before you are. We're not going to do that. Okay. Being banned from a hotel was bad enough, but going back and running into the police. This one couldn't end peacefully. I've been security force combat arms. I served my country. I died for it. Don't you ever feel me? I'm resisting, man. All right. Just put it like you're praying. a wonderful vacation and ended up in jail without even knowing it. An emergency call from the Marriott Hotel prompted the police to immediately intervene, but the woman they met claimed she just needed to go to the bathroom. We're not. We're not going to do that. Okay. I've been security force combat arms woman. I served my country. I died for it. Don't you ever fail me. I resisted. When asked for identification, the woman began talking about patriotism and military service and refused to leave her seat. But that was just the beginning of the chaos to come. Receive the phone call right here. What happened? That lady, she's trespass. So she's the trespass. Which one? This lady right here. How you doing, man? Everything okay? Everything's going well. How you going? I'm just going to the bathroom. I just need you to stay here for a second. All right. I can't go to the bathroom. Do you have an ID on you? Yeah, I'm staying. No. Yeah, I think I do. I'm staying here. I just need to go to the bathroom. We were notified that we were not supposed to be here. What happened? You have an ID? Can I see your ID, please? Me? I'm not supposed to be here. Can I see your ID, please? I'm a guest. You mind staying here so I can run? Are you serious or you're joking? Hold up. Um, so this is from last time. Isn't the lady that is all the way at the end? She last time she when she was asked to leave, she's not her. It's not her. The one with the jacket. Yeah. All the way sitting at the bar all the way at the end. I took video. She doesn't have anything. Last time she claimed that I was threatening her with a knife and it was a whole What would you guys like to do? Would you guys like to press arrest charges? Yeah, because she will not be here. She actually bothers all the guests and makes her feel comfortable. Okay. And last time she was saying that we were threatening her when she was asked to please leave. That's when we got as the handcuffs tightened. She screamed, "I died for this country." A former soldier now sits on the hotel floor begging for forgiveness. Hey, ma'am. How's it going? Oh my god. It's okay if I talk to you back there, man. Scary. I'm sorry for what? I haven't done anything. Okay. Hey, I just need to talk to you. Okay. Do you have your ID with you? Let's go. No. No. Let's talk. You said let's talk. No. You said let's go. Let's go first. All right. All right. Let's go. Come on. Don't do that. We're not. We're not going to do that. Okay. Stop. Face me. Yeah. Sorry. What's your name, man? My name is Li Nelson. Evil. Thank you. I've been a security force combat arms woman. I served my country. I died for it. Face me. Don't you ever tell me I'm resisting. I know what resisting is. Since you don't do me like that. You right. Deep breath. We're going to walk outside. Okay. You're right. You're right. Why are y'all arresting me? Oh, explain it outside. Okay. Okay. Please don't arrest me. I was Yes. Please, please. Can you get my first Can you get these out my hand, please? Sir, get this. No, that's not They're not coming off. Thank you, baby. And please, please don't for I respect that. I will. Do you understand? These people are just so mad because I'm being a good girl. The police produced concrete evidence, an explicit restraining order in her name. But instead of keeping quiet, she flew into a rage and called the authorities cowards. Thank you, girl. too pretty to be brok but I respect you. Can we stop by? But I didn't do anything. Okay. It scared me. What's wrong? So, here's why we're here today. Okay. Yes, sir. So, last night you got trespassed from here. Okay. Not last night. What? No, I wasn't. I was in my um apartment. Okay. You was trespassed from here and you knew that you were supposed to come back. No, I didn't. I swear. I promise. Did they give you Did they No, I promise. I promise, sir. Oh, so you aren't supposed to return. Okay. Can I finish talking? I'm sorry. No, cuz I'm so sorry. Okay. Can I finish talking now? All right. Thank you. So, they don't want you to come back here. You were trespassed from here and now they want to press charges. You going to jail. Okay. I didn't know. Okay. Well, they should have given you a copy. If you didn't want a copy, that's on you. No, that I wasn't there. I don't know what happened. Okay. Well, right now that's what that's where we at. Who said that? That I had trespassed. Okay, they have they have a copy of it with your full name, your birthday. They have everything. That is what is that is great. But I am a disabled veteran. So I mean this is Do you have anything on you? No, this is I did not know this. Finally, as the police car slammed its doors shut, another charge was added to the record. But what shocked viewers was how she reacted to reality. Who called you? Stop. They said I was back in But they did. They said you were back on property and you had already been pressed. No, that's not right. I'm not trying to fight. I'm not talking. Why do that? I was in the military cops, so I don't really need you. But you already arrested me. That's not right. That's not right. That's an additional charge of resisting. Okay. No, but that's just ain't right cuz I wasn't doing and I didn't give you the paperwork. I feel like I know it's not funny. Nothing's funny right now. So I I suggest you be quiet. That's how we get serious. You don't come behind closer. Be laughing in my presence. It ain't funny. Stupid playing games. 10 of y'all. When I call you, fools don't do nothing. Trespass. It ain't funny. And c and standing there in Florida that I do my time cuz I ain't no punk like you. [Music] An idiot. Lana Nelson was arrested and charged with both trespassing and resisting arrest. Although she claimed to have no recollection of the restraining order, valid documentation confirmed her legal status at the time of her return to the hotel. Next, a seemingly peaceful family vacation at Legoland turns into a stage for an unexpected confrontation. Hurry up before the elevator opens. No, you're good. All right, just put it like you're frame. It's just easier to the cameras start rolling. Everyone has their own story, but only one person will leave Legoland in handcuffs. Where' she go? Um, she took her bags and and and left. Um, it wasn't that long ago, but she took her bags and she left. um she was on the phone on FaceTime or something and I got to complaining to her like, you know, you need to get off of FaceTime. This is a family vacation. We don't want to be on FaceTime with you, you know, this this that and the third. So, she was getting upset and then and then dirty words started getting