GET MY STUFF RIGHT THERE. This is my stuff. Get my stuff. I want because I apolog. Once arrest became unavoidable, her strategy changed repeatedly from anger to tears to accusations against police and finally stories about personal hardship. >> I didn't promise you. I did nothing wrong. It was proof that I didn't steal. Okay. It was proving he lied about what was in my backpack, right? So, how am I in trouble? You're just you're powers. You know, it's something that actually tries to do the right thing. I did nothing wrong. He lied on me. >> He lied to me. So, I prove the truth, right? >> Can I turn around and talk to you, please? Yes, I am calm. I'm also a mom speaking out that right now. >> I just got to accept the incident that I'm waiting for. Please don't feel like dance for me. >> I don't want to mad at you. I'm sorry. Is this your watch? >> Yes. >> I'm going to put it in your purse. Okay. >> You hear me? >> Your son was in an accident. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry to hear that. >> No, it's so good. >> I'm going to go confirm what we've got. >> Look. >> Yeah. He said he >> I haven't asked her anything. >> Please give my bag. >> All right. But if you want to do that, then >> how do you open this thing? >> I know. It's hard. >> Where's my Are you getting the rest of my stuff in the army bag? Please don't send me a chill. >> Just open the purse, please so I can put you. >> I remained clean for 4 months, but that's just for the hope that I finally got into the god-based one. >> You able to open the purse? >> I go this week. Not like this. You got to squeeze these two. >> Soon as I got like this last one, >> but the one like before. >> He was like waiting out here and he was like, "Oh, [snorts] no, no, this." And I was like, >> Amanda, let me ask you a question. Did you take things from Target without pay without paying for them? >> No. >> So, we're not going to watch camera footage and see that you stole anything? >> No. And when >> because you don't have to exit the doors, you have to pass the registers without providing payment. >> But, but as soon as >> So, did you pay for the items in your possession? >> But as soon as he brought it to my attention what I was doing, I immediately said, "I'm fine. I don't need them right now." And then he seemed like that wasn't a happy answer for him. So, just kind of to show him I had the money. I said, "Fine. Can we hurry up and and get this page? You know. >> Okay. And then you started making a scene at the register. >> No, that's just because I didn't though. That was because when I walked up >> Sure. >> my whole army bag was open. >> My Apple Watches were out and like Wait, >> let me let me rephr let me rephrase the original question. Did you have items that belong to Target in your possession and you walked past the registers without paying for them? >> In my possession, meaning the shopping cart? >> Yes. Or on you? Did you conceal anything? >> No. I mean, that's what I thought you were talking about, like concealing on me. >> No. Did you conceal anything? >> No. >> Was there anything in the shopping cart that you pushed past the register without paying for? >> No. I It was so like >> just remember the fact that there's very clear cameras. >> Go near the But you'll see the panic in my face. I didn't even go near out the sound. I didn't even go near the registers. I literally was just like panicking to get out. Then as soon as he >> So did you have target items in your possession and you attempted to exit the store without paying for them >> when my >> yes or no? >> I'm afraid to say yes or no because then you're going to say no matter what we fly and then you're admitting to doing a crime when I >> none of it worked with surveillance footage backing the case. She was charged with petty theft, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while also receiving a one-year ban from Target property. The case serves as a reminder that wealth, status, or expensive possessions do not outweigh evidence. When clear video footage exists, honesty is often the only strategy that doesn't make the situation worse. Leaving behind the luxury brand defenses at Target, we head to Walmart, where the next suspect offers a completely different excuse, but the same stubborn refusal to accept responsibility. Have you ever wondered whether a birthday road trip could end in a jail cell over a handful of stolen cosmetics and clothing? I used to watch YouTube videos like these people getting >> and