2022 an officer was monitoring a
residence for a potential female suspect
in La Crosse Wisconsin
42 year old Nicole McConnell had pending
felony charges across multiple cases and
had several active warrants she was also
out on open felony Bond plus five
misdemeanor bonds
some of these cases included charges
such as possession of methamphetamine
retail theft battery domestic abuse in
several fraudulent credit card uses
