behavior that we see in this video like
for example him demanding the police
call the FBI over the traffic violation
right let's get into the video
on September 17 2022 an officer with
Edmond Police Department was on patrol
when he saw a silver vehicle turning
with a broken brake light
after seeing the officer behind him the
driver of the silver vehicle turned into
a nearby parking lot
quickly the officer activated his
emergency lights to conduct a traffic
stop of the silver vehicle
for example when you over your third
brake lights out my my third brake light
yeah yeah now it works pretty good uh no
it doesn't ah see your ID please I don't

for the First Amendment so I'll need to
share your ID you actually stop there
then when I pulled in here then you
pulled me up

all you really need to brush up on your
amendments because the first has nothing
to do with showing idea on a traffic
stop that's the Fourth Amendment but
that's only relevant when you've been
pulled over without probable cause that

consequences of a traffic stop then

committed a traffic violation on the

of it and get it from third records can
you show me that video at the jail the
suspect refused to provide a breath
sample to the officers

a suspect was charged with driving Under
the Influence resisting arrest driving
with a suspended license operating a
vehicle with defected equipment failure
to carry security verification
possession of marijuana possession of
drug equipment during court the
suspect's initial charges were amended
to DUI resisting an officer driving with
the suspended license possession of
marijuana and possession of drug
recruitment the suspect pleaded not
guilty to all charges however he failed
to appear in court for his disposition
at this time the court has issued a
bench warrant for failing to appear in
court so like I said at the beginning of
this video his behavior makes a lot of
sense now that we know what he was
arrested and charged with plus he should
not have been anywhere near a road for
him to have a defective brake light out
in the first place and he has the nerve
to call this cop racist unbelievable
