video from the start guys got my
adrenaline pumping and every cop out
there that's watching knows exactly what
I'm talking about and to be honest with
you guys I didn't know how my body would
react until I was smack dab in the
middle of dangerous situations just like
this and to keep it all the way real
with you guys you never know how these
situations will affect you until you're
in it and that's when you'll find out if
you're truly built for law enforcement
so we open up today guys with an officer
yelling at a suspect from his Cruiser to
put the gun down and just hearing that
lets me know that this is already a
tense situation because I can clearly
hear someone screaming in the background
and if that already wasn't stressful
enough the suspect flees the scene
taking the officer on a Pursuit now
here's the scary part about this and if
you're a cop long enough you will
experience an adrenaline rush situation
there's no doubt about it making the
heartbeat faster and experience an
increased blood flow to the brain and
muscles and this is normal for officers
because it's our body's response to
dealing with stressful situations and
this is definitely something I believe
that these officers are dealing with
while responding to these types of calls
and now we have numerous officers in
pursuit of the suspect at this point and
we soon learned that the suspect
allegedly shot someone at another
location so this situation is extremely
dangerous because now the suspect is
traveling the wrong way on the freeway
at dangerously high speeds and I did see
this coming guys the suspect then
crashes out as he swerves almost gets
hit by a semi and then he crashes into
the officer's Cruiser but as the officer
exits we do hear the officer discharge
his gun at the suspect which literally
made my heart drop but allegedly the
suspect was is reaching for something in
his pants and that will have to be
explained in the use of force paperwork
but thankfully not one officer was hurt
while arresting this guy and once they
got the mail into custody the officers
to the best of their ability made sure
that this guy had no gunshot wounds
which is standard protocol and a great
job of these officers now that was a lot
guys but lastly these type of criminals
will definitely get their day in court
my question is what will be the end
result because too many times I've
arrested someone and I did everything
professionally and buy the book just to
be on patrol maybe a few months later
and I see the same person free on the
streets and in my opinion that is a
problem this suspect was charged with
aggravated battery with the use of a
firearm aggravated fleeing alluding a
peace officer with a rate of speed at
least 21 mph over the speed limit armed
violence resisting obstructing
aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and
violating the conditions of a bail bond
he was given no bond for these charges
he is innocent unless proven guilty in a
court of law
