telephone she admitted on camera that
she was texting which is why she crossed
over the center line and almost hit me
next one's need for reckless driving
that goes hand in hand with a DWI next
one is going to be for maintenance of
lamps for the rear brake light on the
car she stated numerous times I want
save the vehicle is and the brakes don't
work on the car so she has a uh vehicle
in an unsafe condition and and she also
has she has a suspended driver's license
she's not supposed to be operating a
vehicle while she's suspended so the
court date for all these summonses is
going to be on August 30th at 10:00 a.m.
