hello how are you doing hey how are you man all right hey you know i'm pulling you over no okay you don't have a license plate on the car we just got a ticket for that the other day we're going to court about it already he's got a ticket uh-huh which means you shouldn't be on the road until you get proper legal tags on your car and here's the notice from the supreme court all right was it just an issue with the tag of the paul or something or nah it's just that i'm traveling in my private car and we already went to court about it and everything and uh yeah the state of florida waived our jurisdiction forevermore over me and my family really you've been to the florida supreme court and they have quote waived all jurisdiction forevermore over me and my family unless we did like a crime or anything hey boss man you have your id on you man give your license i got my passport photo yeah we had already went over that and that uh for that ticket and everything what do you mean you've been over it this is a different traffic stop with a different officer so it's a separate offense do you think you'll get special treatment just because you're fighting the first ticket doesn't mean you can't be stopped and ticketed again okay do you have a license uh not on me not only is that home all i have my uh is my passport what's your date of birth ma'am do you i have my passport here the counselor uh give me one moment your fake american online consular you mean and that of no help during a traffic stop because they tell you to do the opposite of what you are supposed to do like don't provide your license registration and insurance they instead encourage the driver to bury the cops with a crap ton of irrelevant paperwork which usually leads to a window getting busted out and an arrest that way we don't have any i understand and i understand you just dealt with this but i mean there's different officers coming through here and every time we see a car without a tag i thought the guy that pulled me yesterday i thought he was going to write a mini report or whatever he said he was going to do a mini report isn't a magic wand giving you permission to drive without tags and it certainly won't prevent you from getting stopped in the future all of our calls are hey courtney i'm having an issue right now um with an office yeah okay about my uh private plates all and uh i just need to follow up with you and make sure that you are following the manual that you should have that's fine you can talk to whoever you want i mean right now we're just stopping the vehicle because it doesn't have a license plate on it so uh for our protocol we just identify the occupants inside the vehicle so we're just at our beginning stages before he handed me the phone all right no [Music] problem no there's nobody injured okay okay if you want to talk to a supervisor you can but let me finish my investigation and talk with my partner all right [Music] you can you can also fake because there is no such thing as a moorish american national and it sounded like he was trying to pass himself off as a consulate from the united states embassy there should be a crime for that maybe there is but it looked like the officer pretty much saw through charadin when he started with the sovereign citizen nonsense anything you think we need to put on the record just go ahead and speak and i am recording this yeah they're holding me up for no reason there's no crime or anything and i have to go pick up in the next couple of minutes and that's almost an hour away but the officers are coming to the car now all right next one all right one more how do i pronounce it yes here's that bag for you all right all right here's that back okay all right listen i'll try a couple things so i ran your bin all right and it does have a board of registration however that portal registration expired last year in 2020 right all right that's what this is about that's why you got to take it for that ok do not consent or agree to anything just listen all right so he should just hang upon this dude because he's not helping him one bit he's not there he has no understanding of the situation every traffic stop is different and these travel judges are fake consoles usually make these situations worse so what what i'm gonna do today i'm not gonna give you another ticket because i'm not gonna stack them up for you all right because you just got one on the 14th all right you gotta get that taken care of but if you if you get caught driving this vehicle again because i patrol this area so if i see it again obviously i don't want to have to pull you over the same thing you understand because it seems as though when you get one ticket you're doing the same thing but if you get pulled by another deputy they're going to slam you with tickets up to the point where it's a criminal citation okay and a criminal citation is an arrestable offense here in florida all right but i'm not going to do that to you all right did you read the notice here where the supreme court waived jurisdiction over me right that notice right there is not for that ticket okay the the the situation of jurisdiction is here and they waive all jurisdiction that's why i tried to give your one of your comrades and copy of this you can take a copy i'm good okay well that's the thing because if i'm ever arrested that's a ten thousand that's automatic ten thousand dollars from everyone that's involved okay the state did not wave all jurisdiction over you that's not even possible just because you filed a document and they didn't respond it doesn't mean they agree silence doesn't mean yes you are subject to the same laws as every other floridian you are not special you're not an american national and you are not indigenous your fee schedule of ten thousand dollars if you are arrested is laughable and not enforceable all right understand that i just don't want you to get
