This woman thought that she had a constitutional right to smoke while in custody. >> So I can't even smoke? >> No. >> Why is that? >> Because I'm >> That's my rights as a as a Florida citizen. >> Okay, you have a seat. >> You have a seat there now. >> I Okay, I can vape. >> And this woman pushed this cop's patience to its breaking point and ended up going through the glass head first. >> So today we'll take a look at these two very different cases. First, let's start with the one where the woman went through the glass. Now, this case is very unique because both the suspects and the officer ended up getting charges for this. Take a look at this. >> Why am I being Why am I being in here? No. I want a [ __ ] reason on why. Why? Cuz you guys cannot protect me once. >> Why? Why? No. I want to know why on the bench. >> Why? >> Why have a seat on the seat? Why >> have a seat please? >> Why on the bench? >> Why? Because nothing. Because you have [ __ ] nothing. >> Something to you. >> Cuz you have [ __ ] nothing. >> You have to read something to you. >> No, you have [ __ ] nothing again today. >> Because I've done [ __ ] nothing. >> I've done [ __ ] nothing. >> Okay. My name is Shannon McCrae. Hi, >> Mr. McCra. I'm officer. Hi. Police. >> Hi. Breath test. >> Okay. Go ahead. Go ahead. Anything about current? >> No, I don't. >> And you did any type of >> No, I don't. >> Okay. All right. So, what do we call? >> Go ahead. I was saying >> I'm not allowed to. All right. Because why you have a seat for today? >> Because is that it? Hey guys, you guys control the [ __ ] You have to stay seated. >> Okay, fine. >> 20 minutes. Okay, >> fine. >> Once it's done, then we'll go in there. Test. >> Okay, fine. >> Are you going to be tall enough to sit here? >> Absolutely. >> All right, so you have to stay seated. Okay, >> that's fine. >> All right, hang out. 20 minutes. Okay, >> that's fine. >> All right, >> [ __ ] you guys, dude. For real. >> That's fine. >> So, she was getting booked in for DUI. Obviously, she's being an unbearable Karen, just like we've seen in almost every single body cam on this channel, but it looks like this cop gets triggered a little too easily with these Karens, as you're about to see in just a moment. And the thing is that with a video like this, I understand that it must be very frustrating to deal with a Karen like this, but at the same time, you cannot use violence against words. If the woman was attacking the cop, then he has all the right to defend himself. But that's not what happened. >> You guys are making an [ __ ] at yourselves because I did nothing wrong. I've done nothing wrong. And you guys have gone beyond yourselves to do what the [ __ ] you want to do, which is nothing. No [ __ ] rights. Nothing. You guys just do the [ __ ] you want to. >> I have a charger if I want to again. >> You guys do the [ __ ] you want to and that's it. >> Is it? Yes. Because you have nothing else to go for. >> It's so [ __ ] ridiculous. It's [ __ ] hilarious. Like, it's so [ __ ] ridiculous. That is so [ __ ] hilarious. >> Are you guys happy about that? You guys happy about that? You good? >> You good? Oh my god, it's so [ __ ] great. It's so [ __ ] great. Oh my god, looks so [ __ ] great. Oh my god. You don't care because you know what? It's all about what you do and what you [ __ ] do. That's it. That's I don't care. All the people in North Carolina that are getting [ __ ] nothing. All them in North Carolina are getting [ __ ] nothing. That but yet we'll send a billion dollars to [ __ ] Africa. But yet, God forbid all those people in [ __ ] North Carolina. [ __ ] them, right? So, it looks like she's having a little bit of a political meltdown, saying we're sending too much money overseas and whatnot. And it's like, lady, this isn't the right venue for this. If you want to have a political debate, go and do some activism somewhere. Uh, this ain't the spot. I mean, these cops have a job to do, which is dealing with unbearable Kairens and getting them processed through the jail system, which is what they're trying to do right now. So, you're not helping at all. They're not important. They're not important to you guys. [ __ ] them, right? That's what you do. You [ __ ] [ __ ] them until [ __ ] That's it. That's it. You don't care. But let's get [ __ ] a million [ __ ] billion dollars of [ __ ] Africa. Let's do it. Let's do it because that's the right thing to [ __ ] do, right? That's the right [ __ ] thing to do. And let's give a billion dollars to [ __ ] Africa, but let's not do [ __ ] for [ __ ] people in North Carolina. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. Is all I got to say. [ __ ] you. >> Please. >> [ __ ] you. Seriously, you guys have no [ __ ] idea what the [ __ ] you're doing. You guys don't [ __ ] care about anybody but your [ __ ] self. That's it. >> You don't care about anybody but your [ __ ] selves. You guys are [ __ ] selfish and you're [ __ ] pathetic. Pathetic, [ __ ] You're [ __ ] pathetic. Why? Because why? because you're [ __ ] concerned about [ __ ] the goddamn [ __ ] what we're doing and [ __ ] you guys don't give a [ __ ] You guys don't [ __ ] care. You guys are [ __ ] part of the [ __ ] industry and you don't [ __ ] give a [ __ ] You don't care. You guys are [ __ ] pathetic. Pathetic. And you should be a [ __ ] shame of the [ __ ] you're doing to yourselves. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] pathetic. >> Sit down, please. >> Sit down, please. Shana, you got to stop. >> No, you guys are [ __ ] pathetic. >> How is he? >> You guys are [ __ ] pathetic and you [ __ ] know it. >> You [ __ ] don't give a [ __ ] about normal [ __ ] people. You guys don't give a [ __ ] >> Actually, they do care about normal people. That's why they're doing what they're doing right now. They are protecting normal people from you. You are the problem and they are protecting the citizens from your drunk driving. How do you not understand that? I have no clue. But apparently it's going way above your head. >> You guys don't give a [ __ ] about anybody. You don't. You're [ __ ] selfish as [ __ ] and you don't give a [ __ ] about anybody cuz you're [ __ ] all [ __ ] Oh my god. [ __ ] no. [ __ ] you. You don't know [ __ ] [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you. >> That's pretty. >> What? Cuz you guys are happy for yourselves. You think you're [ __ ] good because you [ __ ] what? You what? You don't give a [ __ ] You guys don't give a [ __ ] about anybody but your fuckingelves. But you guys don't have the rights to [ __ ] You guys don't have the right to do this to me. >> You don't have the right to do this to me. I mean, >> you don't you [ __ ] don't look as long as you [ __ ] want. You have no right to do this to me. No [ __ ] right whatsoever. >> And you guys know like deep in your hearts, like you know it's [ __ ] up, but you were just not [ __ ] man enough to [ __ ] deal with it. And that's what's so [ __ ] up is because you guys should actually give a [ __ ] You're too [ __ ] weak. >> You're weak. You're [ __ ] weak. >> So now that a 20 minute waiting period was over with, the cop brought her in the room to do the breathalyzer and that's where everything went to [ __ ] >> You just can't help to be [ __ ] proved wrong, can you? No, you can't. You just can't be proved wrong, can you? No matter what, right? It doesn't [ __ ] matter. It doesn't matter what's right or what's [ __ ] wrong. You don't care, right? You don't care. Do you care? Do you [ __ ] care? You don't care. >> No, you you're on this [ __ ] drive. You're [ __ ] pathetic, dude. You're [ __ ] pathetic. >> Yeah, I'm ready. You little [ __ ] I turn it off. >> Why? You turn what off? What? No. No. No. Why did you turn it off? >> No. No. No. No. What did you turn off? >> No. She has to tell me what the [ __ ] she just turned off. >> No. She has to tell me where the [ __ ] she just No, you have to tell me where the [ __ ] you just turned off. >> Radio off. What? >> My radio. Sit, please. My radio. That's how the [ __ ] you just turned off. >> My radio. That's what I just turned off. My radio. >> That's not my fault. You can't [ __ ] do your [ __ ] anymore. >> You're almost done. You're almost done. >> That's enough. I'm done. Either you [ __ ] take me to go piss or I'm [ __ ] dead. No. Have a [ __ ] seat now. >> I said have a [ __ ] seat. >> All right. So, she was charged with DUI, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. And like I said earlier, the officer was charged with assault and excessive use of force. And I do agree with that decision because at the end of the day, she was being extremely aggravating, but she was using her words. You cannot use violence against words. Now, if she started attacking him, that would be another story. But in this case, if he uses violence against words, it's very, very dangerous. It is a slippery slope. And although I don't really feel bad for this Karen because she's an unbearable, vile human being. What if he used that type of behavior against a regular citizen? That would really suck. So, I think they did the right thing here, but I can't wait to see what you guys have to say in the comment section because this topic is a little bit more controversial than we usually cover. Now, let's move on to the second video. >> Hey, Deputy Alre County Sheriff's Office. >> Hello, >> Deputy Albreight. Nice County. >> Lisa Richardson. >> I'm sorry. >> Lisa Richardson. >> Okay. >> Tyson, >> I'm sorry. >> Lisa Tyson. >> Okay. Do you have your driver license? >> I don't. >> Okay. Do you mind boarding your car and park for me? I sure can. >> All right. Um, so why are you not having your license? >> Lisa Tyson's my name. >> Okay. I don't I don't know that. How can I How can I make sure? >> Yes. >> Yes. What? >> How can I make sure who you are? What's that? >> I'm sorry. >> You asked me my name. I don't have an ID. >> Okay. All right. Um, so do you not have a driver license at all? >> I do, but I don't have it properly on me. >> Okay. Is it because it's a bad driver license? >> No. >> Okay. Hey, um, do you mind do you mind stepping out to the other side with my deputy over there? >> Of course. I don't mind. >> Okay, awesome. >> Let me turn the car off. >> Yeah, that that'd be that'd be awesome. >> Okay. So, I'm about to lose everything again. >> I'm sorry. >> So, turn everything off. Roll the windows up. >> I just turn it off like that. That's fine. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> Wonderful. [Music] Of >> course. I mean, there's really no need right now. Just step on out there and talk. Keep talking. Right. Right over there. >> No. No. It broke. >> I'll pick it up. >> All right. We'll we'll walk over there. Okay. Couple reasons for pulling you over. Right. When when we're going northbound on US one, you went from the right lane all the way to the left lane to make that turn on on Bry's. Right. >> Do you not fair? >> Okay. So, I I don't know. No, >> you don't. >> No, I don't know who he is. >> I know what I done. >> I'm sorry. >> Yes, sir. I know what I done. >> Okay. So, all right. While I was watching this with the wife downstairs, we were trying to figure out this guy's accent because it is mind-boggling. I'm hearing Australian, UK, South African. There's even certain words that sounds like he might have a Latin accent and it's all over the place. His last name is Jal or Jal. So, if you guys know what accent this is, please let me know because it is bothering me. >> And then when when I'm running your tag, it's not coming back to anything, right? It's >> not coming back in the system. >> I just bought the vehicle. My brother's grandfather helped me actually buy it. >> Okay. Okay. I'm I'm >> so I I'm just kind of like stunned. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm getting out of a bad situation and nobody wants to hear that, you know, but I understand. Okay. >> Right. Right. So >> I switch lanes, >> right? improperly from the all the way right to all the way in the left lane >> with a blinker. >> You had your blinker on. Yeah. But you went you you pulled right from the right lane to the middle lane and then you going making a left turn right within 100 ft of an intersection. Can't be doing that. Right. And I walk up and I see I see that that beverage you have up there. >> Yeah. Keep looking at >> So What I would like to do now is make sure you you good to drive. Okay. >> All right. Do you mind putting your stuff in the bag over there? >> I do not. >> All righty. How How much have we have we drink tonight? >> I mean I >> Okay. >> Under the limit. >> Say what? >> I mean under the limit for my age. I'm 38. So >> Okay. Okay. All righty. Um, before we get to that, you said uh, what was your name? >> Lisa Tyson. L E S A. >> Yes, sir. >> What's your middle name? >> Renee. >> How do you spell that? R >> E N E. >> N E. Okay. And Tyson. T I S O N. >> T I S O N. And then what's your date of birth? 