The woman you're about to see in handcuffs, being booked again for shoplifting, is the mother of my two kids, my baby mama, Heather, Sanford, Florida, caught at Walmart. Arrest number nine for theft. Yeah. Nine. Almost 30 years ago, I took a wrap. I served time in state prison so she could be home with our kids. I made that sacrifice because I believed in loyalty. I believed in her. But life life has a way of coming full circle. Call it karma. Call it justice. Call it tragic. But here we are. I never imagined I'd be airing something like this. But I also never imagined the same person I once protected would keep self-destructing like this. Viewer discretion is advised. I had to um I had a seizure about 6 years ago. I had 3335795 or they haven't mailed it to me yet rather. We lived in Texas for about a year. You still have a valid Texas license? Uh yeah, I have a um a Florida license. We they I had to go before the um before the medical board and they just they just approved it. It took almost 6 years because of CO so which I I really didn't have a seizure. The person hit me and I got knocked out by the card. No license 29. Yeah, you only have an ID card. I literally just went more than a week ago. It's No, I can always have my daughter come get me. It's no big deal. But that that's kind obviously where I'm kind of going with this cuz you can if you drive with out a license, you it's a criminal offense. I didn't know. I just went before them. So, I'm going to have to saying ID card very clearly. That's Oh, yeah. when when I when I lost it, I gave it up so that so so that it wouldn't be an issue. And she's not been here for 4 hours just pushing a card around. [Music] I've seen less weird things really and I've seen more weird things. People just like chilling out in here for four or five hours. That would be pretty. I'm not searched her at all or if you wanted to Okay. Grab that in the meantime. Sure. This was from before. No, I told him I I was I had some of that is is um returned, but that was about a month ago and that was earlier today. [Music] If I could just see your purse, please. Oh, sure. So, this is keys. What I'm going to do is I'm going to put the stuff in your Yeah, sure. your bag. Sure. Sure. You can throw it on there. I don't know why I'm afraid always migraines to my pockets. Well, when you have pockets, you tend to use Yeah, I know. From nursing, I'm have pockets. Let me do it. Yep. I'm I'm sorry. It's okay. It's not I know you were trying to be helpful. Those are all really old in here. Nothing nothing of note. Miss, no matter what happens, you will be trespassed from this Walmart. Yes, we we do that. And are you familiar with where their property lines are roughly? Yes, roughly. I mean, they have a lot. I know. They have three retention ponds right here. Well, I would assume all of this up to the gas station and everything. Just just if I even think I keep talking just probably best to stay open this whole plaza. I certainly would cuz I I know where the lines are pretty well. I'm sure you do. So, I've been cocking at them for the last 5 years. I'm sure. I'm sure you do. So trespass warning means that you can no longer come on this property. If you do, you're subject to arrest. And it's all the property, the parking lot having to do with the store. Sure. Everything. Um, it had to do with somebody else and they liked taking me, but I wasn't like arrested. Okay. I got freaked out the first year we lived there. I drove through cuz you can drive through it at night and I swear I saw like something out of my peripheral vision. I just scared the hell out of myself and I won't drive through there at night anymore. All right, now that their paperwork is done, Miss Bud, could you sign right here next to signature for me, please? Sure. You took stuff without paying. I'm really sorry. I'm going to say to Florida that is considered theft. Very embarrassing. You have a court appearance coming on the 30th of September to talk about these charges. Okay. I'm not bringing you to jail today because I don't feel like doing that. Appreciate It's a pain in the rear end for everybody involved. It's a lot easier doing this. But I recognize that it could have happened and scary enough that I will never see you again except, you know, friendly going by or something. I'm going to give you this. I would suggest that you show up on the 30th. If you don't, they will issue a warrant for you for failure to appear and you could face another charge for contempt of court. Okay. Yeah. And like we were getting back coming full circle now going back to the beginning. You do not have a license. You have an ID card only. You have several suspensions on your license actually over the last few years. Yeah. They I'm telling I just went in front of the the medical board that I actually have the girl's number in my the 850 number in my phone. She's been helping me for the past year. Got trying to figure it out because I had a ticket out of Texas and we couldn't do anything until I didn't know if it was Texas or Louisiana. So it was years old. It was years and years and years ago. But moving along from that I suggest you not drive because when you just hand us an ID card, that makes it a very easy arrest to make. Yeah, of course. Because when you get a license, you have to give that ID card back. Well, you just drive. When when all that happened, I went right to the DMV and handed my license over. I mean, I do what I'm, you know, well, meeting in this situation, but I normally do what I'm supposed to. These are your receipts. I mean, obviously, they're typically Are these hers? Is there any deal? They're old. You can throw them away. Maybe it's better if we do that. You can sit in my car. Um Miss Bud, do you have any questions for me? I don't think so. Um I will um call my daughter and she'll come in. Um I I thought the license was fixed in the system, so I'll call her and she'll come and remove the car and she they will drive it. The blue numbers to leave any sort of Yes, I do suggest you also leave the property until she comes here to collect the car because you are trespassed. Okay. Um I mean I could if you want to go with me I can just move it off at least so I'm not here and I you can't I cannot encourage people to break the law. I I mean it really does come down to that. I don't know what movie is about murder instead of driving a bad life and entrament. Entrament. Oh, yeah. Heather Bird was charged with retail theft, a misdemeanor under Florida law, and driving with a suspended license, a criminal traffic offense. Given her prior history, this being her ninth arrest related to theft, prosecutors may pursue enhanced penalties under Florida's repeat offender statutes. She was later released on bond and is expected to appear in court later this month. What began as a quiet afternoon at Walmart ended with handcuffs, shame, and another chapter in a long cycle of arrests. For Heather, the consequences are catching up.
