this one. >> Police search warrant. POLICE SEARCH WARRANT. POLICE SEARCH WARRANT. POLICE. POLICE. Let me see your hands. >> Police search warrant, let me see your hands. >> Search warrant for what? >> No matter, let me see your hands. >> Let's go, step out. >> Step on out. >> Step out. >> Wrap yourself up and step out both of you. Don't be digging in the closet or anything. All right. You can pick them up off the floor. We got a female officer out here, ma'am. You'll be fine. >> For what? >> We'll tell you in a minute. >> August 5th, 2025, 8:31 a.m. In a quiet apartment [clears throat] complex in Chillicothe, Illinois, a tactical team shatters the morning silence, storming a back bedroom. Caught completely off guard in bed is 27-year-old Kwin Hudson, and beside him, his unsuspecting pregnant girlfriend, Anna Dozard. To the world, they were just an ordinary couple, but investigators didn't choose this store by accident. >> Is this a problem, though? What did I do? >> We have a search warrant for you. >> For what? >> Uh protectable contents. >> So, what did I do? >> I got I got >> What did we do? So, why are we being detained? >> Weeks earlier, a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Cyber Tip flagged a predator uploading horrific material to the app Kik under the username KJ Mouk. >> Can she put some pants on, at least? >> Um ma'am, we're searching for some illegal items. >> Can you put some pants on, please, ma'am? >> Those are shorts. I don't even have a shirt on, sir. >> You're fine. We'll explain this to you. >> So, why have you been detained? >> Apartment scared. We have a search warrant for this apartment, okay? Detective will explain why and what it's for shortly. >> What's wrong with this apartment? >> Okay, the detective will explain why and what it's for shortly. Okay? >> Like, y'all just kicked our door in for what? >> Yes, sir. That's a search warrant. You didn't answer the door when we knocked. That's it. >> So, we were sleeping. >> All right. It's the way it goes. This ain't your first rodeo in North Miami, okay? So, this is the real one, all right? >> No, this is not our first rodeo. And sir, what's going on today? >> Would you like a shirt, sir? If so, we're going to find one for you. >> Yeah. Um, can you get one out there? >> Detectives meticulously traced those digital bread crumbs straight to an IP address assigned to this exact apartment. The internet utility was registered in Hannah's name, but a deeper look into the home exposed a sinister truth. Only two people had the password to that Wi-Fi, and Hudson already had a prior arrest record for solicitation. One where he was caught frantically scrubbing thousands of files from his phone. This is a predator caught in the digital crosshairs. >> We have to do that. >> Okay. All right. Sergeant Percell, you in? >> How are you? >> Yep. >> Yep, you're going to go to the right. I got a car up front. I got one out back. >> This isn't for me, is it? >> No, this is the worst thing I got right >> Is there one back there? >> Yeah, that's all right. I will try and air on. >> It's just hard to get back there. >> I'll explain to you in 1 second, okay? >> The detective will explain something to you. >> I I I will explain it to you as soon as I get to the car. >> Just stand there and get out of the line of fire. >> So, what is y'all detaining me for? >> I'll explain it here in 1 second, okay? As soon as we get you secured in the car, then I'll explain to you what's going on, okay? All Just have a seat right here and I'll explain everything, what's going on. Now, get in the car >> Yes. >> and I'll explain. >> Pick your legs up there, please. >> Okay. Just sit back and go into great detail when I explain to you what's going on, okay? We a search warrant for your residence, okay? Officers are going to be conducting a search right now, okay? That's why you're detained right now. And that search warrant, I have every legal right to search you and detain you, okay? So, that's what's going on, okay? The The detective in charge of this investigation will speak with you once the search is concluded. Okay? So, right now we're going to transport you up to the station and detain you up there. >> way, >> Okay? >> like, sir, what is >> I just explained that to you. >> my house being searched for? >> I don't have to explain that to you. I just said I have to explain to you that there's a No, I don't. >> Because cuz I live there. >> have a search warrant. We have a