on February 27 2022 an officer from the
Broward County police department in
Florida noticed a vehicle idling in an
apartment complex parking lot the
vehicle had its hazards on with the
driver's side window down while this may
be a situation that is commonly
recognized by the general public it is
actually a traffic violation in the

States a person driving or in charge of
any motor vehicle may not permit it to
stand unattended without first stopping

the verdict for this case he was facing
charges for one count of battery on a
law enforcement officer one count of
resisting an officer with violence one
count of resisting or obstruction
without violence one count of unlawful
malicious strike of a canine one count
of leaving an engine running with the
key in the ignition months after the
incident the suspect failed to appear in
court resulting in an arrest warrant
being issued upon the suspect's second
arrest the suspect again resisted arrest
according to court documents he
reportedly fled from officers in a blue
Jeep the chase ended when the suspect
hit a mailbox and flipped over his
vehicle for the second arrest he was
charged with one count of resisting an
officer with violence one count of
battery on a law enforcement officer one
count of operating without a valid
driver's license two counts of leaving
the scene of a crash one count of
violating a driver's license restriction
