dispatched to a parking ramp regarding a
trouble with party call in La Crosse

counts of resisting obstructing an
officer disorderly conduct and Bale
jumping at the time of this incident
Alicia had four other Active cases which
included charges such as taking a
vehicle without consent retail theft
fraudulent use of a credit card and lewd
and lascivious behavior during March
2023 all three misdemeanor cases against
her were dismissed however they were
read in for consideration in relation to
her single felony case she pleaded no
contest and was subsequently convicted
as a result her sentence was withheld
and was given 18 months of probation
