Welcome to Walmart's runway of bad decisions. Today we're meeting every type of shoplifter imaginable. Rama a grandmother wearing an ironic not my circus shirt while dragging her grandkids along on a fentinel fueled theft. >> Who you here with? >> Um my my kids are somewhere around here. My nieces are here >> to a motheraughter duo treating selfch checkckout like a price tag magic show and hiding illegal substances in their pants. Come here. Come on. Yes. Yes. Alan, >> what are you doing? >> I'm not doing anything. >> What are you trying to get out of your shirt? >> Nothing. Nothing. I have nothing in my shirt. Nothing. I don't have anything. >> These are the moments when shoplifterss realize Walmart's cameras are always sharper than any excuse. A routine Walmart run turns into a selfch checkckout price tag magic show. Elizabeth and her daughter Emma never expected a few shady moves to spiral into a full-blown legal nightmare. A woman named Elizabeth and her 19-year-old daughter turned the selfch checkout into a price tag magic show. Unfortunately, Walmart's cameras caught every move and the money-saving plan quickly became a legal disaster. She's driving so far. >> She's either >> not scanning or undercanning or has she scanned everything at this point or she will not scan. >> So, we're not scanned. Correct. >> Some of them are scannable. >> Okay, good. So, we're going to let her walk out the front door and just >> you grab If you grab mom, I'll grab daughter, separate [clears throat] them. See if we can get the daughter in. Very good, man. I like it. All right. Come here. >> The moment they stepped outside, both were invited to talk with police. Elizabeth admitted she'd been foolish, swapping tags to make a quick $10. Emma immediately played the good kid, claiming she knew nothing and always looked away when her mom did something wrong. >> Go, go, go for it. Right here. Right here. Right here. Right here. >> Come on in. >> Yes, sir. >> Take your phone. >> You have an ID with you? >> I do. in my car in my office. Do >> you have your receipt on here? >> Yeah, he's got it here. >> Have a seat. Don't go reach. >> No, no, I'm not. >> Okay, Elizabeth. >> Yes. >> Sit up for me. >> Can I just sit around between my legs for a second? >> Take a breath. Not the end of the world. 04 different case numbers, >> right? >> Okay. >> Don't do all that incarcerating now. >> I'll be okay. I'll be okay. I'll get it. >> Push that car. Hold it down. >> Trash can right here. Where is it? Bring it over. This way. >> Yep. >> What are you doing? >> I'm not doing anything. >> What are you trying to get out of your shirt? >> Nothing. Nothing. I have nothing in my shirt. Nothing. I don't have anything. >> Turn around. Stand up. I don't I didn't put anything in my shirt. >> Oh my god. They did not put anything in my shirt. >> You were trying to get something OUT OF YOUR SHIRT. >> I'LL SHOW YOU NOTHING. NO. WELL, if you weren't, then you got nothing to worry about. All right. >> Yeah. >> So, what are we doing today? >> I was stealing stuff, obviously. >> Okay. How are you stealing stuff? >> In my purse, and I changed some prices, too. >> Okay. So, you have merchandise in your purse that you pay for? >> Yes, I do. >> This? >> Yep. >> This? Yep. The two balls. I think that's it. >> Okay. How many prices did you change? Uh the one I believe the thing actually it didn't go through it so I think that was it. >> No wouldn't go through. Oh yeah. I'm sorry. Right. I did I changed that to $10 difference. >> Yep. We did. >> What do you want right now? >> Nothing. I'm nervous. >> That's all. I just got scared. >> Who's working? >> My daughter. Your daughter? Yeah. >> Does she know what's going on? I'm sure she knows why I'm getting in trouble, man. >> To what? >> I'm sure she knows why I just got in trouble. >> Was she helping you? >> No. >> Huh? She's going to the loss prevention office hanging out right here. What's your first name? >> Emma. >> Emma. Okay. All right. We've been watching you and your mom on the cameras. >> Okay. >> Okay. What is going on today? >> I'm not sure what's going on with my mom, but >> No. >> No. So, you're not aware of anything? What's been going on? >> What's been going on? >> Okay. >> Do I need to call my dad? >> Not right now. >> So, remind you, we've been walking in the cameras. >> Mhm. >> Fancy cameras that Walmart spent a lot of money on that can zoom in on a fly. >> Okay. >> So, keep that in mind. >> Mhm. >> We can zoom in where price tags used to be. >> Did she do something with that? I'm giving you a chance chance, okay, for me for you to tell me what's going on. Cuz if I have to go off the video, all right, that put me in a horrible spot right now. You're backing me into a corner. Whereas you can just tell me. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> So, you want to tell me? >> I know my mom does some shitty stuff sometimes. I don't like it, but I just try to turn my >> Police weren't convinced by the College Student Innocence Act. They gave Emma a crash course on accomplice liability, explaining that watching a theft without stopping it is enough to earn a seat in the patrol car. >> I honestly don't really know. I mean, she does this sometimes, and like I said, I try to look away and she does it. I saw she got tape for the She told me it was going to be for the price tag. >> She got tape. >> Yes. >> Okay. Did she bring the tape with her or did she did she get a tape in here? I don't know. I think it was from here though. >> Okay. And And what was the purpose of using the tape? >> To tape the clearance. $5. >> Okay. Was it yellow tape, red tape, clear tape? >> Clear tape. Okay. And you were aware of the purpose of using the clear tape. >> You're aware. Okay. So, you understand why she was using the clear tape? Okay. >> Prior to coming here, did you know what your mom was going to do? >> Yeah. I barely ever known. Like I said, sometimes she just does it occasionally. >> Okay. Does she Does she say a a code word? Does she give you a hint? Or she just decides spur of the moment, I'm going to do X, Y, and Z. >> Okay. >> Hey, >> have you ever been arrested before? >> No. Have you gotten in trouble before? >> One time in New Jersey for being out past curfew, but no, not in trouble. >> How long have you been to Florida? >> Three or four years. >> Okay. So, nothing like nothing petty at the at the schools. Uh nothing when you were a juvenile under 18 where we had it like we had to call your mom or your dad. Nothing. Okay. Okay. Are you in college? >> Have you ever heard of of in concert by association or the getaway driver? Get away. >> Okay. So, it's the old it's the old it's the old saying, the old story where you got the bank robbers and you have the actual robbers themselves and they run out to the car and the drivers knows what's going on. He takes off, right? That's the getaway driver. >> That driver was aware of what was taking place inside the bank. Even though that even though the driver did not hold up the bank, did not carry the gun, did not grab the money, did not do anything in that bank, the driver was still charged with bank robbery or whatever happened, right? >> Okay. >> Okay. So, it's basically in concert by association or that you're you're the principal. So if law enforcement can prove that you were aware and you had knowledge of said crime, >> you can be charged with that crime. >> Remember how I told you I didn't want to embarrass you with your strengths everybody, >> right? Trying to teach you and treat you decent. >> Y >> Okay. You have anything else on you? >> Okay. Have you ever been searched by a female deputy or an officer? >> No. >> Okay. >> You gave this man the whole spiel about how you unaware of this and how you going to school trying to do the right thing. >> I am. >> Why you had problem? >> No, I understand. I do. I understand. It's just that >> I thought he was honestly going to ask me and I was going to I was I swear to God I was. But and I don't remember >> in an aisle. Mine. It was in the cart. >> Um >> No, I don't know where it was. >> Hey. Hey. No talking. Keep your mouth shut. >> I'm sorry. >> So, what's going on today? What are we doing? >> Shopping with my mom. >> Okay. Are you stealing stuff? >> I took the ice pack for my daughter. That >> took the ice pack. >> Just the ice packet. >> Okay. Where'd you put it? >> In my pocket. They took it out over there. >> Okay. Were you helping your mom stealing stuff that she steal? >> No. >> Did you guys come here with a plan to steal stuff? >> No. >> I'm not asking you, Mom. tag. >> Keep arrested for shoplifting report arrested for anything. >> So, the only thing you took was the the ice pack. The act fully collapsed when Elizabeth attempted another badly timed magic trick, hiding something right in front of officers. She insisted she wasn't hiding anything until a search revealed the final answer. Meth tucked into her pants. >> Meth, heroin, fentanyl. >> You have a drug on her? >> Yes. the drugs on her. >> Yes. >> Hey, got them. We're right. >> All right, let's get them. Where they at? >> Right here. >> Where's that at? In the >> way. You thought you were trying to throw it away. Okay. Yeah. >> As for Emma, the good girl image shattered when police found an ice pack she'd slipped into her pants. I was going to tell you, she said. Sure, Emma. Just like your mom accidentally hid meth in her pants. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Yeah. Are you sure? >> But if you don't make the same mistake your mom did, cuz I will find it. [clears throat] >> Phase three. Phase two. >> Is this something that you stole, too? >> I think so. I don't know. But I didn't know it was in there. >> Did you bring this in the store with you or did you get it from the store? >> I didn't bring it in the store with me yet. >> But I would have taken it out with you if I had known that. >> So you know, anything else you have on you that you bring into the jail is another charge. Okay. >> The show ended with handcuffs for both. Elizabeth faced felony drug and theft charges with no bond. Emma was arrested for theft and as an accomplice. the price of stubbornness, a lifetime Walmart ban, and over $130 in refunds for the borrowed items. When your family tries to help you get back on track, don't respond with shoplifting and drugs in your pants. Remember, Walmart cameras are always sharper than any excuse. You think shoplifting is already risky? Someone decided to crank up the difficulty by returning to the same store, trying to turn stolen merchandise into a successful refund. At Walmart, a woman named Darren Wei seemed to believe loss prevention has the memory of a goldfish. She casually walked in, loaded up a cart, and attempted a fraudulent return using items she had just stolen earlier. >> Hey, how y'all doing? What's up, man? >> That's a That's a cold tag, though. >> She So, she can she can send it right now shopping bags. And it was all under it was all embedded under 20 under the infant 16. So >> this is pretty close to the front. >> Yeah. >> Right like >> Yeah. So mom 1731 be >> I'm already know for sure. I'm going to go on the floor right >> register sit on the other side. She just loaded up a bag of stuff and she's doing some crossing and returning right now, but she's in the middle of the front. So, she may go on that side. >> She thinks she is so good. Ain't going to deny it. Deny it. Deny it. >> Deny till you die. >> That's it. This one's easy cuz >> No, she had selected them toys. What I said I just said I saw she was fixing the bags and bags all that stuff in toys. Did she have anything when she came in the store? >> No. >> But that's that. Just the whole cart is fraudulent returns. >> Not a register. >> Not register. Um >> Darren's confidence was impressive. She kicked off the performance with classic tag swapping, slapping a $1 label onto an expensive box. >> Talking to see Mhm. Well, she still killed that drink I pay for. She paid for the drink and this just said she paid for the drink. She riding my register two and three. Well, I mean four and five. She left the basket. She getting another drink. Look like Yeah, she grabbing another drink. Well, I don't know how long this lady going to be in here though. Oh, she can't walk out with with the pool. So, she might as well go put the pool up. Just putting everything in bags and bags and bags. >> Wait, the clothes. Oh, the clothes. The clothes. You tying the bag of the clothes up, huh? Yep. So, >> the pants for sure. I know. I got the pants on selection. She about to leave. Just tell don't check the receipt, please. She about to go. She got a tag. She put a tag on that receipt. She got a tag on the box, dog. She She going to She going to scan like a dollar. Watch. I do a thing for a dollar. I know it's for a dollar. She going to GMO check. She going to GMO check. She got to see anything for a dollar. >> All right. Follow me. >> When police appeared, Darren instantly played the victim, wandering around the garden center, searching for a dream escape. Unfortunately, the entire 30inut act was captured on camera. >> She going toward the NBA. This is wild. >> She might Is open? She put a tag on that box though for sure. But the pants she selected I got. She put in her bag. >> She almost Oh, you ran the dog. You ran. Look. She pass. She passing dog. She almost in garden center. >> She may be coming out the garden center side. Walk out. Yeah. She's right there by the >> As officers moved in, Darren chose the worst possible script. Running and resisting, forcing police to shut it down on the spot. She probably see one. She I know she's on the phone. >> Yeah, she got some fraudulent returns and then she's got a bag for all this clothes and stuff she didn't pay for. She got some drinks she didn't pay for. >> Yeah, he said she walking back and forth in all the stores. >> She need to go. She need to take that ride to the to the downtown. >> If you got no car, there she is. Put the phone down. >> What? >> How are you all doing? >> Yeah. Listen, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to attorney. If you got for want to anytime during investigation, you can stop answering questions about our puzzle. Do you understand your rights? >> What do you understand? Don't throw me down. >> I don't understand your rights. >> I thought you understand. >> No, I wasn't even leaving the store. What are you talking about? I'm waiting for you. >> You understand the rights that you just raised? >> Yes. I want to know why y'all just did that to me. >> So, I'll put you against them. >> So, what can I do? >> And return. >> Let's