for petty stuff like lift those shoes. >> That's what I'm saying. It was not worth it. >> On October 11th, 2025, a group of friends from Alabama and Georgia drove 12 hours to Florida for a birthday celebration. But the trip came to an abrupt stop at a Walmart in Orange City after security spotted them on surveillance cameras allegedly working together to steal cosmetics, fake nails, and clothing. >> Yeah. Come here, >> y'all. Come here, y'all. What are y'all doing in the store? >> [crying] >> I'm in contact with you. [crying] >> Okay. Well, buddy over there just saw you guys on camera. I don't know if you guys are the one that took it, but he said, >> but he over there said he's watching on camera. Take something. Stay over here. Uhuh. Over here. >> I don't know if it was you guys, but you guys are in a group though. So, right now, >> we to the car, >> huh? >> Uh, to give him some good boys, see what he got and we'll be out of here. >> Okay. >> Just stay right here, though. Who's Who else is in the store? >> Yes. PACIFIERS. [crying] >> HUH? >> NOPE. Stay here. Over here. >> You took from over there. You all tucked. You stuffed your stuff underneath. You got a kid. You got to think about what's right. I got >> I paid. >> You paid? But what about stuff? >> You checking that backpack and stuff. >> The watch. >> Yeah, he had that before he came in. You can check the camera. >> All right. I got in my bag. That's mine. Put them together like you're frame. Yeah. >> It makes it easier. >> 22 18 >> 18. >> Yeah. And I got 10. >> Yeah. And my my mama in the car, she had a stroke. She can't even drive. >> When confronted, one suspect immediately offered an emotional explanation. Unfortunately, that story did little to explain the unpaid merchandise hidden in the group's bags. One of the other peeps over there. >> No. >> Yes. Put your hands behind your back. about a party today. >> Oh, >> so we came out here today. Oh, >> we just got here maybe like 45 hours ago. >> January. >> It It came from a uh kit. That's mine. I already told my hair. Yeah, we don't sell those here. So, it's okay. Okay. So, she's never been issued an ID at all. Never. Never had a driver's license ID. >> Leave today. Like, is she going to be able to pay for us to get out today? >> Yeah, I'm pretty sure like once you go to you'll get a loan. >> You have one? >> Uh, possibly. Like, do you guys know like the amount of rain that it could possibly be? >> It depends. I mean, sometimes it'll be like, "No, I r it depends. It depends on your criminal history. It depends on your attorney. It depends on the judge. >> He leaves like bond out >> 500. It's a misdemeanor. >> And with the uh bonding company, would it be like the 10% thing? >> Yes. >> Really? >> So, how much that that's going to be for all of us? The same price? >> Possibly. >> Possibly. It depends on your criminal history and what they >> never been to jail. You never been arrested? >> No. Uh >> for what? >> Uh >> anything to do with uh retail theft or any kind of >> this is my first time ever getting >> um just how you said for the statement? >> Yes. >> For the statement, do you want me to put the names on it? Would you like to sort them out and things or just give it a train like it or being checked? I mean, if you're able to put it like in the statement, that'd be that' be better for us since that's trying to >> describe what they were wearing. >> Or the purple shirt, green jacket, >> pink hair. >> Yeah. >> You know, they got to take that off over there, right? Take off your hair over there. >> Oh my I don't have no more wig glue. What I'mma do? >> They're going to take it off. >> They got to take it off. They going to see some raggly braids on the hair. >> So we going to take my ponytail out too. >> Usually other people you guys am I going to be able to get my wig back at you, right? >> Okay. I guess you're not going to >> birthday party. I'm not coming Florida. >> Nothing wrong with Florida, man. What y'all did? >> Don't worry. >> Don't steal. >> Yeah. I mean, I'm >> It's not worth it. >> No. >> Probably Florida. Everybody has eyes in every store. >> This money we got to waste >> to get out. >> Exactly. Money that ya probably. I don't know your financial situation, but a lot of money here. >> It's better to be here right now than my car. My car is a small pack. >> I'm already >> But your tag your tag is out of Georgia. >> So you live in Georgia or you live in Alabama? >> I'm from Alabama. >> Okay. So, where do you have your driver's