going to jail thanks Donna you di I'm with my cousin's boyfriend right now show me show helmet me I want to I want to die I on May 30th 2023 police were called to a beach due to a fight between a woman and her cousin which quickly escalated to involve other accusations of misconduct what's going on nothing just my cousin looks like your face is scratched up though I'm sure that's your cousin what was it over she's strong yeah she's a p you know and I help people to suffer from addiction put a home here or a home here here 29 she's got facial interest like she's bleeding from the nose and um she said that's her cousin so they're going to come down and check you out okay all right they said that she's takes duster she's a sniffer okay what did they say happen she got all intoxicated and started hey so let me ask you a question were you down here when they got into it uh a little bit man I was just building a sand castle and I they were starting to like kick each other so I I came up and I just I grabbed my mom and like that's how much I know like I just I was building a sand castle I look up and they're kicking each other um just the pass stuff that happen in the past that's what they're fighting over stuff that happened 30 years ago upon arrival officers observed noticeable facial injuries on the woman and immediately began interviewing her cousin who claimed that the woman had been intoxicated and was under the influence of inhalent great vacation okay we're trying to figure out what's going on figure out what that my cousin smack man the f i smacked her back well she's obviously telling a different story what she's saying her boyfriend's are that's the case I want to press charges against him for me waking up to him gra by my head don't come me I want charges else has to suffer because he's a walking time B you can't tell people how to run their lives right right well why am I going to get arrested for doing what did I even say you were getting arrested why I'm being detained why isn't me being detained I haven't even sex they're all they're all being detained until we defin out what's going on just cuz we don't put handcuffs on somebody doesn't mean that you're free to leave so basically in Florida we have to find out if this meets the criteria for domestic violence if we wanted you in handcuffs and you wanted arrested we have we'd have public intoxication we'd have disorderly you know we'd have tons of stuff but we're not doing that right like my cousin hasn't learned nothing like she's worried about oh you need to be a good role model [ __ ] your boyfriend killed your daughter and stabbed her your 13-year-old kid 70 something times and you're still with a piece of [ __ ] that you can't trust sounds like everybody needs to learn some stuff sounds like everyone needs to stop drinking during questioning the woman's Behavior escalated as she accused her cousin's boyfriend of attempting to sexually assault her she demanded that charges be PR against him citing an incident that occurred two nights prior so here's the thing in the State of Florida there's zero tolerance against domestic violence for families it's okay for her to hit me in my face no it's not okay I her arrested too so now you're telling us that she hit you yeah we hit each other duh well I asked you down there and you said nothing physical happened I asked you about the injury to your them why am I be a res if nothing physical happened well she's obviously bleeding by the nose Okay I want I want to I want her arrested Nathan find me out I'm going to jail thanks Donna you dumbass I pretend like I get raped by my family too so are we going to press charges against them over that like d trying to sexually assault me two nights ago I want to press great charges against him I want sexual charges against her boyfriend for trying to rap me two nights ago quit turning around quit turning around because we're pressing charges I want charges filed against him because I woke up to him grabbing my hips and shoving my [ __ ] into his face I want charges press against him can I walk because we're pressing charges right so let's go all the way hey D where you put my [ __ ] in your face right I'm going to jail though right please walking actually a while the officers attempted to deescalate the situation the woman grew increasingly frustrated accusing the police of failing to protect her and ignoring her allegations the police informed her that the fight met the criteria for domestic violence under Florida law and that her visible injuries combined with her erratic Behavior Justified detention for further investigation not that all you will be quit that you're evil [ __ ] Tom me mother said you dat you [ __ ] Nathan get me out all right you going to sit there I'm with my cousin's boyfriend right now get my rip H you really take control just like yeah it's in my door and I pop that they don't nothing want to die just kill me Shut help me sh me despite her protest the woman was ultimately arrested she insisted that both she and her cousin were involved in the altercation and express confusion as to why only she was being detained the arrest seemed to heighten her distress leading to a series of emotional outbursts kill me sh me sh we to die kill me kill me we're going to need the helmet kill me I want to die I want to die I hate my stop banging your head my head you going to stop banging your head are you going to stop arresting the victim and maybe arrest the piece of [ __ ] sexual predophile he's the one with the you need to stop and calm down you're making it worse for yourself this was just something simple simple yes it was it wasn't it now where my cousin's boyfriend tries to sex me in the middle of the night that ain't simple that was something we could have worked out later all right stop kill me shoot me now shoot me I got a gun I'm going to kill you right now I don't need help I need to die K let go of my wish you jack off why don't you go R the rapist you dumbass you like the pedophile you creepy ass mother you like the rapist don't you you like the right right you like the sexualness right guys that try to rape wom is ex type right right qu right what you like you don't protect nobody Ser nobody go me who do you think