Look at the ground. Make sure you save my stuff. Are you Armani? Is your name or mine? I am a spirit. One thing you I'm not a female. You didn't even look down there yet. Hurry up. You're all in trouble. You shouldn't even have a weapon on you. Can you hurry up or shut up? You shut up. I think she's good right now. Get up. Hey, you you talk to me respectfully. So, Armani caused several abrasions and scratches on the side of an officer's face. Armani was charged with domestic battery, resisting obstructing three counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer, causing great bodily harm and aggravated assault to a peace officer. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Hey, how you brothers? Good. What's going on, man? All right, so the situation is this. I got all my information. I was coming to renew my uh ID. Excuse me. I'm going to skip you over here. But I asked for my real ID, right? And she told me that I needed my social security card. I said, "Ma'am, you got it on file. I don't have my social security card, but I have my your social security card with my name, my birth certificate, my address. I'm renewing my address again." And she told me I need my physical uh what's his name? So I say okay but I came here when I first moved out here to get it might sound like I'm yelling but my voice. So uh I told her I came and got a ID showed her the previous ID I got from this facility which I would have needed what? My birth certificate and social security card. So that's on file. So I say I'm already on file. All I want is my real ID. She say she can't do that. That's not their rules. Just because you the DME don't mean that your DMV rules go over legislative rules, bro. So I told her, "Are you the legislator? If that's the law, I will abide by the law." Oh, that's our rules and your rules is not the law. I called the police on her ass. And that's where we at right now. I try to do the same thing here, too, where I needed my actual physical social security card cuz they won't do they won't take anything else even if it's on file cuz they want to verify that it's you and you have control of your social security. My ID is my ID, right? So when I come up here, my picture on there, right? So they can't say it's not me. If you look physically in my face, see the same birth certificate, the same name. But what they do is beyond us, too. I get that, too. But that's not the law, my man. That's all I'm saying. It's not the law, bro. The only reason I called to low is to enforce the law because that's not the law. Do I need to Can you You got your phone just so it don't think that I'm manipulating. Pull up Chevron versus America and it's going to tell you we're not going to stand here. All you leave, you have to go. That's what I'm saying. Like I'm paid for my ID. Where's my ID? You know what? Just don't come on. Like, bro, like all I want to know. Can I have both Can I have both of you guys's card, please? No, you got you have to have Okay. What's your What's your huge 1148? 1148 Allen. All right. Thank you. [Music] Excuse me. What's that? Did you just threaten me? Did you just threaten me? I suggest you Did you just threaten me? I suggest you get in that car before I get up to it or I will send you to jail. You do not tell me that you will beat my ass. You do not tell me that you will beat my ass. You don't touch me. I will make the rules here. You don't make no rules. Really? You don't make no rules. Turn around. Don't touch me. Turn around. Don't touch me, bro. Turn around. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. No. Hold on. 133 11 13 I don't want no smoke. I don't want no smoke. I don't want no smoke. Get out of the car. Get out of the car right now. Y'all [ __ ] with me. Get out of the car right now. Y'all f to get fired. I'm not bleeding. No, he was just really red. He hit him really good. Oh, right in the back of the ear. Okay. We'll have you come here. Okay. Come on, bro. Come on, bro. I I asked you to help me, bro. I asked you to help me, bro. I literally asked you to help me, bro. They're killing us out here. I asked you to help me, bro. I really did, bro. And I came to you as a man. And I walked away cuz you told me to walk away. And this [ __ ] crackering came and insulted me. you was widow and curse you and your children, bro. Oh my soul. This suspect was charged with resisting obstructing aggravated battery to a peace officer and aggravated assault on a peace officer. He is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Now, the great part here is the officers do locate the woman. But the problem is, although backup is in route, these people on the road seem to be oblivious to what's going on around them. And you think sirens and flashing red and blue lights will be enough for people to easily pull to the right. And when these drivers don't pull over, they're not just being inconsiderate, they could be creating a deadly situation. And every second that backup is delayed, the risk for officers on scene does skyrocket. And officers responding to a violent suspect aren't just strolling into a routine traffic stop. They are sprinting into the unknown. When they can't get through because someone is distracted to yield, it leaves the first officer vulnerable, outnumbered, outpowered, and exposed. And 75% of police officers report a delayed backup during emergencies. And I'm not saying it's totally because of distracted drivers, but if we can be a part of the solution, I think it's a good thing. Cuz if an officer gets ambushed because somebody couldn't reach them because you didn't pull over, I don't think it's something I could live with, and neither should you. Now, in this next case, what should have been a routine trip to the DMV turned into a threat against police. Now, the man didn't have the proper paperwork, and instead of leaving peacefully and coming back on another day, like every other frustrated citizen, he chose to act out on his anger. But here's the problem, because he's clearly screaming threats across the parking lot at these officers. But I'll say, unless he's right up on you and closing the distance, just give him a warning and keep it moving. That's the way I would have handled it to avoid what happened next. But here's the takeaway, because there's a difference between standing up for yourself is spiring into threats over paperwork. But here's my question. And by approaching this guy was the firefed because not every loud mouth needs a show of force because I know sometimes disengaging is a smarter move to allow tempers to burn out on their