license out of? >> I don't know. I live in Atlanta right now, but when me and my girlfriend was together, it was currently in, you know, well, at that time, we was living in Georgia. >> So, you have a Georgia driver's license? >> No, she has. >> She has a Georgia license. >> If you get >> Yeah. >> It's you. Who's this? >> That's me. >> You? >> Yeah. >> Different. Why you look younger right now? >> The lashes. I look younger. >> Yeah. right now. >> Okay. Look at that puffy wig. I didn't know we took my scars when we take the pictures. >> Yeah, they cut you off. >> Yeah, they told me to take my wheel. >> They didn't. >> Their confidence quickly faded when officers explained Florida's legal process. As out of state visitors, they would not be receiving the flexibility they had hoped for. This is your trespass warning, meaning you can never come back to this Walmart in Orange City. If you do come back, you are subject to arrest for trespass after warning. You understand what I'm saying? Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. >> You understand? >> That's what I'm saying. Like I understand, but don't worry about me. >> You can go to Walmart in Daytona or whatever, but you cannot come back to this Walmart. If you do and they see you or we see you on property, you'll be arrested for trespass after warning. >> That's still misdemeanor, but still that's arrestable. You need a shirt? >> Yeah. Oh, that's embarrassing. I'm already back. >> You're not going to let the lady sit. >> Oh, no. I had to do the the pictures. >> You want to sit down? >> He drove you into trouble. >> My family, right? The answers, right? Because they >> I really was coming in here to get a pacifier. >> My baby ain't have no And he been >> nothing. Y'all heard him cry. >> Let me just do this instead. >> Dumb. I was going to cuss, but dumb mistake. >> How old your baby is? >> How old is he? Like 4 months. >> Whose kids are the twins? >> Mine. >> Oh, and you have the baby and the twins. >> Twins just turned three Thursday. >> Okay. your birthday. >> Thursday the 9th. >> So it's their birthday. >> Oh, I thought you were going to like another birthday. You guys came here to celebrate the twins birthday. >> Oh, that sucks. >> I thought you guys were here. >> It's early. Like hopefully everything get taken care of and be released. >> Yeah, it's my fault. You know what I mean? Sucks. But I used to watch YouTube videos like this. and some for petty stuff like shoot. >> That's what I'm saying. It was not worth it. >> In an ironic twist, one suspect admitted to regularly watching police body cam videos online, never expecting to become the subject of one. >> I'm dead. I'm dead with you. I'm like, it's okay. I going to be like, "I told you. I told you. I don't want to hear that." >> Cuz I was like, "We could transport. We could put them all in the cell and then she could sit there and do everything." >> Yeah. Cuz there's four of them. That's why I >> Exactly. I know. That's why like that you don't have to rush. >> Yeah. Well, we're going to do that. Um >> let's transport them to the PD so that you can sit down with them, get all their information, and then from there we can take them out. All right. >> So, like that'll be easier. You don't have to keep disconnecting, doing this, doing that. >> Group was permanently banned from the Orange City Walmart and faced bond costs far exceeding the value of the merchandise they allegedly tried to take. A few stolen items can create consequences that last far longer than a vacation. Criminal records, court appearances, and public arrest footage often end up costing far more than the merchandise itself. Leaving behind the regret-filled Walmart birthday trick, we head to Palm Coast, where the next case becomes even more reckless and far more dangerous. Have you ever wondered whether more than 50 scented candles and a bag of designer merchandise are really worth a high-speed chase that ends with a car sinking into a lake? >> Ho ho ho. You try to hit me. Did you just try to hit me? >> Flot 64, they're taking a 1031 in the white Toyota. >> ON THE GROUND. GET that pinnacle. >> On March 12th, 2024, Flaggler County deputies approached a group of suspects in a parking lot. Instead of stopping, the driver made a reckless decision, triggering a dangerous pursuit. Come here, Pat. You run, you're in trouble. Run, you're getting more trouble. These two girls, you try to hit me. Did you just try to hit me? Fox 64. They're taking a 1031 in the white