Get on your back. >> Everybody >> Everybody take me to the car. >> Okay. >> You back off. [screaming] >> Valerie, come here. Valerie. Valerie, come here. >> Mom, stop. >> Come here. Stop. >> I can go pee. >> Stop. Stop. >> Anything can happen in the line of duty. [clears throat] While police officers are so used to [music] routine calls that feel repetitive and mundane, they sometimes encounter something unexpected. And that gives us 3 hours of one in a million body cam moments. On January 28th, 2024, Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress. According to reports, an unknown female suspect had entered a residence, stole items, and fled through a rear door. As the responding officer arrived on the scene, he spoke to the victim who pointed out the suspect's vehicle, and the chase was on. Not bad. In an unlucky turn of events for the suspect, she pulled right into a dead end, allowing the officer to box her in. Not knowing who he was dealing with, the officer exited his vehicle and took cover behind his door with his gun drawn, ordering the suspect to get out of her vehicle. >> Ma'am. Hey. >> Ma'am, open your door. >> You see that side? I can't see the back. >> Blocked in at the dead end. She's refusing to come out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car. Do it now. >> Why? >> Get out of the car. Do it now. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Do it now. Park you a little bit. >> Did I do something once? >> That was not the time for the suspect to ask questions. The officer gave her a direct order to exit the vehicle. Yet, she refused to listen. They already smashed the passenger window. And if she didn't comply soon, things were going to get a lot worse for her. >> Seat belt open. >> Did I do something wrong? Did I do something wrong? >> Step out, man. Step out. Step out. >> Did I do something wrong? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Did I do something wrong? This is my car. This is my car. Did I do something wrong? Did I do something wrong? This is my car. >> Didn't say it wasn't. >> Did you got anything on you? >> No, I don't have nothing. >> You were in somebody's house and you don't belong in Whose house were you? >> That was my house. >> It's not your house. >> That was my house. This is my car. >> What's your address? >> Uh, [ __ ] >> What? You ain't in the right neighborhood. >> Sure. Um, did I did you just shoot me in my face, though? >> No one shot. That was wrong. >> No one shot you. They broke the window out. >> With the suspect in cuffs, she was escorted to a nearby cruiser to be searched. Considering she said she did nothing wrong, she had an unusual way of showing it. As innocent people typically don't try to break free and make a run for it. >> You got anything on you? >> Don't be pulled away. Damn it. Not quitting. >> You shot me. You shot me in my face. You shot me in my face, man. You shot me in my face for no reason. You shot 341. Go ahead and start. >> You shot me in my face, man. You shot me in my face. >> You shot me in my face, dude. Now, after this, I'm going to die. >> Yeah, we're going right there. After this, I'm going to go >> cuz you shot me in my face already. You tried to kill me. >> I knocked the glass out to reach in. >> No, you tried to kill me. >> Whether she was on drugs or just delusional, why she thought the officers shot her in the face was anyone's guess. That said, she was lucky she didn't get shot considering she fled from the officers and refused to step out of her car when they ordered her to. Next, the caller who filed the police report arrived on the scene. >> Are you the original victim? >> Huh? >> Are you the original caller? >> Yeah. >> All right. We'll meet you at the house. >> Okay. >> Don't go in. Don't touch anything. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> We'll just we'll just meet you over there in a few minutes. Are you okay? >> I Man, that scared me. >> What happened? You pulled up and she was in the house. >> No, I was laying in my bed and my daughter just called for me to come get her at work at Airline Dairy Cream. So, I was going slow and I My kids are constantly in and out. I got teenage kids and I heard the back door open. Well, I went to go out and I looked down. I see a white car thinking it's one of the kids' friends. >> So, I was like I text my daughter. I said, "I'm going to wait." I said, "There's somebody at the back door." I was waiting for him to leave. One of the kids' friends. >> Well, then they came in and she met me right there in my kitchen with Is that a man or a woman? >> Standing there looking at me face to face and I'm like, "What?" I said, and she said, "You're not real." And she said, "I want your charger and I want your dog." And the dog was sitting at my feet, but it's on a leash because it gets out. And I said, "Okay." And I started backing up like this. And I said, "All right." I said, "Let's go. Let's go out here." And I got to the front door. And I walked out the front door, went and got my truck, and locked the door. And she stood in there. She went in my daughter's room, grabbed some stuff, and then took off. I seen her go running out the back door. So I pulled around back to block her in, and then she went right over my fence. So, >> but it seems like there's >> Oh, yeah. Of course. We'll meet you at the house, though. >> There was no doubt about it. She was definitely delusional or high on something. No sane person burglarizes a home for a phone charger and a dog. The suspect continued to make a scene on the pavement before the police had had enough and loaded her into a squad car. >> I'm taking this. I'm taking this right now. >> Who knows? >> No. >> I know. That's why I got this leg locked up. >> Yeah. Grab some. Grab some again. Shoot me again. >> Shoot me again. >> Shoot me again. Shoot me again. [screaming] >> Won't you give me a break? >> Grab the hob. Grab the hob. Get the hob. I'm not resisting. [laughter] I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. You didn't just kill me. You just shot me. >> It was strange for the suspect to claim that she wasn't resisting, considering she was kicking and resisting so much that they had to tase her in order to get her into the vehicle. But if you thought that was bad, you haven't seen anything yet. It turned out the suspect was just getting started. >> Maybe that side. >> You're going to get pepper spray if you don't stop. Stop. >> Drive. Drive, boy. That's your hers. >> And do it by yourself. >> You're not getting nowhere. You're not going to get nowhere without me. >> No, we're going together. >> 341. You still car? >> No, you're going by yourself. I am. Go ahead. >> Shut up. [clears throat] Just turn around. >> I break this window. It's over for you. So, I suggest you pepper spray. >> Okay. Just watch. She will bite, kick, scratch, fall. >> We have no idea who she is. We haven't even got her identified yet. >> She was tased, but it was a drive stop. >> Okay. >> No auto access. No. >> No. She broke into a house, took off. We got her stopped. >> Her name is She fought with us. >> You said she, right? So, what I'm doing over here? >> She was just here. >> What I'm doing over here, Mom? What I'm doing over here? >> Can you step out for me, please? >> No, I can't. I'm resisting. >> Don't Don't do this. >> Please. >> I'm resisting. >> Just get out. >> I'm resisting. >> I'm resisting. >> Resisting. Knock it off. >> Knock down. Stay down. I'm a man, bro. I'm a man, right? I'm a man, right? I don't want to get chased again. >> Well, then knock it off. >> For whatever reason, she kept insisting she was a man. But let's be honest, when it's time for her to get booked in jail, she'll probably be begging to go to the woman's lockup. And as the officer said, if she didn't want to get tased again, all she had to do was comply. >> I'm a man, right? I'm a man, right? >> Before anything, I'm a man. >> You like >> She was just in here. No. No. He He was just in here, right? He He was just in here. >> Keep tasting that back. He was just in here. He was just check. >> I just did pop. >> He was just in here. >> He was just in here, right? He You need to check the whole upper body. He He as a boy. He as a boy. >> Let's go. >> He as a boy. >> You could tell that the officers couldn't care less about what pronouns she wanted to go by. They were adults and had jobs to do. Their only concern was identifying her, processing her, and getting her to jail. Nothing more, nothing less. >> Oh my god. He is a boy or a girl. He's a boy or a girl. a boy or a girl. A boy or a girl. [clears throat] >> The suspect was charged with felony burglary, felony receiving stolen property, felony theft without consent, felony vandalism, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and misdemeanor obstructing official business. On June 13th, 2024, although a judge ruled that the prosecution had proven each defense beyond a reasonable doubt, she was found not guilty by reason of insanity. On April 5th, 2024, a mother and daughter duo were returning from Chili's when someone reported them to the cops for drunk driving. Obviously, getting behind the wheel drunk is never a good idea, but at first, the daughter tried to justify her mom's behavior and downplay what happened. >> What's going on with her? >> She had a little bit too much drink. I don't want her to drive. Somebody's >> right. >> Okay. >> She does. She knows she can't drive. She's a little bit too drunk. Chilies. Well, we just at Chili's right right >> drove here. >> She came from Chili's to here cuz we started driving as a mom. She even said I wish this park. >> So she drove here with me, >> but she's >> Why didn't she drive? >> I don't drive. I don't have a license. >> She's okay. She just Hello. >> Adam Sam 83 David Adam. >> You're okay. >> I don't know who called. >> Yeah, somebody called the police. So, the two women got into the car at Chili's, but the daughter tried to justify it because they only drove just a short distance. However, even sitting in the car drunk with the key in the ignition is considered a DUI. >> Please do yourself a favor. >> Nobody's driving. >> Do you have your identification? >> No, I don't. >> You do have to provide that to me. I have not drove today. She did. >> Can you give me your identification, please? >> I have no identification. >> Can you check in your purse? >> I did. >> It It behooves you to to >> Honey, I have no identification. I have not drove this car. >> Okay. >> Her I drove her friend to this position. >> I have no record of driving. >> Okay. So, can you provide me with your driver's license? No, I don't have no job. >> From the moment she talked, it was clear that this woman wasn't going to be easy to deal with. So, the officer turned to her daughter to identify her mom, Melissa. And Melissa didn't skip a beat. She quickly threw her daughter under the proverbial bus. She's going to drive us here today. >> Why are you so painful, man? >> No, she needs to know that I have not been in occupation of this vehicle. I have not been in occupation of this vehicle. She >> I witnessed you coming out coming out of the driver I pulled up. >> You may have witnessed it, but she asked me not to get her cuz she doesn't have a license. Uh-huh. >> So, I have not drove. >> Okay. >> Other than from there to this far, I have not drove other than letting her drive. >> It was hard to tell if Melissa was being deliberately annoying or if she just couldn't help herself. Either way, the officer remained calm and professional. And the more he let Melissa talk, the clearer it became that she would rack up more charges aside from the DUI. >> I don't like driving. >> Okay. Okay. Would you mind giving me your license? >> I don't have any anything to give you, sir. >> Okay. So, you're driving without a license as well? >> Um, I don't drive. >> I just witnessed you from the driver's seat. >> Yes, but she asked me to move from there to there. >> Three freaking parking spots to this spot. >> Why are you being so mean to me? >> I'm not being >> Yeah, you are. Cuz I'm actually licensed, which I know you clearly have. And you you're refusing to provide it to me. >> I'm telling you, she asked me to move to this spot. >> That's it. >> No. >> Yes, sir. >> Who's a registered owner of the vehicle, man? >> Uh his name, right? >> Who Who's he to you? >> He is my master electrician, sir. >> Master electrician. >> Yes. Yes, sir. >> That's all he is. There's no personal relationship. Okay. seat reclined and feet on the dashboard, Melissa didn't seem to grasp how serious the situation was. Melissa's daughter was clearly embarrassed by what's happening and understandably blamed her mom. It didn't take long for the two to start arguing. >> Stephanie, >> where's Steph? >> Do you have somebody you can call? >> No, but where's Stephanie? I don't know. Freaking Stephanie. What are you even talking about? I don't talking to Lily. >> Do you have anything with your name on it identifying you? No type of identification? >> Nothing. Her friend sucked me dropped us off at this spot. >> Um, how do you spell her name? Does she have Does she have a Florida license? >> I'm not going to lie to you guys. I don't know. >> Uh, does she have a Florida driver? >> I don't know what she's got. I don't really have a good relationship with her for obvious reasons. I wanted to have lunch with her today. It's just obviously out of control. >> Ran that way. >> Okay, we got somebody looking for Stephanie. All right. And you confirmed there's no Stephanie, right? >> I'm her mother. I've never joked. >> Don't do that. Is your mother still alive? >> I'm her mother. >> I know, but you said on on your mother, right? >> No, my mom's alive. Yes. >> Swear to your mother. That's Stephanie. >> Stephanie ran. She don't have a license. What's Stephanie look like? >> She's a blond hair six skinny head. >> You're a sovereign citizen as well? >> Yes, I am. I have put a 1040X on and I'm not no longer a part of the Federal Reserve. You cannot arrest me with any kind of signature. I am sovereign. You cannot arrest me under that law. >> Why are you yelling at me? >> I'm just telling you right now, I am sovereign. I'm not part of the Washington state. You can't do nothing to me. >> Nothing at all. >> Nothing. Look it up. >> As if she wasn't being annoying enough, Melissa suddenly remembered she was a sovereign citizen. The officer quickly turned to Emma, who confirmed her mom had an alcohol problem. As soon as she realized she wasn't getting any attention, Melissa had a mental breakdown. >> America was the only country. >> Okay, I understand all that. How about you just lay back and calm down? All right. [laughter] God, God gave us a sovereign nation. >> We'll pray for you right now. We'll pray for you. Just sit back and relax. Please fight for our country. >> Please fight for our country. Please fight for our country. The French attack, you know. Please. >> Melissa slowly spiraled into a bundle of tears, moaning, and nonsensical rants. Her daughter felt sorry for her and asked if she could give her a hug. As for the cops, they just tried to keep the mood light. >> They don't get it. You're either going to go to heaven or hell. That's it. >> They're having a conversation against each other. >> Not think about me. Guess what? If you decipher one way or the other, you will be nashing your teeth. You will be nashing your teeth and so will your family. >> By the time the officers were ready to read her Miranda rights, Melissa had finally calmed down. She refused to talk to them anymore, still hoping she would be able to go home free. Her daughter knew better. And as soon as her ride arrived, she got out of there. I hate you. Can you please hold me as I can? >> I love you, too. Please just get together. >> I don't have to. >> You kind of do. >> No, I really don't. I know my rights. I study law. >> You don't have >> What did I do wrong? >> He has nothing on video. He saw a girl running away. >> I don't know why I'm being arrested. >> Sorry. Never drove. I've been in a passenger seat. >> You never drove my car. >> I've never drove that car. >> Please. Thank you. >> Yes, sir. >> Watch your head. >> Yes, sir. >> On the ride to jail, Melissa passed the time by humming a song, which is a behavior the officers do not often see from Karen's. She was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing, obstruction, and driving with a suspended license. On December 17th, 2021, police officers were dispatched to Target following reports of an active shoplifting in progress. Known to law enforcement, the suspects had stolen a felony amount of merchandise just the day before. Unknown to the suspects, surveillance had captured them filling a cart to the brim with stolen merchandise. >> I got a receipt. >> You have a receipt? Let me see. >> Yeah, I have it right here. >> 41. We got one running. Brown shoes, gray pants, blue t-shirt towards Abacorn. Just ran across Abacorn over by the Murphy's. Give me a description. >> Brown boots, gray pants, blue t-shirt at Murphy's. See him? Where's he at? >> Just jumped into a gray sedan. >> All right, we're at I'm coming in the side parking lot. >> Charlie, Quebec Romeo 7472. >> Coming out near Bank of America. >> The suspect ripped out of the parking lot right past a patrol unit. However, the chase didn't last long as the officer soon lost sight of him. Back in Target, a female accomplice tried to throw the officers off her trail by changing t-shirts, but loss prevention witnessed the whole thing on camera and notified the officers. >> I'm pretty sure she was with them, but she just put on a new shirt. >> This one? >> Yes. All right. I don't have I'm going to turn off my license [panting] to the east side. That comes back to 2122 Mexico Street. also be invited to know. >> Hey, >> you got ID on you? >> First name is Trayvon. Let's walk back up here. What? >> What? I ain't getting out with you. >> You better get your hands off of me. >> You're an own shoplifter. >> Oh, >> give me your hand. >> I can walk with you. Don't do it. >> Give me your hand. >> Don't drop my phone. The officer eventually managed to get the cuffs on the suspect and marched her straight back to Target and into the loss prevention office. That made two suspects accounted for, but there was still a third suspect lurking around somewhere. >> Did you pull that shirt off the sales floor? >> That's fine. They'll be able to watch video. Go ahead. >> Have a seat on the bench over there. What's your last name? >> My cell 21108. >> Take him to jail. I'll be taken to jail. >> Okay. So you you'll just sit in jail until you are identified. >> Okay. >> So you'll be booked under Jane Doe. >> Okay. >> You still want to see it done? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Just so you know, you're refusing to provide your information is another charge. It's called obstruction by Hindering. >> This called what? >> Obstruction by hindering. >> And what is that? It's you not providing me with your information that you are required by law to provide. >> Just take me to jail. >> What's your last name? >> Simmons. >> Simmons. Spell that. >> You can't spell Simmons. >> How do you spell it? >> Simmons. How I spell it everywhere. >> Is it 1 M? Two M's? >> Two M. >> 20 M's. >> 20 M. She definitely had an attitude, but at least she was providing the officer with the information he needed. Next, the officers had the monumental task of tallying and cataloging all of the stolen items for their report. >> Yeah, that'd be >> Hey, y'all don't charge me. I ain't walk out with no buggy. >> No, >> she helps like >> I did not help nothing. Okay, you can argue with the courts about it. >> [clears throat] >> Yep. [clears throat] >> Actually just did this yesterday. >> Which one? It was the season. >> So far, I wasn't by the precinct. I was like, >> you provided me with a name and date of birth. >> All right, we'll check to make sure. >> Sometimes my name. >> Okay, well, we're just going to double check it. >> The amount of stolen items was staggering. Boxes upon boxes kept coming through the door. Sadly, it seemed as though the trio were stealing their Christmas shopping in hopes of having a free Targetf funed family Christmas for their friends and family. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He had he could see that behind me. Where >> was him? That's >> her. And still the packages kept coming and coming. It's one thing [music] to be disappointed that you can't afford a present or two for your children. But attempting to fund your Christmas celebration through shoplifting was unreal and beyond greedy. >> Oh, look. Shoplifting. That was why she didn't want to give me her information. >> I got her social and all that stuff here, too, if you need it. >> Oh, and by the way, you do have a state driver's license. Or at least you did at one point. >> You want her social? >> I'm out of ambig. >> It should be attached to the warrant. >> Oh, it should be. I've got it here. >> 80074. >> 874. >> Yes. >> From the other girl. She got away. I'm going to go ahead and search you. >> That's the same. >> We'll go ahead and uh submit that as evidence. >> I'm going to submit my phone as evidence instead >> cuz you're coordinating conspiracy of a crime. >> Through what? >> Through your cell phone. I believe your cell phone has information regarding the people that you're helping still in the shop with. >> Where's the iPhone? Y'all can't get it. Whatever. >> Okay, >> you go ahead and shut it off. That way they can't wipe it. >> I already put it on your mouth to wipe it. Who the hell won't wipe it? >> The woman was charged with felony theft by shoplifting and obstruction by hindering. In addition to having two outstanding felony warrants from other agencies, she had stolen merchandise valued at over $5,000, but that was only the documented amount. The male accomplice who escaped now faces multiple felony warrants, while the third female accomplice remains identified. On June 20th, 2024, famous rapper Travis Scott was kicked off a rented yacht in Miami [music] Beach, Florida. According to reports, the rapper was supposed to get off the yacht at midnight, but overstayed his welcome, leading to a confrontation between the captain and him. >> Yep. Everyone put their hand on their head. Everybody put their hands on their head. Everybody put their hands on their head. >> You have a firearm on you, >> sir. >> Yo, come here, >> buddy. Do you have a firearm on you? >> You have a firearm on you? >> You have a firearm on you? >> Come here. >> I'm right here. The officers received reports that someone on board the vessel had a firearm, so they weren't taking any chances as the dispute was mainly between Travis and the captain. The officers got his side of the story. >> Huh? >> I need to get understanding of what's going on. >> I rented this boat. These are the owners. The owner pulled up. They they told me I have to go at 12:00. It's 12:52. >> I was in my room. The captain kicked the door open >> at 12, maybe a little bit before 12:00. >> Okay. >> I told him it was disrespectful for him to kick the door open while I'm in a room >> with my friend. >> And then the owner pulled up and I was like, "Why didn't you come to my security?" >> This is my security right here. So, right now, all we got is an owner, a captain, and his wife. >> That's all I got. >> Travis's story was ludicrous. He had rented the boat until 12:00 that night. Yet, when the captain told him it was time to go, Travis felt disrespected. That led to an argument because he refused to leave, forcing the captain to call the police. >> They rent boats out for 4 hours, 4 hours is nothing to me. >> Okay. So, what they want? >> I don't want anything. All I want is a respect. And I was going to leave. >> Ain't nobody going to move me off of nothing. They can call 911, 1011, 111, but nobody's going to move me off of nothing. >> Hey, sit down. >> I will sit down. I won't sit down. >> You're not listening. >> I'll put you. >> Hey, grab yours. Hey, security. >> Where? It's like that. My kids is like that. All my kids is like that. up my kids like I >> don't touch me. I didn't tell you to want me to sit down. I want you to sit down. >> You want me to sit down with you? What else you want me to do? >> Because I'm going to check what you got in your bag. >> Yeah, it's hard. Nothing but hard drives and laptops. >> Listen. Okay. >> You want to be cordial? >> I'm super cordial. >> One thing you know about me, I'm the smoothest. >> No, just you know, just listen to it. >> Ain't nothing on me, baby. >> You I'm telling you to sit down and you still >> You ask. You sit down. >> Sit down. Make sure you check that backpack, though. Check that backpack. >> Unfortunately for Travis, it didn't matter if he felt disrespected. When he rented the boat, he signed a contract. He was supposed to be out by 12, so he violated the contract by refusing to leave. After hearing his side of the story, the officer spoke to the captain. >> He's a captain8. >> So, >> let me give you a rundown real quick. >> Uh, basically, he's captain the boat. The owner of the boat kind of like rents out. >> No, he wasn't here. >> No, I know. But the owner rents out the boat. People pay. He takes them out. Correct. Uh they come back, they leave. He said they docked. He was supposed to leave. It was 20 minutes past the time that this guy was supposed to get to the boat. He said that he went to the bathroom. >> He gave him like an extra 10 minutes. So like his courtesy, you know, like >> Okay. So he said the guy was in the bathroom. He goes knock on the door. Open the door. Guy opens it and he starts pushing you, right? Like say >> I was in the bathroom. It was a bathroom. So like bedroom. Okay. >> So, the guy didn't want to leave basically because he was in there with a woman, a female. >> Yeah. >> And then uh this is his that guy is his security. >> Did someone push you? Was there any physical? >> It was clear Travis was in the wrong by admitting he shoved the captain. He'd all but confirmed the assault. The officers had more questions though. But first, they escorted Travis out of the marina to their squad car. >> Hey yo, this my game. This my gang right here. Everybody with me. 12 with me, baby. >> I'm never going to fall in water. And I can swim. >> Your skirt. >> Everybody with me. Stay with me, mama. I'm walking with you. >> I'm so far him. I swear to God, I'm run through this mother. What we doing? What? N >> that's your right. That's your right. That's my left. >> My ride. >> My ride is security. >> Got both my bags. >> Come on. I am now my back. Right behind me. >> What do you think I got going on? >> I need the whole squad to take me to the car. >> I need everybody. >> Yeah. >> Everybody got to take me to the car. I need my own. >> Yes, sir. >> Get your boy, man. >> Welcome to the >> It was becoming increasingly apparent that Travis was drunk, possibly high, and extremely annoying. He was dragging his feet at every turn and wasting the officer's valuable time. He was lucky that they didn't cuff and detain him on the spot pending investigation. That's probably why he had the audacity to think he could call the shots. >> You said if I stop walk, man. Come on, bro. >> Well, that was completely pointless. Afterward, Travis was searched and placed in the back of a cruiser. And even though the officers gave him multiple chances to comply and cooperate, he still wanted to play the victim. And I ask about as >> I'm ask you a question just because of who you are, man. Would you rather stay in my car until we do this whole transition or would you rather me put you in the jail with other people? >> All I'm saying is me. >> Okay, I got you. >> It don't matter to me, but I rather saying it's way more cozy. >> I just don't get why I'm back here. It's a misdemeanor charge, man. Trespassing property after warning. >> You'll be out in the morning. >> Even though Travis was a thorn in their side, the officers were accommodating and treated him with respect. As long as the captain of the boat didn't want to press charges for assault, Travis would be out by morning. And after a short drive, they arrived at the police station. man. >> Yeah, but hey, we gave you a lawful order to leave. You were acting. Now you're calm. But when we on scene, you were very disorderly, man. >> But I was only disorderly because the captain of the boat kicked the door down. I was in the bedroom. >> It's a business, man. You guys taking up >> I respect that. And I walked away. You're yelling, screaming >> cuz before y'all got there, the owner and the owner's white >> it's all non Spanish and black, bro. Listen big on me, bro. It's not even It wasn't even an issue. >> Whatever issue you had with the business, take it up with them. But once we get there on scene, I'm trying to keep the peace, man. >> I totally get it. And I was with the police. That's why I walked away. >> No, you weren't, man. >> Hey, how many times did I have to tell you? >> No, I walked with you. You told me to leave. to leave. And then >> so once you until you leave, why would you even come back, man? >> Cuz my bag, my phone >> and then even when you come back, you're still yelling at me. You're yelling. There was comos. People live there, man. And you're yelling. >> Captain kicked my door. >> Oh, he's he's the owner of the boat. It wasn't even his fault. Your guys fault. >> I get that. And I told the captain before I left, I said, "I know it's not your fault." He called his owner. The owner showed up. He told me, "You've been on my boat four times." I was like, "I never met you before." >> We'll see. We'll see what we can do, man. All right. >> Travis was arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespassing. He spent the night in jail and was released after posting bond. On January 28th, 2024, an officer was on patrol when he witnessed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and initiated a traffic stop. However, what should have been a simple traffic citation transformed into something much more when the suspect refused to cooperate. Yep. Play Mike Hotel 6. It's going to be a silver hole. What in the world was that, my friend? >> I was just going fast >> at that speed. >> How fast was I going, >> dude? You were going probably at least 30 to 40 miles over the speed limit. >> Oh, I was mine. >> Yes, you were. >> Okay, >> that that was completely reckless. Okay, >> that was completely reckless. >> No, sir, but I I need to see how fast I was going if you think it was reckless. That was not reckless. Okay, >> I was not going even for >> the suspect, Raphael, appeared to believe that the officer had overestimated his speed. However, it didn't matter what the suspect thought. He had been given a direct order to step out of his vehicle. And if he didn't comply, things would get ugly. >> Step out of the car, please. For what? >> Because I'm going to place you under arrest. >> For what? >> For reckless driving. >> Sir. Sir, hold on. No. No. Do not. Okay. Okay. >> Step in. Step out of the car now. >> I'm going to step out. >> Step out of the car now. >> Bro, how can I You Bro, let me go. Bro, listen. Let Can I tell you what to do? Can I tell you what to do? Stop. Grab me, >> bro. Bro, hold on. Stop. Stop. Stop. Pull the lock up. Look at me. Pull the lock up. >> Stop pulling against me, sir. Stop pulling against me right now. Boy, is that on? Is your camera on? Stop pointing. Sir, sir, listen to me. Sir, sir, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Why are you trying to hurt me, bro? >> No. No. No. You listen to me, mother. >> Raphael escalated the situation far beyond his control. If he simply apologized and let the officer issue him a ticket, he would have been on his way to wherever he was rushing to go. But since he chose to initiate a fight, things were about to get much worse for him. >> I'm getting out of the car. You stop, mother. Stop reaching. >> I am reaching, >> man. Move. Get the away. You see I'm getting out the car. >> See, I'm getting out. Get her out. You're going to get tased. Get on the goddamn ground. >> Why are you Why are you doing all this, man? Why are you doing all this? Okay. Okay, man. Stop. Stop. >> Get on [screaming] the ground. It was incredibly ironic for Raphael to ask the officer why he was arresting him when he was the one who took a simple traffic stop from zero to 100 with his arrogant attitude. At that point, if he didn't want to get tased, he needed to comply fast. >> Get on your back. Turn [screaming] around. >> Turn around. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands [screaming] behind your back. Your point. Hands behind your back right now. >> Stop. I can't move. I can't move. I can't move. >> I got one round out. >> Can't move. for >> Raphael was in pain and rightfully so. However, it was all for nothing. The only thing he succeeded in doing was earning himself a felony for resisting arrest with violence as the officer placed him in cuffs. Backup quickly arrived on the scene. >> Pass, sir. I'm >> up on your butt, buddy. I can't. You don't see anything. Hey. Hey, man. Get my car, please. I can't. I can't. >> I can't, bro. Paramedic attention. >> I do. I need a parame. I can't. I'm not. >> Don't worry. They're going to come get you. >> Stay leaning up. >> Stay leaning up, >> sir. I I don't have feeling in my left side. >> You mean stay on? >> If I tell you to get out of the car, you get out of the car. >> I did. You do not punch an officer. >> I didn't I ain't punched you in the face. Show me the video where I >> It's on video, you idiot. >> I'm an idiot. >> You're a very stupid idiot. >> Oh, yeah. So is your mother. Get out of my face. >> Out of my face. Why are you talking my lawyer? >> Why are you talking to me? >> Considering Raphael had no one to blame but himself for his predicament, he had quite the nerve speaking to the officer like that. No police officer wants to get into a physical altercation with an unknown suspect on the side of the road. But due to his actions, the officer had no choice. >> I was trying to show him how. >> If I tell you you're under arrest and to get out of the car, you have to comply. Don't start reaching. Don't grab my hand. >> That man, shut Can I talk? I let you talk, sir. Can I talk to him? Would you want to sit here? Man, shut listen. >> Come on, man. >> Sir, what's your name? >> I'm Raphael. I have a class AC. I do not >> listen to me. We're going to we're FD is going to come check you out and then we're going to get you in the car and then I'll talk to you. Okay, >> man. All right. >> All right. So, just Okay. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yeah. Okay. >> While Raphael continued to complain about the supposed mistreatment he suffered, paramedics arrived on the scene to treat his taser wounds. Raphael's father and brother also arrived on the scene, and let's just say they were far more understanding than him. >> Hey, what's going on? I heard an officer say in the face, >> I believe. So, yeah, he's he's got a bloody lip. It's everything's on video. He has a dash cam video and stuff. So, listen, if it's what whatever the charges are of the charges. All right. Um he was he was driving recklessly and you know, >> he will run past I walk my dog right past >> in a reckless manner. I mean, was he was he going pretty damn fast? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm sit here clogging, but >> no, he has he has in car radio radar and stuff. >> Yeah, he had a good reason to pull. >> All right. >> I'm not gonna sit here and I work for the city cler. >> I'm going keep it real with you. >> Yeah. No, I appreciate it. And and like I mean obviously we had to we had to use a level of force, but it's the the least level that we have to go to affect an arrest. He's by himself. That's why we all came out here. They'll be we'll we'll do the investigation and make sure everything's you know how we're not going to chop up charges or anything like that. You know what I mean? >> Well, that's why I'm trying to keep him calm because you don't want to get no extra. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, I listen. Obviously, he's he's upset with the officer and it's it's Hey, let me I'll I told him he's like, "Let me talk to you." I go, "Hey, let FD FD just got here. Let them treat you. I'll put you in the back of the car and we'll talk." >> All right. Let things calm down a little bit. >> Stress right now. >> Absolutely. >> And I don't know why he took out on her, >> right? >> He just made worse. Yeah. >> The officer informed Raphael's father that his son's vehicle would be towed to an impound lot and provided him with the directions on where to pick it up after posting bail. Finally, after some time to think, Raphael seemed to come to his senses. However, he was more than a little shaken up after the altercation. >> You almost just passed out, boss. >> Oh, well, I'm Man, listen y'all. I'm sorry y'all don't love >> back. You're about to fall. I was I was preventing you from falling. >> I appreciate you, but I was just like >> I think you wanted your head to hit the concrete. >> All right. >> Does your chest feel weird at all? >> Yep. And then we'll just remove them and take the >> Your heart's going real fast at the moment. >> We need to throw up. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Just take some nice deep breaths. All right. We're just worried about your heart rate at the moment. Okay. >> Hey, look at me. You look like you're going off somewhere. >> What's going on? What do you feel right now? >> Feel a little leaky. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. You're >> good. >> PO as well. >> Okay. That Yeah, forgot to mention that in the beginning. >> Yeah, that would have been helpful. >> Yeah. Sorry. Raphael was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, resisting an officer with violence, battery of a law enforcement officer, and possession of Asenced to 25.2 months in jail, probation, anger management, and fines. On September 9th, 2021 in Georgia, an elderly couple contacted police after receiving a suspicious call from scammers who wanted to collect $12,000 from them. The police quickly set up a sting operation to catch the scammers when they came to collect the money. >> Your car is coming back to the intersection toward the house. He's going to be coming right up on you. >> Get out of the car. Stop. Get your hands up. Show me your hand. >> Do y'all have the guy in custody? >> Taking them now. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. 1095. >> We're 1095. >> The officers cuffed the suspect, stood him up, and searched him. When they asked why he ran from law enforcement, he said that he saw someone point a gun and got spooked. >> No, when you had first pulled up in front of me, >> I don't think that was a gun. I didn't know. >> Not yet. Radio clear. >> I had seen a gun. >> No, I seen a seen a gun. >> Blue light before I even got >> No, I seen a gun. >> Before I even pulled that gun out before I even got out of the car, my blue lights were on. >> How you up here? >> Huh? >> I got low. I was turning back to the city of L. How you place right there? >> Radio 27 out of New York. >> Oh, right there. >> Let me check the car real quick for you. >> As the suspect was placed in the back of a cruiser, the officers received a radio confirmation that a second suspect had been apprehended at the victim's house. >> You go. Anything on you that's going to hurt poker stick me? We going to the office. >> Huh? >> No. >> ID. >> Oh, this is definitely going >> that's getting seized cuz that's all probably from the last the last hit they got last week. >> Four. I got to find >> the He's got cash on him. >> How much you know? >> Not much. >> Has to be over a thousand more, >> man. I don't think so. >> With both suspects secured, the officers searched their vehicle. Sting operations like this are highly successful when pulled off with accuracy. >> You know what started all this? >> So last week I worked a day of overtime. >> They popped they popped an older lady for 18 grand. >> That's the one >> and I called Smith. When I heard that I was like, "Bro, call C on that one. That's major fraud." I called him. >> He's like, "You you think they'll come out?" I'm like, "Yes, >> I showed up." >> So then when I heard this one come out and I was like, "Hey, Von, call C." Because if they haven't shown up already, I'm like, >> we were going to We thought they weren't ever going to show up. This all started. >> Well, they see the thing is is somebody already fell for it once. They're getting greedy. >> We're going to charge them with two counts of it's going to be fraud. And then we're also going to hit them with >> I'm taking fleeing and eluding. >> So, that's my charge. Yeah, we're we got the fraud and we're going to hit them with we're going to look look back again, but whatever we can charge them with >> as far as the elderly goes. >> How old are these folks? >> They're old, >> are they? >> She turned 79 this month. >> That just made everything worth it, though. >> Oh, yeah. >> Cuz that's What time did we start this at? 11. >> It was 11:41. >> Cuz we got set up at 12:15. >> Yeah, we were an hour ahead of you guys. >> It was his idea. >> Yeah. No, >> he deserves an award. >> During their search, the officers located a room key card from the Hyatt Hotel, prompting them to send a unit there. >> Hop on out. >> Huh? Hop on out. >> Right back here. Right back here. You ever been to Hall County before? >> No. >> You ever been to jail before at all? No. All right. Do I get a lawyer? >> Yeah. >> So, why am I going to drop? >> Right now, you're going to jail for fleeing and looting, but the investigators have gotten involved. They're going to take the charges. >> Honestly, I got scared. You got what? Black. So, all I see is a black car. >> I thought I seen a gun or chase, whatever it was. All I seen was something pull out pointed towards me. I ain't know. No. >> Okay. You didn't you didn't drop that guy off though, >> huh? >> So, fleeing and looting. uh like fleeing from the police. >> No, what is that consider? >> That's a lot of >> some kind of fraud. >> The suspect was trying to play dumb. He claimed he fled from the officers because they failed to identify themselves and acted like he had no idea about any scam. >> I don't understand like >> like what what are y'all doing here in my neighborhood? A >> huh? >> Really? >> Really? What? >> You just ripped it out of my book. >> I did. >> Excuse me, >> man. You are foul. >> He is. He's foul. >> What's up? What's up? >> You are foul. >> 104. We're out at the jail. >> Stand on those two yellow pads right there. >> You want me to bring mine in, too? And >> they're codefendants. I don't see why not, but they just can't be housed together. >> Hold on. Give me a second. Let me get this one out. Who is it? >> Grab your mask on your way out. All right. >> When you enter the room, take a left, face the wall. See those yellow footprints right there? Don't say a word to each other. The driver was charged with fleeing, reckless driving, obstruction, and exploitation of an elderly person. The passenger was charged with exploitation of an elderly person. Both suspects were sentenced to 10 years with the first 6 months in incarceration and the rest on probation. On February 9th, 2025, police officers were dispatched to a Walmart in Palm Coast, Florida, because a man tried to steal a shopping cart full of merchandise, then drove a black vehicle and fled. Undetected, his girlfriend managed to leave Walmart with a cart full of unpaid items. Shortly after, the deputies eventually located the man's vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Robert, show me your hands. Oh, what? >> I don't want to draw down on them. >> No, I'm not going to. >> Hey, y'all put your hands out the window. Put your hands out the window. Hands out the window. Thank you. >> Back passenger window down. >> It's a Uber. >> All right. Back passenger. Just keep your hands up. >> Back passenger. >> Thank you guys. >> How's everybody doing? >> All right. >> What's your name, brother? My name Paul the third. >> Paul, step out the car real quick. >> What's going on? >> We'll explain everything to you in a second. [groaning] >> Oh, I grab your phone for you. I got you. >> No. >> What's going on, sir? >> I'm going to explain. Just slow down a sec. >> The officers asked the man to provide them with identification. However, he continued to stall, making up excuses. When they asked him where he was coming from, he claimed that he had just gotten into town and was taking an Uber home. Unfortunately for him, the officers knew he was lying. >> I just saw you holding your ID, man. Get your ID out. >> Yeah, I'm playing this. >> You know what? You know what? There you go. Have a seat right. Sit down all the way on the ground, man. So, having these rights in mind, I want to talk to you about something that happened at Walmart. >> Yeah. What happened at Walmart? >> What people tell me? >> Um, I didn't steal nothing. >> I didn't say you stole nothing, but I asked you where you're coming from. You said, "Banell." >> Hey, brother. Just tell me what happened. Okay. Tell me what happened. >> I was coming. I was coming. I was in the store and uh I was shopping. Some lady uh tried to stop me or whatever like that. And I told her, I said, "Um, I was getting ready to go." No, what you call it, but I don't know what she had going on. So, I just brought out I didn't steal nothing. I didn't take nothing. So, I didn't steal nothing. Gotcha. >> I didn't take nothing. >> The man admitted that a woman tried to [music] stop him, but he said that he didn't think she was an employee, so there was no need to listen. According to him, he was trying to return some items when the woman asked to see his receipt. But since she wasn't wearing a uniform, he became concerned and left. Where's the stuff you returning? >> I don't have it. I didn't take anything. >> Okay. Where did the stuff you returning come from? >> No, I'm saying I had stuff in my car. >> Okay. I'm a little upset and nervous. >> Yeah, you're good. Yeah, that's why I want you to just like calm down. >> Okay. >> I need to understand what happened. So, just describe it to me like there. >> All right. I was coming I was I was in the store. I was getting ready to turn out and and go towards the uh watch. I wanted to put some uh money on my car so I could pay for my washroom. What's the watch? >> Uh, pay for my stuff, my items. >> Okay. >> Okay. Uh, the lady stopped me and made this whole big deal, the ordeal, and I didn't know who she was. So, I'm like, man, you know what? I didn't take nothing. That's all I know. I didn't steal nothing and I didn't take nothing. >> The man's story was absolutely ludicrous. Just saying it out loud was an insult to the officer's intelligence. He said that when the unidentified woman confronted him inside the store, he left his items behind and exited the building. It just didn't make any sense. >> I just want to I just want to clarify. What was it you were you were returning though, >> man? I live by returning a >> So, what what were you returning? >> No, I had a card, right? I was going to return. >> The way it goes, I didn't I didn't take nothing. Man, I'm not asking. You already told us like nine times. You didn't take that. What were you returning? >> We're just trying We're just trying to get everything straight. We need another store. >> So, I just had a uh like a six-ack of shirts that we try to uh return. >> And you just left them there? >> No, I had I left everything in there. Everything I was going to get, I left cuz >> But where's the shirts you were returning? >> They still in the store. >> You just left your property there for It's a return. >> So, you walked in with the shirt in? >> No. No, I'm saying I didn't I didn't leave out the store with N. >> No, I'm saying like you brought the shirt specifically to the store to exchange. >> Well, I was going to exchange, >> brother man. >> No. Okay. All right. I'm mad upset I ain't doing that. You know what I'm saying? I didn't take the store. >> In other words, the 6'5 in man walked into Walmart to return some t-shirts, but panicked when a woman asked to see his receipt, causing him to flee the store. It was an absolutely ridiculous story and it wasn't going to work. But the officers didn't mind letting him talk himself into a hole. >> I called Walmart and they said they still saw the car. >> So they hopped in Uber before we realized what was happening throughout the crash. >> And as we started looking, we're looking for a person. So I call Walmart, get some details like he's in a black piece. Come on. He's at the light right now. >> We were pulling out by Texas Roadhouse. We just watched him turn on the bump parkway. >> So tell me about this lady. This >> I don't know who that lady was. >> What did she say to you? >> Oh, she was like, "Hey, how you doing?" You have to give the suspect credit. Even though his story was unbelievable, he was sticking to it. But the officers had a job to do and could only sit on the side of the road for so long. So eventually they had to wrap things up. >> Good idea, sir. We got to detain you for that warrant for uh >> for pollution. >> Oh man. >> So, we're just going to we're just going to go with that right now. >> Yeah. >> Just trying to move your watch a little bit. >> I'm trying to get your watch, but we're going to do that real quick. >> That's it. >> Yeah, cuz I have to detain you for that. >> You guys together, >> I understand. I still got to get her name. >> Why? For what? >> Because right now I still got to figure out a ton of information from Walmart. >> No, that's about that ain't got nothing to do. like because I don't want to work. >> Yeah, man. I I want somebody. >> Okay. All right. Lead up right here. I'm searching. >> The suspect was searched and placed in the back of the squad car, alone in the back of the cruiser with only his thoughts to keep him company. He became visibly upset, shaking and talking to himself. Meanwhile, the officer turned their attention to his girlfriend. >> You guys didn't come up here together? >> No, we did not. I need you to tell me what's going on because you know that doesn't make it listen to me right now cuz I'm the one that's got to make sense. >> You know what? >> How am I supposed to believe you for something? >> I don't know, sir. >> Just tell me what happened. I know with him he called you for a ride. Just say he called you for a ride. >> Yeah, he said come pick me up >> here. Come on now. >> I got to be able to make sense of that. >> And I'm turning around. I say I got to come back to pick >> Come on up. together. >> No. >> All right. >> Hey, did we get her back yet? >> Are you sure in that verse you don't have an ID? >> No, I don't. >> No, you don't have to do that. Just like lean back on the car. You're good. >> The woman said she didn't have any ID, but provided the officers with a name. However, when they typed it into their system, they didn't get a match. Suspicious, they gave her one more chance to identify herself and eventually admitted to having a warrant. Um, they got me on a very important thing. I work with drug and um >> and she real. >> Yes, sir. cuz you know I got to make sense of the situation and you know that I have >> he was trying to shuffle. >> Yes. >> You were with him >> and you fought for him? >> Yes. >> No, I didn't call for I thought but he called me. Although she admitted to having a warrant and provided the officers with a fake name, she still maintained her story, claiming that she had simply come to pick up her husband from Walmart and had no knowledge that he had shoplifted. But when the officers checked her bags, what they found told a different story. >> Receipts. >> They didn't bother. >> You found any receipts for any of this? >> Those was those wasn't I mean they didn't >> focus on you. Look. >> It's got to be. >> It's got 150 bucks. Oh, easy. >> The officers had seen enough. The woman had lied about her identity, outstanding warrants, and her participation in the theft from Walmart. Fed up, they placed her in the cruiser beside her boyfriend and prepared to transport them both to jail. >> I'm going to buckle you in. I'm going to come around and buckle you in. >> I'm good, sir. I ain't going to go nowhere. >> No, I know. I want you to go to the back of the cage. >> What? [ __ ] tire. >> That's okay. >> I'm sorry, man. Told you that I'm just going to do that today. Now I got to do about two, three years without no money to b out. Why they going to charge me worth random? >> Why? Cuz I took over $500 worth of stuff. Just >> that was over $500. >> You said it had to be over 700. >> Five? >> They just told me. >> The man was charged with shoplifting [music] and having an active warrant. His girlfriend was charged with shoplifting, providing a false name to law enforcement, and having an active warrant. The thieving couple was transported to Sheriff Perry Hall's inmate detention [music] facility. On March 26th, 2024, police officers were dispatched to an apartment complex after the building manager called the police to report that a squatter had taken over a unit. people get evicted out of here. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Hello. >> So, what are you doing in there? >> I was just let my stuff about to go in jail, buddy. >> Hold up. Hold up, boss. I'm >> going to work. Where you getting? >> Nothing. I was about to put my clothes on. You guys don't want straight to jail. >> All right, we're going to talk. