[Applause] list of everything that he did yeah I'm gonna need that all right um my uh supervisor just showed up let me go tell him what we got and then if you want to get that for us I'll be right back then okay [Applause] all right [Applause] what's up I just talked to a security guy said the dude's an interview and cooperative and he's signing an itemized list of everything that he stole already it's about four thousand dollars worth of product so I told him I'll come out let you know so at least we're in there but he's in the interview room and I told him get me the list of everything I didn't ask but yeah I told him to get the list of everything that was taken first I assume if they're calling us they want them charged [Music] [Applause] I love thank you you're welcome they are right to the left over there hi hi welcome back yes thank you they're over this office right yes um thank you thank you so I just want to touch base are you guys looking to get them charged for everything or okay I didn't know if you just want to documentated it or if you guys were going to charge them or you want us to go through the process is there any video or anything of him taking items yeah please yep [Applause] remember privacy street so just let me know um get him some paperwork yeah and then after that okay all right all right what's it playing he's gonna come down this this is on July 14th yes that's it that's him this is him in question here yep and what's his name Rim I think it's Rim I'm not sure how to pronounce the last name totally but his MO is just stealing it right off the shelf and then quickly driving away so that's him taking something off the shelf can you rewind it I just see what was there do we know what we took right there so that's one of the many case packs that he [Applause] two more of you just came set one of them was a female 25 Powers so it's going to be just a normal brown box case back of probably airpods foreign how did you guys catch wind that he was so we have this process where we go out and track our high value products such as the Apple product and when we were out there a few times we noticed it goes missing and systematically it still shows in location so we run the tapes back and that's how we conduct our investigations and we're able to so this thing that he's driving is called an order picker is that him here or is this in here this is him here okay and we purposely put our high value products back in this aisle and the other aisle that we were just looking at so the mo is that like they'll just go up to it on their order Pickers in this case hold just he's supposed to be putting away products but like you see him take it and it goes missing in the time frame that it's reported missing but still in location okay and do you guys have an itemizer I know he's writing whatever he's writing yes we have you guys have a list of items that you know when you're saying do you have that so we have this whole this is our like evidence thing that we tracked so yep that's him that's him exiting and then this is our evidence so iPads five of them he took five iPads okay Apple uh watches 10 and then airpods 10. so so this it's up to 4249.75 is there a way you can like email us that or use the values of everything so we can put it in the charges of everything that was taken Greg hi Collins they would like the true case how do we get that to them I've been sending the emails yeah that's fine I just wanna yeah if you can't just because I when we do charges I wanted to be specific on the items that we're taking so we have a specific item quantity of that item and total amount okay I usually send it to Detective Taylor yeah that's it so he's not gonna be in all weekend and we need it we would need it now so that's the best email all right perfect it gives like the total about oh perfect four thousand years our notes on how we okay congested it oh so I'm gonna let you know um and all the videos in this as well yeah so what usually how this is gonna is work out is we'll charge but with Target being a Vic Target itself would be the victim somebody here probably we can use you obviously you're familiar with it they're going to chances are you're going to be subpoenaed you're going to have to come okay to court and then they may ask you how you came I'm just going to ask you how you handle your investigations yeah we're going off base of what you're you're showing me because when I look at him on that forklift I mean all I see is him on a forklift right I don't know what he's doing um but somehow you came to the conclusion that you know 4200 worth of stuff is missing yeah and obviously it sounds like he's admitted to it and he's writing down what he's writing down so I mean that is what it is right just know there's a chance you may dissipated and if you don't show up there's a chance that things may just get tossed okay just know that because we have issues with other businesses they want people to charge we charge them and everything gets dismissed because nobody shows up right okay just know that do we have do you have a card that we can have for you um I don't but I can give you my name they will be uh he's our senior manager okay he's come in for the grand jury before okay okay well then yeah yeah then you have to worry about it all right [Applause] Kev did you talk to him yet no I have not wanted I I wanted to see all this before um email as well just just to have it both ways and this is yours all right and what we're gonna do is we're just gonna hold traffic out both ways Turtles on there so yeah perfect yeah all right yeah okay all right you can hold traffic that way please and he's in this first interview room thank you all right I just need your badge and if you take your vest off as well for me sir and if you can hold traffic coming this way is this your bag sir no no no and I just before before we move on with anything employment status he's terminated not welcome back welcome back here all right you understand that if you do come back here there are charges all right nothing else in your pockets uh you have to coming back to get your car is cooler okay so after what they do yeah because there's all your stuff here yeah all right all right so right now do me a favor starting with your hands around your back you want to come in with us we'll get this stuff taken care of get you out of here and then um depending on what ends up happening from there we'll probably be able to get you back here and get your car okay yeah I'll be honest with you chances are you just gonna be released yeah chances are um we'll escort you back here get them as get in this vehicle they're gonna be double lock now yeah all right nothing else I want you I gotta worry about right you jumped everything out all right all right you're good so you're good right now you just just relax he's going to just check your bag make sure there's nothing in there so man just give you a heads up man guys all right you're the right to remain silent anything you say again we will just get Twitter alone you ever write to attorney you can have a foreign okay it's just medical stuff here it's just like long sanitizers all right we're just gonna throw your half your stuff in the bag as well we'll get it all back at the end was that phone it's like a pile Bank gotcha is this his termination letter yes sir all right we'll put that over there with that stuff too all right [Music] so phone you're in a wallet no no wallet my wallet is in my car with my ID okay all right we'll we'll get all that yeah all right man good to go all right follow me this way [Music] all right I'm gonna head right around to the right of the security all right got one right to the stop attention door we're not going to go fob out we're going to go right through there all right all right yourself so I parked down over here so when we go down walk over we're gonna go to the driver's side of the vehicle you have a seat in there and we'll get to the station and this process takes like an hour and we'll get you back out of here all right [Music] all right that's a really funny thank you yeah listen man everybody makes mistakes dude I'm not here to beat you up over a mistake you made or anything like that they even said you were cool Cooperative so listen man that goes a long way yeah I think you can slide on over yeah all right oh foreign back there too there we go all right just head right back over here come over this door all right so do you have a criminal history ever been arrested before all right so what's going to end up happening is we're gonna get a court date we'll come in we'll get you'll get photograph fingerprinted you'll end up getting a court date for these charges and you'll be out of here okay it takes about an hour or so uh if you do me a favor just put your feet in between those black lines photo ah there you go and grab your bag there you go all right man so listen obviously I'll follow you off the property um for any reason if you have to come back here you gotta go to the station beforehand let us know and we can always mitigate some of the uh problems around it if for some reason this is just me just talking to you okay you have any of those products that was taken if you want to return them usually helps in the long run come to our station say Hey listen they know what's going on I'm not saying you do don't I'm not saying you're guilty or innocent because we don't charge we don't do that that's court but just letting you know okay man all right no problem man you have a better one dude I wish we met on difference yeah so do I always do I never meet people in good terms that's that's the problem all right man you're welcome you know usually we have Facebook for messages all right all right thank you or call into the station all right have a good one man [Applause] [Music]