go. >> What What's in return? >> It's when you return something you didn't buy. >> What did I What What did I buy? >> What did I not buy? >> Stop lying to me, >> sir. What did I not buy? >> Time. The time now is to be honest. You don't need to be lying. When I bought, >> please >> I returned what I bought. >> Why don't you tell us? >> Wait for my father to get here. Tell somebody to get here with my other freaking receipt. What? Wait, I had everything that I had with all my receipts. >> Okay. Well, we're going to go and we're going to work it out. >> Y'all did not have to do that to me. >> Well, then you should have listened. >> Sir, I was not resistant for y'all to do that to me. Y'all just freaking threw me on the ground like with all your man power. Like y'all, I didn't deserve that. >> Back and pulled away from me. >> I did not deserve that. Pulled away some more. So I'm put to the ground so I have more control for my safety. Y'all could go run the cameras and see that I came in for 30 minutes. >> Okay. And everything that I came in with. >> What? It was on that receipt. A receipt from another store. >> Yes, it's the same stuff. >> Yes, the same stuff that you want to pick up in the store, put in some bag, >> put in some bags. No, what I was going to buy. >> You want me to get it, y'all? You want to get it? >> I was not even done. I was still looking. The van The van was still freaking looking for stuff for me. >> Y'all couldn't let me walk up the store. They said I was selling. >> Put your money right here. >> Okay. How can y'all say I was stealing until I left the store? >> Sorry you leave the store. >> No, I'm done. I was outside to go instead of asking us to help me find a basket. Sir, >> we're done. We're done. The difference in you getting a ticket versus getting poked in jail is over. You're going to jail. >> We were going to give you a ticket. This is your business. You're going to jail. >> Why was it? >> Well, the one you stole and then you did pass on points of sale. Now you're saying you hate me because you did on video. >> I've been watching this for the last pockets. I I just bought you anything that's going to focus or stick. >> Yes, I know that. >> What is this? >> I just That's why we're safe. >> Anything that's going to focus or sticks needles. >> Dude, why did he take it all? >> No, sir. Please tell me about your health concern. >> So, I just purchased all of that and it's on the receipt. How can you tell me it's not with the receipt? >> A stream of excuses followed, but the stolen items, prescription pills without a valid prescription, and an active warrant quickly told the real story. >> And I have the for the pool. I pay bills with all that. You're good. She's good. >> How can y'all please not show me? I didn't come here with all the office real quick. >> Okay. I didn't know if you want to put her in here. >> Yeah, she'll bring the office. >> Where's the a bag? >> Uh, she's coming. >> That would be exactly I have a receipt. >> Everything he told was was bought. >> This is just for the drinks that you had. Okay. >> A bunch of stuff that my sister got from the girls. So, we want you to order. Okay. Yeah. Right back on the shelf. >> Yes. >> I had a drug. >> What is your license? Is it in the wallet? Is it >> No, it's not. That's probably the closest thing I have to right now. Someone trying to steal. >> Well, you're going to be taking taking a charge for that as well. >> It's all prescribed. >> It's not a prescription bottle, which makes it illegal. >> So, it's stol by >> you have to carry You have to carry prescription spots in you. >> Okay, that's fine. >> That's fine. It's your your not a lot of stuff really. >> What's your name? >> Huh? >> What's your name? >> Your feet up like that was not there. >> Oh, the way you resisted. >> I did not resist. I was trying to tell you I hadn't even left the store. >> Oh, I'll go run. >> I had left store. I was asking before I bought the place to come and please let me try to see if everything. You can look and see from my phone [ __ ] on my boat. So, what's going on? >> We see we see her. >> We're still good. >> For one, we have good faith. For two, she resisted. For three, she got vanex. For four, she has a warrant. For five, she did commit a theft. It's just below their policy. So, everything is golden. Everything's fine. The returns are legit. The only one leg though. >> So the thing is you are putting on your name. >> Listen, when he when an auction tells you he in a clear way that's resistant and at that moment I didn't even realize like I was pulling away. >> It doesn't matter if you realize it or not. The moment that you start to pull away, it makes it look like you're going to drown, right? That's what we think. So that's why you got to escort it to the ground. >> Yes. Because at that moment, the moment you start to resist at all, >> we