Toyota. Stand by for tag. They just about hit me. Fox 64. They got the tag covered with a uh medical same as what we just had. They're heading out to US or excuse me 100 now. They have to make a right-hand turn heading towards Beltier. I just saw him running from me from the store. I have a whole bag of stuff with me now. playing alert. Light sirens were activated and as he backed out, he almost hit me with >> the vehicle sped onto the highway, weaving through traffic as officers coordinated efforts to bring it to an end. >> Okay, let's get six on both sides of the entrance if we can before we try to make contact. >> We saw them come out of the Planet Fitness parking lot going eastbound on 100, but we're not 100% sure. 104, we're landing with somebody that has eyes on >> 6134. I think I have the vehicle over by BJ's construction site now. Heading eastbound. I need you guys to stay off the radio. We're about to go south on Seminal Woods. Turning. All right, making a U-turn now. Go back towards 100. First character is a Bravo. Last is a Sierra. Coming back out on the 100. Going to be make going east. He's coming up in the right lane right now. Coming up to Dodge now. Speeds at 75. >> Dodge dealership. I got sticks at the Dodge dealership. >> Six at Dodge up in the right lane right now. Coming up to Dodge now. Speed to 75. >> Signal four. Sick aboard AMO. Give me K9 out here now. >> Our vehicle wrecked out of AMO. >> Show me your hands. SHOW YOUR HANDS NOW. SHOW ME YOUR HANDS. GIVE ME YOUR HANDS NOW. HANDS UP. HANDS UP. ALL THREE of you. Hands up. >> GET ON THE GROUND. [screaming] >> Show me your hands IN THE VEHICLE. HANDS UP. >> DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. Do not move. We got one that ran that's going deeper in the woods. I got one still the driver. SHOW YOUR HANDS NOW. >> There's still one in the woods over by you, Scotty. Get out of the VEHICLE NOW. STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE NOW. >> Step out of the vehicle now with the blue shirt. Step out of the vehicle. Show me your hands now. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Move your hands up. >> Coming to you. I'm going to keep I'm keep cover on the second guy, >> the female. >> Keep coming this way. Female. >> The wolf's running. The wolfward. >> Who else is inside the vehicle still? >> HANDS UP. DON'T MOVE. YEAH. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> LAY DOWN ON THE GROUND NOW. ON THE GROUND. >> ON THE GROUND. >> ON THE GROUND. >> DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> Get down on the ground. >> Hang behind your back. >> Stop moving. >> We're coming this way. Female. Come towards me. Let me see your hands. >> Keep coming towards me. >> Come on. >> Who else is that? >> Keep coming. >> Put your phone down. Put your phone down. Put it down. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Shouldn't have ran from him. >> I saw you run. Really? I'm the guy that you >> Put your hands together. Put your hands together. Yeah, there's three. >> Let's give some more commands to inside the vehicle first. >> Clark County Sheriff's Office. >> Just in case. >> All right, step back with me. Step back with me. >> I got the merchandise that she dropped. Oh, that's our driver right there. Yeah. Shouldn't have tried to hit me. >> Where we >> Oh, no. What happened? I got you on my video when I pulled up to you. >> Be very careful. You tell the truth. You tell the truth. >> I didn't try to hit you, sir. >> No, but you dropped that bag. Took off running. Up, up, up, up, up against the car. You have anything on your person? Spread your feet, please. Anything on your person? >> No, sir. >> What were you guys thinking? You know you're in Flagger County, right? >> One desperate attempt to escape led to a disastrous finish, leaving all three suspects with no choice but to surrender. >> You just stole that you threw on the ground. >> I didn't throw that on the ground. Yeah, it's funny. I get it all on my camera. >> Yeah, you do. Definitely hurt. >> That's what I need to say. >> And we hurt. We hurt pretty bad. >> No, you're not. >> I don't split my hand. >> Knees to your chest. >> Huh? >> Knees to your chest. >> All right. Stand up. >> Okay. >> Oh, my leg. Hold on. >> You going to stand up? >> My leg. >> Put on your leg. >> I hit my leg. They hit my leg. just hit your leg. >> When he was driving, he hit my leg. >> When he was driving, he hit your leg. >> Yes. It's sad though. I didn't even >> How many more people >> have