finally submitting to the arrest after so many shocks he's finally handcuffed Breathing heavily from all the resistance the him sa him again stop resisting keep it in your back the suspect who was later identified as Seth is taken to the back of a squad car to be brought to the Marshfield Medical Center ER in order to get medical clearance the police check the helpful bystander for injuries and prevented by the timely intervention of police officers and a helpful bystander Seth was charged with resisting an officer causing soft tissue injury retail theft under $500 carrying a concealed knife getting close police officers surround the suspect identified as Maddie and a female officer approaches her to conduct a body search and they hit the jackpot finding a small crackpipe in her back pocket all the while the other female is still roaming around next to the truck finally she's approached by a police officer who she calmly proceeds to follow to a patrol car you got anything on you I need to know about oh let's wash it up first yeah do you have anything on you that's going to stick me poke me or hurt meey of her hand she took a heck of a stumble down what's in this back pocket there you go keep that Maddy's placed into a squad car to be transported to a hospital to have her injuries examined while the other female identified as Desiree was initially placed under arrest the cops eventually let her go stand up here we're taking to the hospital there you go give me a second cuz she's good she can go because uh she's uh she was uh she's still here and she's uh she's Cooperative pretty much so that's all right thank you her partner is going to jail so I'm telling his car we're glad that's finally over however despite being placed in a patrol car one can never be too careful although she can't easily Escape now Maddie attempts to weasel out of this one using a different tactic when the sergeant approaches her hello Sergeant Jones with Dayton Police what though she tried to play it cool in the beginning she was too nervous from what info we have the other female Desiree wasn't charged with anything you may think that you're able to run away from the cops but no matter how confident you are the chances you'll get away are always pretty slim and you're only going to make things worse for yourself all of these perpetrators had at least one chance to make it less problematic for themselves but they still chose to escalate things let's hope that somehow they've learned their lesson
