I He he put me >> Spread your feet. >> We've got it. >> The officers separated the woman from her bags, checked her for anything else, and then put her in the patrol car for transport to the jail. But before they got there, she'd requested medical attention. >> Your Your neck hurts? >> I need a paramedic. >> You need a paramedic? I'll ask her to be nice and not fight. You're not going to fight with us, right? >> I didn't fight from the beginning. >> You You did. >> During their check, she asked to go to the hospital, so she got strapped to a gurney for transport. >> All right, you can go. >> I can't wait I can't wait to report all of you. You're all going to be in my police report, right? >> Okay. >> Do you know who John Gotti is? Do you know his home number or where he lives? You're not >> See you there. >> The officer followed behind and a couple hours later the woman was released back into his custody and taken to jail, where she would be charged with disorderly conduct and battery on a Leo. After seeking the help of a public defender, she'd plead no contest to the charges and be placed on probation for 3 years. She was also ordered to write a letter of apology to the officer. Now here's Frank with his take on the incident. >> Well, you should have waited till you got there and get tore up. >> I travel quite a bit. Uh my dad lives on the East Coast. I go back and forth quite a bit. I love the state of Florida. I go back and forth there a lot also. I love an airport beer. We've gone over this. I like to find my gate and then find a nearby establishment and enjoy a beer in the airport. A beer, maybe two beers. I am not getting quote toe up in the airport. Um I I it's just a recipe for disaster. And obviously, this looks pretty disastrous and she can barely talk. >> Did she go in the bathroom? >> Out of all of the airports across the country, I think I love airport videos from Orlando the most. I love them so much that I'm starting to recognize officers who are assigned there. And I I just I love it. I feel like like I want to go there. And the next time, which might be this year, that I fly into Orlando, I'm going to look for these officers just so I can meet them in real life cuz I just I want to tell them what a great job they do. They just make they do their job so well. It makes for great video. >> You're going to go to jail. >> Why? >> Disorderly conduct. >> So, these officers are talking about disorderly conduct. It's the same disorderly conduct that we have here in Arizona. It is the solution to a problem. And when there's a problem like this, I don't care what the end result is. I don't care if a prosecutor looks at it and dismisses all the charges. I don't care if she gets a year in jail. Anywhere in between, that's not what the issue is. The issue is there's a problem with a drunk girl in the airport and she needs to be removed. So, if she's not going to voluntarily remove herself, law enforcement can remove her using the tool of disorderly conduct because obviously she's causing a disturbance because law enforcement was called. That's it. She's causing a disturbance. They're a business. We can take care of this problem. So, if she's out of jail in a couple hours or if she stays there for a year, it doesn't matter. Fact of the matter is, these officers were in an airport, and that's one place she can't be. >> You're almost there. >> No. Touch me. >> I love the fact that this officer goes straight to business. You don't get to touch law enforcement. It's just the way it is. It's uh Some people say it's not fair, and life's not fair, cuz there are people with hair, and then there's me. So, some Not everything's fair. But, you we can touch you, you can't touch us. It's just It's the way the world works. So, when this suspect put her hand on that officer, you notice that he goes straight to the ground with her. Absolutely. She just committed a felony. In Florida, it's battery on law enforcement officer. In Arizona, it's aggravated assault. Um I would imagine both are probably felonies, at least it is here, and it allows us to use a significant level of force to take that suspect into custody. So, you don't get to swing at us, you don't get to hit us, you don't get to push us. Sorry, keep your hands to yourself. >> I need a paramedic. >> You need a paramedic? >> I'm sure that in her drunken mind, she's thinking that if she calls for the paramedics, that she's not going to get arrested, because she's a simpleton, and I would imagine that's the line of logic that she's employing. That's not how it goes. And this officer was great. She requested a paramedic because she got incarceritis, or gellitis. Uh he does exactly probably what his policy calls a paramedics. They say, "Hey, we got to go check her out." No problem. They load her up in an ambulance. He follows them to the hospital. She gets medically cleared, and guess what? She still gets booked into jail, because you don't get to just say, "Oh, I need to go to the the hospital." And not be held accountable. So, good on this officer for sticking with it, and for booking her, cuz she needed to go. >> You're not going to fight with us, right? >> I didn't fight from the beginning. >> Pure gold out of Orlando, they're great as always. On my channel, while we do on body cam breakdowns, we do a little game called body cam bingo. Cards three and four would have been a bingo for this one. So, if you want to check out more body cam breakdown and play body cam bingo, check out the Frank Slow channel. Thank you so much to Body Cam Watch for inviting me over, for having me on the channel, and we'll see you on the next one.