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Hold up. Hold up. I'm going to give my partner the phone. Okay. >> All right. So, >> is it just you here? >> Yes, sir. >> Because he made sudden movements, the officers deemed it best to detain the suspect for good measure. It was still unclear how long the man had been there and how he had gained entry. And until the officers figured out what was going on, he needed to stay in cuffs. >> Anybody else? How'd you get in here? >> Uh, I can get the stuff that I own here. >> What? >> Can I just get the stuff that I own here? I'm sorry. I mean, I'm just in a real bad position right now. >> The way you trespassing real fast. My mother kicked me out and by the same way though there's no way that I could ask you guys for help in between. I came to the to the um to the police station and everything and ask for help. I was looking for housing, but they told me I couldn't go down to Algertown. They said I couldn't get a room in the other place or anything. No, sir. Like I've been really trying to get my life together. I'm hacker and I was trying to get a job and stuff. >> I'm not a social worker, man. I don't know as far as like that stuff goes. >> It sounded like the man was trying to get his life in order, but like the officer said, he wasn't a social worker and couldn't help the man. His job is to uphold the law. And presently, the man was breaking it by squatting in an apartment that wasn't his. >> Oh my god. >> See if we can get these on. >> Can I get Can I Can I just show you guys what I need from back there if I possibly get that >> from back there? >> We have no place to put it. The county won't take it. >> They can take the bags, can't they? So, they won't take that though. >> They take personal property like what's behind you. That's it. So, why would I have to go through this if I'm just trying to get my life together though, guys? Like, I couldn't get no super sweet job like you got, you know what I'm saying? To just come in here and take somebody away, kidnap them. But I'm saying what the what the reason for me. >> If you ever got kicked out of your mother house, where did she go from there? If she didn't care or anything like that? >> Yes, dude. I I lived out of my car for a while. I didn't break into a house >> and then they moved the car. They told the car, bro. I couldn't stay there no more. You know what I'm saying? I'm not trying to be a jerk to anybody, man. I really need not to be arrested, though. >> That's That's too late for that, man. too late. >> Should we go get my pants and stuff back there? My wallet and things like that. >> Where's your wallet at? >> Thank you. Can I show you? >> Yeah, >> just the wallet though. No, hold on. Just the wallet. >> Where's the wallet at? >> I need those pans right here. Could I get these whole pans? >> Where's the wallet at? >> Those pans right there. >> What's in these pants? >> Yeah, I need the whole pans. I need the pans and everything in there. And look guys, this I'm not trying to grab anything stupid or nothing. Look, this all of my stuff right here in these two bags. >> That's >> I needed it though. Like >> maybe they could do something with it, but we can't take it. No, they don't take it with the county. I'll tell you that right now. >> And I need this stuff over here. Like my my cell phone and stuff like >> I'll grab your cell phone >> and my my charger and my Bluetooth system. Come on. Like please guys, please. And then my like my expensive beer and stuff. Like I just need that my wand. >> Where's your trying to be Oh my god. Where's your cell phone? >> It's in the You left it on the couch. >> Oh, okay. In the charger. >> I need >> Hold on. Hold on. >> The suspect wanted the officers to pack up his belongings so he could take them with him. What he was planning to do with all his stuff once he got to the jail was anyone's guess. Police officers don't double as movers. Nevertheless, they sympathize with the suspect and did their best to help. >> We're being real cool with you and I'm trying not to be at all. I wish right now. I'm trying to put my life together, man. If you could just help me at any point, man, I would really appreciate that. >> At this point, >> I'm not a little out of our hands. >> I'm trying though, guys. I haven't been doing anything illegal for real. >> Because I've been kicked out of my old house. I've been kicked out of there, man. Like, >> your earrings, I'm putting them in your wallet. You see this? >> Oh my god. >> Hey, what are you doing? >> I'm uncomfortable real fast. >> All right. Water. I get the water. Can I get the water? >> We're done with this. Patience is done. See this? >> Just bring me some of this water though. Like >> please don't hurt me though. Please. >> I'm not hurting you. I just need >> like my Bluetooth. Please sir. >> No. >> We got your charger. We got your wallet. We got your earrings. >> Every time the officers picked something up, the man remembered something else he needed to take with them. He said that he couldn't help them pack things up because he had a broken hand, but he was in cuffs anyway and the officers weren't letting him out of them. >> They threw me away. >> I need these balls to squeeze my hand to get my hand back together. People been trying to fight me everywhere I've been going. I need my mouth guard, too, cuz it's helping me to sleep at night. If you don't, >> I'm not going to have that in the jail. >> Can you just put it in my bag at least then? So, it's at least with me when I'm going to get out. You take your bag with you for that though. Like my body club over here, my other my gloves, my winter gloves, my bandanas and stuff. Could you just put it in there? Right there. I'm not trying, man. >> Hold on. >> I'm sorry too, man. Cuz I did. >> Put his pants on or just What are we going to do about this? We have to take his shoes back off. >> No, you can just keep those pants cuz I'm going to count. >> Well, you don't want the pants. Okay. No pants. >> The suspect was already treating the officers like his personal moving service. But like the officer said, there was no way he could take his stuff with him where he was going. >> I just needed my life to get >> Where's your mom? >> She across the street. >> What apartment? >> Across the street. >> I can go to my mom's. >> What is your No, I'm taking your stuff to your mom's. I can do that. >> Okay. She She lives across the street. Maybe you could take it across the street and we could just bag it all up. She lives across the street. >> We're going to do it at a later time. We're going to take care of you first. >> Okay. >> Okay. Now, what do you need to take to your mom's? >> Everything else. >> What? What? What if everything >> Can I just pack it up if you guys don't mind? >> We're not going to We're not going to take the cuffs off. >> Okay. >> Here. Put this off. >> What in here is yours? >> Uh if you if you wouldn't mind grabbing it for me, Steve, if you like just this these two pink balls. All these these things right here. >> What do you need the balls for? >> My hand is broke, sir. And if you look like see my pinky right here. >> Wait, is this your bag right here with a What is this thing? >> My uh it's a respirator mask for a BB gun. We was playing in operation. Me and my friends had. You know what I'm saying? >> Is these your bags? >> Yes, sir. >> These are your bags? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. That's That's what That's what you need. >> And the other little stuff. You can just pack it up. And could you just feed me some of that water, please? Cuz I'm very very thirsty. If you don't mind feeding me some of that water. >> This one. Is it water? >> Yes. Just straight water. Straight water. Sir, could you just feed me some water, please? >> All right. This is it. Then we're going. >> The man was quickly becoming the neediest squatter in the universe. No wonder his mom kicked him out. If he had any sense of responsibility, he'd call a friend from jail to pick up his stuff so the officers wouldn't have to waste any more time. [music] >> And that other um that other bag right there with my clippers inside cuz I've been trying to find a way to do my clippers. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> You good? >> And if you just throw that in the bag and and put the clippers in there in the bag. >> I tell you what. Well, you're going downtown. If you could put what? What's that bag over there? >> That's not >> What's that bag over there? That's not yours. >> That's junk. So, you just want this right here. >> And those things right there. >> This is my page. >> I'll throw it all in the box. Take >> I'll come back and get it. You give me your mom's address after we're done with you. I can take it over to your mom's house. >> 31. I don't know if she's going to answer the door. You might have to leave it out there. >> Okay, I'll get you address. Okay, let's go. >> And could you just pick up that stuff and put it in there? I mean, everything that he believes is yours. All right. 231. >> Y toothbrush bag here like that toothbrush in there. I ain't trying to hear >> I would think long and hard. Oop, sorry. >> Before you give the same story to the judge. >> It sounded like the man truly wanted to change, but his actions showed that he still had a long way to go. On November 5th, 2024, deputies responded to yet another domestic violence call. This time it involved a supposedly drunk woman who had assaulted her 14-year-old daughter. >> What's going on? Can we talk on the driveway? >> Oh, I didn't know somebody. >> Do you live in Eli A? You live on this house? >> No, this is my sister's house. Okay. But you were on side A on the on this side of the house, the duplex. Why don't you >> in my car and over here? >> I'm saying were you inside the house at some point? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Side A. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's What happened? Why? >> I don't know. I don't even know why somebody called the police. >> Hi. >> Hello. What's going >> What's going on? Did you call? >> Yes. Um, she like came in our house. That's my aunt. And she was drinking and she came in to talk to her daughter and her daughter didn't want to go over her. She jumped on her and started slapping her. >> How old's her daughter? >> 14. >> Okay. >> The officer then asked if the 14-year-old victim could step outside so he could hear her version of the story alone. While he waited, the suspect's niece continued filling him in on this strange situation. And then they were rudely interrupted. >> My mom said she's not allowed to be over here and she usually be drunk and stuff and then like she like tries to put her hands on people. So she >> What's that? >> Okay. Nobody's allowed. >> You told me you don't live here. Remember? >> My sister lives here. >> Ma'am, my sister does live here. >> Who's an adult in there? Nobody's adult in there. Ma'am, stop stepping towards him. >> My investigation. You said you don't live here. >> I don't, but my sister does. >> And that's not adult. That's my daughter. >> My daughter is >> Stop walking. Stop walking closer over there. >> The second officer managed to get the woman to step down and asked her for ID. She was obviously the mother involved in the supposed altercation. In light of this new information, the officer tried to get her to tell the truth. >> So, >> do [snorts] you want to change anything to your statement that nothing happened here today? >> No. >> All right, ma'am. Just do me a favor right quick. I see that. >> See what >> my [snorts] property >> What? >> Don't resist, please. Put your trigger out. Oh, thank you. >> You been drinking, huh? >> No. >> Small on your breath. >> There you go. >> Because of the allegations that are being made. >> Because of the allegations being made. >> But that's coincided. >> Is it? >> I don't know. I got two different testimonies from two different people. Well, ma'am, we if you want to continue to give us more talking stuff, we'll read you your rights and we'll continue. But right now, you're being detained. Okay. >> After the suspect was read her rights, the suspect suddenly remembered she had a three-year-old at home with his dad. She also wasn't happy about the officers searching her car or the fact there wasn't a female officer present to search her. I'm just asking you to tell my niece to tell my um >> you know that I'm going to jail, >> but at the end of the day, I still have children, you know, I'm just asking you, can you um talk tell my niece that you know what's going on? >> All right. All right. Yeah, we'll inventory you. We'll get 81 going. >> Search me. You're not going to search me. >> We don't have any available. So, >> well, you'll find one. If there's none available, then I got to do it. >> Ain't no man going to be searching me for it. >> Well, it's not up to you. >> It is up to me. Talking about >> ma'am. My name is Deputy Harrison. >> I don't give a name. You're not going to search me. >> Do you mind if I grab your ID right quick? >> Yes, sir. >> In the meantime, another woman showed up at the house. It was the suspect's mother, and it was refreshing to finally see an adult act rationally. Not only was she cooperative, but she actually thanked the cops for taking her daughter to jail. >> So, if you're going to go to jail for child abuse, and better. Thank you. >> I'm so I'm so I'm so tired of my I'm sorry. My daughter has a drinking problem, sir. And this will probably be the best thing to help her. You understand? I hope she Oh, I'm sorry. >> I'm so sorry. I'm so tired. >> Does she use drugs or anything? >> No, she don't do no drugs, sir. She's not on drugs. She just only drinks. >> Is that it right there? >> Yes, sir. >> Don't worry about her. She's going to scream and drunk. >> Okay, >> thanks. I'll be right back with it. So, this is a legal uh rights and remedies brochure for victims of domestic violence. >> So, this is just a receipt indicating that I presided this document to you. This explains what it means to be a victim. You're the you're the adult here. So, I'm giving it to you on behalf of her. You can go through it with her. >> All right. what your rights are and it has on the back other services for you. >> Okay. >> As far as uh the victim's rights advocates and all that moral. >> All right. So, if you don't mind signing here >> as the mother signed the kind of papers no parent ever wants to see. Her daughter was across the street [music] handcuffed in the back of the squad car screaming obscenities as loudly as possible. >> Hey, stop all that yelling. Sit down. You going to get another charge in a minute. >> I'mma get you for disorderly. >> Oh man. >> Be quiet. Be quiet before you have Be quiet before be quiet before you have another charge. >> Here you go, ma'am. That's for you. This is a victim's right for sure. Just explain to them what it means to be a victim. Uh the court process here victim's right to advocates on family life center for you if you decide to meet her or your or your granddaughter. >> Okay. Not death for like for what happened to her like help her. Okay. Correct. >> All right. >> The officer then returned to the house and asked the two witnesses to give him written statements about the incident. From his own account of what they told him earlier, it's clear that this was more than just a typical spat. >> What you told me earlier, you know, you said that she came here drunk. She came here for whatever purpose it was. She went upstairs, what you witnessed as far as the hitting, the slapping. Make sure you're specific. Like you said, she was winding up. You the slaps were audible. Uh she was crying and all that good stuff. So just make sure you write that stuff down. All right. You can use that same pen. >> Date of birth. If you want her information released to the family life center, which provides uh free and confidential services to victims of uh domestic violence or anything like that, is that something you want or no? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. cuz um that's got to be tormented by your mama come over here and jump on you like that. That's crazy. >> Yep. So um all righty. All right. Step out right quick and face the vehicle. I'm about to search you. Do not resist me. Okay. >> I will. >> All right. >> Don't do it. >> Lower to your left, please. Lower to your left. Thanks. That's good. Lean up against the vehicle. >> Shouting usually doesn't accomplish much, but this time it might have served a purpose. It allowed the suspect to vent out at least some of her frustration because when it came time for the search, she didn't object at all. There >> nothing in your shoes or anything like that? >> You want me to take them off? >> That'd be great. >> No, cuz I can't cuz it's too hard to get them back on. >> Oh, we'll help you. Oh, pick us the car, please. You mean to pick us the car, please? >> Let me take them off cuz I already failing to obey his orders. No, I'm doing what he asked me to do. >> [ __ ] She was kicking me. >> You just kicked it at him. >> She just kicked it out of me. >> Don't sit here and say that was a threat. >> Really? >> I don't know if you felt assaulted. >> Come on. >> All right, we're going to put your shoes down. Don't worry about them. The jail won't take good care. >> All right, you put your seat belt on just for good measure. You never know these days. Yeah. >> God bless y'all. >> Oh yeah. >> I hope y'all really enjoy it. >> Enjoy what? >> Just be good. >> Sit back, please. >> I am back as as much as I can be. >> According to reports, the suspect went to her sister's house, expecting her daughter to come home with her, but the teen refused. The woman lashed out and physically attacked her daughter. She was taken to jail and charged with abuse of a child without great bodily harm. Cops were called to a Walmart parking lot on December 15th, 2023 to investigate reports of a woman crashing into a pole. When the cops arrived, the woman immediately became defensive and completely denied the incident. Where is the damage to my car from me hitting that pole? >> You're liar. You're a liar. Don't say to me. Where's the damage? >> That is not the damage. You're lied. Thank you, sir. Thank you. >> Run these plates and let me go about my business. All y'all said when I stop right there 12 cuz this is what y'all do. Y'all got real criminals out here. Go play them with them. You talking about P without getting to come clear near. Go do your job. Go out here and y'all harassing the people. I pay taxes. I pay for you. I pay for you. I own you. No, I don't. And I have to I don't have to show it to you either by law. And I know my right. So don't come back. Don't double talk me. No, I do not have to show you a thing. >> Yep. Let's go. Cuz he know he ain't got no proof on lying mother. >> Letting you know. >> I don't have to show you nothing. >> You're a liar. >> Okay, >> go run the video. The woman even went so far as to accuse the police of wasting their time on innocent people and clearly thought her time was more valuable than the officers. She demanded they let her go immediately >> for no reason. I'm wasting my time. The person I came to pick up don't even feel safe to leave with me. That's a pathetic to waste my time and lie. I don't like liars. Just because you got a bad job don't mean nothing. I'll talk to you any kind of way like any everybody else out here. Cuz actually I pay taxes. I pay for you. I own you. You don't own me. I own you. Tell me your name. Show me your ID cuz I don't owe you. >> Survey X number 558. I looked at the footage. The third baller you did strike with your vehicle. >> I did. >> Yes ma'am. >> And there's damage there. >> Can I get a moment to look at it please? up. Buy it. Go up. >> Okay. >> Cuz it ain't hard enough damage. He has a to be damage on that pole. >> There's still an accident that occurred. >> That's not an accident. There's no >> If there's property damage there. >> How did I hit that? When how did I hit that? And I still question. You're operating the vehicle. >> And the same last lied on me, too. All you got to do is lie. Let me see the video. >> The woman didn't seem to grasp that she was not in a position to make demands. She continued to argue, claiming her wheel didn't match the mark on the pole. Officers asked her for her ID and she refused, claiming they were now liars for telling her she was required to identify herself. >> So do what you need to do. You put me on >> Do what you need to do cuz you are a liar. Liar. Liar. Liar. It doesn't even match up. >> If I'm start Oh, hold up. Let me get you the new tag. Cuz you think I got an old tag? Let me get you the new one. Let me get you the new one. Since you don't think we you don't think we innocent mother people who pay our bills. I own you and him mother. I can't find you. >> I'm officer maniac with the Largo police department. My badge number is 