search warrant for your residence to detain everyone that occupied that residence. That's why you're being >> Are you sure that is >> That is your residence. >> my old residence? >> Yes. Yep. >> From where? >> Everybody that's inside that residence, I can detain. A judge signed off on it. >> Okay. >> No ifs, ands, buts, or whats. >> So, then what >> That is my explanation. >> So, what about everybody else that lives in there, sir? >> Everybody that's inside that residence is being detained right now. >> this whole building? >> Okay. So, I told you, that is what your We had a search warrant for your residence, not the building. Your residence, okay? All right. Put your phone in. >> Watch your head. >> Detective will speak with you once he the search is completed. >> All right, ma'am. I just got to look at some phones here and see if you can let me know what the passwords are so that way they can plug them in. Do you recognize this phone? >> Yes, that's my old phone. >> Okay. Is there a passcode on it? >> I think so. >> Do you know what it would be? Plug it in and then maybe you can So, I assume this one was your current phone? >> Um, no. >> Or this one, the yellow. >> [snorts] >> Is this one password protected? >> No, I think all of them are off. I think. >> All three of them are? >> Three of them are not. >> Okay. I'm just going to verify that. Just Like I said, that way they can Okay. So, that one's that. The one with the finger touch or whatever, that white one. Okay. We can verify that cuz it's dead. And then whose is this one? >> The brown one is my son's. >> Okay. And >> do you know if there was a password on that? >> I don't know. >> Okay. And if there was, do you know what the password would be? >> I don't >> Okay. All right. Has it. Okay. >> That one was really really old. I was actually in high school and >> Okay. Okay. >> That's why I said it's in in my work right now. >> Okay. No problem. All right. And then do you know where the charger is for the laptop cuz I have to plug that one in as well. That way we can get it back to you sooner. >> Um it's the black cord with box at the end. I'd say maybe in the bedroom. >> Maybe in the bedroom. >> And if it's not, it's it's laying around somewhere. >> Okay. >> It's a black cord. It's the one and only one with the box at the end. It'll be on the inside. >> Okay. Awesome. I appreciate it. I'll drive right back with you, okay? As well. And then just have some questions for you. Put this up here. Okay. And is your internet uh password protected? >> Yeah, I I have it protected. It's like all controlled on my phone. >> Oh, okay. I got you. And who all has access to your internet? >> Um me and my boyfriend. >> Okay. And who's your boyfriend? >> Kieran. >> Okay. >> He's the one who has >> What's that? >> He's the one who you guys have to talk to. >> Okay. Okay. And do How many cell phones do you have? >> Um I have mine that actually works and then we have like two or three that are broken. >> Okay. >> I've had one call um call that emergency number like that emergency number and I had it lose all the signal on my phone before. >> When was that? >> Uh probably like not even a month >> Okay. >> All right. Yeah, he's banging on my door and I answered. He didn't woke me out of my sleep. Um and I answered the door and it was like nothing was going on. I didn't call. But I I didn't I didn't tell him about the phone but I assumed that's what it was. >> Okay. Okay, so probably just a different one. Okay. So do they all like work like turn on or >> Um no, only mine. They one of them Well, both of them are broken and they have like they come on but they have touch screens so it's like they press buttons and [ __ ] >> Okay, so they probably just have Wi-Fi. They don't have Okay. Are those password protected or anything? >> I think so, yeah. >> Okay. All right. And how many phones do you think there was? Was it three? Like yours and then does Kion have a phone? >> Um his is the one that's broken. >> Oh, okay. I got you. >> What was the reasoning for this today? >> Um I can explain that to you. So Um let me see here. So, pretty much what happened um is we got notified by the Attorney General's office that um there was child that was uploaded from your residence on your internet. Um I'm not saying that you did it. Um however, it came from your residence, okay? So, pretty much what's going to happen now, so pretty much what we have to do is we have to execute a search warrant. All electronics