description? It was just Yeah. >> I didn't see who bailed out. >> It It was nobody else. >> All right, let's get in the shade. I get it. I'm going in this one. >> Yeah. Can >> I put her in your car? >> Yep. >> Anything on you? >> Tell her this um >> nothing in your pockets going to stick or anything like that? >> I'm not seeing any other movement, but it's hard to tell from this angle. I'd hate for us to get down there, get challenged by somebody, and we It's not an easy shatter ball the back window might be the easiest way to do it. The tint the problem is the tent's going to work at these two. >> All right. Shuts don't work too. >> I got a shotgun. >> No. No. Just because God forbid somebody. >> You're in the car. Come out now. >> Occupants of the white Toyota Camry. This is Fargo County Sheriff's Office K9 unit. Surrender now or you will get occupants at the red Toyota Camry. Surrender now with your hands off your head. >> All right, you guys. Move on it. Let's move on. Clear back there. You see in there good? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, it's clear. >> Clear. >> Oh, you got a wart. >> Who? Me? >> For lararseny. >> What's that? Crazy. >> What's Larsen? >> Oh, you got two warts. >> Huh? >> For lararseny. What's Larsson? Is that >> three warts? >> Huh? >> All for theft. That's crazy, bro. Like I know what I'm doing with my job. >> Jesus Christ. >> Huh? Three warrants from where? You said I got three warrants from where? >> Probably like I said, your little stealing spree. >> Three warrants for what? Huh? Could you let me know what it what it say? >> Larseny. >> What's larseny? Gerald Jenkins was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license, while Amanda and Tiara faced felony grand theft and resisting arrest charges. Ignorance of the law is never a defense. Running only made the situation more dangerous and turned a retail theft case into a far more serious criminal investigation. Leaving behind the lakebound getaway car in Palm Coast, we head indoors for the next case, where the betrayal comes not from fleeing suspects, but from someone trusted inside the luxury aisles of Neon Marcus. Have you ever wondered how thin the line is between wanting to look your best at a luxury workplace and facing felony criminal charges? >> Oh my god. Oh, hold on. Okay, just take a deep breath. Oh, >> I'm so clustered. [ __ ] Very cold. >> Okay. >> Okay. Take a deep breath. >> How long is the ride? >> Say again. >> How long is the ride? >> Like 15 minutes. >> I can roll the windows down. So check this out. Okay. I roll the windows down. >> Okay. >> But I need you to I need you to I need you to relax and breathe. >> On October 22nd, 2025, Bonga Ratan police responded to Neiman Marcus after an internal theft investigation identified a suspect who wasn't a customer, but an employee who had worked there for 7 months. Okay. Um, she's been with us for 6 months. Um, I just took over the store and um, in Goose's mom spot. So, I started observing a lot of weird behavior. Me and my other API did dedicated surveillance on her. As we were doing dedicated >> What was she doing? >> As we were doing dedicated surveillance on her, we seen her ring up alterations. We just seen her with weird behavior. We seen her stashing stuff in the back >> of the of her cubbies, you know, where we have lived. She was stashing clothes there and then it goes >> security uncovered a sophisticated scheme in which the suspect allegedly exploited internal procedures to make unpaid merchandise appear legitimate. A small loophole, but one that eventually exposed everything. >> Okay. Could you raise your right hand? Do you swallow promise and swear that the statement you give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Love you God. >> Yes. >> Okay. And could you state of your position here? >> I'm the AAPM. >> Okay. And how long have you been doing lost revenge for? >> 18 years. >> 18 years. So, you definitely have some training and experience, right, with with your job. >> Um, so why were we called here today at uh Nema Marcus? >> Um, we've been observing suspicious activities from an associate. Um, we got a lot of leads of inconsistencies and a lot of clothes going missing. So, we started doing dedicated surveillance. As we started doing dedicated surveillance, we noticed that the associate went ahead and rung up a transaction for alterations of a pair of shorts that she did not pay that she later on was trying to walk out the store with. But since we have