okay so this one starts really strong
out of the gate he gets stopped for
speeding and because of his obvious
bizarre behavior he gets asked to step
out of the vehicle
he refuses and demands a supervisor but
it all kicks off before the supervisor
arrives because backup arrives and they
are not messing about which leads to him
calling for his mom and crying when he
gets arrested
let's get into the video
okay i do not feel safe what have you
pulled me over for what was the crime
you said thank you for me
what crime have you suspected me of
committing sir i am not feeling safe
with what you are doing to me right now
this is against my rights i know what i
have done and have not done and you are
suspect you haven't even given me any
reason to pull me over you just followed
me telling me all the way out here for
no reason and then i slowed down to
check
well it's not for no reason the officer
just hasn't disclosed the reason for the
stop yet but it is a bit suspicious that
you would admit straight out of the gate
to slowing down when you saw the police
pull up behind your car
makes me think you already know the
reason for the stop and you're just
trying to impress your passenger with
this word salad
sir you give id
that's what i thought because you need
that to get me for a crime but because i
haven't committed a crime you can't
suspect me of committing anything i know
my rights sir i'm not going to give you
anything and this extra unit isn't going
to help you amazing
every word of what you just said
was wrong i'm going to explain the same
thing get your supervisor here right now
i have asked for him you haven't given
me your name and badge number i don't
even know if you're a police officer
with this unmarked car urine sir so i
know what i'm doing
you've got to love the logic here he
thinks this cop isn't real because he's
driving an unmarked police car yet he
stopped for this unmarked police car and
then demands to see this not real cop
supervisor
so no you don't know what you're doing
i would please like i understand that
but you have not given me your
supervisor you have asked for him
committing sir
what's the crime i'll tell you when you
give me your id right so you have
haven't suspected me of committing a
crime because you need the id to get the
crime you don't have one so get back in
your car turn your lights off and let me
go on about my way you're not leaving
i'm traveling sir i'm traveling you're
gonna get out of this no sir i'm
traveling okay i'm just gonna wait to
another option that's what i thought yes
sir
bless him he thinks back up he's being
called for his benefit
[Laughter]
supervisor gets here i need a supervisor
not another officer another one
right right um do you have a policy at
your um office
that if somebody asks for your
supervisor you have to get a supervisor
on scene don't look away look at me in
the eyes sir look at me in the eyes
central this subject is requesting a
supervisor thank you that's what i asked
for
the best part about the supervisor being
called is the confidence it gives him
this makes the end of the video even
sweeter i believe some pd's do have a
policy for calling a supervisor where
sovereign citizens are concerned but
this officer seems to be doing it out of
courtesy and to appease him until backup
arrives so he can arrest him
now what crime have you suspected me of
committing okay
no sir no sir i'm not driving i am
traveling you are a driver a driver is
someone who is
a driver is someone who is in commercial
and here's the problem with getting your
legal definitions from black's law
dictionary black's law is not the law
and it doesn't say anything about
driving being commercial when it says
the person employed in it simply means
engaged in the activity of as in how do
you employ your time the idea that
employed means remunerated for is
utterly wrong and just shows how soft
seats are lacking in basic education
if you're refusing to identify yourself
to me you're going to go to jail for
what for what crime sir
you have to be suspected of committing a
crime to be committing the crime of not
giving up your identification sir i know
the law go get the the statute that says
you have failed to identify it will
state that you need to commit a crime to
have to identify yourself i will not
identify myself sir
we'll enjoy jail and because speeding is
against the law and considered a crime
in most states and i suspect you already
know this deep down because you admitted
to slowing down when you saw the police
following you so yes you can be charged
with failing to identify and being a
total [ __ ]
or is that last one just wishful
thinking on my part
get back in your car and let's continue
our night
you are being recorded do you have a
recording device on you sir
is it recording no do you have one in
your vehicle sir
no what's your name and badge number
time's epic
my badge number's 31. 31. i'm giving you
a lawful order what oh i gave you
multiple times what department are you
with sir what department are you with
county sheriff's office i understand
that
okay i am not getting out of the vehicle
okay well you're going to when another
officer gets here no when your
supervisor gets here he will
he will respectfully
tell you what's going on
or you will be respectfully removed from
your vehicle
call mama
okay
let her know that they're trying to pull
me out of the car and they haven't given
me any suspected crime i'm committing
the vehicle because he refuses to uh
identify himself to me multiple times
are you the supervisor last time go
ahead and step out of the vehicle are
you the supervisor sir
okay
are you recording
yesterday are you going to go in the car
are you a supervisor sir i'm not i will
wait till the supervisor gets here i've
asked for a supervisor one has to be
where's your supervisor
i will not speak until supervisor's here
um we're about 40 minutes away a driver
is someone who is commercial
i don't have to identify myself unless
i'm being suspected of committing a
crime i have not been suspected of
committing a crime
just because this officer hasn't told
you the reason for the stop yet doesn't
mean there isn't one you're not in
control of this traffic stop so you
don't get to dictate how all this goes
and like i said previously i think you
know exactly the reason why you've been
stopped
okay go ahead and get out of the vehicle
i will not get out of the vehicle so i
need a supervisor
and we're going to drag you out sir
please get a supervisor here
please get a supervisor here i don't
know
what crime have you suspected me of
committing do you understand what crime
have you suspected me of committing
yep you're obstructing around now what
crime have you suspected me of
committing sir
step out what crime have you suspected
me of committing sir yeah
okay i'm going to place you under arrest
for obstructing
what am i being speeding
get out of the people speeding is not a
crime so it is an infraction
no sir speeding is an infraction it is
only get out of the car
sir speeding
get out now
for what
sir for what please stop stop sir please
stop where's your supervisor where's
your supervisor please don't stop please
stop please stop where's your supervisor
stop stop stop stop don't let me where's
your super stop stop please stop where's
your super where's your supervisor start
stop step out please stop please just
step up i'm not doing anything so stop
okay
i'm not doing anything wrong he says
let's see first you refuse to produce
your license registration and insurance
you then fail to exit your vehicle after
numerous requests and then you follow
that up by resisting a rest so other
than that you're good i think
[Music]