71. >> So earlier she said she was 38 years old, but now she's saying that her birth date is 1971, which would put her at 54 years old. So something is not adding up. And at the same time, if she's 54 years old, we need to find out what kind of product she's using because that is a very younglooking 54 year old. Sounds like the more plausible option is that she is just bullshitting and gave a fake ID. >> She said 71. >> Yes. >> How old are you? >> I'm sorry. >> How old are you? >> I'm old. >> You You just told me you're 38. >> I'm above 38. >> Okay. Okay. I'm >> All right. I got you. I got you. >> You mind running her really quick? So she has no license on her. The >> wind just hit me. >> So what? >> The wind just hit me. >> Oh, gotcha. I got you. Okay, so we are going to fast forward past the FSTs. Most of the time I leave them into the video. I just skip the instructions, but in this case it was excessively boring. Nothing worth mentioning happens. So let's go straight to the arrest where the true nature of this Karen finally comes out. >> Smoke anything. I vape. That's all I do. >> Okay. Okay. So you you don't have no epilepsy or nothing? >> No. I'm healthy and all good. No, no issues. Okay. All right. So, face that that direction. All right. Put your hands behind your back. >> Am I going? >> Yes. For DUI. >> For a DUI. >> Yes. >> Can I get my vape? >> I give me one. >> Why am I Can you blow blood test me or No. >> Say what? >> Why am I going for a DUI? >> Because you're going for a DUI. I don't I've only um under limit. >> How how how much is the limit? >> I think is it like 12 12 right 008? >> Is that your judgment? >> What is that? >> What is that? >> Okay. So, listen. You're asking me all these questions. >> I'm answering you. >> Why are you taking me >> for a DUI? >> I don't have a DUI. >> Okay. I use my blinkers and everything. >> Okay. So that that automatically So you see how you parked your car? >> Sure. Dead properly. >> Okay. Come come. We We'll set right over here real quick. HK95 Whiskey Fox 75. You you you still Right. Here's the lane, right? We could we could have been walking in there. Okay. So then the exercises I did >> I would have went any further. You would have said I would probably been running or something like that, right? No, I'm I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, right? But >> So, you're taking me? >> Yes, I'm taking you. >> Okay. Can I vape? >> I Well, I can't let you vape because I don't I don't know if that is what you usually do. I don't want you. >> I usually do. >> Okay. Listen. Listen. Okay. >> There's no listen. >> No, there is listen. >> No, there isn't. >> Absolutely. >> No, there's not. >> Okay. All righty then. Well done. Stop. Hold on. Stay right there. Face the car. Stay right there. >> So, you're taking my car? Where is it going? >> Hey, listen. I'm I'm not I'm not not going to play that with you. Face the car for me and stay there. All right. Now you can have a seat. >> So I can't even smoke. >> No. >> Why is that? >> Because I'm telling >> That's my rights as a as a Florida citizen. >> Okay, you have a seat. You have a seat there now. >> I Okay, I can vape. >> No, you cannot. >> Yes, I can. >> No, you're in my custody now. And you know, >> I'm not in your custody. You didn't birth to me. You're my legal father. >> Okay, you have a seat now. >> No, >> I'm telling you one more time. >> I have every absolute right. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. All right. So, they found some tweaking crystals in her car and they also found her real ID. So, she was charged with giving false information, the possession, as well as the DUI. That's it for the video. Thanks so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next
