[Music] Go ahead. [Music] Stop. Get the whole out. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Get the [ __ ] out. [Music] The [ __ ] out. >> Oh my god. Get out. Get out. >> Officers were dispatched to a Circle K in Ocala, Florida after a frantic 911 call came in reporting that an employee had just been assaulted by two black female customers. >> It smells like there's alcohol everywhere. This lady trashed my store. >> She came behind the counter. >> Literally came behind the counter and attacked her. >> Okay. >> It goes on and on throughout the store on our way out. F. >> All right. Are you injured anywhere, ma'am? >> Like, >> I don't think so. I have little cuts and scrapes. My glasses are broken. >> Do you need EMS? >> No. >> No. Have you ever seen this person before? >> I'm pretty sure she's come in before. Yeah. >> Okay. >> The lady trying to steal. >> It's all on camera. >> Let me quick question. Was she in Was she trying to steal? >> Yes. >> And you confronted her? >> I asked her where are the cans of alcohol that she had cuz I watched her take it out of the door. She put them in the four cup pup that's down there after she threw it at me because they smell like alcohol. It's all over the machine. >> Joe, she poured them in there. >> Yeah. So, when I asked her where the cans were, she got all defensive and then was like, "Say I won't." And then she threw the cup at me. Sorry. She threw the cup at me. >> Okay. >> And then she came around the corner and >> she hit me. So, I hit her back. >> Okay. >> And a customer, a male customer that was trying to buy stuff came around the counter along with her little friend >> and had to pull her off of me. And then I told her to get the out and leave. And she kept running her mouth. She went outside, came back in, went outside, came back in, tried to trace me around the store again. And I kept walking away from her. And she kept calling me a scared [ __ ] I'm not scared of you. I just don't want to lose my job. Not to mention I'm 4 foot 11 and you're like what? 5 6 foot away from me. I'm tiny. >> I don't want to be beat up by nobody. >> What were they saying when they were bringing their those cups in? >> Um cuz I had seen her go over there cuz the doors make a ding ding when you open them. So when they opened, I looked over there and I could see her and she had two cans in her hand. Walked over to the Polar Pop area on this side of the counter. >> So then when she came up with her friend, she had two Polar Pop cups but no cans. So I already knew I'm not dumb. I've worked for Circle K for seven years. I know how this works. So I was like, "Where's the cans of alcohol?" And she goes, "Oh, I didn't want them anymore, so I threw them away." And I said, "Well, can you go get them so you can pay for them?" And she goes, "Why don't you go get them?" And was in my face. And then picked up the cup. And she was like, "Say I won't like to throw it at me." Which she [ __ ] did. And I was like, "I'm not saying that you won't." I was like, "I just want the cans. You go get them." And she threw it at me. And then she came around the counter and >> yeah, >> chaos. She hit me. I hit her. I might have hit the friend and the poor customer that was there cuz my glasses were off. So feet, fist, everything just >> Okay. When they came back into the store, did they say anything or >> the the friend didn't come back in, but she had come back in and she had went over there, which I'm guessing she was looking for her stuff. Um, she came back over there. I was running her mouth and I told her, I'm sorry for my language. I told her, "Get the [ __ ] out. >> Like, just get the [ __ ] out. Go away." Okay. >> And then she came back up to the counter and then started walking this way like she was going to come back over behind the counter. >> The friend. >> No, the girl that hit me. >> So then I stepped over the [ __ ] on the floor to go that way and she called me a scared [ __ ] Which you're two times my size, lady. I'm not a fighter. Yeah, I'm going to stay the hell away from you. And then she won out. And then I think she came back in one more time and then they left. >> Okay. And then I locked the doors because at that point I wasn't helping nobody and I was done. I did cuss at her, but that was after the fact. But I wasn't aggressive. I wasn't rude. I wasn't mean. I don't know what the hell is wrong with people. Should be considered child abuse and tiny. As officers were finishing up their reports at the scene, a man and woman approached them, asking about a lost key that was reportedly found inside the store. When questioned about their connection to the incident, the woman revealed she was the mother of one of the suspects. She told officers her daughter had just texted her, admitting she got into a fight at Circle K and believed she might be