um when you hear the 9-1-1 call you'll
hear that this actually came in
as somebody possibly being attacked by a
dog
and when officers arrived on scene they
found something very different
what they ended up finding when they
arrived on scene was a male
in his vehicle and he appeared to be
having a really bad reaction to
some kind of narcotics this is going to
be a relatively long video for the
channel
the reason i'm leaving it so long is
because i want people to be able to see
how long the officers spend talking to
this male
and some of the uh ways that they go
about trying to keep him focused on them
and not on the experience that he's
having
so that they can resolve this situation
peacefully
