Just one wrong look and the action explodes right in the middle of the street. Why? No one expected that a few words would lead to a fight that even required the police to get involved. A woman banged on the door of an Uber in the middle of the night, screaming that she was being kidnapped. But when the police arrived, the story took a completely different turn. Show us. He didn't want to play games with them, so we told him no. You can tell. And then they refused to get out of the car. No. No. But that's not We We were hitting the car to get out. The The car was unlocked. It wasn't unlocked. Show us. Ow. Ow. You He smashed my head against the [ __ ] window. He I did nothing. Ow. Ow. I did nothing. [ __ ] Hey, stop. No, we search you. I not I have nothing to hold to hide. We didn't say you have anything to hide, but it's going to be searched. Okay, I don't give a I'm not kidnapped. Okay, she's good. I didn't do anything you assume your baby. That's what happens. I can't wait to see you. No. Handcuffed for being drunk in public. She did not beg, but chose to mock, insult, and challenge each officer with a series of words that could not be broadcast on TV. Look that way. Look that way. Yep. There you go. Just like that. And what? Can I let go of you now? Can I let go of you now? I haven't asked you to touch me all night because you're trying to stand up. Are you going to stay sitting? Stay sitting. You're gross. I would never ask you to touch me in my life. I I will like back off. So, what are you saying is my problem? Say like that for not wanting to be touched by you. I'll do that as soon as you get in there. Disgusting. Disgusting. In a few minutes. That's fine. Yeah. I think it's me. No, ma'am. I didn't lose my handcuffs and I feel like I can't. No, I'm not trying. I'm just trying to tell him to lose my handcuffs a little bit. Hey, I pro Hey, if you start acting right, I'll lose. I'm just I'm like, do you not lay down? Yes, you are. That feels so much better. All right. Will you stay calm now? Yeah, that feels like Okay, since you're now calm, I'm going to sort out y'all stuff. Okay, that feels so much better. You're also [ __ ] forcing. This feels so not doing anything. You've been [ __ ] the whole night. Okay. This guy honestly has been [ __ ] I feel fine on these these handcuffs. Yeah, but the thing is you've been a dick the whole night and honestly I want your badge number and you know what? You've been a whole you've been a whole You're starting off the new year pretty good. Oh, really? Oh, really? That's how you want to talk to us? Jenna, I'm talking about the Chiefs. You're playing great this year. You're a [ __ ] Are you a steal? So we I called the police because that Uber driver locked in a car. No, tell me shut up. She kicked me off. Who is her real identity? A lawyer on probation for DUI or a high school dropout? Even the police are stumped when it comes to checking records. Off to you. Shut up. Shut up. They jerk off to us. They are disgusting. Shut up. We have 9 years more education than these. I called 911 to ask I called 911. And why am I What were you Why am I being arrested? I've told you three or four times. I was in an Uber and I banged on the door and a and a female cop let me out. They have no [ __ ] I called the police. So why am they have no reason to arrest you? You see that woman? Three females. That woman like passed out drunk and like [ __ ] you don't give a about you. Hey, shut the up. We ain't talking about you. Yeah, we're trying to help you, [ __ ] Shut the up. Yeah, come at me. What did you drunk? I called the cops. I was the one. I was the one private car. How was I vehicle on a public roadway? No, we we I public service. I called the cops that took you on a public roadway. No, I've actually stepped through the law. That's not you should uh you should do that again. And we I called the queen. No, I don't even need about her. I told you like Hey, you know what? He can never say now 10 times while you're in jail that he hadn't arrested drunken private. That's public drunken. Yeah. Seemingly simple drunken incident ended up pushing a law student to the brink of legal, ethical, and professional honor. He's in charge. Oh, I want no one. He just got out of law school. That's cool. I got out of law school 5 years ago. How long until I'm in jail? We're in jail. You're in jail right now. I'm in custody. What do we do? You have not. No, you have the rights. Actually, we don't have to. I'd like to remind you that I'm a I don't have to read them right now. You actually do the rest of the day. Like being You do have to read us right to the rest of the day before I like get help at home. No, I No. Catch you. Listen to me. We weren't I was the one that called the Uber and then the Uber locked us in there. I'm the one that called the police. So yeah. No, I would I would like to tell my animal rights or I would like with the DUI probation violation and uncooperative violent behavior with police, Cassidy risks having his probation revoked, additional fines, or even going back to jail along with the professional consequences of being publicly arrested as an attorney. Next, a minor collision in the middle of the road, but just seconds later, it turned into a melee that even startled the police. What? Um, I have Can I just tell him to get the kids down? Yeah, we'll let him. I was about to say, can I just tell him though? I I wouldn't make a But what am I going to jail for? Not only did she get out of the car, she also brought a weapon with her. That thing changed the whole situation of the investigation. I I don't know how where were they last and headed they followed me into the uh the uh TGIF parking lot. Okay. And then where'd they go from there? Uh they tried to come out onto the road here, but I would I turned right before she could when the other cars were coming. If you if you were to see this person, could you drive? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Whatever she swung at me, it was on a rope and it went around my went around my neck. You said where they came in here, you guys stopped. So when we came and that's the only thing you have is the roadway. Yeah, the roadway. And you said she was throwing stuff at your car? Yeah. Do you have any damage on your car? I don't know. I didn't even look. I didn't wash my hands cuz I wanted, you know. That's right, man. I see everything right here. Yeah. I'm going to put you on the in the back. Sure. Can you find a vehicle? Uh, we don't know where we got. She said I was too close to her. We were stopped. So where were where were you stopped? At the exit at the light. Uh, that's Conroy by I4. Yeah, we were getting off I4 to turn right to come into here. Okay. So, you were exiting I4 and you were heading eastbound. You rolled up next to her and after you rolled up next to her, she got the car in front of you. Well, and the weird thing was is we were sitting there for a while. Okay. It's not like I just pulled up. The man reported being attacked by a surprise attack in a crowded street while the woman insisted, "I was only protecting myself and my children." Out of his car and started cussing me out. He was he was right here by my car as I was trying to where did this happen at? Right there on cornrow road in front of the super target like when you get off the interstate and the the target like right there in front of you like it's like a um it's like you know traffic or whatever the ramp before you turn on the con. Yeah. So I was turning right. Okay. So as I was turning right or whatever he hit the back of my car a little bit. So I got out the car like I told you. I was checking or whatever. And then back to what I was saying. He was right here by the car when I was attempting to get back in the car. He was like, "Oh, you're not going to do nothing." All in my face. Like we was That's my god brother just in case he need to get my fish or anything. Coming to do some shopping or something. Uh yes. I was coming I was actually coming to meet him at the premier outlets. Okay. Did the man stop? Because I when I was on the phone with the lady I was call I was I was trying to get his tag number but he was speeding through the parking lot and I told her I wouldn't go follow him no more but I gave her the wrong tag number. Yeah. So did you see any damage to your vehicle? Cuz I didn't really see anything. No, I couldn't even look because when we was at the light when we was at the light and you know when we was at the light I didn't even get out and look behind before me and him started arguing like when he seen me already get out the car he was already mad and started conflicting testimonies strange evidence independent witnesses the confrontation before the police is gradually revealing the truth I didn't hit him with no iron what what did you use what was in your hand it was my tire pressure thing because he he got in he got in my car and it's in my front seat. My tire pressure because my tires keep going down. It's a tire pressure that I keep in my car because I have a nail on the passenger side and he was in my car so I hit him with it. Yes, cuz he was on the floor. Who put hands on who first? He put hands on me. And I got and I had his um what is his little badge thing that he had in my car? He he dropped that in my car. That's how you know he was in my car. Why would his badge be in my car if he wasn't? So we both could go to jail like because he was in my car and yet I understand why why you would use a because he was attacking me while my kids and I understand that and it's totality of everything. You're a small woman. I get it. I'm putting pieces together right now. You pull suspects and I'm trying to do my job. Um right what um I mean future reference I wouldn't uh show me. I don't I wouldn't attack nobody with nothing. That's not no weapon that I was using or nothing like that. That is for my tire. It's a tire pressure. It wasn't no iron. It's a tire pressure thing. Yes. Can I see this tire pressure thing? Is this your car or your mother's? This mine. My auntie name is on it, too. Okay. Cuz she's a cosigner. Where's another male? Correct. There's two registers. One male, one female. Huh? You hear me? No. Yes. Oh, I don't know. She ain't tell me. Okay. So this is a we plugged this into that he got he got my he got my um other part from a traffic argument to cold handcuffs. Little did she know that her actions would land her straight in jail face and he was like I'm not going to do [ __ ] and all this other stuff like did he put hands and he hit you or he did he touch you or he pushed me pushed you like yeah and like I pushed him back I don't even like I don't even remember like had my fist balled up hitting this man. I didn't ball my fist up hitting this man. I probably scratched him or something, but I didn't ball my fist up hitting him. Like I was not trying to fight him. Understood? Like it's a man. When I seen him literally like when we were face to face, I'm like like what? I got you. I got punch you. I got you. Okay. So you're So you're telling me that you're telling me that the iron happened when you were in the vehicle? That's not an iron. Whatever. This this thing this thing happened while you were in the vehicle. You used it because he was in your vehicle. Yes. So, you didn't pull this man into your vehicle or anything like that? No, I didn't pull him into no vehicle. His wife even came and got him out of the vehicle. She was telling him, "Stop. Stop." She said, "Oh, sorry." But she was like, "Stop. Stop." Then she have kids in the car. She told me she told me I was about to Yeah, she said that. Like I heard her saying that. That's all cuz he was literally in my car over me. I'm trying to fight him off of me. I was literally about to put the car and drive and drive off with him because he was literally in my car and the kids were just like screaming and stuff and that's I'm glad that the wife came. Oh, well, sorry. The lady. The lady. The lady. That's not relatable. You want to step over here? Yeah. So, who who's coming? Oh, my god brother. Brother here. Yeah. So, I'm going to jail. Yeah. Um I don't want to take you to jail, but um I have Can I just tell him to get the kids down? Yeah, we'll detect. I was about to say, can I just tell him though? I I wouldn't make a But what am I going to jail for? Explain everything to you. Am I going to have a bun? Yeah. So, I'm going to jail for real? Yeah. It demand going to jail? No. Wait, what? Oh my god. I cannot go to jail. Oh my god, I'm really going to jail.
