Does he have that information? >> Yeah. reckless driving into evidence because she was reporting everything. So that's going into evidence. >> Okay. >> They're both getting found charges and driving. Does he know that? >> Okay. Okay. So you can do that clear. I just want to make sure the warrant for the other one. So she's not going to grad. >> I want to make sure that warrant get to the jail. Okay. You can just drop her off in there and then take another one to gra. I called our doc and gave him a heads up. I mean, he's not there, but of course, he he's in charge of the ER. He knows he knows the guy that's in charge. I told him that we tased somebody, but it didn't go into her skin. So, >> hopefully they'll be able to get you in and out of there. >> I have him check the the legs, too, when she was >> Yeah. How that's going to work, you do arrest an incident report. >> Okay. >> And then you're going to do a use of force supplement. >> Okay. >> I'm going to do a use of force supplement. Okay. >> And that's how that's going to work. >> Okay. But that's I mean but I mean the thing is you also have to remember in this environment right here your use of force is going to be a lot quicker because we're in the middle of traffic and that is >> I mean we're worried about their safety worried about our safety. So you got you got to make sure you're not chasing them around. I mean, when you use force, use force. Especially, you know, now if they're in an apartment, if they're on the third floor at the budget, >> that's one thing. But when we're out in the middle of the roadway, >> you know, your use force got to be instant, you know, because I mean, the thing is, especially once you put them in handcuffs cuz once they get handcuffs, they run, get hit by a car, that's on us. >> Yeah. The lines go get done. What he got to00 >> that way he can bring copies of the warrants. >> Yeah. >> Take her take the other one to Grady. >> Sorry. You're 98 for reckless driving. >> Yeah, she was handcuffed. I don't know if she talking about her arm, but she was handcuffed. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, Prior Deputy Sheriff, Patrol Sergeant, and K9 handler. Traffic stops come with an inherent danger for cops, and a lot of law enforcement deaths have been the direct result of a routine vehicle pullover. And that's why the officer in this video is asking the driver and passenger to roll down the rear windows of this vehicle. Because of the heavy window tint, he is unable to clearly see into the back portion of the vehicle. And it can definitely be an officer safety issue. And of course, the driver in this situation has to provide all identifying information regardless of if she agrees with the traffic stop or not. And this officer is well within his legal authority to order her out of the vehicle at any point in time that he wants to. And when she refuses to exit the vehicle, becomes physically resistive, and her girlfriend gets in the way of this officer performing his lawful duties, not to mention being on the side of the roadway in a quasi highly trafficked area. That is all a major safety issue at that point for all parties concerned. When the suspect decides to break away from this officer, at that point in time, this officer is going to be looking at the best most efficient way to try to overcome that resistance, prevent escape, and affect the arrest, with safety being the main point of focus for everybody on scene. >> The driver was charged with obstruction and reckless driving, while the passenger was charged with obstruction, but both the individuals remain innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