you are you rap me she repeatedly threatened self harm and accused the officers of siding with her alleged abuser her threats grew more alarming including violent language and resistance to the officer's attempts to calm her down my head sh my [ __ ] in his face why is it he it's not sced why why why are you guys you your rap boyriend it's not fair why did my cousin boyfriend get to try to rape me and he don't go to jail you must be a piece of [ __ ] pedophile rapist right right you can't even answer a question you think you're so high Authority you're her behavior which included banging her head against the patrol car and demanding to be killed as she was taken into custody her threats continued including accusations against the officers themselves suggesting that they were protecting a pedophile rapist the woman in this case violated multiple laws primarily centered around Florida's domestic violence statutes domestic violence in Florida is defined under chapter 741 of the Florida Statutes according to section 74128 any individual who commits a violent act against a family member can be arrested without a warrant if there is probable cause of physical injury in this case the visible injuries to both the woman and her cousin met the threshold for domestic violence making the arrest legally justifiable under Florida law additionally her behavior during the arrest could lead to charges of disorderly conduct as outlined in chapter 87703 of the Florida Statutes public intoxication threats of violence and resisting arrest are all punishable offenses under Florida law potentially resulting in fines in jail time given the violent outbursts the woman may also face charges Rong to existing law enforcement or8 or8 Hoin 40.2 which covers resistance obstruction or violence against police officers this case highlights the importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to ensure Public Safety and order adhering to the law is crucial in creating a just and harmonious Society where everyone can feel secure what are your thoughts on this situation share them with us in the comments below and don't forget to subscribe for more informative and engaging content thank you for watching and for your continued support it was just me like I was literally like by myself like if you looked up the cameras coordinator or worker said he wants to charges because that was his property that was temporarily deprived on September 15th 2022 officers from the University of Central Florida responded to a report of a stolen vehicle a maintenance technician reported that his red golf cart had been stolen the Operation Center reported that a white female was seen on camera sitting in the golf cart parked at the location wearing a yellow long sleeve shirt black pants and no shoes inside the golf cart they found a set of keys and a UCF aaho Card belonging to the suspect the police arrived at the scene and began their investigation by questioning a woman who was initially suspected hi there sorry you're good officer offens the police department worries um what's your name my name is Megan Megan we found keys to I believe someone who lives here Nina yeah but I can text her um I know she's said that she lost them in the bathroom at Gringo the girl gave her name as Megan and appeared Cooperative with the police though there was some hesitation Megan explained that she wasn't involved in any suspicious activities which made the officer reconsider her role in the incident can we come try her door then uh um mind if we go look I'm not sure I I I don't can you please go get her and have her come to the door I'll text her like she's not here yeah do I need to leave the door open we're trying not to get you in trouble although she was slightly hesitant due to concerns about affecting herself Megan agreed to help the police she provided information about the real suspect and called this person to meet the police at the scene thanks to this the investigation was directed correctly when you have information related to an ongoing investigation providing it to the police as necessary and proper choose safe ways to contact them such as calling emailing or visiting the police station directly clearly and thoroughly present what you know and if you are concerned about safety request the nonam Min being honest and Cooperative with the police and avoiding providing false information ensures you do not hinder the investigation and avoid legal consequences providing information not only helps resolve the case quick quickly but also protects the community and prevents crime I don't know if they were able to [Music] see you were not able to see both of them walking down the seventh floor into room 714 correct yeah 104 she's saying that uh she might be in Room 710 she's trying to call her now is that where she was we m if we go knock on 710 is that the room you think she's in okay I mean I don't I'm not I don't want to accuse you of being a liar but I just want to make sure you're telling me the truth before this goes any further and that she would go see friend boyfriend Megan tried to assist the police by calling another roommate to confirm about nah who was considered the main suspect in stealing the golf cart a while later the police approached nah in her room no don't guys when asked if these were her keys Nina replied no finding this suspicious the officers decided to ask more detailed questions the woman answered the officer's questions clearly leaving no doubt that she was the person they were looking for her detailed answers matched the information the police had gathered confirming her as the suspect when being investigated by the police honesty is extremely important provide accurate and complete information as any false information can not only obstruct the investigation but also cause legal trouble for you honesty helps the police grasp the real situation leading to correct and fair decisions additionally your cooperation and honesty show respect for the law and law enforcement helping to protect your rights and the community so your name is n wolf yes all right so obviously we have a few questions I just have to before we ask anyone any kind of questions we have to read on this every time so anything you say can be