it's the middle of winter in Minnesota
and this officer notices a car with
absolutely no license plates on it
unbeknownst to the deputy the suspect
was previously accused of threatening
his girlfriend with a gun we'll let this
video play out but take a close notice
of just how many occupants there are in
this black SUV
and how this Ramsey County Deputy uses a
snow bank to his Advantage as always at
the end we'll let you know how much time
the suspect served for felony fleeing in
a motor vehicle and details on the
suspect's subsequent actions after being
released from this incident he went on
to later be involved in a direct by
shooting all of that is at the end of
the video
thank you

outnumbered so take a look at how the
deputy uses time to his advantage to
allow more officers to arrive on scene
and notice if any additional force is
used by the officers
as a quick reminder of course we'll have
all the sentencing information and
criminal history related to the driver

after this on my top one the three
passengers in this video were not
suspected of any crimes as for the
driver he's previously been accused of
pointing a gun at his girlfriend and for
this incident of fleeing in a motor
vehicle court records suggest he did 12
days before being released with a state
sentence in a downward departure three
months later he was involved in a
drive-by shooting for which he also
received a staid sentence