have to be seized, any kind of plugged into a computer to verify that there's nothing on it. Is what it comes down to, okay? Um Now, with that um what I would ask for is, you know, I want you to get your phone back and stuff like that. Um pretty much we'll just ask for the passcodes on those phones, they'll get plugged in and then they'll get returned to you. Um do you know anything about anything like that or why there would be anything uploaded? Okay. Do you guys ever have anybody over at your house at all or >> No. >> No, okay. >> I've never had anyone visit besides my sisters and my dad. >> Okay. And what time do they normally visit? Like what time of the day? >> Like during the day it was probably >> Okay. >> 4 or 5 somewhere in that area. >> Like 4 or 5 p.m.? >> Yeah, something like that. >> Okay. I got you. >> They've only been here a couple times. >> Okay. >> Could you guys run my phone first and then can I use it? >> Yes. Yes. That That was the plan was we wanted to preview your phone a little quicker so that way you get it back. Yep. Um so I'm going to show you some pictures um just to kind of see if you can at least tell me it's not child anything like that. I just want to know if you've ever seen these pictures or if you can resemble anything. Have you ever seen this picture? Does that resemble anything you've ever seen? Like would you say that's KeJuan? >> I don't think so. >> Okay. What about like this picture? No. And then what about And it doesn't change the fact of anything even if it is. Or not. No. Okay. So you've never seen any of those and that doesn't look like his at all. No. Okay. Like I said, that really doesn't mean anything. I'm just asking. Have you ever heard of the application Kik? Like is that Is that on any of your guys's phones? >> Um that I think I've seen that before. >> Okay. What phone is that on? Do you know? Or is it on the laptop or >> I have an account. I've never uploaded anything and it's >> Okay. >> It might be on the laptop or something. >> Okay. All right. What's the username that you have for that? >> One of my emails and my phone. >> Okay. >> Uh it's a different variation of my name. >> Oh, okay. Now have you ever heard of a username that's like k j m o o k? Does that sound like one of the usernames? >> Not that I know of. >> Would that would have been Would that have been KeJuan's? >> I don't know his name. >> Okay. But does he have Kik as well? >> I think so. >> Would it be on one of the phones or would his be on the laptop? >> Um probably one of the >> Okay. So the reason why I asked for that is just so anytime a a search warrant is executed, that's what was done with that address. Um we have to give you a copy of the search warrant. Um I'll just give you a copy of this so I'm not sending it to the wrong email address. It's not the the end of the world. Um you guys have internet at that address though, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Who's your internet provider? >> Um Xfinity. >> Would it be Xtreme? >> Yeah. >> [music] >> Okay. So it's probably that one or like Frontier or something. Okay. Is it password protected? >> No. >> Yeah, okay. All right. Who all resides at that address? >> Just me and my girlfriend. >> Okay. All right. Does anybody else have access to the internet or anything like that? >> Um possibly, I don't know. >> Okay. All right, no problem. >> Cuz um a lot of weird stuff been going on with that Wi-Fi box. >> Oh, really? What kind of weird [ __ ] >> Like um it like it like kicks certain devices off. >> Oh, okay. >> And then like you know how if if like if you get kicked off your Wi-Fi, the whole system goes down. And it it it kicks certain devices off, but it's still up. You know what I mean? Makes sense? >> Right. Technology is great when it works, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, okay. I got you. All right. >> So somebody could have that Wi-Fi. >> Okay. All right, I got you. >> And then um I do have a phone that got broke recently and um >> Mhm. >> I think I had like made a mistake in calling y'all cuz the um >> All right. >> came out there before and it was for my phone, but the screen is broke, so I can't see nothing. >> Does the screen work at all or no? No, okay. >> So I so I could have pressed it by mistake without knowing you trying to unlock it or make it work. >> Oh, okay. I got you. I got you. And that's what Hannah's your girlfriend, right? Is that her name? Okay. And she had mentioned that there