misdemeanor counts of operating without a valid license third one within three years and Bale jumping at the time he was out on three bonds for three open cases ultimately a month later he pled guilty to vehicle fleeing eluding an officer all his other charges were dismissed on the prosecutor's motion he has given three years probation with conditions of no possession consumption of alcohol or Controlled Substances his driver's license was revoked for six months and was also given 31 days of jail credit all of his traffic citations totaled over twenty five hundred dollars again the
