street she uh was on the extreme right side of the road while I've been behind her she's been weaving back and forth nearly crossing the fog line a few times did a slow roll through the intersection of Lincoln and Wesley not stopping at that stop sign continued weaving I stopped her uh after she was going I paced her about 42 all the way up Lincoln till we slowed to Dr the Deer Creek here as I lit her up to stop she continued a little bit and bearded off and drove over this curving a little bit and then came to a stop I can smell a little bit of alcohol on her she said she initially said she was when I asked her where she was coming from she said she was going home which is she said right around the corner she kept pointing that out to me and then confused the fact that she was coming from downtown um she's having trouble getting her insurance to pull up on her phone um and uh I can smell B alcohol on her breath and uh she uh said that tonight's her only night out away from her kids on Tuesday nights so she's she wouldn't tell me where she going from just downtown okay all right I rain already this if you want uh hi hi I'm officer CLA uh did you have your insurance I to begin take nine Heel To Toe steps forward on the line when you reach the ninth step Turn Around by keeping your front foot on the line and taking series of small steps with your other foot then take nine heel to se steps back down the line so it's going to look like this I'm going to start one two three series of small steps keeping that front foot planted and then one 2 three I just did three to show you you're going to do nine okay okay okay remember to keep your eyes on your feet count your steps out loud keep your arms down at your sides and do not stop walking until you have subject to an arrest for DUI the vehicle gets however you want your purse want your phone that Lord do you want that stuff yeah I would love my phone in my first place I'll grab it literally walk in step out for me the suspect pled guilty to driving under the influence on April 5th 2023 she was sentenced to 2year supervision alcohol treatment and ordered to pay $2,500 in fines and fees