was an also that went out there for like an hour and hung up or something like that. Okay. >> I was on the phone with them. >> Okay. >> You trying to get a victory now? >> Oh, okay. Do you have any social media accounts or anything? >> Yeah. Um the only social media account I had was um Snapchat. >> Okay. >> Um my name is Lil Fo HD. >> Lil what? >> Lil Fo. L E W B. Lil and then F O E. HD. >> All right. All right. All right. So just kind of explain some things. Um do you have any other social media accounts or anything like that like >> No, that's >> Facebook, Instagram, Kik. >> No. >> MySpace, anything like that? >> No. I mean, I used to have MySpace, but that is so long ago. >> Yeah, I don't even think that's around anymore. I don't know if you can access all that stuff anymore. Okay, I've never had a Kik account. >> No. >> No? Okay. Okay. Um so, I'll kind of explain why why we're having this conversation. Um so, pretty much what kind of transpired um was we were alerted that some message some inappropriate messages were being sent from you guys's address. >> To us. Okay. >> What's that? >> To who? >> To I I It's just a random username. I mean, I can I can look it up, but it's the kind of irrelevant to a degree. Um so, with that, some stuff was just kind of uploaded on there. Um there was kind of a complaint that was brought up with it. So, pretty much what happens then is we have to investigate it cuz that's, you know, what we do when there's a complaint that's brought into something. So, in that platform that was used was Kik. So, when I talked to Hannah, um she said that she used to have a Kik account and then that you have you've had a Kik account in the past. >> Yeah, but that was back then. >> Okay. Not anymore. Okay, I got you. What was your Kik username when you had one? >> Um I It was so long ago, I don't even remember for real. >> Okay. Okay. How long ago would you say? >> Uh I had Kik probably like when I was like still in high school. >> Oh, okay. All right. >> It was a long time ago. >> Got you. Okay. All right. So, would a username k j m o o k ring a bell? >> I wouldn't say. >> No? Okay. Are you being honest with me? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, I'm I'm going to be completely honest with you on this, okay? We with what we did in the search warrant is we seized all electronics inside the residence. They're all going to get plugged in. They're all going to be searched. Is there anything that we're going to find on your phone? >> No. >> Even if there's stuff that's deleted, it's going to be found. >> No. >> No? Okay. So, there's some dates where some things were uploaded, okay? Um I'm going to read the dates with you. I would have been like on June 9th all the way till like June 12th. There was pictures that were sent and then there was stuff that was uploaded. >> It was uploaded to where? >> They were sent via a message from one Kik user, which what I believe that is your Kik account, was uploaded to another Kik account. Okay? >> That don't make no sense. >> Okay, so there's like >> So can you kind of explain it to me then? What Why would it >> So so you're saying like so one Kik account sent a message to another Kik account. >> Yeah, Kik account that was registered to your guys's IP address. >> So >> you residing? >> Right, so I'm saying like so it was two of the same Kik accounts from the same address sending it to each other. >> No, so it would So what it would be is so all of our pictures So this We'll say this is your IP address. This is where the the messages were sent. It was sent somewhere else to another respondent somewhere else. To another Kik account. >> Okay. >> But the Kik account that uploaded the picture and/or videos was from your address sending it out. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So can you explain that to me? >> Um >> I mean there's got to be some logic to it. >> I see what you mean like Possibly, but >> Cuz it's not like we draw a name out of a hat, you know what I mean? There's lots of search warrants that are executed. Um so like I guess I'll explain a little further to you. >> Yeah, that's what I've tried to understand cuz I didn't know what was going on. Like we don't do nothing out the house. >> Okay. >> We just >> Something's done there because I mean that stuff was uploaded from there. >> We just go to work and then like >> Where do you work at? >> Um I always work at a Subway. >> Okay. >> And she works at McDonald's. >> Okay. >> But