You understand? You understand? Okay. Behind your back. You harassed by Harass. Okay. Yeah. So, I needed help. I ignored it. I needed help with my checking bag. A water bottle flew over the ticket counter and things at the Orlando airport instantly spiraled out of control. Unfortunately, what you did is actually considered battery unwanted touch and she wanted to press charges. So, you will be going to jail for this right now. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Stay here on the ground. Loosen that one up. Complaining about luggage to handcuffs. She never expected such a small action to lead to such big consequences. Less than a minute after the warning, she did something that made the entire ticket counter fall silent. You mean what? Yeah. Harassed by Harassed by the staff. Okay. Yeah. So, I needed help. I ignored it. I needed help with my checking bags. February 11, 2024, police responded to an airport ticket counter about an assault. A simple question, "Were you touched?" And her answer took things too far. If you don't bite me, if I cut a picture, what's going on? What happened? She was talking too much. So, I told her if she kept bothering me, I'm going to throw a water bottle in her head. And I throw water bottle in her head. Okay. So, you do know that will be considered battery, correct? Okay. Hey, you might ask you. So, she just admit that she even she threw a bottle. So, what you want to do? I am pressing charges and she's not fine with I need her information. Okay. She stood right there. I was on the computer in front over there and she literally launched that after. All right. As I said, if you want, we just need some statements and we go a fresh charges and go from there. Yeah, you need a burrito. All right. Say hi. You can tell whoever to call you back. Okay. Unfortunately, what you did is actually consider battery unwanted touch and she want to press charges. So, you will be going to jail for this right now. I don't know. Look in the front. Morning. Okay. So, if I was being tormented, why am I going to jail? Because what you did, which was throwing a bottle of water. I don't handle this kind of trouble, the police officer coldly asserted as the girl tried to blame everyone around her. What do you mean was the difference? I mean, if you can't tell the difference, then I don't know what to tell you. Listen, exactly. All all of this that you going through. I'm going to go grab a stick right now. All you could have do is you could have do all of this through Frontier website. You could have your expect you to do go right on the website. That's what you wanted, right? She's saying she wanted a response, but then you're the one that's getting it out. So that's what I'm saying. This you just causing more trouble to yourself. I don't give a rest. You don't get it, but you'll get it. Uh you get her flight information and LA. I'll take from home. It's all um stuff. If I need to get her flight information or not, hold on. Give me a flight information. She come up. I trying to figure out what happened. So she come up. Explain to me exactly what happened. So she came. When she first came, she came to one. Okay. Right here. Ask about the price of the bag. She gave her the peach model. What about she walked up and she just come to the Target. She said, "Good morning." And she said, "Yeah, whatever." I just asked um about her bags. So, she came to me over here. She asked me, "How much is it?" I told her $292. She walked back over there, grabbed the bags, came back over here, and she said, "For these three check bags, how much is it?" I said, "Ma'am, I told you $292." $292. Are you ready? And then she was on the phone and she was like, "Oh, can you tell them how much?" I was like, "I'm not repeating myself to you. This is literally like the third time I'm going to repeat the same thing to you. She said, "Oh, that's your job." 7 tense hours, an accusation and then a choked plea. I don't want to go to jail. She stood on the phone. The agent signing up here. She had the phone talking. I sign up to go here. The agent was like, "You hear what she just said?" I said, "No." She's like, "Oh, she said she open this bottle at you." I looked up at her. All I know I t my head, calm next to me. So when she go by my nose there and you was standing right there and she just Thank you. All right. Should I get her information? They don't want her on a no flight list. That's it. I don't know. She don't want to press charges. Yeah. No, she do. She's She do. Please she's there. Why do you have Cuz I need your information. Oh, okay. So, as for right now, you will be um on arrest for um battery cuz you want to press charges. You're going to be on a no-fly list. So, you cannot fly with Frontier. And then you're going to be trespassed off of this airport. So, you cannot fly within any goal of property. You guys were