used against you in court you have the right to an attorney present now or at any time you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed for you without cost do you understand talk it's not asking I wasn't asking any questions okay so you said those keys are just his right she explained that she stole the golf cart because she was hungry and had no other way to get food she admitted this after being read her Miranda writs and chose to answer some questions in this case instead of stealing the maintenance worker's golf cart she could have acted differently instead of breaking the law she could have sought help from nearby residents or use delivery services to get food if there was public transportation like a bus she could have used it to travel additionally she could have contacted friends or family family to ask them to take her to the store these options not only help her solve the problem legally but also maintain Community Trust and show personal responsibility you I have your you okay so what what happened with the golf club today we'd appreciate that no it was just me like I was literally like by myself like if you looked up the camera it's kind of embarrassing but um the girl claimed she had returned the golf cart to the same place she took it from but when the police checked they didn't find the golf cart key there anymore instead they found a car key on her keychain which nah was unclear about but it was out front you left it somewhere where it was not originally placed no I'm asking cuz now I'm no well I'm I'm asking did you did you you drove it right you drive it and leave it right in front of 7 so one of the problems that the maintenance guy has is apparently took the keys with you the police then in investigated the people in the apartment and confirmed their keys they then decided to arrest the woman for motor vehicle theft in Florida the crime of grand theft of a motor vehicle is defined in Florida Statutes 812.014 this crime involves the theft of valuable property and motor vehicles are typically considered high value property this crime is classified into three levels based on the value of the stolen vehicle additionally factors such as the use of a weapon causing injury or endangering others during the crime can increase the severity of the charge the offender may also face additional penalties such as compensating the victim probation and license suspension or revocation good all right everybody I'm assuming you don't have shoes because we saw you were Barefoot at the green so do you want to go to your room and grab some shoes sure and then yeah I have are you one of the roommates as well saying she needs to be with me at all times walk up with me yeah no I just wanted you to grab shoes so you can come do you want me to just grab I can take your shoes the woman began to cry likely out of fear of being charged she called her friend out of the room to explain the situation showing a desperate effort to mitigate the consequences of her actions and seek support in this difficult time however she had done wrong and had to accept punishment for her actions I'm struggling to understand how I'm acting in West anyways you're right you admitted that you took the golf cart however you didn't have permission to take it on assum and the theft is temporary or permanent coordinator or worker said he wants to press charges because that was his property that was temporary deprived and when I don't know honestly realistically it's whenever he left his keys in and I as stated before you guys both already said this so it's unrealistic to repeat it but I will anyways tell you that I was the one who yes sat down I'm just curious when he would have G he after being arrested for motor vehicle theft when leaving the building she started yelling at the maintenance worker claiming he was lucky she didn't drive re l ly or cause any damage this Outburst showed she had no remorse or accountability for her actions her behavior could also lead to charges defined as follows disorderly conduct according to Florida statute Section 8 177.0397 although lack of remorse or accountability is not a separate crime it can affect the trial and sentencing process the court may consider the woman's behavior and attitude when determining the severity of the punishment in Harris V State the Florida Supreme Court confirmed that lack of remorse could be considered in determining the severity of the penalty this means the defendant's lack of remorse can be an aggravating Factor when the judge decides the sentence ultimately the girl was convicted of Motor Vehicle theft thank you for watching the video if you found it helpful don't forget to like whenever she gets out she won't be allowed here if you're on the lease right you're allowed to she won't be allowed to live she won't be allowed to live but if you he explained that his primary intention was to retrieve his belongings and leave not to press charges or have her arrested his Focus he claimed was on deescalate the situation rather than seeking legal action against her the woman now faces serious legal repercussions due to her actions during the incident she has been formally charged with domestic violence which is classified as a criminal offense under chapter 45 section two of the domestic violence statute possible outcomes include monetary fines mandatory participation in counseling programs or even a jail sentence the decision on the penalty will ultimately depend on the Court's assessment of the situation and the level of harm inflicted in addition to the domestic violence charge the woman has also been charged with resisting arrest of violation under chapter 12 section 7 of the criminal code this particular charge can carry significant consequences with penalties ranging from a fine to a potential jail sentence of up to 12 months depending on the level of and showing clear signs of impairment despite her visible difficult ulty in performing the tasks she continued to insist that she was fine expressing frustration with the officer's actions at one point she even apologized for her inability to walk in a straight line yet remained adamant that she was not under the influence so well right now you're I can't I can't no no no I need y'all to