um I was just recently trying to go to Hardee's. >> Got you. >> At first Hudson denied everything. The account, the messages, the evidence, it wasn't him, or so he claimed. But detectives already had the digital trail, and as they revealed more of what they knew, his story began to crack. With each question, the truth became harder to hide. The lies were running out, and Hudson was running out of answers. >> So I reviewed some reports. You were also charged with, you know, soliciting soliciting a sex act. exploitation what, a few months ago? >> Back then, I think it was April. >> Yeah. Okay. Some of the things that you said that night, cuz we have a video recording that I reviewed a couple weeks ago, versus the messages that were sent on Kik, >> Yeah. >> I'm telling you, man, like they're all damn near identical in the type of verbage that you used. >> I mean, yeah, like >> So, and I'm telling you, like I would try and get in front of this. It looks a lot better to the state's attorney's office getting in front of it, especially when I assume Hannah's baby that she's pregnant with is is it is it your child? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. It's not going to look very good when this goes down if, you know, that's the case and DCFS starts getting involved where there was child being uploaded from a residence that you're trying to bring a baby home to. I can tell you right now, I don't work at DCFS, but they ain't letting that [ __ ] fly. >> I know, but I'm telling you that what's what's really going on is that, like, I wasn't receiving or giving any messages, but I do have an old account that, you know, like, once you once you log into it, it's everything in there comes back, you know, like >> I got you. Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? >> So, is that your account, but you're saying you probably you didn't upload it? >> Yeah. >> The KJ movie is your account, but you didn't upload it. >> didn't I didn't upload nothing. I didn't send anything. >> So, I mean, like, you know, I'll explain to you, so like some of the the stuff in there, like, I mean, there's some things that that aren't necessarily bad in there, okay? So, like, you know, you just wanting, like, a lot of the messages that were sent, as you would know, um, would be, you know, you're trying to see pictures of videos of whatever you're paying for them, what have you. There's nothing illegal about that as long as they're a a legal adult, yeah, you know, you can ask her all that [ __ ] all you want. That's not anything that, you know, the the conversation that we're having isn't anything that, you know, we go back and relate to Hannah or anything like that. It just stays between us, you know what I mean? >> It doesn't really make a difference. >> Okay. >> I know I know what my intentions are and what >> What are your intentions with it? >> And I wasn't trying to do nothing like that, you know? >> Like I I don't know what you're saying. I can't >> It's like okay, like child That's not what I was doing. >> Mhm. >> I believe >> But like, you know, like It's one of those type sites where people just talk and stuff like that. >> Yeah, I got you. >> Like that's what I'm saying, like most of those pictures are probably older I got from a long time ago. >> Okay. >> I just logged into my account and >> Okay. >> got them back. >> Okay. >> But a lot of them I deleted. >> So would they still be on your phone? >> No. >> Or would you have deleted them? >> I I got rid of those a long time ago. >> Okay. Like how long ago? >> Probably like a long time ago. >> Okay. Like So what what's a long time ago? Like >> A couple months ago. >> months ago. Okay. >> I can't really put no date >> So So like the uploads were done in June. So would you say like after you uploaded them, you prob- you deleted them? Is that what you're saying? So when you upload on Kik, I mean, I don't know a lot about Kik, so correct me if I'm wrong. >> That's what I'm saying, like see um I can't really put no date on it, but I know that I deleted it because um >> The app or the videos and pictures? >> and pictures because she got went through my phone and um >> Okay. >> So it was really the same thing. >> Got Did she see them or you just didn't want her to see them? >> No, she saw them. >> Okay. All right. Is she still with you? Okay. All right, good deal. >> So I got I got rid of them, but they wasn't like, okay, how can I explain this? Okay, so say like you you is