on March 24th 2023 at approximately 2:37 p.m. officers were dispatched to Dollar General in reference to a reported verbal disturbance the caller stated a female subject was going off on everyone and refusing to leave the store upon arrival officers located the female subject inside the store at the cash register hello there gety to off I got the whole video here she's lost her mind on me I'm not doing nothing have you paid for anything yet tring she has not paid for anything she's telling me to push she doesn't want you anymore so for my store I paid for some of it okay I don't want cash back you haven't paid for anything I'm trying to do 100 off the deit you haven't paid for anything okay if you haven't paid for anything you need to get out the store but you're automatically going off for the suspect was charged with resisting a peace officer Criminal Trespass and disorderly conduct she was released after posting a $100 cash Bond on July 26th 2023 a guilty plea was entered for the resisting a peace officer charge the criminal trespass and orderly conduct charges were dismissed she was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge 30 days home confinement and must pay $524 in