going to jail. >> I don't know what happened cuz I was home. So she text me and said she just got in the fight. >> Okay. >> So I'm like, "Okay." >> She said, "I just got in the fight to the circle cave and the lady think that me and the girl was stealing >> like that." >> And I'm like, she say, "I might be going to jail." >> Okay. >> So I was like, "Okay." Okay. >> So, I don't know what happened inside the store. I don't know if she was in there stealing. >> I don't know. So, >> gotcha. >> I mean, if you if you do get a hold of your daughter, her best bet is just come talk to me. All right. He has my case number and go from there. >> Yeah. >> You know, you know what I'm saying? If if if her side of the story is different to what I was told, then I can write her statement what's going on. But from you just telling me saying that she got into a fight into into the store, I need her side of her story. Okay. >> But like I said, I gave him I provided him my name with the case number so owner of that of that of that key can come to the PD and claim it. >> Okay. She said, "Ma, I don't know if I will be going to jail, >> okay, >> or not, but I just I'm just letting you know that I got into a fight with a lady at Circle K." We know what Circle K, >> okay? >> Cuz she ain't You see the thing? Didn't say. >> So, so called the police. She called somebody. She called the Okay. He called the police on me cuz she said that I was stealing which we wasn't we was going to pay for it. Me and Jose. >> Okay. >> That's my text. Well, I don't have any money so I don't know what to tell you. >> I got you. Okay. Like I said, if you can call her, text her, whatever. I work till 7. Her best bet is just to call me I can talk to her in person and go from there. Cuz if not, I'm I'mma put out a warrant for her arrest. >> Honey, that's fine with me. >> Okay, >> it's my thing. I'm just being as a mama. For real. For real. I rather her be in jail instead of shot >> cuz most people I ain't saying you but most people in general will actually shoot past >> all is tell you to do what you need to do sir cuz >> this [ __ ] is too much for me. >> Okay. >> But I like I said I don't know what happened in this store. They got cameras. >> Yeah. >> So, whatever happened, I'm quite sure they gonna run the cameras back. >> Oh, okay. Well, >> I got you. >> So, what she stealing? >> [ __ ] Be honest with me. She was stealing. >> Shame. >> Shame. >> Thank you. >> Mom, do you uh mind if I take your ident your name >> that may contact? You know, you asked for the keys, but I cannot, you know. >> I'm Alicia Jacobs and yes, I have been in trouble. I don't care if you've been in trouble. >> Just letting you know. >> How you feel right now? How you feel right now? >> I feel good. >> Like a damn snitch. [Applause] So, you don't have your ID on you? >> No, I don't have my ID. >> All right. Can you just write it down for me real quick then? >> I told on my damn self. How about that? >> Oh, that was funny. >> No, they ain't funny. I'm sorry, Mom, but I had >> He had to say it. >> That was too funny. I'm just standing over here laughing. >> How about them apples? Long as I told on myself. >> Mom's dropping everything. I was a bad girl. >> I'm the good kid. >> Yeah, he's a good kid. Thank you, Jesus. >> I stay home and go to work for my family. >> Just full name and date of birth, please. >> Oh, boy. You pulled me up. [Music] >> I'm not going after you. I'm going after your daughter. >> Shame on her. Come here, Captain. I can use your bike. >> That's crazy. You got a whole car right here. That's crazy. That's cool, though. >> You could You should have had >> You not me. >> I snitched on myself. How about that? >> You got it. Miss Jacobs, can I have your phone number? >> 352 2926522 because she don't have a phone. Only way she can contact is when she get by Wi-I. >> Gotcha. All right. So, look, whenever she makes contact with you, tell her best bet is just come to the police department or I'll meet up with somebody with her. I'll take her to the jail real quick. Get it over with so she hasn't be looking over her shoulder every time she's out. Okay. So, I like I said, I work till 7. So, if she can come to me before 7 before I send out a warrant for her, but she is she is going to be placed on arrest once I see her. So, just let her know she is going to jail, right? Say, "Hey, look, officer was being honest. She will be going to jail." And uh her best bet is just say, "Hey, Officer Rodriguez, I'm here." >> She should have stayed ass. I could have moved a little. All righty, guys. Any questions? >> No. >> No. >> With her identity confirmed and probable cause established, the suspect was later taken into custody after turning herself in. She now faces serious charges, including burglary with battery, petty theft, and criminal mischief.
