Hey, listen. >> I can't leave till my bus comes. These people refuse to talk to me like a human being. So, I have to cause a whole cannot stand in the middle of the road. >> I'm not going. Listen, you see what I'm wearing? I'm not wearing out of my >> I'm trying to help you and for me to help you. For me to help you, I'm not standing in front of no buses. >> For you to help me, I have to You just said you were trying to help me, right? >> Exactly. So, I'm trying to help. So, when I was at the window, politely speaks. Exactly. Because that's how you get a supervisor because when I when I was standing there, you are subject to arrest. >> Please do. Thank you, >> sir. We can talk over there now that I've stood here for an hour and we all did. I just want to but I did because I've been for an hour asking for a minute. So if you want to argue with me, I can back up in front of this bus again. >> I will go to jail. That's what I need you to understand. >> Thank you. Remove me. Remove me. Not >> put your hands behind your back. No. [ __ ] you. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> You're going to have to walk me cuz what are you doing? >> This is a lot easier, isn't it? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> No. For what? >> You're not my damn daddy. >> Let's wait. Let's wait. Cuz you're making it more difficult. You're making it way more difficult than it actually did. >> Now you're going to jail. >> Now you're going to jail for something avoided. Something you could jail for. You're an adult, right? Doing your job like him. Record like him. Just record him. >> All right. Put your hands on your back. >> You refuse. Don't put your hands behind your back. That is resisting. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> Break my hand. >> No. Don't cut my hand. >> Now put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands back. Stop. >> Come on. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Let go. Let go. Stop resisting. Let go. I don't know. [Music] Put on the radio. >> Hey, stop. [Music] >> Yeah, definitely whacked me multiple times. You need medical attention, ma'am. >> Oh, you don't need it. All right. For something could avoid it. >> Well played. Well played. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Hey, stop. Calm down. >> Stop resisting. >> Goofy ass. >> Stop resisting. Get in the car seat bel. What happened today? >> You want the whole story or the part that got me arrested? >> Or whatever you want to tell me. >> I got here a minute after my bus left. I spent an hour going back and forth to the person asking when the next bus was coming. She kept promising me a later time. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She refused to get a supervisor. So, I stood here and caused a big scene so that I could get a supervisor. After five buses, bagged up and multiple people called the supervisor, he finally came over and instead of being a supervisor and being professional, he was an [ __ ] I was like, "You I can just stand here all day." It became that. And your officers, instead of speaking to me like a human being or just escalating the situation, they wanted to push me and force me to sit down. And that's where things got to be a problem. Okay, I get I have an attitude, whatever. But that does not give you the right to put your hands on someone. He is not my father. He cannot force me to sit down. And you guys may think you have the right to force someone to sit down, but you don't. Like, I don't care what where y'all wrote that. You don't. Like, you really don't have that. And that's where when he pushed me down, he caused me to hit my head on that pole. And that's when I started swinging. Like, I blacked out. I don't I don't do that. I didn't put my hands on him. I didn't put my hands on anybody. I may have been rude. I may have been very disrespectful. And that's that. But that does not give you the right to put your hands in anyone because if I came up to you guys and I felt like you were rude and I just started swinging on you, it would have been a problem. So vice versa and that's where the whole thing went left when he forced me to sit down and push my head into that polar. >> Okay. So the officer said I told you to sit down, >> right? >> Okay. Were you blocking the road here? >> Yes. At the time he told me to sit down. No, sir. I was no longer blocking the road. If we were face to face like this, he could have spoke to me. But he wanted to force me to sit down. So, he kept trying to bag me up into that spot and when I refused to sit down, he tried to yank me down and push me into the pole. And I'm pretty sure his body camera will show that. And that's that's where we're going with this. Just >> camera investigations. They can tell you to sit down. That's within their rights. Actually, as evidence, >> I'm listening to you, but that's not >> You're take You can't take my rights away. >> Oh, he was. >> He was, but when he forced me to sit down and we conducted an investigation investigation, I don't know what the crime was here, but he's an invest in investigation. He's within his rights to have you. >> Okay. That's where judge go back. Yeah. He hit my head against the pole and that's when I started swinging on him. That's what I That wasn't my thing. I can just pull up the body cam cuz I'm not There's no debate here. >> Me though. >> No, I didn't. There was no need to watch your hands, please. >> Yeah. there. Handsome. >> Yeah, you're stretched behind his ear. Your leg goes this way. This suspect was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, resisting without violence, trespass after warning, and another charge of resisting without violence, totaling a bond of $2,950. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Christina. >> So Christina, >> come over this way. >> Oh, my jaws. Can y'all get the off of me? You have no right to arrest me. So off of me. >> You're not under arrest. >> So let go at me, please. >> We're not. I promise we not. I promise we not. >> Hey, can I get pull my >> They're trying to take me. I don't need to go to the hospital. Not trying to get >> off of me. I don't need to go to the hospital. I promise you're not taking me to the hospital. You're not taking me hospital. >> Quit. >> Quit. >> Quit. >> You're not taking me. >> You told us it's on body camera. >> If we took our child and end it. >> Your body's down because you're lying. >> I didn't ask you to take me. This is trash. >> Please let go of me. >> Please let go of me. I'm trying to go home. My face is up now because y'all just slam my head into the ground. >> You did that. >> Are you recording this? Thank you. Please record this. Please let them know everything. They just slam me into the ground with no [ __ ] permission. None of that. They're trying to take me into the ground. No, you're not taking me to the hospital. >> Quit. >> No, sir. I don't want to go. I don't want to go. >> You don't have an op. >> I do have option and I'm not going. You can't cuz I don't want to go. >> My son, >> you don't have a choice. >> He's in the parking lot. Yes, he's fine. >> He's not fine. >> He is fine. >> Do you want to voluntarily step in or do you want to be hobbstrapped? >> I'm asking you why am I going in the back of this car? >> Cuz you threatened to uh take a gun and move it. That's why. >> What the are you talking about? A gun. What the [ __ ] are you talking about? A gun. I promise I'm not getting in the back of this car. >> You going to look dumb as on your mother. >> All right, let's stop. >> Christina, stop. Stop. Molly, Molly, Molly, Molly, you're hurting me. Please, >> you're doing this to yourself. >> I'm not. >> Stop. >> You don't have permission to arrest me. I don't You're not under arrest. >> Help me. I don't need medical attention. Please take me home. I don't want to go. >> Listen, you just have to relax. >> Please. Why are you taking me to the hospital? >> I told you to harm yourself. >> I didn't say that. You're lying. I'm not going to jail. You're going to jail. >> Oh, because my son went outside. >> He went outside. I didn't understand for him to go outside. >> I don't want her to sit. >> Why? So, you could have said that. >> We did. I told you three times. >> I sat in the back of the van. >> Yeah. And you kicked the door shut. >> No, I didn't. What the? You let me off the back of the van. >> You never were in the van. >> I was never in the van. Are you serious? >> I'm pretty serious. You're a white cracker. >> It'd be like that. >> Now you're going to jail. >> Right. >> You got this all on video. >> Stand up. >> Recording my They're telling me to stand up. I can't even stand up. >> Don't stand up. >> They're telling me to stand up. I can't. >> Baby, watch this. Watch this. Y'all getting fired on your mother. On your raggedy ass, hooky ass, white ass cracker ass mother. Do we do we have a uh >> No, you don't. And you're not going to have one shot at me. >> Okay. >> I can't breathe. Let me up. >> You can sit like that if you >> Okay, put me on the wall. Just put me on the wall. Strap me in. Just put me on the wall. >> You can do that. >> Yes. I promise. >> Okay. No more issues. >> No more issues. Take this [ __ ] off my head. Put me on the wall. >> That's not going to happen. You're already >> Why? You You can strap me on the wall. >> I'm by myself. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> Christina, stop. >> I can't breathe. A >> you wanted to sit, right? >> I'm asking you to breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Please. You >> just literally spit my face. >> And you don't care. >> Cuz you spit my face. >> But you insulted me and told me I was going to be in the back. Watch me get on these. >> If you do it, then we strap you to a gurnie. >> I bet. And I'm still winning. >> Bye. Toodles to goof. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> Get away. You're not getting out tonight. >> Let's go. Cuz if you kill me, you're going to jail. Just don't leave me on my [Applause] This suspect was charged with felony assault as her attempt to spit on an officer missed. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Why is race often the first thing that people attack? Because the mental gymnastics people pull to justify their behavior will win them a gold medal if stupidity were a sport. And yet officers are the ones who have to stand there and take it, balancing professionalism against insult. You can't clock out. You can't shrug it off because in uniform, every word and every action carries weight no matter how absurd the situation becomes. Take a minute and really think about how entitlement stretches in society. Blocking buses, demanding a scene, and forcing supervisors to bend to someone's tantrum. This isn't protest. This is performance art gone wrong. What most people watching from the sidelines miss is how quickly a peaceful encounter can turn to force. And I do remember pleading with people trying to give them room for compliance because once the line got crossed, the escalation can happen in seconds. And when it comes to hobble restraint, some of the public might argue that they look cruel, but they never see the bruises and broken noses cops carry home. And it's not about cruelty, it's about control. Because letting these situations go unchecked isn't compassion, it's negligence. Area arrest like this draws the same false narrative, excessive force. But watch the footage closely, and you'll see it's usually excessive resistance. When that spit lands in your face, and when that boot kicks you in the stomach, it isn't just an attack on a cop. It's an attack on the system that we all rely on. But the question isn't how much an officer can take. It's how long society can survive when defiance is rewarded and accountability is treated like the enemy.