tormenting me the whole entire time. I'm sorry. You guys were tormenting me the whole entire time and expecting me not to do anything. Who did you guys? The whole time I was here, the staff was harassing me from the time I arrived at 7:00 p.m. yesterday. And if you have camera footage, then go look at it. You already know. So from 7:00 p.m. yesterday, I was harassed all the way till now. You know how many hours that is? Yeah, but your behavior don't warrant for that still. Regardless of you don't harass nobody. That's the same. That's the I want to press charges. That's fair. And and you you you can cuz that's not fair. Where's the supervisor? Absolutely you can. Where's the supervisor? True. Even when she tried to beg for mercy, she was reminded of one thing. Every action has a consequence. You mean what? Yeah. Harass. Harass by this time. Okay. Yeah. So, I needed help. I ignored it. I needed help with my checking bags. And I asked her for help. She couldn't get it smart. Who's she? The pe the woman. She Oh, the lady in the counter. Yeah. And only thing I was asking her was for help. And I told her, "It's your job for customer service." She kept getting smart and angry on she kept saying stuff. So I told her, "If you leave me alone and then I water, but I didn't hear her. It it just hit her. He started going back and forth." But she she was disrespectful. I get that. I get that. And I understand. Why am I going? First of all, you're being detained right now pending investigation. As of right now, you just detained pending an investigation. Okay. They harassed you and I have a flight to get on. I understand that. But Frontier this has to do with them, right? Like they're rude or like you believe that they they'll be harassed. No, no. I'm not saying that they were not. I'm saying that your avenue for that is from here, right? Like it's kind of like any visit, right? If you go to a restaurant or business and they're rude, we only get involved when it becomes physical. What you can do is you can always, you know, complain to customer service to Frontier, but we don't we have nothing to do with Frontier, unfortunately. You know what I mean? We're only here pending our investigation. Then I don't we don't know that yet. As of right now, you detain pending investigations. Once we conclude the investigation, then we'll let you know exactly what's going to happen. But my flight leaves at 6. Why can't they just let me board? I apologize to her, but she actually because you understand that when somebody gets you aggravated, you can't activate. Okay. But imagine being harassed for hours. I get that. But the way you in what you do in life, you back off. I did. I didn't do nothing the whole entire time. You just told me you threw a water bottle at her for 7 hours to 6:00 in the morning. I'm harassing you. You can't do nothing. No, you cannot get physical life. No, you cannot. No. Cuz you wouldn't like that to happen to you. Somebody touch you when you don't. If y'all not harassed for 7 hours, y'all not going to sit there and stand there. You're right. We would not stand there. We will just walk away and get somebody up and help us. Or you could have probably called us. Yeah. Police announce woman arrested for assault, banned from flying with Frontier, permanently banned from Orlando International Airport. Next, a woman walks into an airport lounge and minutes later she is being held face down on the floor by police. What happened in between? You understand? Okay. hands behind your back. Hey, hey, hey, stay on the ground. Loosen that one up. When warned by police about possible arrest, she responded with a quote from Donald Trump. And that was just the beginning of the storm. Something unfriendly about there is not. Isn't there employees here that clean up and get paid for paycheck? Is not they just walking around pushing stuff. So, what's the big deal? Okay. Well, they not throwing trash on the floor either. Nobody's not going I didn't throw no trash. Well, that's what they saw. I'm just sitting there eating. There's 100 cameras in here. You're coming here to start. You're going to end up getting going to jail. And I'll be a too. And you will, too. That's what it is. That's what it be. Because you're coming in disrespecting a woman. If you hear I was sitting here getting up, going in my suitcase, unlocking it. And they came up to me. He asked me first. And I said, "My boarding pass." Probation may be imposed for up to 6 months in lie of or in addition to jail/fine. She was charged with disorderly conduct and nonviolent resisting an officer. She will not be allowed to return to the Palm Beach airport and could face more serious consequences if she violates probation again. And finally, because of a piece of trash and a bunch of attitude, she cleared the way straight to prison. Hey guys, what do you think about this situation?
