at least 90 days so yeah it's possible that it could be suspended it would seem like it would be pretty quick for them to get that done administratively before Monday however it would days uh you know I've never been on the receiving end of one of these so you're asking some real good questions so you are further advised if you submit to this breath test and the test administered your driving your driver's license permit privileg to drive will be suspended revoked or denied by the Department of Licensing for at least 90 days if you are 21 and over and you have a breath sample it's you know greater than 08 which you did so I would think so you can immediately apply for an ignition interlock device by filling out that do hearing form however comma but that's not going to get done before Monday so before you drive I would call the Department of Licensing um because yeah you don't get arrested for suspended driving um and they're they're not they're but yeah they're not open today you have to call them like Monday morning at 9:00 so I can't drive at all today well well I mean uh I I don't know how quickly the Department of Licensing works I don't know if they have a weekend staff that like gets DUI paperwork officer Romero should be done with his DUI reports it's been submitted to them so I can't say can I go yeah this okay thank you just push on that door when that door