have to for our safety and yours, we have to get you an ambulance because we don't know what you're going to do. >> Do you have somebody that's here to pick you up? I was I was like >> So there's nobody here right at this noise. >> What about the chick that was filming you? >> Huh? >> What about the chick that was in the SUV right across? >> That woman that was in the SUV right across. You don't remember her? >> No. >> Who are you on the phone with? >> When when we arrested you, you were on the phone. Who you were talking to? >> No, I was thinking somebody a message earlier. you were talking who was the person you were talking to. >> I called someone on marketplace earlier to see if they were going to meet me up here if I rec I don't really know who they are. It's people I buy stuff marketplace but it would be always >> so you called someone but you don't know their name. >> Well, I mean they're they put like a marketplace but that's necessary their name, you know. >> So there's like a handle like a Twitter handle type thing. Yeah. Like Yeah. >> Like his vines add up, >> but that's my middle game. Like, you know, like >> I had to do this. >> They're not They're not able to pick your stuff up. >> I I got to make up. >> Well, yeah, I understand that. But would they would they come back and pick it up? >> What's those white pills in the baggie? >> That's both of the pills. Where are the yellow ones? >> I'm not exactly sure because I'm not sure. >> You know their phone number? >> Sorry. >> Do you know their phone number? Your ride's phone number? >> Phone number. It's all in my phone. >> This one's not coming off. >> It was dying when I got out. >> Oh, it's dead now. >> Hey, is she able to leave the stuff from Walmart here? >> Come come back and get it. >> Can I get it? I mean, we can't hold it. >> In the end, she faced multiple charges. Theft, prohibited conduct, resisting a police officer, and an outstanding warrant. Shoplifting isn't a game of luck. You can keep winning. Going back to the store you just stole from is basically turning yourself in. Meet our main character, a 41-year-old grandmother wearing a shirt that reads, "Not my monkeys, not my circus." Ironically, she's about to create a legal circus of her own. Police responded to a reported theft in the stationary aisle at Walmart. The suspect was a 41-year-old woman already carrying active felony warrants who believed she could walk out unnoticed. Officers were waiting at the exit. >> I think she's concealing right now. >> Okay. >> What aisle, she >> over here. Yep. Uh >> looks like we're heading to your side of the store. you. >> Hi, sweetheart. Are you having fun? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Hey, can I head with you? >> Unfortunately, I don't have my car with me. I drove with the other guy. >> Next time though, if we see you next time, we'll get you a sticker. Okay. How you doing? >> Hey, >> let's uh let's put your hands right here. >> Look, listen to me. Listen to me. >> Why? For what? >> Hush and listen to me. >> We have two officers on each door. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Quit pulling away from me before I take you down. >> Why? I wasn't stealing anything. >> Well, we're not. You have a warrant. How about that? >> No, I don't have a conceal. >> You have a warrant? How about that? >> No, I don't. I wasn't concealing anything. I just don't >> What do you call that in the bags? Well, you have a felony probation violation warrant. So, how about that? >> Why do you think he's here? Why would he be here? >> When approached, she immediately denied stealing anything despite items clearly concealed in her handbag. >> Hold on. >> I was stealing anything cuz I didn't steal anything. >> Well, we'll deal with that in a second. >> Okay. >> Quit moving. >> Sorry. I'm sorry. That's crazy. I dropped the door. 21. 10:26. [clears throat] >> We're going to ban her since she has a history. >> We'll deal with that in a second. >> You do? After being told about her felony warrant for probation violation, she dismissed it as just something on the computer. As if warrants magically appear by mistake. >> Don't have nothing to do with that. Don't know anything about that. >> That's just on the computer. >> And the sheriff want me to confirm? >> Well, we haven't confirmed it yet. We just see it. We'll have to confirm it. >> Oh, okay. That's cool. So, you got to confirm it. >> We do. During a search in the security room, her claim of having nothing dangerous fell apart. Officers found drug paraphernalia and an ID belonging to her father. >> Do you have anything on you that's going to stick or poke? Anything in that bag that's going to stick or poke? You're not supposed to have a beautiful. >> Are you wearing a bra? >> I am. >> Does it have an underwire? >> It don't. >> No. Sorry. Okay. All right. Spread your feet for me. >> Who is Marin wasn't around? >> Um, I believe he was. >> We don't have a call. >> Have a seat. >> It's almost easier. Just dump it out. >> Yeah. >> There's a chair behind you. Make a dump. Dump it out. >> Yeah. Ow. Left >> just in Birmingham. You're still not Walmart. >> What's in these straws? >> Oh, >> what kind of >> you can count? We are. >> Is there active in there? >> Do you have any in there? >> No active. Just like burnt >> the residual. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> It does. >> Yeah. My methodone's probably in there, too. But that's leave >> 9474. If y'all want to go to him, I'm in the office with uh 7:30. >> Are you taking the cigarette again? >> No. >> It's my or might be my son. I'm not sure. >> Who's your son? Tyrese or my daughter be with my daughter. Okay. My daughter. Oh, you got my pop's ID. That's my daddy. >> Why do you have his ID in your purse? >> Um, I just I don't know. I keep it just keeps everybody I got I can't see my grandkids. My kids are here somewhere. >> Making matters worse, she brought her children and grandchildren along, turning the arrest into a front row lesson in poor life choices. >> Who you here with? >> Um, my my kids are somewhere around here. My nieces are here and my grandkids. >> They're somewhere around here. That's why they can't they take my >> No, we give her all this stuff. >> Well, I mean like I don't we can find her. Sorry, it's burnt. Yeah, >> shouldn't be doing that. >> I know. probably one more time. >> We're in the pipe. >> Oh, is there some in there? >> You might find some. I mean, it's all burn. Might find some in there. So, we are uh >> going to >> Oh, that's yay. >> What we thinking was test? >> She said she does. >> Apparently, you got more warrants coming, too. Apparently, you ran from offers at Dollar Tree last week or you ran ran from the shop looking at Dollar Tree or they got you on camera. >> No, >> I'm just telling you what Detective Franco says. >> A dollar tree. >> That's what it says. >> I didn't say Dollar Tree. Once again, not my monkey, not my circus. >> Where the dollar tree? >> Okay, >> that's a store in here. >> Not me. >> How much you want to? >> Do you have a knife? We have a knife. We can chubby choppy. >> A couple little. >> You know what? No, I think that was a good knife. >> Is there like a little piece? There's a tiny little blue piece right there. >> Tiny piece >> in that little corner. >> Oh, that was a big piece. >> That's a big piece. And then there's a little piece right there. >> Who's your uh granddaughter or niece's name that we need to page and have come get the stuff? >> Um, okay. Okay. >> Kayla, what? Oh, it's good. >> Keep popping. >> That is bright blue. Ask my mouth. >> Oh yeah, there we go. >> There is no denying that. >> That's his bag. >> My drug test kit. >> I should have brought Will you grab a evidence bag? A small evidence bag. Will you go Paige Michaela? Come to the security house so we can give all this crap to her. >> Is that her partner? >> That's her niece or granddaughter. But yeah, probably. >> What? >> That color. >> Okay. >> How many reports you know? >> I'm called up right now. >> Okay. >> How many you >> got one? >> You're the lucky man. Is that cool? You >> shady. I was like, she got my shirt on >> and she bought it from Target cuz that's where I got mine. [laughter] >> Hey, he's going to need you to translate that. >> When is it all? >> Yeah, it's all >> okay. He can just put clothes. >> We're not arguing with you. >> I brought in with me though. >> Okay, stop talking. You're done. >> I can talk. Where's the stuff I brought in with me to >> She didn't bring anything on. I've been watching you. I've been watching you conceal. >> She said she watched me come in with stuff, too. >> She said she didn't say that. I came in. >> Look, like I said, we're done talking. >> You see that? You got more problems than worrying about me. >> We're done. We're not doing >> Stop wearing shirts like that, too. It gives them a bad name. >> There you go. [laughter] >> They're saying you didn't. >> Look at the cameras, though. They said you didn't. >> I don't care what she says. She's lying. >> We're done. We're going to go under the jail. >> I came in with stuff that I've already bought that I was going to return. >> Most people return stuff when they first come in the stores. >> So, let's do this. See, let's go ahead. Y'all squirt her out. >> What's this under? >> Hey, y'all want have y'all filled out the barn form? >> You going to fill out your barn form? >> Uh, Beth, can you do a barring on her since she's already got a history? >> The case ended with multiple charges. theft for concealed items, felony fentinyl possession, confirmation of an outstanding warrant, and a 2-year Walmart trespass ban. Shoplifting isn't a game of chance. Hiding items in bags or boots is concealment, and legally that's theft.
