All righty. So, I just got home from my second day of hearings with the arbitrator uh in my labor dispute between myself and the city of Columbus where uh we were presenting a case trying to say that the city of Columbus did not uh have just cause or did not properly use just cause, whatever the right terminology is, uh when they terminated my employment. Uh we had two days of hearings. I announced that prior to going to the hearings and I know I've been getting a lot of messages and comments. Everybody wants to know how the hearings went. Uh, unfortunately, I can't really give any details on that stuff right now. Um, there's a process. The way the process works is both sides, uh, present their case. They each have about 30 days to turn in a case brief to the arbitrator. Uh, the arbitrator will then deliberate and, uh, issue his decision. His decision is final. Um, there's always a chance that if I say the wrong thing publicly, I might jeopardize this process and I don't want to do that. Um, the only thing I can say is that I have a smile on my face today. Uh, if that gives you any indication of how I feel the proceedings went, uh, be that what it may. But for now, we're going to sit back. We're going to relax. I'm going to take a little time. Uh I'm going to take a little time away from social media, YouTube, and everything. Um kind of get my head together and we're going to wait for the arbitrator's decision. Uh that's it for now.
