Paro nothing nothing clean probation what for uh trafficking trafficking yes okay all right then uh obviously I'll let you talk I'll let you say your peace okay but okay we're dress like this for a reason okay I know exactly when this car came in here uhhuh all right uh so I want you go back a little bit I want you to tell me the truth cuz I let you tell your story I was testing your honesty okay okay people steal cars to mess with people people steal cars to need a ride people steal cars to sell dope people sell cars to take family members to church there's different reason people steal cars I know exactly when this car got here I know exactly who came in it all right okay and that's why I'm here right now all right I'll let you say your story so let's go back let's be honest yeah I mean honest with you I was just out here to come check out the hood No saw drive this car in I don't know I couldn't tell you I couldn't don't do me like that man I treat you with respect you know what I mean your name Monto what's your first name it I'm I'm telling you the truth I I came out here to look at the hood that's it that's all I came to do is look at the hood there's a I've been sitting in a car uhhuh with no heat on it not on no music no nothing mhm watching that car okay I followed it in all right okay you left you came back now I left where it's in here somewhere all right yeah I didn't have enough people to arrest you all right you understand that yes at that time I did not have enough people to arrest you all right so let's go back and that I'm telling you there's different reasons people steal cars or have stolen cars go there and stolen cars uh go out there do the hood rat [ __ ] or go out there and I don't know I know you got a family member but with you just lying to me leads me to believe that you're out there doing hood rat stuff you know what I mean I'm not doing hood rat stuff sir and that's what I'm trying to say but if you're not telling me the truth from the get-go Dominic yeah what does that what what does that lead me to believe you're not I'm not telling you the truth you're a reasonable you're a reasonable person right yes sir does a reasonable person come out here to a guy's car that you don't know for three hours I haven't been out here three hours no you just met him three hours ago right yeah not even that not even that does does a reasonable person do that no but I was just like I said I told him I'll take a look at it I also even found another pair of keys and turn them into them the the pair of keys where we're at where where where I came across the street I went knocked on their door there was a pair of keys on their door I knocked on the door I gave them their keys I came out here to throw the trash and I was asked to look at the hood I looked at the hood I've been out here maybe 15 minutes that's it I know I know how long you've been out here gu that's it mhm so I I don't do I don't do stuff like that I don't do stuff like that all right well I'm going to let you sit here I'm going to go look at the inside of the car all right I'm going to see anything that belongs to you and then why were you walking on the car oh because I want I just tried to smash the hood down because it was all the way up does that sound like something someone should do to a car that they don't know whose it is like I told them I don't know how to fix the hood I'll then why would you I just told him I'll look at it and I'll try you think I'm dumb no I don't think you're dumb but honestly I got on the hood does that sound like a story that even you sitting in my shoes would believe no I wouldn't believe it if I you know what I mean and then and then I've been sitting here too yeah so now so when I follow the car in right who do you think I saw get out the car um I don't know I couldn't tell you that I'll tell you exactly what I did to that huh your uh Kathy yes you want us toake up right now I wouldn't want you to but first I don't want to be in trouble either sir I just got a foot on prob too late for that man for what what did I do now you're not I'm I'm sitting here I'm sitting here telling trying to give you the opportunity to tell theth then how come I didn't get stopped if you say I tell what did I tell you what you didn't have enough people you think I that make sense if you didn't have enough people I'm not I don't know you right yes sir do you know me yeah no you don't right you don't you don't know what I'm capable of I don't know what you're capable of sir do you think it's smart for me to come out and do my job alone no no dude you didn't run you didn't give us a hard time all right but there's people out here that do run give us a hard time have guns I'm not going to go arrest someone by myself mhm all right mhm I can honestly show you what I did to the car to see if I can fix the hood I could honestly tell you what happened when I followed you in me mhm I don't even have a driver's license I would even be behind the car if I didn't have I don't have a driver I wouldn't even be driving that car I don't have a driver's accidence so I go talk to drill yeah where's which dros he lives at the he lives right if you go in May so the keys that were dropped uh from Dominic were outside those keys are to this vehicle Dominic has items inside the car where are they at in this wallet Dominic has on the there's aood stamp food stamp and then Dominic has his card in here he's denied being in this vehicle at all and says that he's only here to work on a hood his [Music] items where's he at you haven't been in that car I'm be honest I right no you're not being honest Dominic I'm being honest I got to right in no dude no dude that's it hey what did I tell you what you think I'm messing with you when I said I followed it in here like 2 3 hours ago right it wasn't even two I haven't even been here 2 3 hours ago I met the person that gave me a ride 2 3 hours ago hey
