welcome back to the channel guys here's
another one of my favorites from the
archive this video was a bit of a first
when i posted it back in early 2020
because it was the first sovereign
citizen i knew of to get stopped riding
a motorcycle with one of those stupid
private players that says no driver's
license or insurance required
so basically letting the cop behind you
know instantly you probably shouldn't be
anywhere near a public road
right let's get into the video
who are you and your badge number
all right
so you asked me for what license
registration and your insurance okay
your camera yes
are you asking me for anything that
could be used in the court of law
uh
your driver's license are you asking me
for anything that could be used in the
court of law
yeah i need your driver's license
so as of right now do i have a right to
remain silent
yeah
am i right to remain silent governor's
of production of all documents correct
no i mean
no
when you violate a traffic violation
tonight is a traffic violation of crime
yeah
you've broken the wall that's my stuff
traffic right united states versus
battle specifically states that a
traffic infraction is not a crime
now that's not really what people vs
battle says but even if it did it
doesn't mean an officer can't cite you
for a traffic violation
but what you can be arrested for is
failing to id
okay okay time out
there is a also i'm not under arrest or
am i under arrest you're detained
because you're committed detention is
the same as arrest i need you to look at
them plates right there yeah you see
them plates
you know what that is
right do you know what that is no
i don't
so you should probably go look it up
right now i choose to invoke my right to
remain silent which governs the
production of all documents
firstly i have looked up that plate and
it's useless and a waste of money and
will only attract the attention of law
enforcement like it has done here
you might as well just have this slapped
on the back of your bike
and secondly the fourth and fifth
amendment does not cover your identity
or license registration or insurance
when stopped for a traffic violation you
might want to look up hibble v6 judicial
district cy
more station
we'll get by the fall right here you
have your driver's license sir
right now i invoke the fifth amendment i
choose not to incriminate myself
can you tell me your name
i invoke the fifth
station
good 30th
do you have a driver's license
hello
so i just got pulled over over here on
30th and
look like s street
you claiming
what
i don't even know what's going on right
now i just you know
i'll let that in whatever
but i'm on 30th and street
obviously he's calling for backup
whatever he apparently don't know
what's going on so
dude he has just called for backup he
knows exactly what is going on
[Music]
so do you have an id
i'm not affiliated with anything
governmental you see my plates
i'll be right back with you oh thank you
oh bring my backpack
a few moments later
cannot be converted into a crime why are
you arresting me
why are you arresting me
it's cool you do know
right now i have a lawsuit with fort
smith police before all right that's
fine i know that's fine that's the exact
reason
and the lawsuit against the police
department puts you above the law
what's your number what's over here
four five two two
how long that only hold on look at what
you're doing
look at what you're doing
i need you to put the cup on right
do that
you have no right to arrest me though
hey look even even in even in the stop
and identify
you don't have a reasonable suspicion i
don't have to identify myself
stop and identify does not apply here
you are riding a bike with a play that
indicates you do not have the bike
registered a license or insurance that
gives them reasonable suspicion which
gives them probable cause to stop you
hey hold on could you fix the cuff
though
could you pick a couple
thank you
all right
is there something wrong with your back
yes i'm wrong on my back okay did you
have surgery or something recently
hey
my daughter mom get here
this one
this
show what's up
hey y'all just four feet of a case hey
why are you gonna put it so quick
it's one of the main fights
you see it on my wrist bro
i'm gonna go ahead and stop this so you
can it can go with your property okay
you shouldn't touch it you should give
it to him
hey come get my phone bro do you want
him to take the property that's
perfectly fine
do you want him to take your helmet also
[Music]
this is the same reason i got a lawsuit
against shelby same reason i got a
lawsuit against
[ __ ] bowling here take this one too
bowling yeah
a traffic violation is
you keep saying traffic violations are
not crimes but the case you cited people
versus battle did not conclude that
that's the trouble with you sausage you
never understand or worse never read the
cases you cite you read a couple of
sentences out of context and you
suddenly know how the law works better
than anyone else
in any case you weren't arrested for the
traffic violation you were arrested for
refusing to identify
which is a crime in
[Music]
got arkansas
that's his key um
unfortunately nobody's coming to get the
bike because i believe this officer is
actually going to talk about this
right or right why
actually i think i think the postdoc
driver is going to need the key to get
it
you're more than welcome to keep the
rest of his stuff
right that about wraps this video up