asking for some pictures, right? >> Mhm. >> And then like a person sending you some, but then they started sending other videos. >> As in like >> All type of videos. >> Okay. Like what what type? Are you talking like >> Okay. You know, um child and all type stuff. But you not asking for none of this stuff. >> Mhm. >> So how could that fall back on you? >> I would say it really necessarily wouldn't as long as you're deleting it and showing that, you know, you're not really wanting that, you know what I mean? So that's where I'm saying. I'm not saying that you necessarily a fault of it, but what what these dates and times were showing, these are uploads. So, I don't know, you know, if someone asked for them, you sent them to them, and then you deleted them, or >> It was It was more so like, okay, somebody sent this to me. >> Okay. >> Cuz like uh >> I can tell they weren't homemade, so I I know for sure that they were sent to you, so yeah. >> So, they were sent to me from a group. >> Okay. >> Cuz because there's plenty >> Like a group on Kik, or Okay. >> And then there's groups, and then people send kind of stuff. >> Okay. >> So, then somebody will like come in the group chat and then ask for like certain pictures, you know. >> Yeah. >> And then they're willing to pay for the stuff. And that's how I end up getting pictures. >> Okay, did you pay for it, or did they just send them to you? >> Uh I didn't I didn't pay for them. Uh they was up in a group chat. So, really they just send them to the group chat. >> Oh, I got you. >> And then they expect people to to send something back. >> Okay. >> That's how I got like a lot of pictures. >> Okay. >> Detectives cracked open the data logs for the username KJ Mook. They uncovered a highly active predatory marketplace. Hudson wasn't just scrolling, he was systematically hunting. The recovered chat history exposed a calculated operation. Hudson used the anonymity of Kik to solicit horrific media, explicitly throwing around massive cash incentives to get what he wanted. He was offering anywhere from $500 to $1,000 a turn, treating unimaginable exploitation like a standard business transaction, all fueled by the instant tap of digital apps like Cash App, Apple Pay, and PayPal. >> You think they're going to let a kid come home? Probably not. >> Yeah, I understand that. >> I'm not trying to make it sound shitty, but >> No, because they would charge you. Yeah, because it's the truth, and then and then that's how [ __ ] go. And >> Yep. >> And then I would expect the same thing from her, that's what I'm saying. >> Yeah. >> Like Like, see, I don't I don't know what all she saw. I know that she saw something from Kik, so >> Okay. What What did she say to you? Like, how did How did that happen? >> Basically told me like, I need to delete the stuff off my phone, or we're going to stop talking. >> Okay. >> It's basically what she said. >> Okay. Do you have like a lot of pictures and videos of like naked and [ __ ] like that on >> No, I got to like a lot of screenshots of like [ __ ] I search like videos, songs, cheat codes. >> Okay. >> Old pictures of myself. >> Got you. Okay. >> Family pictures and [ __ ] like that. >> Okay. >> But other than that like it happened a time where like I had a lot of videos from Kik and then she go through my [ __ ] and be like you know, like like I can't believe this even in your phone, you know. >> Yeah. >> So I had to really make a choice. >> Yeah. Who is that? >> Yeah. >> So I had to delete it and then like that's what that's what I'm saying like I don't really know what all she saw but I know what she saw. >> Okay. >> [ __ ] that she know that came from Kik. >> Okay. So would she be mad like if there was just some random chick from like porn or some [ __ ] like that on your phone or would she be more mad of you know, being the child stuff? >> really really is both. >> Both. Okay. >> Cuz like she feel like you know, why should I have to do that? >> Right. No, I mean my wife be the same way. So I mean I I get that. >> only only know cuz like we had this conversation. >> Okay. >> Kwande Hudson was hit with 10 severe counts of child At his detention hearing, the state's attorney made their stance clear, filing a petition to deny pre-trial release. The judge agreed. Hudson was remanded to the Peoria County Jail, ordered to remain locked behind bars pending his trial. A digital predator stripped of his anonymity finally awaiting a day of reckoning in a court of law.