thrown and she just started saying angry things, you know, as far as uh we're weird and um [ __ ] y'all, you know, I mean, just a lot of dirty little words. Um so, she had the remote, what kind of took the trigger one? Um she had the remote control in her hand. So when I went to go get the remote, she just smashed it. So I walked around and I said, "You know what, Brenda?" I said, "This last time that you would disrespect me, you know." So she's trying to tell her, "I'm tired. You disrespect the mama, you know, this this that I'm tired of it." And don't don't really know how it all cuz I mean, it just happened so quick. They just started fighting them, tried to stand in the you know, break them up. And you currently resolute. So you two were getting into into an argument. How did Well, it really wasn't an argument. I was just saying to her, "Get off at FaceTime." But she was making it more than what it really was like. No. So then how' the fight happen? She was like, "Touch me." She touched I said, "Touch me." She said, "Touch me." We in each other's face. Her she touched me. So how did you guys get to that point? cuz she wanted to keep yelling and stuff out in my face. Okay. And then she because and I I was quiet all the way up until the point where she wanted to get in my mom's face and kept getting in my mama's face. And then what happened? And when she got in my mama's face, I stood close to my mom like, "You're not going to touch my mom." Okay, I got you. So, like I said, I was defending my mom. So then after that, she got mad at you and mad in your face. The sudden confession amid tears left the entire police team speechless. But Florida law does not shed tears. She kept getting around. Touch me. Was touching each other. She said touch me. She touched me. Then she wanted to get in my mama's face. And did she push you? I want to say she did push her cuz she pushed her into me. We failed not to be the aggressor. And I tried to be the one that called because like I told her, I got too much. No, I totally understand. However, just as much as we hear everyone's versions, we have to hear her version of the story. You know what I mean? Okay, that being said, if you sign this document basically waving, okay, whenever this goes to court, they're going to take in consideration and wave. They don't want to press charges and the cases are going to get dropped. If I got to press charges, then however, sadly sadly, there's no choice. You will have to go. Well, just take me. She can stay. serious. That's That's not y I hit her first. Look, y'all could just arrest me. I hit her first. The thing with domestic violence instead of regardless if you didn't do it or not, if an allegation is made towards you, you're going to jail. That's that's not made toward me. She's saying that you hit her. And I don't understand why she said that because my mama didn't hit her. I I was in her face. I hit her. I was on the phone. Again, I totally I totally understand your version of the story. I get it. But the state of Florida does not leave us any room for anything else. Find out tonight. What? I mean, you get hold till Monday. This weekend. Oh god. Please don't do that. Call him get a flag down here to come and get your police. Now she's saying her. I'm going to tell you the truth. We're here to tell you the truth. Uh I'm not going to we're not going to hear go around the bush like other people. We're just going to drop it how it is. Okay. I understand. All right. I understand. I don't want you to pass out on me now. I'm trying not to tell her. Think twice. Call her. Tell him she's already separate version of the story now. She ain't mommy. She ain't touch nobody. She ain't nothing for nobody. She didn't believe she did not. Trust me, it's going to be on the report. We believe what you're saying. So what you taking to jail? You believe the truth. Like we explained the state of Florida law is just take innocent people to jail. We're used to be family. Now I have to share a cell with the man who got me arrested. And that's just the beginning. Try not to say anything to you. Your car. Yeah. No, I you want to do everything upstairs. Yeah. Yeah. Or you want to take it with you cuz you also have luggage. So if you not take your luggage with you, you will have to take it to the police department. How long it uh well she has marks on it saying that you do. So you're her sister. She's her sister. So even though is there an allegation towards you what do you want to do with your property? All right. Just put it like you're pranking. It's just easier. There we go. So, like I always tell everyone, do you have anything illegal in your cell right now? So, if you go to the jail, just consider charges of um felony. All right. I do have the entire incident um up until I called 911. I couldn't have it on video and call 911. I mean I mean like when you guys were before you guys were arguing and stuff up until the fight started. I have on video up just one wrong click and the handcuffs suddenly fell off while the woman was being arrested. Was this an accident or an intention to escape here? Can't tell you can't can't go back. Can't can't do anything different now but in the future going forward you might be in the same cell. You might be in the same holding cell as her. It's going to be a bunch of females. She's probably going to be in there. Don't talk to each other. Stay on one side. She stays on the other side. Just go through the process. We can sit down and chitchat. Why you taking off? I don't know how to take the cuffs off. You take it off again. I'm going to try to escape. You hear me? Stop moving. They're locked. Stop moving. The reason why you said it off. I didn't take them off. They literally came off. How How' they come off? Too loose. You stitch your hand out of them. No, this one. This one was Okay. And they just fell off. Just asking you. That's it. But wait, wait. So, have the understanding once these get back on trying to get out of them. Got to keep them on. If you want to be charged with escape, then that's a felony. Right now, you're charged with a misdemeanor. If you want to get charged with a felony, you're going to spend a lot more time down here than you want to. All right? That that carries prison time. You understand that? many more. So in Florida, domestic violence is classified as a firstderee misdemeanor and carries a maximum penalty of 12 months in county jail, 12 months probation, and a maximum fine of $1,000. The woman was arrested on the scene and faces a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, which could be upgraded to a felony if she continues to violate the law while in custody. She was warned to remain silent and not to contact family members in the detention center. I thought my vacation at Legoland was only for a few days, but it also included a jail sentence with no return ticket. Hey guys, what do you think about this situation?
