Where are you? >> Oh. Okay. >> Okay. All right. I got to go. [music] >> Hello. >> Hey, it's 1319. All right. So I um so Mal Holly originally called out that they had a motor vehicle accident on Route 38 um which happened to be Lumberton's jurisdiction. So I went out with their um I made contact with both drivers. The um they were coming to the red light at 38 in Aristown. The vehicle 2 that was struck by vehicle one was stopped at the red light and then vehicle one hit him from behind. Um when I asked her, you know, kind of what happened, she just told me that she didn't know. She was unsure how she believed that. Um she was riding and her words were riding his ass. Um I asked her where she was coming from. She said Vinland. And then at one point she was going to a party, a graduation party, and then a different scenario she was going home. When I first was um talking to her, I didn't smell odor. I didn't see anything in the car. Uh but she seemed off uh being the fact that she didn't know what was going on or how she hit him. Um and she just kept repeating her like she had the same thing over and over. Her phone died. She just had her registration renewed but then she had a rest. She just kept repeating herself. So I told her out to go over um asked her if she'd be willing to do field sobriety. When I did the HGN, she kept moving her head and her eyes just weren't reacting at all. Her walk and turn was off. I think she took way I don't have the exact number. right after watch body cam put her she took way more than nine steps um she didn't start in the starting position then when she turned back she took way more than nine steps I had to stop her um cuz it was like kind of unsafe and then the one leg stand she couldn't perform either um as I got close to her I did start to smell um alcohol on her breath though >> oh great can you walk me if you don't mind can you just walk me through this search warrant. I don't have a lot of >> Are we doing the the warrant together before we talk to him or he's going to talk to us then we do it? >> Well, you will do it's like a fill in the blank kind of thing, right? >> Yeah, but I just give me one second. >> I'm in the middle of something. I'll call you back, please. Um, yeah, just so I have obviously the first part is me, then it's of Lumberton Township, County of Burlington County. I checked off sample of blood and then I put her name and then is everything else after him or >> Yeah, there's really not much else to fill out, right? I mean, it's just you like he'll give you the okay to sign his name. >> Okay. >> Um, and then he'll tell you that he wants a copy of it. So, >> okay. That's pretty much how it's going to go. Um, do you have any questions? >> No, I mean, I've done this one other time. It's more I'm not worried about talking to him or elaborating how it went. It's more so just um the uh filling out this. I want to make sure. But if you're saying I kind of emotion cuz I just see um and being satisfied that here and there and then it says uh control dangerous substance, firearms, weapons of any alcohol, other so that I would type off alcohol. Yes. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, should I step off alcohol? Okay. Yeah. And then it says you are here. command to search the and then I'm going to check off persons as further described. Okay. And then um you hear about so I'm leaving the motor vehicle to be searched blank then for right now. Persons to be searched I'm going to put I'm going to check that off under number one. I'm just putting her. >> Okay. I'm going to >> Yeah. I'm coming. >> I had to do something with a >> job. >> Hello. >> I thought that was you. I knew that voice, but I didn't want to ask. >> I just No, I thought it was someone else and then I heard your voice. I was like, "Oh, that's what I say." >> Yeah. I just um there's two times right here. It says, "You um given issued under my hand pursuit of the Supreme Court relaxation order." Is that him? Or the other one that says, "This kid order search warrant shall serve as a written complimentary search warrant pursuit. Yeah. >> So, one is or the Supreme Court rule relaxation order or the other one says that this duplicate original search warrant shall also serve as a written commentary search warrant pursuit to or the Supreme Court ruling relaxation. So, it's almost the same thing, but this one at least says this duplicate order search warrant shall the guy else who has search warrant. >> I will I'll call him. >> All right. I at least have the time that we talk to him and everything. >> Yes. >> I have someone coming now. They're going to bring it to me. We had to go to a different agency. >> Okay. I don't know how much. >> Yeah, I tried honey to get him to unlock me from the thing. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, you need urine to be able to be cleared by psych. So, the longer you take to give us urine, the longer it's going to take for you. >> All right, cool. >> Give me away. Go here. That was up. That's up. is taking off all Huh? >> I don't know how to take it off. >> Somebody can come take it off for me. I don't know how to take it off. I just got it done. Don't care. >> Do what you got to do. It's your [ __ ] job. >> Let's not go to bed. Do you do this to the [ __ ] people that do like pedophile [ __ ] No, you don't. They [ __ ] get out and [ __ ] >> Y'all worry about the wrong [ __ ] people. >> Y'all worry about the wrong [ __ ] people. do your [ __ ] job. >> Yeah. >> All worried about the [ __ ] people >> about the What about the people that touch kids and [ __ ] Do you do you do your job? >> Let me know. What the [ __ ] I'll go. >> Thanks. No problem. Thank you. >> Who do I give this to? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to ask you chair. Hey, there was just one part she was unsure of and I don't remember from last time. It's the um part where I put the time, not the top where it says time, the time where he officially grants it, but there's two parts. This is given and issued under by hand pursuant, you know, to the or the Supreme Court relaxation order or the one under that is this duplicate order, search warrant shall also receive as a written confirmatory search warrant pursuant to one that has the same verbage. Do she said she was unsure to call you? Which specific one put the time, date, and everything under it? >> I'm not trying to give you a hard time. >> I'm not trying to give you a hard time. >> I know. I just >> I don't know how to do it. >> Like, yeah, there's or am I putting the time and date for both? I'm going to give it back. >> Yep. That's at the top. I got all that. I don't want to take them out. >> I I know, but they have to come out. >> But I don't know how to do it. >> I'm going to do it for you. >> Right here. >> We'll take the curtain up. >> There's no privacy. >> You have a curtain that comes around >> regardless. I don't know how to [ __ ] do it. >> You don't have to do it. I'm going to do it. [ __ ] women are [ __ ] teddy bears or something. [ __ ] pissed.
