by the tow company we'll give you all the info and my glasses come on IHS her eye itches yeah thank you 119 would be only ten three one female 41 starting is three three four zero yes zero seven forty right there you go I'm sorry the new box on Channel One Sally right here foreign [Music] thank you you wanna call somebody to come get you it doesn't have to be your parents I know you're here they're going to find out one way the other but it doesn't have to be them it's got to be original and it's time for you foreign [Music] [Music] foreign no I thought this has to be an adult you can't have your 17 year old brother come pick you up you like if you have like a 17 year old brother or sister they won't be able to come get you that's beautiful [Applause] is yeah [Music] [Applause] um foreign [Music] about half an hour tea stallion okay okay yeah perfect [Applause] foreign [Music] last name do you have like a second last name all right thank you uh yeah you could take like there's like online courses and stuff foreign okay you're right shoulder hurts you don't want to go to the hospital you sure can't make you go until you get out of your sponge get yourself check out [Music] thank you foreign New Year who's the tall company foreign she has a she has some money coming she's gonna make it here okay all right very good so the reason why you're here is because I have reason to believe that there's still a lot of the influence of alcohol okay so what we're gonna do is we're gonna go in the other room a few months and we're gonna do What's called the alpha test machine after that you'll get the results and you'll get a couple tickets and you'll be released by the court I'm going to court yeah um you know we'll see what happens with the biggest thing is I don't even like I know if you're 18 we've all done stuff like this here just take an Uber or something like you know or make sure you give yourself enough time like the night before like it sounds like you it's only been like four hours since you stopped hanging out that's usually kind of fun right it's going to be a little bit more responsible I get it we've all been there all about it unfortunately because the accident changes things um right now I'm gonna give you a Miranda warning just replies to questions I'm going to ask you in that doesn't apply to the alpha test that's something different but you have the right to remain excitement anything you say can will be used against you in court of law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have a present with you while you're being questioned if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish you can decide anytime exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements do you understand so do I need a lawyer for court I would recommend you get a trained for court but for right now that's you Miranda warning that you have the right to an attorney before being questioned by anything I do like to ask you some questions okay do you understand your rights okay do you want to answer any questions okay wow [Music] that's cool case number please two three zero zero zero one two very good thank you there is um it's procedure we do have a another officer I'm just doing a quick search on here and I'll just suspect that you have anything but it's protocol um let's see are you sick all right are you under the care of a doctor for anything do you know when your last doctor's visit was physical for physical a year ago okay are you taking any medications do you have diabetes so you don't take care no are you injured your shoulder hurts it's okay all right to work on this alcohol drinks did you have does it just grow up okay how many did you have four okay and you were where were you my friend's house you said yeah yeah all right how long do you think between each beer like how like how much time between each drink oh not even a minute keep going all over all right what time did you start drinking 2 am all right and what time did you have your last drink okay I'm just kind of found a good time to say all right no worries if you can yeah not the end of the world well did you eat anything yeah prior to that yes okay what time did you finish eating about 4 30 you finished you have the pizza yeah like four okay yep I hear thank you hi good other room we're gonna do the tests I have to do a test we'll come back in here for a minute um we'll tell you about your car and what the next steps are then uh we'll go have your friends sign for you but anyway you have to work today you said the other officers [Music] I hope you'll be out here long before foreign how much do you weigh about how much do you weigh about 120. oh wait uh stuff hurt yourself like with suicide or anything about yourself okay do you intend to commit suicide all right instead of speakers [Music] don't worry there's a guy stays here you're not going to be in a newspaper or anything like that first do me a favor Sam with you back up against the gray wall yeah so face together no you're back again okay okay straight look straight ahead please go ahead just
