going to go through just offer you some field topr test make sure it's you're safe to dve I see there like slipon stuff some of these tests are walking in Balance you want me to take them off if you heel toes TOS back so again I'll run through the instructions just so you understand okay so this line here it's our straightest line nice and flat nothing to trip on ask go ah put your left foot on that line put your right foot on the line ahead of your left foot the heel of your right foot touching the toe of your left foot go and put your arms at your sides and I'm going to ask him going to it's your choice okay approximately 6 in off the ground keeping your legs straight and your foot level with the ground see I'm not pointing it up or down the sides it's nice and flat I'm going to ask you to watch your raised foot count out loud in the following manner 1,001 1002 1003 and so on until I tell you to stop okay couple things remember while you're taking this test watch that foot at all times count out loud keep your arms at your sides and if your foot comes down pick it up continue where you left off you have any questions for any of that no I do not understanding those instructions all right tip of my finger is called a stimulus okay I'm going to move the stimulus around in circles in front of your face and I want you to follow that stimulus with your eyes while holding your head still okay I will then move the stimulus in towards the bridge of your nose but I will not touch your nose do you understand yes all right understanding these instructions are you willing to take this test yes next T have offer you is called modified Romo of balance again big fancy name so we'll just run through these instructions again go and stand with your feet together arms at your sides just like you are don't perform the test till I tell you to do so you understand so far yes okay when I tell you I want you to tilt your head back and close your eyes Okay so tilt your head back I'm not going to close my eyes just so I can keep talking through the STS okay when I say begin I want you to estimate the passage of 30 seconds when 30 seconds have passed I want you to open open your eyes tilt your head forward look at me and say stop okay okay so this going to kind of like this stand like your head J back close eyes and just count the 30 in my head estimate 30 seconds and then when you get to 30 stop okay okay you understand those instructions yes all right understanding those you will to take this test yes let me get set up a little bit here go and tilt your head back to the tip of your nose then return your hand back down to your side okay so quick little demonstration and a little explanation this is the pad of your finger this is the tip again tip of the nose not the side or the like your lip or nostril or anything like that okay so it'll be like this head tilt back eyes closed if I say right your right index finger is going to come up touch the tip of your nose return to the side okay so go ahead and get in that stance for me tilt head back close your eyes can you keep your head tilted back for me there you go left right left go and open your ass