a policy put in place that they need to come to us 2 hours prior to them walking out with the alterations, I checked it the following day. When I checked it the following day, me and other managers checked the UPC of the pair of shorts. The shorts were never bought. And then that's when we had a talk with her this morning. And we had a talk with her this morning. She confessed to taking that item, not paying for it, paying for the alterations, which was $24. And then she proceeded to confess of all the other items that she has stolen and taken out the store. That that was not the only item that she did take. And she did start all this two months, two and a half months ago. >> Okay. And then you said this happened about 2 days ago. We're talking about the 23rd. So 20th is when um she brought the the pair um the whole set that was done from alteration. I gave a slip for the pair of jeans, but the shorts were nowhere. There was no paperwork on the shorts and that's when we had to investigate further and as we investigated further, we concluded to the findings of the shorts were never purchased and the only thing she paid for was the $24 to get the shorts altered. >> I know you mentioned in the beginning that there was inconsistencies and also other information that she may have done this in the past. Correct. >> Is that from other co-workers? on other managers. Do >> you mind if I grab back your bag? >> Okay. You have your bag there. Okay. >> Yeah. Right here. >> I'll be right back. >> No, we'll go to the other room just so grab. >> Okay. >> All right. Before I talk to you, I'm just going to read you your rights. Right. Just our normal procedures getting arrested. >> I have no idea. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. You know what I'm saying? Cuz they called us obviously something happened at the store and we're just trying to figure things out. Okay. Um, [clears throat] it's just normal procedures when we have to read somebody their rights when you know we're doing an investigation. Any statement can and will will be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand these rights? Okay. So, look, they told me a little bit of what's going on, right? You're employee here, right? How long you've been employed here? >> 7 months. >> 7 months. Okay. So, 7 months you've been employed here. So, you know the proper procedures for, you know, I'm assuming employee purchases, uh, alterations and stuff like that, right? So, they were telling me a little bit about it. So, what's going on? Why are they calling me? What? Close the door. Excuse me. >> Yeah, we we can talk in private. >> You can stay here. >> Okay. >> I appreciate it. >> No worries. >> So, through the time that I've been here, um I've been obviously struggling um and um that I've used here. So clearly not that smart, you know, it's not like I Anyways, so that's what I did. >> Okay. >> When confronted by police, Juliana did not deny what happened. Instead, she admitted her actions and shared the personal reasons behind them, leaving officers with a story that was both sympathetic and troubling. >> You mean take things? Where' you Where'd you take? >> Oh, it's right here. >> Okay. >> It's right here. A misstatement. Um, and then I put prices. Um, >> could you give me a little synopsis of what what happened? Cuz again, I'm not going to read that right now, but if you just tell me like a jeans, um a top >> bler, um >> So, why did you do that? You said you're times are rough, right? >> Yeah, things are rough. I need to look good. Um it's just it was a a brain thing. I'm, you know, going to see my therapist. It's It's just been a little rough lately. Um I'm not home. It's the first time I'm not home. >> What do you mean not home? So, are you from somewhere else? >> No. Um I I raised my kids. I'm always home. Now I'm not. >> Okay. >> And it's been um a stresser. Um my mother-in-law. >> So those items you took, it wasn't for you to resell or just for >> No. Oh my god. No. I I used them here. >> It was literally to use them here. >> Okay. When was that? When did it start? >> Um about two months ago. During last call I I that's what I >> you know around what time period? >> Two months maybe. >> Two months. So we're looking So right now we're in October. So you think August? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So could you give me the exact day in August maybe? >> Uh no they he told me to give up all parts. I don't really know. Again I it's it's like spare moment. It's nothing like I go home and I plan this. >> Okay. Okay. So what did you take without you paying for it? Was those five five items? >> Four. >> So four items. Sorry. Five. 1 2 3 four five five items. Five items. >> So that was all in one day. >> One, two, three, four [clears throat] items. And then that No, it wasn't all in one day. Um, a jeans. I stained my jeans. Um, >> so was it multiple days? >> Period. Yeah, it was like probably a twoe period of like stupidity or something like that. >> So two weeks in August. >> I'm giving you ball parts. Please don't quote me on on times. I I don't know. >> Okay. Um the uh like the jeans for example I stained my jeans and then um so I I don't really know. >> You swap jeans at the store. >> Have you ever been in trouble before? >> Never in my life ever. >> Okay. So she amidst everything that happened in I guess the end of August, right? She said it could have bled into September the four she took, right? Um, she said about the two days ago she was claiming that she was going to get it altered but then pay for it. But >> again, I'm not I don't work for New York market so I don't know how that >> she knows the policy. >> Okay. So, >> the way she was doing it was it to a point where she was going to steal those items. >> She was about to walk out with the items if I would have not told her, "Hey, I need to >> Miss Juliana, do me a favor. Just put your phone in your bag for now. >> Your phone? Just put that in your bag. Thank you." >> Oh, because I'm not Oh, God. >> Technically, you're detained. you. I I hear you. If there's an emergency, let us know. But I don't know. I don't know. Um but just for the time being, since I haven't gone through your stuff, you don't seem like the type that wants to hurt anybody, but we treat everyone the same. >> All right, Julian, I had one question, right? So, I know you spoke to Yamra, right? And she's >> correct. I know in the beginning when you guys were talking, it went from what happened 2 days ago to bleeding into all that stuff. >> I wanted to be honest. >> Yeah. Yeah. and you were honest, right, with them and stuff. Um, I just want to touch base about what happened two days ago, right? I know during the alterations and stuff, you told them that you were not going to pay for those item of leaving the store. >> Well, whenever she had said something, then yeah, I panicked obviously. >> Okay. And that's probably what was going to happen. If she didn't really check on you, you would probably walked out of store with >> I mean, >> I guess that the Sure. Yeah, >> cuz it's it's easier cuz you've done it before in the past, right? >> Well, yeah. for them. >> Yes. >> The moment she was formally placed under arrest, her confidence disappeared. What followed inside the patrol car was an emotional scene few involved would forget. >> This is yours, too. >> Okay. >> No problem. Just Just take a deep breath. You got to control your breathing cuz what happens is if you don't >> I don't mind taking you into the hospital, but it's just going to delay things. >> Okay. Question. Where is your car at? >> It's a white Range Rover right here in the front. >> Okay. All right. Let's put that in there. >> Thank you. >> Can you hold on to this? Thank you. >> All right. Let me grab that door. >> Yeah. To the other side. What side? [clears throat] to the right. >> Yep. Right in the front. >> So, me have a seat. >> Oh my god. Hold on. Let me go. Okay. Okay. Just take a deep breath. >> Oh, I'm so close to full. >> Okay. >> Okay. Take a deep breath. >> How long is the ride? >> Say again. >> How long is the ride? >> Like 15 minutes. >> I can roll the windows down. So, check this out. Okay. I roll the windows down. >> Okay. >> But I need you to I need you to need you to relax and breathe. Okay. Cuz if if you're not relaxing and breathing, then we're going to have to go to the hospital and it's going to delay the process more. Which again, I don't mind. I know you want to get home to your kids. Right. So, think about that. >> Out the window before you close. >> Yeah, I'll do that right now. So, I'm going to have this officer stand right here. Okay. >> Rather than ending another workday as usual, Juliana was taken to jail and charged with felony grand theft and felony organized scheme to defraud. The case is a reminder that abusing trust inside the workplace is rarely hidden for long. Modern surveillance systems and internal audits often reveal patterns long before suspects realize they are being watched.
