Dustin Cole was booked at the Kenton County Detention Center in Kentucky for probation violation concerning an entirely separate felony offense than what he was originally pulled over for. He has waved extradition and will face charges in Ohio for violating the terms of his probation ordered after he was found guilty in 2023 for aggravated possession of drugs. He also will face charges in Indiana for resisting law enforcement, driving with a suspended license, and reckless driving, and faces a hearing for violating probation. Dustin is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Both passengers were released without charges.