55. >> I own you. I got to write know who you are. >> Do you live in the city of Largo? >> Does it matter? What is my tax say? >> Do you pay taxes in the city of >> Do I just told you I pay taxes and I own you? And I own you. >> I need you to identify yourself. >> No. Yeah, you do. >> The officer calmly explained she would go to jail for obstruction if she didn't identify herself, but she continued to act like she knew the law better than he did. After arguing for a couple more minutes, she again demanded to see the video. >> I want proof. >> Come on, man. Let's go. >> I want proof. >> I'm not trying to be a bad guy. >> But this is petty. This is petty. That's This is the law because somebody something. It's not bent. It ain't broke. It ain't hurt nobody. Bro, I came to pick somebody up. >> Somebody talking to you. >> I do. >> I do. I'm heavily medicated. I do. >> We're going this way. >> Because I came close. I didn't hit your match. >> Get your hand out my face. This is a courtesy. You do not have to do this. >> Okay? >> You are not going to step up on her again. >> I didn't stepped on her. I was walking in with her and saying what I was saying. There's a difference >> over your voice. >> I'm going to need y'all to just do what the need to do because I'm just going to continue to click. You're dealing with somebody who's not all here. Let's just carry the >> Okay, let's go. A Walmart employee showed her and the officers into the monitoring room. The employee pulled up the video, which clearly showed the woman's tire hitting the pole. Despite that, she continued to deny she'd done anything wrong and that there was no scuff on her car that matched the one on the pole. >> Yes, cuz I'm not a liar and I hold up my hands. >> I'm not a liar. >> Okay. Nobody said you were. I don't like being lied on, lied to. And this is bull. A scuff. That's how broke Walmart is. Y'all get robbed that bad. >> That's not on her. She doesn't get to make those decisions. Walmart has >> even as a police discretion. Listen, I talk loud. Period. I cannot help it. >> We're going to go back. >> I really can't. No, really. I automatically talk loud. >> I automatically talk loud. When I'm angry, it's amplified about it. He didn't answer >> because of the stuff. Who's wasting their time on that? >> The officer decided he would just trespass the woman. He calmly gave her back her ID and waited patiently for her to leave. She did walk over to the side of her car and seemed like she was about to get in, but it quickly became clear she was not done yelling just yet. >> Y'all going to get a bonus over the stuff? I'm just wondering. I know it's almost coming up indictment time. So is that y is y >> you are trespassing the property get bonuses >> get in your car and leave >> for little things like that though ma'am >> you have a reasonable amount of time to leave this is becoming unreasonable yes >> I'm still talking to the people that that were talking to me >> I don't want to talk to you >> and you're an official you don't want to talk to me I pay my taxes I own you can talk to the police department file a complaint >> really that's what you did for backup so I don't want you to be scared of backup we're trying to get you to leave we want you to go as a question. >> No, I did not. >> So, it was okay for y'all to ask me questions. I got to answer. But if I ask you one because you told me I'm no longer on this property. I can't ask. >> Yes. Because you've been trespassed. You are no longer It is now an unreasonable amount of time. >> Yell at me. >> You just got here. >> You just got here. You don't know all that you doing. Don't do that. Don't walk on me. Do not be in my personal space. Do not be in my personal space. I don't know you. I don't know you. >> You're going to go to jail if you don't get in that car and leave. >> But you're >> 30 seconds. Three. >> Back away from me. >> I have three of you behind me. Please back away. >> I'll take your >> I'm going. No. >> I was going to go. Your three are scared me. That's exactly why I did that. >> Since she'd given the cops no choice but to arrest her, they pulled her out of her car and attempted to put her in cuffs. Strangely, she decided this was the time to speak in a much calmer manner. But she still began to resist, grabbing the cuffs first and then the radio. >> Let go of my radio. >> Let go. >> Let go of my radio. >> Let go of my radio. >> Let go of his radio. >> I'm telling you, my anxiety cramps me up. Feel my fingers, sir. >> Stop. He's going to You're going to get You're going to get tased. >> Let go. Okay. I'm >> telling you my anxiety. Stop. >> Thank you. My back. >> Stop. >> Sir, I'm not putting my car. >> I'm not even moving. I need to get my phone. Okay. >> Stop. >> I need to get my phone. This is what y'all want to do over cuffs. >> That's nice. >> You literally do this to yourself, >> sir. I was just asking you a question, though. You're mad at me because I had an attitude. >> Disappointed in your actions. >> I did see my psychiatrist yesterday. I have to upgrade my medication. >> Okay. So, yeah, I'm going through I'm doing a lot of mental stuff. >> No, sir. >> Nothing. >> No, I don't think I just have my doll in the car. Okay. >> If the woman had just left when she was told to, she'd only have been trespassed from the property. Unfortunately, because of her actions, she was also charged with resisting arrest, though she was not charged with any damage to the pole. On July 20th, 2024, police officers responded to a shared seaside property after two groups of strangers were involved in a brawl. When officers arrived on the scene, they were greeted by one of the men involved in the altercation, Shane. >> Are they still fighting over here? >> Um, as far as I know, no, sir. >> Okay. >> This old lady, she has a large mouth. Okay, >> I apologize. We just came from her job, the white elephant. >> Okay. >> She just got off. >> Excuse me. >> Do you mind holding this so I can breathe? >> I know you guys got cameras on. >> Anybody still physical? >> No. No, I'm physical. That's my old lady. >> Um, we just came home from her job. She just got off. Had a couple drinks. We come home. There's a lot of people parked here. >> These people don't live here. >> Okay, hang on. I'm talking to him. I'll talk to you just a second. >> She goes down to find out who they are. >> And I guess I don't know. I wasn't down there. >> That's my fault. Can you give it to me? >> Let's talk to one person at a time. >> We don't live here. >> Okay, let's stop. >> Can you Can we go over there? Me and you. Me and you. >> Just hang tight. >> Me and you. You can't speak. >> Hold on. >> The couple seemed to believe they own the property when in reality they were just renting a spot. According to them, they were peacefully enjoying the water when a group visiting another renter showed up. But things allegedly turned ugly when out of nowhere, the newcomers attacked them without provocation. >> Okay. So, she gets off work, you come out here with the dog. >> Oh, yes, sir. We come home. >> Okay. >> She wants to find out who the [ __ ] is parking on our private property. >> Okay. >> Which is not a problem, right? Cuz we have a lot of guests. >> What's the private property? >> This parking lot, obviously. Yes, sir. You can see the signs. >> Okay. >> Um, she goes down there. I go to get the dog and then I come out and I hear sounds of hitting. >> Okay. I see. I I look Yes. And I put my dog back in and I run down there. By the time I get down there, everything's broken up. But there's three women on my old lady and two men. >> Okay. >> That gentleman right there with that beard and the blue shorts while he's talking super me. That gentleman in the gray shirt. So I go down there to split up while they're my old lady. Three of their wives. That gentleman in the gray shirt. Excuse me. Well, I'm on the ground like this. He's over me and the gentleman in the big beard is behind him. So that gentleman was trying to protect me, but not he's trying to ring on me. Okay, >> that's my story. Everything gets broken up, I walk the way. I get to my boat and I make a phone call >> to the police. >> Essentially, he and his old lady Laura were enjoying themselves when they were assaulted by the group of strangers. But when officers interviewed members of the other party, they told them a very different story. >> We were just all out of the boat spending the afternoon at Snass and coming back. As we came back, we took multiple trips because it was my brother and his kids. I mean, it was a large family out on the boat. >> So, we had two different people driving dingies because, you know, you can only put so many people on the boat at a time. We get to the ladder and she's got a boat with no engine. Um, the lady over there, they use the term loosely, but >> Okay. >> had some kind of it's a boat parked over there, but it has no engine. It wasn't there when we left, but it's now tied there. We came back. So, we just, you know, when you go to a ladder and the boat's there, you just kind of slide it over a little so you can climb up the ladder. Yeah. >> And out the >> She came over and started blowing up about how this is her house and we're in our her house and get out. Don't touch her boat. And we're like, "We're not trying to touch your boat. We're just climbing up the ladder." >> She went on to explain that after she touched the couple's boat, Laura flipped out, screaming and shouting and telling them to leave the property. Sensing trouble, the woman pulled out her phone and began recording Laura's outburst. And that's when Laura wrestled her phone away from her, threw it in the water, and physically attacked them. >> Like, I don't know how to explain it because it was so fast, but literally like kind of like football leapt on my mother. They went down to the ground. She starts punching my mom. At that point, my fiance and my father get involved to start pulling her off of my mother. >> Okay. >> At that point, the guy that she is with >> starts coming in and throwing fists at everybody. >> So, we then separate. She's now up to screaming, no longer in the physical altercation. >> My dad and fiance pinned him enough to just get control, get my mother out of the way. I helped her up and then once they got him out of control, like they cuz my dad used to wrestle, so I put him in some kind of mood that just got him to chill for a second. >> Presented with conflicting stories, the officer spoke to Laura and Shane again. But getting to the bottom of things was difficult as Laura was extremely emotional. Not to mention highly intoxicated. >> This other girl with the red right there. You see that? The red right there in the like booty shorts, whatever you want to call it. >> She started punching me in the face again. I did nothing. This is my house. >> Why would >> mom auntie stay over there? >> I did nothing. >> Why would someone just punch you in the face? >> Cuz they don't like me. Dave is ahead. >> I am not a job. I work at the White Elephant. I've worked there for 6 years. This trying to play me. This with the red right there. Right there. Hit me. She touched me. Charges pressed. The other one with the red. >> Hey, stop. Stop. >> I can't do until you calm down. >> I'm about to drive away. >> You need to stop. >> You need to stop. >> So, what do I do? >> Hey, listen to him. >> Okay. You need to tell me what happened. Calm down. So frustrating. Needless to say, Laura gave the officers absolutely no reason for why the altercation occurred. As she was on the verge of a full-blown panic attack, [music] the officers asked Shane to calm her down for a few minutes while they continued their investigation. But it wasn't long before she reappeared and wanted to talk. >> Okay. So, why why did she start punching you in the face? What happened prior to that? >> Maybe she was scared. I don't >> Why would she be scared? The boyfriend she's with, his name is Dave. Yep. >> He's a Okay. >> He stole money from everybody on this key. He has no accountability anywhere. You go to the key, you ask about Laura. Everybody knows me. They love me. >> He has nobody nobody that loves loves him. No. So, I want those two people arrested. One's right there >> with the red. She punched me in the face. >> Okay. I keep trying to understand what happened. >> Yes. >> But I'm not getting a full story from you. >> The full story be >> I don't I don't I know I get it. I don't understand what happened. Why she wanted to punch you right now? >> Dave is in. >> So the reason why she wanted to >> All right, that's fine. If you don't want to press charges, I will go through the course. >> I'm just trying to figure it out. I have a supervisor on the way and you can speak to him also. My sergeant's on the way. All right. >> I'm glad you just got to take it down a notch and talk to me. >> I'm taking it there. But you're not believing me. >> I'm not saying I don't believe you. >> She touched me. I could have her up. >> And then her friend cuz her her friend's a Dave. Look that name up. Laura's non-stop rambling didn't do much to clarify the situation. The officers weren't there to hunt down crackheads. They were trying to piece together how the altercation unfolded. A supervisor soon arrived and the team began discussing possible charges and how to proceed from there. They they left and came back without they come back. >> People down there claiming this is their property. >> They just rent a slot. These are all slots. And these people rent a slot. >> These people here have family rent the slot and they were coming in. >> Yeah. >> And so that's what they were doing. And that lady >> Yep. causing all comes over here starts yeping yelling at them saying the trespass. They don't belong here. the process. >> She's takes the phone with a picture of her taking her phone. >> Mischief temporarily deprived her phone, right? >> And mischief. How much? What kind of phone? >> It's an iPhone. It's a work phone. So, it's granted. Okay. >> She doesn't know what model it is, but it's it's a work phone. >> It's probably phone. It's in the water. It's a waterproof case, so it probably still works. >> They're trying to find it. It like probably went about 7 ft in. >> It's temporarily. >> Yes, absolutely. >> But we're going to try see if we can recover it for >> the officers collected statements from witnesses and victims. And as the group that was attacked told the officers they wanted to press charges against Laura. The officers prepared to confront and arrest her for criminal battery. >> Laura, come here. >> Calm down. >> Let's go over to your car. Come here. Oh my god. >> Can I talk to you? >> Yeah, we're going to talk. >> Nobody's listening to me. >> Okay. >> I'm so sorry that it like happened. Yes, of course. >> Can I tell you what happened? >> Turn around. >> All right. Listen. >> Listen. >> Stop. You're going to get it. >> You're going to get it. [screaming] >> Turn around. Turn over. Back up. Back up. >> Back up. >> Back up. >> I'm so sorry. >> You're getting away. >> I'm sorry. I didn't do anything. >> Okay, >> Shing, Shing, >> you're fine right there. I need everybody that's not involved. >> Excuse me. >> Can I help? >> You just told me I'm going to jail. >> Well, I'm cooperating. >> Let her >> Let her >> I'm so sorry. I You guys aren't listening. >> The only one who wasn't listening was Laura. She didn't listen when the officers told her to calm down. She didn't listen when they asked her to explain her side of the story. And she didn't listen when they informed her that she was under arrest. Yeah, it's entwined in the uh >> cups. >> I don't care. >> There's a guy right here. >> Thank you. >> Hang out right there. >> Okay. >> Can I just do it myself for once? >> Thank you. >> Okay. I'm >> This one's really tight on the right. It feels like my hands just break. >> Laura was arrested and received a year of probation for battery, theft, and resisting arrest. Shawn was charged with battery and public intoxication, but his charges were later dropped. On August 16th, 2023, police [music] officers in Monqua, Wisconsin were dispatched to the scene of an accident after a vehicle rolled over. Considering the severity of the crash, the officers were stunned to find the driver walking, or more like stumbling around the wreckage. >> Everybody's out. >> One lady over here. >> Okay, >> I won't pay for it. I promise. >> What happened, Karina? >> Dennis knows what the is going on. I'm being chased. All right. Being chased by who? >> Okay. >> They don't let me in. Like I don't want to get in any cop car anymore. >> You already know what the is up. >> Okay. Are you injured? >> The woman Karina wasn't making any sense. [music] And as a result, the officer was immediately suspicious that she was under the influence. Furthermore, although she had claimed that she wasn't injured in the crash, the blood dripping down her arm said otherwise. >> Anybody else? >> 36 ma. We're going to be out with freedom. >> I always work for construction. Karina >> you been drinking at all? >> No. >> Any drugs? >> No. >> You want to do feel so soriety at all? >> No. >> The officer wanted to get a good look at her arm, but due to her state of mind, it was difficult to get close to her. And although she refused to participate in a field sobriety test, what she did next was grounds for arrest. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Put your hands on your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> Get off. Hands behind your back. On your back. >> I'm good. >> Resisting. She's 95. She driving. I I don't have any witnesses. >> Okay. I think that the doctor said she was driving. >> Well, that was a dumb move. By resisting arrest, Karina was only making things worse for herself, adding additional charges to her wrap sheet. Thankfully, with two officers on the scene, they were easily able to secure her in cuffs. Get up there. >> She's being traed. >> She's being let go. I didn't do nothing, man. They're holding me back. >> I'm trying to be Earth. I'm human. I'm here. I am the queen. Please don't pull me in here. Now you're going to hold me down. Get me out. >> Have a seat. >> I'm trying to get away from these. They're demons and they're in the car. The only person making her look crazy was herself due to the spectacle she was putting on in front of witnesses. Next, the officers placed Karina in the back of the police cruiser and EMS arrived. While she was being treated, the officers were busy interviewing witnesses. >> I saw him stop over there on the corner. She was speaking with this gentleman over here in the van. I don't know, looking for directions or something. And as soon as she stopped talking to him, hit the throttle, hit the mailbox about three houses down over there, blew it off, and then kept accelerating. I watched her hit this tree over here, which is now on the ground. Car immediately flipped over and I just pulled over and stopped. And then as I was getting out, this guy jumped out and she was banging on the window in there and the front of the car was smoking. So, okay. >> She really wasn't this situation. If there was a silver lining to the situation, it was that no other vehicle or pedestrian was involved in the accident. Karina and everyone on the scene were lucky that she only hit a tree and not something else. >> She's not done. >> Okay. >> She refused field. >> Oh, pull away from me. >> Carol, >> that's the owner of that. >> I'm going to see if she's even supposed to be driving that. >> She said he was chasing her. >> Who was? >> Carol. >> Carol. It sounds like a girl. >> Oh, she said somebody was chasing her. Yeah, I know. She's just under the drug problem. After collecting witness statements and with Karina in cuffs secured in the back of the police cruiser, the officers transported her to a local medical center for treatment before carrying on to the police station. >> Come on. >> I know. Come on. Let's get going. >> Thank you. >> Pretty good scratches on this stuff. >> Remember just trying to figure out where the store was. >> Hi. over here for medical clearance. [music] >> Karina, what's your date of birth? >> Can you look just in house? Karina. >> Yeah, >> I am Karina the [music] >> She was the driver of a car that was >> I am sorry. I will I will write down everything for that. >> Well, you already fought with us once. >> I don't want to fight with I know you don't. I didn't even know what the I was doing. drugs. >> That's the pure one. >> Who's [music] the pure one? >> The trees? No. >> How do the trees smell? >> All right. >> Okay. >> Okay. Thanks. >> Even if the tree knew whether Karina was driving, considering she had bulldozed it over, even if it could talk, it couldn't help the officers in their investigation. Either way, although she was a pain to listen to, at least she was already more cooperative than when the officers first encountered her. >> What drugs did you take today? [music] >> I didn't. >> You use any drugs? >> You put my hair on me? >> Sure. >> What drugs did you take today? >> I didn't. >> None. >> I don't do drugs. >> I don't believe you. >> You can't be peer. You can't be a queen. If you're pier, you want to take me out. >> You have to be pier to be a queen. >> I'm a period. I can do whatever I want. Wait, what I got here? >> Oh, yeah. You got a good cut on your elbow there, huh? >> I know. I always do it all the time. Like I [music] go live in the trees. >> That's rash. >> Yeah, that's bad. We got to get that cleaned up. >> In the trees and Okay. Because this is all I fight for >> like the car. >> And then like I don't have any people. >> You're in a bad guess. >> It wasn't that bad. >> No, it was bad. >> Boom. >> Yeah, it was pretty bad. [music] >> I know. I could be loud too like um >> the car is like total and you like knocked down. >> I seen it. I seen it. I'm sorry. I apologize too all [music] >> He's not looking at you. He's looking at his computer. You're >> cute as he said. You're a dirty bastard. You hurting me. I hate you Alfred. [music] >> Why do you think his name's Alfred? You're going to see his big head. >> Well, that's not very nice. >> I'm going to tell him something. >> I know you guys know celebrity. >> Take my crown. >> Why? It is. >> No one wants to take your crown. >> Karina was charged with owi. resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping, hit and run, failure to keep vehicle under control, reckless driving, failure to notify police of an [music] accident, and unreasonable and imprudent speed. She was found guilty of resisting or obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 135 days in jail in addition to probation for 4 years. On February 25th, 2025, a gold and coin shop called the police after a 77year-old woman purchased $750,000 in gold bullion. When the officers contacted the old woman, she said a government employee was threatening to arrest her family members unless she paid them. >> Police, get down on the ground. Down on the ground now. Police down on the ground. Down on the ground. Police. Police. Down on the ground. Down on the ground. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Put your hand behind your back. >> Oh, he's older. He's holder. We're good. We're good. We're good. We're good. We're good. Now, here. >> Roll on your stomach. On your stomach. Now, give me your hand. Give me your hand. >> I got one in custody. The suspect was going to have a lot of explaining to do. Remember, he was there to pick up $750,000 in gold bullion. While officers fanned out and searched the vehicle he arrived in, other officers searched the suspect. How much money do you have? Do you speak English at all? from Harrison. I'm almost there. Do we have a vehicle description? >> I don't know what vehicle. >> Where are these at? >> Check the ground here. The officers had a lot of questions for the suspect, but they weren't getting any answers as he claimed he didn't speak English. >> Let's try to get eyes on that. He was walking back toward >> the house from the house. >> Okay. Where'd you come from? >> Which way? >> Okay, perfect. Anybody know? >> All right, we got the Honda Odyssey and one detain over. >> Oh, perfect. Got one more. >> After a thorough search, the suspect was loaded into the back of a squad car. The scammers had their elderly victim place the gold in a box and address it to the Federal Reserve System, Washington, DC. I got the keys here. >> Which which house did he come from? Is it this two? It's >> right here. He walked up this way. We watched him cross. He looked around. He was talking to her, going on the phone, showing her stuff. And >> I don't think he made her sign any piece of paper or anything. But >> he had a code word pasta. So as soon as he approached her, he was supposed to give that code word to her. She said he gave the Okay. >> Uh, she asked for his name, I think. I think she was just startled at the time. So, >> gotcha. >> She forgot what she had to say, >> but she did exactly what she was supposed to. >> After running the suspect's ID, officers received confirmation that both scammers were citizens of the Republic of China. >> So, did he walk all the way from back there or did he get dropped off as like the car was >> Yeah. >> Did you hear us on Cycl? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, >> I saw it was banned. >> Yeah. And then uh obviously drove past here then went all the way down by us and waited and uh when they had pulled up in the pickup truck >> when they had pulled up in the pickup truck. >> Okay. >> Um you started running this way. You ran right into me and Paul. So >> yep. All right. Cool. I'll pass information along. >> Where they got him stopped at? >> Down here. >> Down the street. The driver of the getaway vehicle was detained and searched. At that moment, the officers had no idea how many people were involved in the scam. But given that $750,000 was at stake, the suspects very well could have been working for a network of scammers. of the people. >> Stop. Hey, stop. Move your hand. Okay. >> Hey, I think he's been in uh I've seen him in CRS. >> Yeah, I've seen him in CR. So, Yeah, I think so. Hey, I'm going to go off camera. I'm going to make a phone call to the daughter. Let her know everything's good. She can come to the house. Okay. >> Both suspects were transported to the police station for questioning. However, without a Chinese translator, communication was very difficult. In the meantime, the officer had to rely on their phones to form basic translations. >> Uh, it looks like you are being charged with attempt theft. This guy's going to be 53. >> Who's that? >> Juan. >> Is that the other guy? >> Yeah. >> No, he's 51. >> Oh, he's 52. >> Yeah. I just looked at the numbers. >> Gotcha. >> Can I call my friend, ask him to hire a lawyer for me? >> Uh, come here. Stand right there. >> You guys good? >> Yep. >> We'll figure it out. We'll >> get it done. >> Do you want to call your family? >> No. Do you have any phone calls you want to make? >> No phone call. The officers could only get so many answers using the basic translation feature on their phones. But given the amount of money involved and considering it was a joint police FBI investigation, the suspects would eventually have to communicate. Both suspects were charged with one felony count of attempted theft over $500,000, but less than 1 million. From entitled to downright bizarre, the behavior of the next suspect is sure to raise eyebrows. It was November 27th, 2023 when cops were called to Walmart about a customer harassing people. They were shown the CCTV footage and were warned that he had a gun. >> Hey man, this man, I'm good. How about you? >> Yo, how you doing? My name >> I got you. >> I'm talk to you when I get done. >> No, I want you to leave. >> Okay. I'm free, man. Come over here. >> Okay. What? >> How you doing? >> Good. So, what's going on, man? >> You got a gun. I got you. Don't I won't you? >> All right. Well, hold on. Hold on one second. So what's going on man? >> I've been depressed for about seven years. All my best friend. I lost my mom. >> My daddy name Ray Money from Griff. >> Hold on. >> You in Walmart. You like uh you like diamonds and >> Yeah. >> I see nach unit. >> You been to jail? >> No. I have a go right they search me illegally a woman search me and touch my I mean my next I don't know if that's against the law I charge me >> so I almost didn't I did almost so bad >> it was clear from the nonsense he was spouting that the man was mentally unstable possibly because of smoking weed which he freely admitted to. The officer told him again he needed to leave and he agreed he would as soon as he'd paid for his items. >> Oh no, that's too much. Guard declined. Tell her to take this off. >> You don't want this? >> Hell no. I don't remember. >> All right. So she's on the way. Just hold on. Hold on. Hold on one second. Counterfeit >> counterfeit. I want to buy somebody a bike this year for criminal. Maybe my nephew. What you doing for your bill? >> Let's get back. >> Am I doing it the right way? >> Did you Did you check these? >> You didn't check these yet? Tell him to put it back. I'm ready to go. >> Okay. >> It should have been a simple transaction to scan the items and pay, but despite the man's insistence, he didn't want the drink. He picked it up again and was about to wander off. The officer took it off him. The man then started to leave, but came back. That's when the situation took a surprising turn. >> Hey, you got to boss. You got to scan that. You got to scan that. >> You didn't scan that. >> Give me a receipt, please. >> Do you want this? >> Yes, I do, sir. >> You got $1.94. >> I gave you a 20 $43. >> Hold on. No, we ain't about to do all that. >> All right, the camera's watching. All right, it's $2. Don't >> hurt me, sir. Let me tell you. Yes, sir. >> You cut your >> Uhhuh. >> You go pick up your money. >> Yes, sir. >> You could do like everybody else with your stuff. >> Yes, sir. >> Without the attitude. >> Yes, sir. >> Let's handle it. >> Yes, sir. Now, cut. Now, [snorts] I'm tired of this [ __ ] They said, >> they said I'm crazy. >> I paid for you. Yo, son. Take me to jail. >> That could be done. >> Having willingly submitted to the arrest, the man kept giving the cops more of his nonsensical statements. It wasn't until they escorted him out of the store that his behavior became truly bizarre. dispatch run 1032. >> It's going to be a Glock 199. Yeah. Okay. >> Huh? Oh. Yeah, I'm about to. >> You said you wanted 1015 seed, right? >> Officers asked the man for his license, but he just kept on singing and spouting nonsense. They led him over to their car, searched him, and removed the gun he was carrying in the front of his pants. But he had one last surprise up his sleeve before he was secured in the back seat. >> All right. I haven't seen the car, sir. Come on. I know you. We did. Lawsuit. Lawsuit. It is me. What's my rights? Am I black or am I white? Tell me. Am I going to jail tonight? Right now I can't get him the seat too far back and on too fast. >> You got call your nudge. >> Have a seat. >> Call my lawyer. >> Have a seat. You calling from the jail. >> Okay. I need a new phone. >> Have a seat. >> Well, look. Look, look. >> Have a seat. I just want to talk, bro. >> Can we not talk? >> Am I free? >> No, you're not. >> Do I have a right to speak? >> No. >> All right. [screaming] >> Ra my baby. All right. Look, I told you this work. All right. All right. All right. That man put your feet in white man. Right. Put your feet in. >> I'm sorry. White man, I'm on camera. Baby, I love you. In love, baby. >> Put your feet in. Jesus. [screaming] I'm sorry. I'm sorry. White man, I'm sorry. >> With the man safely loaded into the police car, the cops went to speak to a female Walmart employee he'd been accused of touching inappropriately. She told them how the incident had started and how she'd seen the suspect's gun when he lifted his shirt. >> What happened out there? >> Um, well, he came first, she asked for a speaker. I had a customer. Then he turned around. He came up between me and the customer face and he was just staring. So, I like didn't need any help. He said he needed a speaker. Then when I went to get a speaker for him, he started like trying to touch me, trying to put $20 in my pants and stuff like that. And I just told him back up. Then I told him, we don't have the speaker that you need. And then he walked off. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Did you feel threatened at any time? >> A little bit. Yeah. It made me feel uncomfortable because that ain't never happened before. But >> Okay. Especially when he tried to touch you. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Did he touch you? >> A little bit, but it wasn't like all the way cuz I jumped back inside. >> But did he touch you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And it was unprovoked touch. Right. >> Right. >> And we did see him lift up his shirt. Did he show you his gun? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, he did. And what >> that was when I first started talking to him cuz he was like, "You thick." And I was like, "Okay, I know that." He was like, "But I am too." That's when he raised up his the shirt. He wasn't showing the gun. I seen the gun when he raised up the shirt. >> Okay. >> The suspect needed help getting out of the police car when they reached the station. But he had at least stopped screaming, which was surely a relief to the arresting officers. On May 24th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a strip mall following reports that Frank Venegas, aka Kodiak Red, of the Island Boys had gotten into a heated altercation with a group of men over a haircut after the man pulled a gun on Frank. He drove away in his yellow Corvette, cut off traffic, and eventually circled back to the scene. >> Yo, this guy literally scared the out of you. >> You've been driving like an [ __ ] >> No, he doesn't understand. No, it's not that. >> Listen, >> got anything on you? >> No, it's not. Sir, >> I did not hit your car. That was down, bro. They they I was chilling getting getting stuffed. >> Dude, we've been watching. >> I know. >> One island boy. >> I don't know. >> Listen, let me explain to you guys what happened. Bro, these guys pulled out gun guns out on me. I was I was rapping chilling and these guys pulled out guns out on me. I already been telling him when I've been here. I'm sorry, sir. >> Where's your ID? >> For whatever reason, Frank thought it would be a good idea to identify himself to the officers as his twin brother, Alex, as they wanted to investigate his claims about guns being drawn on him. They spoke to witnesses in hopes of identifying the suspects. >> But that's what was running for his life because all of them saw anybody. All of them had a gun. He was up and guys in the silver Mustang. Yes. >> So the dude in the red car walked up to the yellow car. >> Yeah. >> Talking. The guy in the yellow car started reaching for something. >> He was his car facing inward. He was reaching over like this. >> The boy or the driver of the gray car. >> She's telling him to >> don't reach for that gun. So I told her, "Come." She was heading. I said, "Don't go. Let's go. Come on. Let's go." By then we couldn't get out. We was blocked in. So then I see two other guns get pulled out. So we start running to that to the store next door. The people get in. >> So the people in the people in the gray car >> said what? They said don't pull don't pull nothing. >> No, he said don't don't pull out that gun. As if he saw the gun. His words were, "Don't touch that gun. Don't pull that gun out." >> According to witnesses, Frank was apparently reaching for something in his car. Believing he was reaching for a weapon, the members of the other party drew their pistols and pointed them at Frank, causing him to flee the scene before returning for whatever reason. >> So, when he finally did get out, when the yellow car finally did get a chance to back out the parking spot, he backed out, pulled in and pulled back in and hit the driver of the gray car with his car. He went up. So the other person, the other person outside pulls out a gun, >> does he just hold it? Is he pointing at >> So he back out of his parking spot. He pulls back in. He hit the driver with his car. He pull back out. He go up. >> The driver of the gray car pulls out. >> No, the yellow car pulled out of the drive. >> Who hit who? The yellow car. >> The yellow car. He hit the driver of the gray car. >> Yep. On the lead with the car. >> Then he backs out again. He flies up that way. He flies back down this way. Flies back up that way. He flies back up this way. And at that point, >> he hits the leg of the driver. >> At that point, he hit the boy hand with the car. >> Hand. >> Yeah. was in between his car and his car at that place. >> With a description of the suspects and their vehicles, the officers eventually tracked them down. Knowing they were armed, the officers weren't taking any chances and detained them before taking away their weapons. >> All right, listen. We're going to sit out one at a time. All right. >> Put your hands back, sir. Yeah, we'll be nice. >> You said it's your gun, right? You got You got your license, right? Everything. >> All right. You mind if I grab it? You mind if I grab the gun? >> The gun? You're good? >> Nothing. >> Hey. Yeah. >> You mind 29 all of them? Both of these >> these were all in the center console. >> So, make sure we uh >> So, this this was the one that was in the bag, right? >> Yep. This is in the bag. >> Where do you want to put it? >> Back in front of the strip mall, the officers continued to question Frank about the events of the day. They wanted to know what could have caused the altercation to reach a point where guns had to be drawn. >> How did you get in contact with these guys? >> Well, that's the thing like like I'm so they they're like, "Oh, it's the island boy." And then he he called my brother, my twin brother, uh Raggedy. >> What? >> He said, "Where's your raggedy twin brother?" I said I said, "Who are you calling Ragy?" And then and then what's it called? He go, "Don't let me joke on you." When he came out, he pushed me and he said, "Get get he said get get in that car." He said, "Get in that car. I'm like a tough fight." >> That was That That's not cool. >> Yeah, I agree. >> That's not cool. Especially put me on video like that. >> He put you on video. >> Yeah, the guy behind him did. That's not cool. >> Well, they think that they think they're cool cuz they get ko inside of that. So guns were drawn and people got hurt just because of some playground insults. And while harassment is unacceptable, all the grown men who were involved in this altercation could have dealt with this in a nonviolent manner. >> I need you to tell me what's going on cuz they're going to get cut through. So I don't I don't know. >> They pulled out guns on me. >> I understand it matters how scripted you get. It matters what what and if any we have. So when they pulled the gun at you, you said the driver was the most aggressive. When he pulled the gun at you, you said he pointed at you. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. They were they were clutching the pole. They had it down and they were and he was like this telling me get inside the car and push me. >> Push you inside the car. >> He pushed me >> inside this car. >> The the aggressor. Yes. Said get the inside the car. And then and then what's it called? got open my window and said and I had the pistol right in my face. >> All right. So, when the driver put the gun in your face and you sit in the car, tell me what was going through your >> huh? >> You were sitting in the car and the driver the Mustang who left the aggressor. >> Yes. >> You put the gun in your face and you were sitting inside your car. What thought? >> Are you laughing at me? >> Excuse me. What? No one's laughing at us. >> Alex, we're trying to help you. >> No, I know. Are you on some type of narcotic go one extreme? No one's laughing. >> I'm ADHD. >> Did you take some perks or something? >> No, I'm ADHD. I >> I take B. >> Well, no one's laughing. I'm the only one seems to take this seriously. You're the one going from one experience to another. I'm the only one asking questions. Can't even stick question. >> Frank said that when they stuck a pistol in his face, he feared for his life. But that seemed to contradict the fact that he did laps around the parking lot in his Corvette. The officers wanted to know why he returned to the scene instead of calling the police if he was really scared. >> Know you're of some sort of celebrity status or something like that, I guess. Um, >> if I were you though. >> Yeah. >> Regardless of who you are, someone, you know, pointed a gun at you and essentially threatened you, right? Uh, I would probably have them arrested. Yes. >> Do you want to prosecute? >> Sign affic. >> I think you should. >> Probably sensing there was more to the story, the officer let Frank tell them what else happened between him and the men. And while the reason why the argument started was stupid, the reason why it escalated was even dumber. >> He says, "What's the raggedy guy doing that?" I said, "I said I said your hairline's raggedy." And he gets in my face and he starts He's like, "Man, you paid for that. You pay for he play hair like all over my face to try like they said he's going to joke. He didn't come joke. He wasn't cracking jokes. He came in me real aggressive. Got in my face pushed me and then when he when he pushed me I I I had the door open and I landed right in the seat. He gets in the window and he has his door at the window. >> Under typical circumstances, standing up for your brother's honor is commendable. But remember that Frank told the officers that he was his brother, Alex. That means he wasn't really defending his brother. He also didn't have the right to do laps around the parking lot like a madman. >> Can I lock my car? >> Actually, let's roll your windows up too. Just >> put it like you're praying so they don't hurt your wrist. A lot of bling here. >> Frank was headed to jail. He may have thought he was pulling a fast one on the officers by posing as his brother, but the officers weren't stupid. The Island Boys were all over social media, and a quick search proved that Frank wasn't who he said he was. >> I know. We all know that you're not Alex. We know that you're Frank. >> I'm Alex. >> You're Frank. >> No, I'm seriously. >> You're Frank? Oh, >> what? I'm happy. >> Don't Hey, come on, man. Don't lie to me. >> What are you talking about? I'm Alex. I don't know. >> We know that. Look at me, dude. We know that you're not Alex. >> How? >> Because we looked it up. I don't know if you lied about your name because you don't have a license. You definitely don't have a license, right? You know that, I'm assuming. And >> I don't understand what what's going on. And you lied to me about your name. >> No, no, I didn't. I did not. I did not. >> Yeah, whatever. All right. Listen, we're going everything we're the whole report that you said with everything. We're we're investigating that to its full extent and detectives are going to look at everything. But you cannot be driving, especially in the way that you were driving, flying through these parking lots where there's people walking around and cars and things like that. You didn't stop at the stop signs. >> My bag, please. >> Yeah, we have your bag. Okay. So, just so you know, that's that's why you're in the car. Okay. >> So, so the first incident, I'm writing the report for notes exactly right. The second incident, if you lying about your name and driving recklessly, that's what they're going to write the report for. Okay. So, you're going to go to jail for the for the fake name and for the driving recklessly, and then I'm going to do your reports for what happened. Really? >> Frank Venegas was arrested and charged with driving without a license and reckless driving. On December 6th, 2022, police officers responded to a residence following reports that a man was squatting in the new house without authorization. The male suspect said he didn't want to talk to the police, but unfortunately for him, he can't call the shots. The police were able to get inside the home through an unlocked door. >> You need to step outside. >> How do you get in my house? >> You need to step outside. >> How do you get in my house? >> It's not your house. Get outside. >> This is my house. >> It's not your house. >> Yes, it is. >> Then show me your ID. >> I'm looking for it, but I will. Oh, >> I didn't >> go into the house. [screaming] Get the off real bad. >> What's going to happen is you are going to step outside, right? You hear me? >> The officers weren't playing. Abe, the suspect, already wasted enough of their time, insisting they had no right to be there and refusing to answer basic questions. But once the officer gained entry and saw an opportunity, they didn't hold back. to be here >> now. >> Okay, fine. >> You back off. >> No. Stop. [screaming] >> Grab. >> Lay down. >> Grab another arm. >> Put your arm out. >> Put your other arm behind your back. What the first? >> Yes. >> It was a textbook example of how effective a taser can be. The jolt dropped Abe instantly, giving officers the chance to safely secure him in cuffs. It was a justified use of non-lethal force and one that could have been avoided entirely if he had simply complied with lawful commands. >> All you got to do is come outside. >> Oh, >> no. No. Have to come in here and close the door. That's not how this rolls. >> That's not how that rolls. >> Don't What are you doing? >> You're not rolling back over. You're going to stay right there. Unbelievable. >> That's unbelievable. >> You literally couldn't just come outside, >> huh? >> You couldn't just come outside. >> You came in. >> Yeah. And I told you to go outside. You decided to start grabbing at me. >> I wasn't grabbing on you. >> Taser. >> The officer was right. Abe had every opportunity to make better decisions. But once he re-entered the property and closed the door, all bets were off. >> So, here's one thing I'm going to tell you right now. I'm gonna sit you on your >> Yeah. Yeah. Come on. >> Don't you start moving. >> Listen to me. You're going to listen before you start moving. Do you understand? Or else you'll lay right there. What's going to happen is I'm going to roll you on. You're going to sit down. If you start acting squirly again, those probes are still in you. She's going to hit you again. Do you understand me? >> Okay. Go ahead and roll over towards me, please. >> This way. No, you you were No, no, no, no, no. You're done. You were about to spit on me. >> Nope. I heard you hawking. >> I'm not hing. You're staying right there. Now, >> where am I bleeding from? >> On the side of your head. >> How? >> What? >> How? >> There's a small cut. >> There's a small cut on top. >> Okay. So, I I look, why are you resting me? >> Stop. >> Why are you stopping me first thing? >> Stop trying to move around. Stay right here. I'm glad I put all my hard work in my home. I the house man first thing in the morning. Ain't that crazy? I got blood on my floor all over my face. I was dripping down on the floor with my head. He attacked me. >> The taser caused his body to go limp and when he fell, he wasn't able to use his hands to protect himself. As a result, he hit his head on the ground and it bled. The officers wanted to roll him into the recovery position while they awaited EMS, but they were concerned about his reaction. >> If if we start to roll you, >> are you going to split blood? >> I would do anything intentionally towards you. >> I went from rather >> as long as you can breathe. >> Okay. At this point, I I don't think I need to advise you on anyway that you're currently under arrest. Okay. >> For what? >> Okay. Well, obviously the fact that the deputy had to tase you, we're going to start with a minimum of resisting. >> Resisting what? >> Obstruction. Um, and you're not supposed to be in this house. >> How do you figure? >> Okay. Well, we're going to conduct investigation. Before we do anything, I'm going to advise you what your rights are. Okay. The officer read Abe his Miranda rights. They wanted to know how on earth he figured he had the right to be staying in a home that wasn't his. But Abe invoked his right to remain silent. >> Hey. Hey. My name's Felix. I'm going to be the paramedic taking care of you today. Okay. So, it looks like you got a bit of a laceration on your head. >> Sit up. >> Y. Perfect. Thank you. stretcher pelican box. >> You've got a small cut inside your head, right? >> I promise you it's a small cut. >> I'm going to get that all wiped up for you, A. Okay. >> The head. >> Huh? >> The head. >> Yeah, your head. We're going to get your head wiped up. >> Yeah. I'm going to get you up to the hospital. We're going to take you to Short Point. Okay. >> Abe was in pain, but he had no one to blame but himself. You can't get into a shoving match with police officers and expect them not to take you down aggressively. The only thing left to do was transport him to the hospital. >> Stretcher. >> Um, >> I still got blood coming down my eyes. >> We'll get that. I just >> Can you please? >> Yeah. >> Where? >> Right there. >> Okay. >> What else could that be? >> In away from the eye. You can take the uh >> how it's done >> and then and then take them out of their home. This is not how it's done. >> We're going to get baseline vitals. Get something. Abe was transported to the hospital where he received stitches and was cleared to be taken to jail. By that time, his mood had already lightened, and he seemed to have accepted the fact that the officers were just doing their job. >> Stuff in the car. That's just some of her stuff, man. >> I don't want to ride around with she's pulling it out. >> She's another personal items. Nothing. >> It's not up to you, sir. >> Not right at the moment. You got towel properly, your backpack. >> Is that your backpack? >> I mean, this is ridiculous. He's raised by dude. >> Can I Can I look through to see what they have in there? You have all the hygiene >> my credit card. You got a boyfriend in this county or whatever. That aggressive, huh? Looking at all. Never going to happen. Just look to your left for me. I'm going to get wrap the seat belt for you. Just look to your left for me real quick. >> Abe was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest with violence. He was sentenced to 364 days behind bars. On April 26th, 2024, concerned neighbors called the police after hearing a domestic dispute. They reported a woman allegedly abusing her child. >> Do you know where she is? Yeah, we know where she is. >> I had her for a minute, but I had to leave. So, I sort of left her with the other neighbors here. >> Well, I was coming home and when she saw me, she waved at me and she said, "Get her away from me." And >> Valerie said, "Get her away from me." >> And um and she also was like asking hoping for her big sister. And then another neighbor was able house. And so that's when I sort of like got her here. And then since I had to leave, I I left her with Kong and Leah here. But we was she said, "I think my mom is drunk." And she was upset and she was uh wanted, you know, one of her siblings. And I I think maybe she like was hoping to get in touch with her older sister who she said was in Lafayette, but she didn't know her phone number. As far as the neighbors know, the female suspect, Valerie, had a total of 10 kids and seven of whom lived with her at the time of the incident. The officer interviewed some of the kids and found out that Valerie had gone to a nearby nail salon, which was not that difficult to find. >> Valerie, come here. Stop. Get over here. >> Get over here. >> They saw that I didn't do anything. >> Okay, Valerie, get over here. >> Sit down. Okay, >> sit down. >> What is your problem, bro? >> Can you bring him inside? >> Can you bring him inside? >> Can I go pee? >> Stay right there. >> No, >> I know. Do you see this? Please take note of this >> cuz I've done nothing wrong. >> No, you guys can go for >> Valerie, come here. Valerie. Come here. >> Mom, stop. >> Come here. Stop. >> I can go pee. >> Stop. Stop. >> Drunk people have a habit of downplaying their own actions and blaming everyone else. Valerie was no different. She kept saying she hadn't done anything wrong and acted like she was the victim. And there's also one thing drunk people always say. >> I can't stop. >> Stop. Sit down. >> Okay, >> I will sit right here. Do you guys see this? >> Stop pulling your arm. You guys, I'm not doing anything. >> Stop pulling. Stop pulling. Stop. Sit down. >> Sit down. Stop pulling to me. Stop pulling them, >> Valerie. >> Oh my god. >> Stop. >> I don't even Stop. >> Stop. >> What? >> What are you doing to me? >> Stop. Stay put. Stop, Valerie. >> Oh my god, these two cops are on me. >> Valerie, stop. >> What did I do? What did I do? >> Valerie. >> Oh my god. >> Valerie was completely out of it, but not in a bad way. She wasn't aggressive or picking fights with the cops. Instead, she was more in a harmless, drunken haze. Not really understanding what was happening, but just going along with it. >> Trying to make sure your cuffs are comfortable. >> That's comfortable. Okay. And I did what? >> Stop moving. >> Stay still. >> Oh my god. >> Oh, >> what are you doing? >> What are you doing? I'm not doing anything. >> Oh, no you're not. You're just like >> This is the second time this week she's been >> I go back inside and then we'll have a chat with you after. Okay. Stop. >> What am I doing? >> Stop moving your arms. >> Oh, okay. I need to not do my >> Oh my god. So why did >> she do that? >> I'm trying to stop Valerie. So why are you doing that? >> You're going to get from more charges >> from >> obstruction. >> Correct. >> But the calm didn't last long. Being handcuffed and restrained was starting to take its toll on her. After all, you can't have fun with two officers restricting your movement. Valerie didn't seem like the type who likes being controlled. She was slowly but surely getting annoyed. >> What are you doing to me? >> Valerie, stop. What are we doing to >> Valerie? Stop. [screaming] >> What are you doing to me? Like, what the >> you feel like Okay, >> stop, Valerie. Stop it. >> What are you doing? >> Stop it. >> Get away from us. You're going to be laid down on the ground. [screaming] >> Belly, do you understand? If you keep pulling away, we're going to lay you down on the ground. >> You're pulling out of your house, which is hurting you. >> They're hurting me. [crying] >> Close the door. >> Dad, they're hurting me. >> Stop pulling away. >> The officers didn't want to risk hurting her by pulling her up, so they chose to wait for backup. In the meantime, Valerie was losing her patience. And surprisingly, she was still not sure why she was being detained in the first place. >> You guys are right. >> The reason it's hurting is because you keep pulling your C. >> And what have I done? >> Still. >> And what have I done? >> We'll go over them in a second. Okay, just stay still right now. Stop. Stop grabbing me. >> Okay. But I know I didn't do anything, so it's okay. >> Stop. >> Okay. >> Cross your legs. >> She We need to adjust her, but we need to put her >> That's not >> Stop. Stop. >> Let's do it. Let's push it. Let's do it when we're at the car. Okay, Valerie, we're going to stand up and we're going to walk to that patrol car. >> Once the officers got Valerie to her feet, walking her to the squad car wasn't a problem anymore. However, patting her down was a whole different story. She didn't resist physically. But she more than made up for it by being loud and obnoxious. >> Separate your feet, >> Valerie. Stop. >> He's trying to adjust your cuff. He's the 911. Valerie, >> face on 911. >> What am I on 911? >> Stop. >> What am I not? >> Stop moving. >> Stop moving. >> Make sure you get this video. >> Because I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Oh my god. [screaming] Stop, Valerie. >> You hurt. >> When moaning didn't help, Valerie tried crying out to the neighbors for help, acting like she was being abused by the officers. Once again, she showed zero accountability for her actions and was merely desperate to get out of an uncomfortable situation. >> Please let me just go. [screaming] Let me go. [screaming] >> I thought just tight end again. >> Please let me go for >> let me go. I didn't do anything wrong. [screaming] >> Stop. Valerie. >> Valerie. [screaming] >> Valerie. >> Valerie. My >> Yeah, they broke my collar, bro. My arm, >> Valerie. >> The officers tried everything to keep Valerie calm and cooperative. But the moment they got her in the car and shut the door, she started squirming around, trying to slip out of her handcuffs. >> Your hand a little bit. Hey, stop. What are you doing? Stop wiggling around. You're going in handcuffs. Stop trying to slip. >> What am I doing? >> What did you do? >> What am I doing? >> What are you doing? >> Yes. >> Trying to slip your cuffs. I'm sitting right here like whatever one of people do. >> We're going to get you to the hospital for med clearance and then we're going to get you to jail. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> We told you to stop wiggling around. >> So, just sit still. We're about to leave. >> After several more failed attempts to slip out of her handcuffs, Valerie finally gave up. She was taken to jail and charged with obstructing a police officer, child abuse causing injury, and child abuse without injury. On April 25th, 2023, police officers pulled over a driver following reports that he had been driving recklessly, swerving down the highway in a damaged car with a child in the back seat. And let's just say damaged was an understatement. Dude, you got to get off the road. You can't keep driving on a flat tire. >> I'm trying to get behind you on the left side. >> Okay, now you're trying to go around this way. I got to get you safely over there so we can get you off the road and get you some help. Okay, >> let me stop let me stop traffic in the right lane so I can get you over there. Okay, >> get over that way then. Okay. All the way over. All the way over. Onto the shoulder. You got to get on the shoulder. You can't keep driving on that rim. >> You got to get off to the shoulder. You can't keep driving on that rim. You're just doing more damage and you're slowing traffic down on the right shoulder. >> It sounded worse than nails on a chalkboard. Although the officer gave the suspect a direct order to pull over onto the shoulder, he continued driving down the highway, prompting the officer to hop into his cruiser and pursue him. But thankfully on his tires, the driver wasn't going anywhere fast. >> He changes to a signal as well driving westbound on the on the rim of the vehicle. Um, for some reason doesn't want to pull over. I don't know if he's involved with free or what's going on. >> Stop your vehicle. >> Did you vomit on yourself? >> No, sir. >> Come over here. >> Get that. >> Well, it looks like you urinated. >> That's incorrect. >> What's that? >> Why is your crotch region wet? >> It's not. >> Yes, it is. It's Look, it's And that's not a wet cross region, sir. So, what am I seeing? We're not seeing anything. That doesn't make any sense. >> The officer was right. It didn't make any sense at all. It appeared as though the suspect had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. And seeing that he had his child in the back seat with him, it was downright despicable behavior. But aside from peeing his [music] pants, the officer wanted to know what he was doing driving around with a missing tire. >> What happened to your car? Why don't you have a tire? >> I do have a tire. I'm trying to get help with it with my tire. >> No, what I'm telling you is the front of your vehicle does not have a tire on it. Were you unaware that the front of your vehicle does not have a tire? >> I'm getting home on the tire that my vehicle has. There's a tire under. >> That's not it. >> What do you mean that's not it? >> I'm going to get home >> on this on your rim. >> Yes, sir. >> You're going to drive on the highway on your rim? >> I'm currently doing so. >> Not well. >> Not well indeed. The man's missing tire was one thing, but recklessly driving around with a child in the back seat was a completely different story. However, the suspect preferred to play dumb, hoping the officer would just get out of his hair. >> What location were you coming from? Were you coming from your house? A friend's house, a business, a restaurant, a gas station? My house on Princeton. So, you were coming from your house? >> What's your confusion? Can you just tell me if you're coming from your house or not? >> I was coming from my house on Prince. >> Okay, that was very difficult. >> All right. Now, where are you headed? >> Well, I'm currently heading east. Where? What's the destination? >> I'm heading east to pick up my son. >> Is that your son? >> No, sir. >> A different son? Hey, buddy. Can you stay in the car? I loved him. Okay. >> I love him. >> What's going on? >> Awesome. >> Sir, you don't tell me what to say to my son. >> Close your door. Everything's all right. >> You're allowed. >> Okay. You all right? You're physically okay? >> I feel >> The man's behavior was completely out of line. Given his mental state and the state of his vehicle, it was shocking to think that he had been chauffeering the kid around on the highway. Upset with the officer's line of questioning regarding the boy, the suspect attempted to remove his son from the car, which was a move he would quickly regret. >> Close the door. >> Sir, how dare you grab my son? [screaming] >> What is happening? What is happening? >> Do you have an explanation? Oh, you're going to bug me. Oh, >> don't worry, buddy. >> They don't have anything to hold on. >> Drag me. No, you have to drag me. >> What am I doing? That's your >> bra me on your butt. >> Roll over on your butt. >> You have to show me what I'm doing wrong. >> Roll over on your butt, bud. >> Am I doing anything wrong? >> Am I doing anything wrong? >> Yep. >> Witnessing a grown man behaving like this in front of his young child was embarrassing. And the answer to his question was yes. He was doing a lot of things wrong. And as a result, he was going to pay for it. [music] If he wanted to behave like an oversized toddler, the officers were going to treat him like one. >> You're not a pig. >> Stand up. >> Oh, prove to me that I'm not a scoundrel. >> Well, how am I not a scoundrel, sir? You're putting me in your feet car because I'm doing what wrong. >> Sir, I'm not going to grab your legs. You're not going to go in the backseat of the car. >> My rights are what? My rights are what? What are my rights? What are my rights? I have rights. I don't have rights. I don't have rights. There you go. I don't have rights. What are my rights? >> Go. >> What are my rights? Do I have rights? What are my rights? >> You start acting right now. >> What are my rights? >> Don't kick. >> What are my rights? No one's kicking. I'm asking for rights. >> All right, close the door. >> My rights are uh non-existent. What are my rights? He's not He's not going to let us. Uh, >> do I have rights? Do I have rights? >> Are you going to sit now correctly? >> What are my rights? What are my rights? >> You are under arrest. We are depriving you of your rights. >> No rights. >> We are depriving you of your civil liberties. You are under arrest. Sit down. >> For what reason? >> After a brief struggle, the officers eventually managed to secure the man in the back of the cruiser and close the doors. Next, they turn their attention to his child, who was quite worked up at the sight of his father being arrested. >> Where is >> He's He's in the police car, so he's safe. Okay. So, he's not on the side of the road. It's dangerous to be out here on the side of the road. >> He's not He's not They're not doing everything they can to get hurt. Okay. >> Hey, buddy. >> Let me ask you a question. Who is that to you? >> He's your dad. >> Is your dad? Do you have any contact to your mom? >> Yes. >> Do you mind if I call your mom? >> Do you know your mom's phone number? >> Here. What's your mom's phone number? >> You can call her. >> The officer spoke to the boy's mother and requested that she come to the scene to pick up her son. Meanwhile, in the back of the cruiser, the suspect had managed to move his cuffs from behind him to in front of him. And when the officers found out, they weren't impressed. >> Your hands are going back behind your back. Okay, I'm telling you that now. >> Secondary location. >> There is no debating that fact. Your hands are going back behind your back and you're going to jail per policy the way we do. >> What are my rights? >> So, in a minute you're going to be coming out taken out of the car. You're going to be put back in a pair of bottles. You're going to be put in a car. >> What are my rights? >> What are my rights? >> We're not talking about your rights. >> Sir, you can't not talk about my rights. You're going to arrest. >> Oh, it's not how it works. >> What are my rights? Sergeant R. Greg of the Orlando Police Department. >> We're not talking about your rights. You're under arrest right now. >> Oh, when I'm under arrest. What are my rights? I have rights when I'm under arrest. What are they? >> You are under arrest. >> What are my rights? >> You're not getting out of the car and trying to take you under. >> Oh, excuse me. What are my rights when I'm being arrested? Sergeant Greg, that's an easy question. Do you want me to tell them to you? I'll tell you. >> I don't need to read them. I'm not asking you questions. >> I'm asking you questions. You're failing to give me the answer to that question. Although the officer already told him, he told him again. He didn't need to read the suspect his rights in order to place him in cuffs. A suspect has only read their rights before questioning. All the officers wanted to do then was cuff his hands behind his back. >> Noting me. He is aggressive. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. >> Hurting me. Now you should be able to uncuff him and get his hand against his wall. Sergeant Greg is not mirandizing me. >> Sir, stop resisting. Cooperate. >> I'm not resisting. You're failing to aggress me. I'm asking you to memorandize me and you're shoving me against the wall. >> I was doing that. >> You I mean like I asked him to do it and he and you both get to decide the way this is going to go. >> You're under arrest for DUI. >> For what? >> Not suspicion of DUI. DUI. There's probable cause to arrest you for DUI. That's why you're in custody. >> Under what? Like, can you explain it to me? >> 3161 193 sub1 also child neglect and resisting without. >> None of that makes any sense to me. >> Before he was pulled out of the vehicle, the officer finally read the man his rights, but it was obvious that he wasn't [music] paying attention. Furthermore, the officers didn't care if their reasons for arresting him didn't [music] make any sense to him or not. He was going to jail and there was nothing he could do about it. one. >> You know, you don't have to pick me up like a body of You're going to. It's pigs. Move your pigs. Feed pigs. Thanks. >> Yep. This is what pigs do. >> All right. You got your camera in your car, right? >> Yep. Just turn them on the side. All right. >> Going that way. >> Yep. >> This hurts. I'm being abused. You don't care. You're going on. >> None of you cares. You're stink. >> You're okay with your pigs. >> Okay. You're entitled to your opinion. >> My opinion is correct. >> Okay. >> The child's mother took custody of the boy after a search of the vehicle revealed multiple empty beer cans beside the driver's seat. At the police station, the suspect provided two breath samples, which registered as 0.187 and 0.18. As a result, he was arrested and charged with DUI while accompanied by a minor, child neglect, and resisting an officer without violence. On April 8th, 2025, police officers in California were dispatched to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort following reports that a lodger was drunk and made families uncomfortable on the slopes. Turns out the suspect was child actor Haley Joel Osman, who is famous for his role in The Six Sense alongside Bruce Willis. >> What's going on? >> I'm being I'm being detained by these guys. >> Okay, >> I am trying to walk back intoxication. You bartender. >> You were very nice and calm >> and um you're being detained. What's your name, brother? >> What's your name? >> You're being detained. Okay. >> My suggestion would be to stop you just because it's an additional >> You got this. >> Yeah, I got this. >> What's your name? Okay. Go ahead. >> Your name is What's the problem? Get a double. >> Yeah, I'm going to work on >> relax. Police department. I've already told you that. >> I'm going to die. >> No, you're not. >> The officers informed Haley that he wasn't under arrest, but was only being detained pending investigation. Although the officers asked repeatedly, Haley refused to identify himself or produce his ID. >> What's your name? >> What is your first name? um this is a very simple question. What is your name? >> Yeah, but I'm also >> that's not my question. That's that's great. I answer what is your name though? Who am I talking to? >> Is it John? Is it Robert? >> Tommy, Tommy. >> Okay. Well, you're under arrest now. The public talks. Can you stand up please? >> Stand up. >> Stand up. I'm not fighting. >> Keep it down in my front seat. >> All right, let's have a seat. >> Before placing him in the back of a squad car, the officers patted him down. As they didn't yet know who they were dealing with, the officers were focused on identifying him. However, whether it was the booze talking or because he had something to hide, Haley refused to cooperate. But eventually the police found what they were looking for. >> That's who I thought this was. >> You know who that is? >> Yeah. >> Anyway, >> got it. >> Haley, who are you here with? >> I'm here by yourself with friends. >> Yeah. Where are you staying while you're up here? >> I [snorts] saw a Weston car. >> You got any weapons on you? >> No. We're just We're making this as easy as possible and just cooperate with us. Okay. >> Yes. >> All right, we're good. We can sit down. Let's have a seat in the car. Okay. >> So, left leg up and let's put your butt up there. Okay. One, two, three. There we go. Watch your head. There we go. Sit up straight. All right. Try to sit up straight. I'll get your uh footage here. Where are you living now? >> Where are you living? Where do you live? >> You ask me. >> Because I'm the police officer who's who's taking care of you right now. That's why. >> Taking care of me. >> Yeah. >> You're really uh abusing, >> you know. While searching Haley, the officers uncovered a white substance in a baggie that looked like cocaine. And after securing him in the back of the police cruiser, ski patrol filled the officers in on what transpired before they arrived. >> So he went to order a drink at the mill. They served him one drink. He was so drunk he couldn't. They cut him off and he got aggravated, argumentative. He tried to go the lift. They refused to load the lift and that's how >> we escorted it down here. Everything was really mellow. >> Not yet. I can do it. >> Let me I'll do it. started walking right here and then we just kind of hung out trying to get his name. That's when we called MLTD. >> Okay. >> And then everything was going pretty good until he started stumbling towards the bus and towards the highway and that and that's when we just keeping himself. Okay. >> Very good. >> And you guys showed right up. >> And what was he trying to get on? Which >> chair? Chair. Okay. All right. He started with chair 10 and then he moved over to chair two and the operators turned it away from us. >> Okay, sounds good. >> Yeah. And we don't know his board is missing at the end of the day if we find it. >> All right. Oh, he's going to jail. So, for now I'm sober up. >> Okay. >> You do recognize him, right? >> That's the actor. >> I was I was wondering when I saw >> from uh Six >> Six Sense Pay It Forward. Oh, yeah. That's the kid actor. >> Damn. You guys are pretty sure. >> I thought when I was looking at him go, gosh, he looks familiar. And then it didn't know who he was. Then when the ID came out, >> man, he's had quite a few runins. >> Yeah. I don't know. I I don't know what his track record is. >> With Haley secured in the back of the police cruiser, the last thing to do was to inform him that he was under arrest and transport him to jail. And although Haley disputed the charges, it wasn't the time nor the place. So, he had no choice but to comply. Hey, so you're under arrest Republican talks. Okay. So, I'm transporting you up to Bridgeport where which is the where the county jail is for Mono County because we're in the county of Mono. >> Really? >> Yep. And so, we'll get you sobered up and then you'll get released after you sober up. Okay. And I've got your phone. I've got your ID [snorts] and cards. Okay. >> Can I keep those with me? >> Yes. Those will those will be with you up at the jail. And as soon as you're released, we'll be good to go. Okay. All right, let's uh make sure you get the tire back here. Get some stuff in. >> There we go. >> See you. >> Although calm, Haley felt that he was being treated unfairly and attempted to play the victim. He didn't believe that his behavior warranted arrest, but unfortunately for him, it's not okay to be hammered drunk stumbling around at a family ski resort. >> How so? >> Well, unfortunately, your behavior got a 911 call for us. So, something else. >> But I can't I can't argue that. >> Yeah. Well, we don't want anything to happen to and you get injured or hurt. So, >> look at it this way. Sometimes things happen for a reason, right? >> No, I don't agree. I said sometimes, not all the time. I was. >> While there was no doubt that his arrest would be damaging to his public persona and acting career, it wasn't the officer's fault. This wasn't Haley's first brush with the law for an alcoholrelated incident, so he should have known better by then. >> Good luck [snorts] here. Haley Joe Osman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of cocaine. Hopefully he can pull a moli kulkin and ingratiate himself back into society.
