found to be at or above the prohibited amount of alcohol controlled substance metabol of a controlled substance on your whole blood blood serum plasma breath or urine as set by law your higher driving privileges will be suspended immediately and you have to pay a fee to have them reinstated if you take a chemical test you may have an independent chemical test taken at your own expense um so what all this means is um I'm going to ask that you submit to a breath test um if you refuse the breath test um your license um will be suspended for 90 days um if you with no ties um it'll be 90 days if somebody called obviously was current concerned about her safety and we found her there sleeping she has her phone her wallet her jacket vehicle keys then your I put them on top of her stuff your squad I can run back there and get also don't have my ID I have your ID right here um the vehicle secured at Zeppy's um she obviously cannot drive tonight um with being physical control um she doesn't carry a license suspension um right off the bat from basically from tonight from the arrest um the court can impose a license suspension um but know if she needs to if she needs to drive um you know tomorrow whatever she can after she's obviously sober um I do suggest that you go with her and um either clean out the car before uh you let her drive or somebody drive with her because there's a lot of unopened alcohol still in the vehicle and a lot um so I don't want to see you get get yourself hurt all right I know you're getting frustrated with us and you know we can get frustrated with you but you got to not make things hard on yourself relax we go you'll get through everything all right you're going to have to call my boss tomorrow before I'm not there if we get up and go get her car
