victim doesn't want to press charges the attacker won't be charged with assault the cuts on her face are a result of self-defense so there won't be any charges from either side however it's necessary to separate those involved to prevent further escalation therefore the attacker will be charged with disorderly intoxication and taken away but this is where things will get complicated we'll get them car and another randomly parked car she claims the car started moving backward on its own and you can judge whether that might have been due to her being nervous for some reason or something else when the policewoman told her that she couldn't leave the scene of the accident things quickly started to go downhill this traffic stop will turn into a real chaos in seconds I'm pretty sure your back tire decided to leave the scene of the accident even though he wasn't at fault the person at fault actually called the police who soon located the victim James sitting calmly in his car in a parking lot the polite officer decided to spare James from charges for leaving the scene of a crime and waited with him for the Florida Highway Patrol to take over the case everything seems normal for now but you
