who was inside the gas station during the incident and witnessed what had happened. >> So can you just run me from the beginning to of when your worker was struck in the chest? >> Yeah. So he as he was walking he went over here. He seen them going to the back. Automatically knew they were going to the bathroom. All he said was, "You can't go to the bathroom. The bathrooms are closed." They continue to still walk. He said it one more time. She turned around. She's like, "You don't have to yell. You don't have to yell." He's like, "Wasn't yelling." >> Who said that? >> The woman. She's like, "You don't have to yell." And Danny, >> my coworker, he walked back there. He's like, "Wasn't yelling, but okay." >> And then her boyfriend, the the guy, he just came over there and just started screaming, yelling, and this and that. They both started walking and screaming at him at the same time. So that's why I went over there cuz I believe was there by himself. >> Okay. So you walked over there and while he's >> walking over there, the man hits him and then walks back cuz I don't know why. >> So where were you when he hit him? >> I was probably like right here. >> Okay. So this is after or before you intervened? >> This was before he hit him before and then he walked away. So then I walked over here right here. So he's right here. Girlfriend's right here. Ranger is being confined. >> Okay. >> And so you saw from right here there? >> Yes. Right over here. >> The officers checked the IDs of both workers, then began searching for the suspect and his girlfriend. Soon the police located them, a male motorcyclist with a neon green helmet and a female one riding a black motorcycle. Get out. >> STOP. [screaming] STOP. GET UP. >> We are going to rip you off this fight. I'M HOLDING THE BRAKE. I'M HOLDING the brake. >> Listen. Listen. >> Why can't you turn it off? >> Where? If you DO SOMETHING STUPID, BAD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN. >> PUT IT IN NEUTRAL. >> The female motorcyclist left her boyfriend and sped off. The suspect, Brayley, stubbornly refused to turn off his engine and was clearly waiting for the right moment to escape if the officers got distracted for even a second. But one of the cops held the motorcycle's brake while the other grabbed Brayleyy's arm. >> Hold it right here. Stay right there. Hold that in. If you let GO OF THAT, THIS BIKE'S GOING TO GO FLYING. YOU'RE GOING TO COME RIPPED OFF. >> SO, do not >> I'M NOT PUTTING THE GAS DOWN. THAT'S NOT HAPPENING. >> SO, what's going to happen IS WE'RE GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER person come and hold that. You're getting off this bike. The bike will not turn off here. We had the right to kill Get off the bike. I got I got him over here. >> I don't do nothing. I don't do nothing. I don't do nothing. >> I got him. I got him. I got Relax. Relax. I got him cut right here. >> Right here. >> The officers took Brayley into custody and restrained him. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, who had taken off on her own, was also apprehended. The officers informed Brayley what had happened to her and what her fate would likely be. >> Hey, just so just so you know, your girl, >> your girl, she's going to prison with you as well. >> She just crashed. >> We picked her up. We got her. >> She crashed. >> Yeah, >> she crashed >> and she's going to prison. So, >> driving, cleaning, and looting. >> What? >> What the What the I don't understand what you say, man. We don't do we don't do nothing of what you saying. >> I'm sure you did over here. >> I as soon as you put in front of me, I just uh stop. >> Yeah, cuz you had nowhere to go, bro. >> You shouldn't have to pull. >> No, I just stop. I I I could, but I I just do it. >> Listen, we shouldn't have to pull in front of you for you to stop. If there's red and blue lights, you stop. >> The officers walked Brayley to the patrol car. As they placed him inside, one of them realized there might be a specific reason for his arrogant behavior. >> How much you had to drink today? I ain't drink today. Okay. >> Not even a dream. Not even a dream, man. I live I come from Miami to Hudson to move to >> live in Miami though. >> Huh? I say Miami area because my family I was on D. >> No, I'm >> You want to go outside? >> Oh, >> I don't drink today. >> You want to go outside? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> I didn't even drink today. >> Brayley was taken to jail. He was charged with resisting an officer without violence, driving while his license was suspended, simple battery, and failure to have a motorcycle endorsement on his driver's license.
